Great place to get a haircut. I come to this location every time and both Ona and Liz are magnificent. The app lets you check in so you rarely have to wait more than a few minutes and the MVP is a great touch too. I highly suggest sport clips at Tower shops

Had a very good hair cut. The problem was being told several times the price of a combo shampoo, conditioner set. Was told $32 in the chair and at the register when confirming the price. But came up $10 more. Was told my mask muffled the number she gave me. Incredible. In my 30 years of management experience I never had an integrity issue like this. Not honoring what you were told not once but twice. So hair cut 5 Integrity -2 which is your 3. Not listening to a customer and understanding what was said as well as defending the products value. The product is very good. The listening was very poor. Be careful when being told a price on products. You might be mislead.

Shanee is a great hair stylist. Friendly, professional and a nice person. Definitely will return have been getting my hair cut by Shanee for approximately a year and never have had a bad experience. She and her sister Ona are really top notch hair stylists.

Ona, the manager, is my personal stylist and is phenomenal. Ive used her services at Sports Clip for a few years. I appreciate being able to use a spotless restroom whenever I need it. Everyone is friendly, pleasant, and accommodating.

Today was my first time to go to sport clips. Shaneé took very good care of me, and did a great job. She cut my hair nicely as I requested, washed my hair really good and used a device to massage my neck. I don’t know how much u would pay for that in other places but I paid 30$ not including the tip.

This was the first time visiting Sport Clips. I was very impressed with the attention I received specially from Carmen. She first cut my 3 year old hair and then mine. She was very pleasant and attentive to detail. She took the time to listen and explain why she did certain things. The shampoo, hot towel and chair massage were a plus. I will definitely be going back.

Ive never had any problem with the Tower shops location. why Im giving them an opportunity to come back to me and explain why I was charged $25 for a simple haircut, and BTW I did tip $5. If the price increased to $25, no one informed me. I get everyones going through a difficult time, I first thought and then thought was I duped?Thank you for clearing this up. I do not typically write reviews, about good or bad experiences, but this warrants one. My husband went in to get a hair cut this morning before our cruise and his hair was completely botched. He has never had a worse haircut before in his life. He told his stylist to trim up the sides and just clean up the top, but instead he ended up leaving with his hair cut WAY WAY WAY too short. If there were zero stars I would be giving that. When she got done cutting his hair and he saw it in the mirror he asked her how long she had been cutting hair and her response was 8 months. If someone doesn’t know how to do a SIMPLE trim and listen to instructions they should not be allowed to cut customers hair. My husband has been going to sport clips every month or so for the past year or so and after this he will not be returning ever again. Men’s hair cuts are very simple and it is extremely disappointing that he hasn’t been able to get a good hair cut. My husband being the nice man he is was still sweet and appreciative to his stylist and even tipped her but she needs to be taught better so that other customers do not have this same experience.

0 stars for this place. Lady had such a nasty attitude when I brought my cousin there today. She couldn’t go off a picture of a simple buzz cut. Had no idea what the numbers of the blades were as she kept asking us what blade number. After finishing the cut with her frustrating attitude she proceeded to ask for her tip. Insisting on a cash tip or else the credit card would charge a 5$ tip. First time and it was the worst time. Never going back. Take your kids to an actual barber shop where they enjoy cutting hair.

We decided to try this place out. Place was good looking and clean, but the two ladies had no idea what they were doing. They seemed to be in a rush, and cut me and my friend’s hair wrong from what we told them. We had a free haircut, but it should be worth a normal haircut. Really disappointed, now gotta have my hair fixed at my reliable barbershop.

The salon it self has a very nice concept, however the service really needs improvement . The staff is more concerned about their time quotas than actually creating a good experience and cutting hair properly . Its a shame simply because the Davie/ Plantation area suffered a great loss due to Great Clips being demolished in the gas explosion, and Sport Clips COULD of been the go-to place for haircuts . Instead, Sport Clips has shot themselves in the foot with their poor service.

Gina does not know how to fade! She tried, but I definitely feel like she lacks experience with Mens haircuts. Each side of my fade looks totally different with one side looking like there is a straight line from the front to the back. She also had a brace on her hand which took away from the MVP experience which also felt rushed. Thank God to the generous Woman in Chair 1 that offered to fix my fade and actually did a good cleanup which is why I didnt give a 1 star rating. If I do come back to this location I will see anyone but Gina. Thanks again to the Woman in Chair 1, sorry I did not get your name. Hair will grow back, but its bad that after spending nearly $40 I now have to go shave my head :/

This people need to hire descent barbers/stylist whatever they want to call it. “Sports clips” should know what haircuts people are using these days. I had a haircut that my mom used to give me when I was 8... told my stylist to give me a natural fade on the back, sides and do short up top, she seemed nervous confused and like it was too much for her to handle. I literally wanted to stop her halfway and just go somewhere else. I should have done it. $22 later I have a horrible haircut and in a bad mood... great. Really disappointed .

I currently have been going to Sports Clips since August and I can tell you this is the best haircut place Ive ever gone too! I love the Sports Games and the way they organize the wait times and all the nice staff! The best part is getting your hair shampooed and neck and back massage after!

A huge thank you to Geri for a great haircut. My entire experience was just splendid. Checking in for the cut was easy, (luckily for me) very little wait time before going back, and the VIP treatment is the best! The only suggestion I would make is since they have the hot towel treatment, I would implement some shaving services as well. Its been a while since my previous review. I decided to go back and it was a completely different experience. Mica greeted me as i came in, advised me how to sign in, and was very friendly. She did a great job cutting my hair.Below is what happened previously:Not greeted at the door, mixed up the order of people, did not get a good feeling about the place especially after reading some of the other posts and did not see that you offered beard trim.

