On time and wonderful service - attention to detail was amazing. Great customer service and technician communication with customer! Very clean environment and plenty of room within the salon. We will definitely be returning.

One of the reasons I keep going back to Luminous is clean, precautions are taken for the customer and associates health. Been to other salons near by, which need sanitize and cleaned.Like seeing the packaging being open in front of me. New emery board is use on each customer.These small things allow me to use their services.

I’m floored I should have read reviews before I went! I’m literally thinking omg first time in my life to have paid 83 dollars for my nails even with design!!! I’m just speechless 😶 I even called in advance to my knowledge he said 33 for set and 13 for something else! I was thinking at most 45 but when I got to counter she said 83.00 I understood they normally don’t do designs, but 83.00 dollars I didn’t then even tip they can take that from the 83.00 wow I will never ever go back!!!

2nd time visiting. Tech Gina was very professional and kind. I will certainly patronize them again. I will surely tell all my friends in Columbus about this place. Great, Great job.

I went to the nail salon for the first time with a friend and my technician was so professional with my nails. It’s close to my home as well. They are so expensive though. I would recommend this salon to others but be aware of their prices ahead of time.

I usually don’t complain and they usually do an excellent job but today I got the dip and they are on so thick it is making my fingers heavy!! They look awful. She did not file them done enough and did way too many layers of top coat. This is irritating especially when you pay 50 bucks to get them done. Plus they charge an extra 5 dollars to take off what you have on which is ridiculous especially when you are getting another service done.

I will never go to another nail spa other than Luminous 2 Nails Spa! Ive been going here for about 3 years now. I call ahead and make an appointment with Tony. Everyone there is good, but Tony is THE BEST! I get an acrylic layer over my natural nails because mine break easily. He keeps them looking natural, and not too thick. I need to call and make my appointment for next weekend! The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. If you have time, I highly suggest getting a pedicure while youre there.

Normally, I dont complain. I had to have my nails fixed 2x because they fell off. Tony, the owner, blamed me for the poor quality of work of his nail techs. The 2nd repair was horrible. Mindy is the only person at the salon who knows how to do mails.

Very rushed . Walked out of there very disappointed. Looked like my 5 year old daughter did my nails . Did not ask if I wanted them trimmed . Then blamed it on the polish because I chose not to get the gel . Sat me off to the side then started on someone else . Then he would come back over and put on another coat of polish ! I won’t be back

So disappointed. We made a reservation for 2 of us to begin at the same time which didn’t happen. They assured us it would work out but 20 minutes after my friend’s pedicure started they were ready for me. I decided I didn’t have time for a pedicure but rather just a polish change. They seemed upset about my decision and rushed through the job. It was super uncomfortable and with the huge language barrier that made it even more difficult. I haven’t been here since last year and I will likely not return. The customer service is not good.

Good service and everybody was nice but $55 for a pedi with a glass of wine and was never offered the wine. Waited a long time then had to ask for a drink of water and was given a mini bottle of water. I guess that counts as the wine we never received. Most of the nail polish was old. Also called ahead to get in line and was told there was a small wait no more than 30 min, then we got there and it was well over an hour wait. I think they just say that to bring the people in.

Wasnt the happiest when I paid for my nails and pedi but I just wanted to leave. As soon as I left my gel polish was coming off.. I called and told them, I was told to come back and it will get fixed. I did go in and they did fix my nail however when the Tech (manager) asking you something and you ask them to repeat because you dont understand and the Tech gets up and walks away and has another Tech come do my polish.. No, thank you. Ill go elsewhere.

My wife went in for a full set and I got a pedicure and the wait was a little long for my wife but the service and people were very nice and professional.

Who ever the guy is that sits in the back his attitude is horrible. That was my first time and my last I will NEVER EVER go back.

Worst experience. Never will I go back again. Its extremely crowded. The lady worked on my feet for 5 min on a nail polish change and thought I was suppose to be satisfied with her service. She used a gain of assitone on my feet and I had to ask her to wash it off. Then the owner tried to tell

Went once for full set. they over charged me. 80 including tip. i went one more time to give them a chance and he charged me 60 for a fill in!

