What I asked for and what I got. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too. The worst experience. The only reason I stayed at the first red flag (quoting me a different price) was that she already shaved one nail down. Also, this place was empty I was the only one. Maybe the first red flag was I was the only person there besides the employees. Just don’t go here.

For someone that goes religiously to the nail salon. I have been to multiple salons before and this by far the worst one I have been too. The lady was arguing with me. She kept hitting my skin with the drill. Quoted me a different price on the phone. My dip powder was not even. Don’t go here.

I’m always treated so nicely here. Mia and her staff are courteous and professional. She is one hard working lady building her business on great service, great quality and great prices. I don’t feel like a number here. I feel like a valued customer. I would like to add this business used to be owned by someone else and it’s 1000 times better now! So disregard old reviews.

I came in today and during my full set the power went out! Mia and her team were so quick to work with her customers through the outage! They were amazing, and my nails look amazing even with a power outage in the middle of getting them done!

This place is the best! I am really picky about how I like my nails and since moving here a year ago I have been jumping from one nail salon to the next trying to find “the one” that works for me. Mia is amazing, she is patient and does the absolute BEST acrylic nails, they are so beautiful and look so natural, not too thick like most places. She is also very gentle and genuinely wants to make them how you want them. So glad I found them!!!

First time there for a mani/pedi did a great job nails looked great, however made payment with a debit card,bank called they had charged an additional $30. Had left a good tip, so I dont know why. You need to check your charge before leaving. Will never go back. Had scheduled another appointment cancelled it

The best manicure Ive ever had! I come here every two weeks to get new gel. Their attention to detail is impressive, and Ive never been disappointed. Very affordable, especially for Edmond! I have gotten my eyebrows done here without any reaction (I have very sensitive skin). I wish I could give them ten stars!

I live in Chicago, but have family here in Oklahoma. This is THE best nail salon I have ever been too (and Ive been to alot, all over the country). The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the pedicure is top notch. Everytime Im in town I make it a point to stop in for a service. Worth the wait, worth the price, and such a treat. Spotlessly clean, and the massage chairs... 😍😍😍. A++

I have been coming here for 4 years and find it great! Love the disposable bowl liners for pedicures and find the technicians very friendly and accommodating and know how to give me the best manicure since my nails are very thin. Prices are good and I get an appointment exactly when I want it. They are caring and always help me with my color. Mimi is my girl!! I am very surprised with the negative reviews.

While not the newest salon in Edmond, I can say that I have been going to Covell Nails for the past 6 years. The employees are always friendly, attentive, and hard-working. You never feel rushed, even during busy times. Most importantly, the employees are always the same. That says a great deal about management and the quality of the business. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed!!

I never write reviews but this pedicure was worth one. They are using different products which I wasn’t sure about but really liked how they all felt. Also, she set a timer when she started which I thought was odd but when I realized it was for 30 minutes which is the time of the level one pedicure it was way longer than any other basic pedicure I have had. The timer went off and she continued to finish painting and the timer let me know she had been working the whole time. I know a lot of places have you in and out in thirty min. Overall I will definitely be back!!

Was seated right away when I checked in. Was a great idea to make a appointment because the place was pack. So the tech doing my acrylic white tip was amazing. Flawless work! I was relax and my nails are so pretty.

The services were fine. When I paid, I had a gift certificate and I paid the rest of a credit card. I left a 22% tip on the card and the technician was angry and wanted $10.00 more. It was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I have been a customer there for over 5 years and am still shocked and appalled by the demand for a larger tip. The service was for a manicure /pedicure - nothing too special.

I absolutely LOVE Lisa. Im usually a walk-in customer and have had great experiences with the other folks, but from now on Im making appointments with her. Her work is amazing. Shes so meticulous and her pedicures are so relaxing. The massage chairs here are the best Ive found in Edmond.

My pedicure was fine. Nothing special. I had a card that was missing one space and a card that had one space filled in and they wouldnt honor the $20 off. Will not return and will advise all of my friends to avoid. You should honor the discount cards you give out.

Ive read a bunch of reviews about manicures and pedicures but mine specifically addresses the acrylic/solar visits Ive had. First let me preface this with this is the 4th salon Ive tried since moving to Oklahoma. Frustrating, to say the least. Tommy was helpful and friendly and seemed to understand what I needed with the pink and white fade (now referred to as ombre these days). When he did the nails, they were way too thin at the tips and within 2 days my acrylic was chipped off. The day after that (3 days post nail appt) the acrylic was lifting on the sides and back, causing my hair to get stuck under my nails when brushing and washing my hair. Weird, right? Ive had my nails done for so many years now, Im pretty competent at understanding what I like, how the nails have to be done for them to last and Ive never had so many problems with the acrylic like Ive had since moving here. I go in 6 days post appt and Tommy was super nice about fixing them and didnt charge me. I appreciate it but he didnt file the sides narrow and close to the nail beds like he needed to do, which prevents them from looking like mountains and keeps them flush. Nope, its now 5 days post fix and 2 nails have broken and 3 have started lifting again. These are also my natural nails under the acrylic so now I have to deal with a tip being put on since he was unable to fix it properly. I wish I knew how to post a picture, but I cant seem to figure that out, but sorely disappointed because the staff there is very sweet. Hopefully I find a new salon but after trying 4 salons Im not feeling very positive.

Best nail salon in Edmond! Everyone was friendly, my technician, Vivian, took her time with my mani and pedi and the results show. They use organic products, no drills and sanitary standards are high. I did the dip on my nails for the first time and they look fabulous and very natural. Can’t wait to visit again.

My husband went for a mani pedi and really enjoyed their services! He had hurt his thumb and needed someone to help with the grooming of his nails. He was impressed and expressed positive feedback when he returned home. I told my colleague and she made an appointment for tomorrow morning! I think I have found a new salon!

Went here two days ago for my friends birthday and had a pleasant experience. However, 2 days later I checked my bank account and noticed $52 was taken out of my account from Venus. I quickly ran to my car and checked my receipt which was as I thought $43 with the tip! In an outrage I took both to the salon where I showed the problem. They gave me cash back straight away. He told me someone probably pushed the wrong button... Really? Dont go here theyre cheats!

I went to this place regularly (every 2-3 weeks) for about 18 months. One day they told me I wasnt allowed to make an appointment anymore because I wasnt requesting a more expensive service. Well, now I take my money somewhere else.

More expensive than anywhere else and shitty job...nail job on my wife lasted 3 days n fell off...started chipping the day after. Dont waste ur money here ladies.
