Fast nice people Enricka is wonderful. I been going to this lab for about 5 years.

Ive never had an issue here, my experiences have always been pleasant but Im giving two stars because their appointment system is ridiculous -- the only appointments available are 3-4 weeks out (across all LabCorp locations), and many do not accept walk-ins (or if they do, the wait times are insane.) I called their corporate line and they said its due to COVID, which is a lie -- I have been getting routine bloodwork done every 3-4 months throughout the pandemic and have never had to wait more than a few days for an appointment. I looked into Quest, made an appointment two days from now (they had 30 available, lol), so needless to say Im never coming to LabCorp again. I dont know how they can expect people to wait a month for a blood test.

Cannot believe this is 2021 and LabCorp is not electronically connected to their customer (medical group). I dropped off a sample and was told I would need to call my doctor and asked them to FAX an order. I asked if they could contact physician directly and was told they did not know how!? Really??🤬

They did great. They smiled at my stupid nervous comments when made, they hit the vein the first time, and I was in and out super fast. Thank you!!!

I walked (1.87 miles) to this lab Corp only to find it’s by appointment only. I missed seeing that statement anywhere on your website. If you’re only form of communication to public is outside the door of your office, why bother with a website? Prior to this my experiences with this office have always been positive, nice staff, and efficient even with crowds.

So glad my insurance lab changed. The San Dimas lab Corp employees are not nice. Very rude.

Missed my apt time and that is final. It was an honest time mistake by entry of calendar alert time. No help of giving info. Of another location I can go without apt. Cant get through to any labcorp number all automated. But we are at their mercy.

My visit here was so fast! Walked in with no appointment at 2:10PM, had my labs done and was out the door by 2:18PM. Now that’s service! :)

Lapcorps website is completely annoying to findva location. Most locations are By apointment only on Saturdays.. had to drive 20 miles away to get Blood work done for an upcoming Surgery.. Staff was Rude and not helpful in locating another location.

The LabCorp itself is great, and I’ve had many good experiences there. Today was not such a day.I waited for over an hour as a walk in, and wasn’t helped. This was due to the sheer idiocy and negligence of Jackie, one of the workers there. I put my name down and it was crossed off and a whole new sheet of sign ins was there. I was helped by a man with a beard and glasses, who was kind and patient and did his job well. I am very displeased with my overall visit and I wish that Jackie would GREATLY improve her work ethic or find an employer that allows such inadequacy. Two stars because of the patience and recognition of Jackie’s mistake by her coworkers. Everyone else there is great and I’ve been there many times, without a hitch.

Had an appt. Been fasting for 12hrs. Came in 30 mins before. Express check-in not working and approach desk. Replied rudely to tell me to sign in. Was told that might be awhile due to many people.Saw appt signing with mostly no appts. Only 1 with appt. Had to wait past my appt. Whats the use of the Appts ?!!!!!

Automated checkin can be hard to do if one machine is down. Otherwise, once you’re in the system you can be done with your blood draw fairly quickly.

All of a sudden Saturday is by appointment only. I went in and there was only two people waiting. I asked if I could get squeezed in since it was empty and the nurse said no cause they were booked. There was only 2 people waiting and parking lot was empty. Horrible patient service.

Nothing like fasting and need labs for Tuesday and get there 2 hours before they close and they say appts only...i hate lap Corp... from now on i will tell my doctor i request someone else ... like quest... they are always rude and self absorbed...

There are several Lab Corp locations, most of which take walk ins. To make an appointment, just go to their website and arrange an appointment instead griping about every little thing. Be an Adult. San Dimas is by Appointment only.

Fast service and accepts walk in

They get the job done, but not the friendliest staff. Bathroom is nasty dirty. Seems the health department would not be happy. Staff just shrugs when I comment.

The main information line for LabCorp says that NO APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY. We went to this location on Saturday and it has signs posted that it is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Saturday. We went to the West Covina LabCorp for our services.

I have gone here three times and two of the three times in which I have had blood drawn, I with left bleeding under the skin. My arm remains looking bruised for a week. Just a heads up.

Terrible service i need to ask about my lab and dosént have a # for human answer my question if you can contact me with a phone # with a real person a big mistake going to this place

They just added kiosks to for “express”, but it is slower than ever! Someone talked them into buying something that makes their service worse. Oops!