I love it here. They are always on time and very kind. Mindy is the best ever. Shes sweet and talented. I can show her a pic and she does the design with ease. Tony is also awesome. Thanks Luminous!

I had gone in to get a full set of acrylic nails put on and got dips because we were going on vacation out of the country. After a week and a half they started popping off. I chalked it up to a fluke, was upset but didnt think anything of it. I went again 2 weeks ago to get a full set and gel polish. This time it only took 1 week for them to start popping off. I have had my nails done for years and I have never had this happen. Since they have no refunds or returns, there is nothing they can do. I dont know what the problem is but these WILL NOT STAY ON! For $60 it is a waste of money! I would recommend going to a different nail spa!!

I have searched for the Perfect Nail Tech for me and I found her at Luminous 2 Nails in Englewood. She is mostly on time for my scheduled and does an Excellent job EVERYTIME on my nails and feet as well as waxing. Ask for Katie!

Heads up, they are Still enforcing masks whether you have had the vaccination or not. I was refused service for not wearing a mask.

Lady that did my nails was very good. She made sure my nails were the same length on both hands. She was very accurate. One of the better nail spas I have been too

They did well on putting the acrylics on and the pedicure was nice but they didn’t really engage into a conversation which was kinda awkward tbh and made it seem less welcoming.

Made a appointment never got waited on and was not even acknowledge.

Has all of the colors you can ever want even in polish. Got a new fill and polish. Was super careful for 30 min while they dried. I didnt even get a smudge after playing competitive volleyball. When I go on vacation the other nail salons are very impressed and try to charge more to replicate.

I have always had a problem with biting my nails. I was so embarrassed to have them done. Katie was amazing. She made them look natural and didn’t make me feel down about myself. She did a wonderful job. I will continue to go here and encourage all my friends!!!

Just has regular polish put on. It looked great but only lasted 2 days. Normally it lasts 7 days. They were busy so I had a bit of a wait. They did the best they could

I just left Luminous Nails II in Englewood crying because the manager berated me in front of the whole salon. I came in for my nails to be redone after a dip a week prior. The nails were falling off and chipping a day after I had them done while I was on vacation. I did not remember the exact nail color they dipped me with and asked if I could do a different color. He instantly started yelling at me. I tried reasoning with him and he refused to talk to me nor redo my nails. DO NOT GO HERE. The manager treated me horribly.

I visit their today and I was very surprised when I ask for a receipt for my service and she told me that they dont give receipt when you pay cash,when and where did they start that, I paid 108.58 dollar for my nails,and I cant get a receipt my nails are nice and they where nice but the receptionist,, was not,,you should always get a receipt given when paying by card or cash period for tax purposes..So someone needs to check them out something not right, BBB,,,

So I really like this salon as a whole. My grandma and I have a girls day and this is where we go every other week to get our nails done. ***One time the tech Hanna did my grandmas nails and she was not gentle with them at all and it was painful, the polishing turned out okay. This past Saturday I got her as my tech and she was very rough on my nails, the acrylic gel is very uneven and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she didn’t even get it close but got mad when I asked her to fix it, I wish I could upload pictures to show you how drastically different my nails were from what I wanted. But I told the lady at the front desk and my issue was resolved by another tech and I was taken care of and happy with the results before I walked out. I am going to continue to go back to this salon.

I have small chubby hands and usually I am very skeptical about getting my nails done. I went with two friends of mine, I got a pedicure (fabulous) and decided to go ahead and get my nails done. I showed a picture of what I wanted to try to achieve, (short almond shaped) and this was the first time I was not disappointed!! My nails are smooth, thin, (not thick even with acrylic and gel), and beautifully shaped. They look like natural nails!! The staff was very kind and professional. I will be going back for sure!!

A friend and I were able to walk in with only a short wait (5-10 minute) I had them do a full set with the dip powder. I havent had my nails done in years because I usually lose a nail in a few days, its been nearly a week and not a single sign of wear is showing. I highly recommend this place

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER! i get my nails done every two weeks luminous is closedto my house than my normal nail salon. so i tried it out and was there for 3 HOURS for a FILL IN. the guy kept messing up couldn’t get it right. i have never been so aggravated. to top it off their more expensive than my normal place. worst 45$ i’ve ever spent