Ona has been my hair stylist for almost an year now. She is very good at understanding what I want, even when I cant articulate what I am looking for. In addition, Sport Clips is very modern, clean and inviting. The staffs are extremely welcoming and friendly. The surroundings are fabulous with an excellent range of the best hair products. Very pleased with my haircut and overall experience and highly recommend MVP haircut and Ona in particular.

Needed a haircut, and figured Id stop by as I was near this location. Ive been to SportsClips in the past, but not this one. I was able to go in and see Shaneè immediately upon arriving. You know when you watch movies and tv shows where someone sits in the barber chair, and theres little to no talking? This wasnt anything like that at all. We chatted like old friends, and it made the experience that much better. I received a wash afterwards, and couldnt be more thrilled with my haircut. This will not be my new location, and Shaneè my new stylist.

I took my son in to get his haircut. They did a good job but I was told I wasn’t aloud to sit in one of the barber seats, I had to stand while he got his haircut. Store policy. This was a bit ridiculous considering the place was completely empty.In response to your response. I understand there is a lobby however I had a small child that was having their hair cut and both he and I prefer that I be close by.

Ive been here several times. Im not someone that is particular about haircuts. This place seems to have high turnover because I rarely see the same stylist more than once. The stylists are mediocre at best. For a place that specializes in mens haircuts, the stylists seem to have trouble with a basic fade. It seems like the fade is never even on both sides of my head.

Not very happy with haircut I thought I was going to leave satisfied. If youre a man and youre looking for a good haircut go to top notch on Davie road, Their $10 haircuts will leave you completely satisfied Dont waste your time.

Just got my hair cut by Tiffany and I am extremely disappointed. She took a lot of time which I appreciated because it made me feel she was trying to do an excellent job. I gave her a tip for her efforts but when I got home I can see the front left of my hair has a large section that is very short and looks ridiculous when taking in the rest of the hair. There is nothing I can do until I grow out the hair and get it cut again. I will never return to this store or any other sport clips. I will be wearing a hat for a month or so until I get it cut again. Save yourself and avoid this store. Terrible cut and a waste of $21.

Went here this morning after I left Ben and Johnny’s after waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time without any one telling me why they were late and when they would get to me. After checking i only waited 20 minutes. Ona was friendly, professional and competent. I really liked my haircut. I Aldo got a free shampoo and massage since it was my first time to Sports Clips. I will be back and ask for Ona.

Worst hair cut ive gotten in my whole life not exaggerated. Showed them a simple comb over nothing crazy and didnt even come close to it. Missed spots all over, hair standing up in random places, she might as well of given me a buzzcut. I am so dumbfounded that my hair looks this bad I honestly have to wear hats around because of it. I will NEVER be coming back.

So the person who cut my hair was a young African American girl and she made a HUGE mistake.. She literally shaved my part line too high with the clippers (above the round of the crown) and it was super uneven too. She apologized before I even knew what she did to me, and I was confused why she was apologizing for but I didnt realize what she did to me until after I left the shop.All the other stylists here have cut my hair fine in the past, but since this one obviously didnt know what she was doing and was young and inexperienced I am way too afraid to ever return again.Do not come here! Oh, and if you think I am overreacting, I took a picture for proof. I understand that communication errors happen but this isnt even a communication error, this was clearly a mistake.

This place deserves zero star. They don’t understand the meaning of “service” the lady there has nasty behavior. Pushed my head keep slamming everything. Messed up my hair intentionally and when I asked, she started to yell at me. I told manager and he just asked another employee to take over. Will never go there again.

What keeps me coming back to the Sports Clips Davie location is the MVP Experience: the hot towel and a massaging shampoo wash that takes place after my hair is cut. One of your best barbers — and the one I have been lucky enough to get a few times throughout this year -- is a woman named Geri, whom I saw again for my MVP Experience.

The lady that was cutting my hair was very condescending; when she began cutting my hair the way she spoke to me was a kind of rude, it was as though she thought I had the intellect of an ignorant infant, because she was speaking in broken english and it was hard for me to understand her when she was suggesting on how my hair should be cut, and even though I was polite as I could possibly be, she was still easily annoyed over any little thing I misinterpreted. Then at around the end of when my hair was finished being cut and being washed, she asked me how old I was, and then I told her; she then spent the remaining 15 minutes of my time emphasizing how much older I looked than the age that I told her I was, so she seemed to be implying that I was lying? Like seriously? Who does that? It seems to me that her basic social skills are very juvenile, I was even responding to her obnoxious comments with sighs and single worded answers with a small tone of attitude to her condescending questions and assumptions but she still continued to be smug and obnoxious about it; not being smart enough to take a hint, even when I began to leave she didn’t even feel bad about the way she acted, she just started talking Spanish to one of the other hairdressers and just started laughing at me with her while I was paying. And that’s just embarrassing for her considering that she is a grown woman, but apparently she doesn’t know how to act like one. I have never ever written any negative reviews before for anything since I’m a pretty chill guy who doesn’t let much get to me, but honestly, this was just ridiculous. No customer should ever be spoken to in the way she had spoken to me, because; NEWSFLASH: IF YOU HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY...DON’T SAY IT AT ALL! The only good thing that came out of this was when I paid the required total for the service I received, it felt good to see the look on her face when I only tipped her 1 cent. LOL 😂 But yeah; definitely not coming back here again, and if you want to go to a Sports Clip, don’t go to this one.
