UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: There are no inaccuracies in my statement; it seems the owner is just trying to save face after a negative review was posted. I dont need to make false statements, I have already found another place to rent from with nice bikes and a sense for customer service that delivers on their promises. I am now even more so disappointed with JR and RMM, I never thought he would do this. Find another rental company.I’m really disappointed with RMM and the owner JR. Their Polaris Slingshot broke down on me in Fort Lauderdale, about 50 miles away from their location. It was an older 2015 model and clearly wasn’t well maintained, but I’ve been a customer for 3-4 years and I didn’t expect to have any issues. But to my amazement, the owner JR from RMM said that I have to pay out of pocket to have their vehicle towed back to the rental location! The failure was a result of their vehicle! I should not be held responsible for issues regarding their fleet maintenance. I was dumbfounded when I spoke to the owner JR, and he said that he would refuse to reimburse me for the towing charges; and he was fairly rude and sarcastic about it. At RMM, your loyalty means absolutely nothing to them, I’ve recommended them to many people throughout my patronage, when they increased their prices, I maintained my loyalty. I honestly can’t recommend this place to anyone. If you so happen to have any issues, be prepared to foot the bill and forget about customer service. I won’t be renting here again, and if you keep this attitude towards your customers, you won’t have any left.

Great like minded people who help you get the best experience for your bike trip. I rented the Heritage for the weekend and it was amazing! The bike was in perfect condition, brand new tires on it, a dream! After 500 miles I didnt want to leave the bike 😉

Rented the Ultra Limited from the Fort Lauderdale location. Rode to Key West with the wife, had an amazing time. The bike was in mint condition.Wife and I plan to rent from RMM every time we are vacationing in Florida.

This was a retirement celebration for my best friend. We rented 2 bikes, Indian Roadmaster and H-D Road Glide from RMMs Ft Lauderdale location for a ride to Key West. From the initial email contact to the return of the bikes everything went very smoothly. I have rented powersports products on vacations before and the paperwork can be more time-consuming than buying a house! This paperwork process was very streamlined. The bikes were exactly as described, clean, fully gassed and ready to go. JR the owner was very accommodating with our desire to drop off after hours as we had an early morning flight the following morning and we wanted to ride as much as we could. If you are considering renting a motorcycle while in S. Florida you need to contact RMM Motorcycle Rentals.

Guys i took in rent motorcycle in west palm beach at this Company much time .. all was perfect !! but yesterday i took motorcycle at this same company in dania beach ( Hollywood) worse Servicei not saw in its life !!!! very rough man, communicated very badly !!! we take it back motorcycle on 20 minutes later. This gay call and Talk very Bad!!! tank at me was full !!! but when i left for home that this man charge with my card 65 $ extras( don’t tell me nothing about this) !!!! dear motorcyclists never not take in rent motorcycles at this company !!! they took money with your card without permissions and very roughly and badly talk !!! never not take at them !!! horrible service !!!!

My son and I travel to FL to visit my brother about once a year. We always rent motorcycles when were down there anx we always rent from RMM. The owner, JR, always keeps his bikes in great condition and the rates are reasonable. Keep up the great work JR! Well see you again soon!

We rented a Harely Sporster and had a great time. The staff was nice, place was clean and the prices were reasonable. They provided helmets that were clean as well. We paid cash and they shaved a few dollars off and they gave us an extra 1/2 hour. We will definitely be back next year!

I rented from Jeff at the Fort Laurderdale location a couple of weeks ago. This is the kind of place you want to give your business. Really. Super friendly. Straight forward. No flash/ego. Just great guys with great bikes. Fun bikes to choose from and they were all in great shape. I had a blast on the HD Breakout, and dealing with these guys made even better. Many times when youre renting something, there are so many hassles and upsells and wait times. Not here. Not at all. Just a great experience all around. Ill definitely be back.

Whole process was quick and easy, bikes were all new and in great shape. rented a street glide, road king and fat boy low. all were 2015 and newer. i highly recommend this company. i will be back in July to do it again.

We had a terrible experience renting one of their bikes. We wanted to ride around Florida and enjoy the scenic route but when we got up to 40 mph the handle bars kept shaking. It was unsafe! Rent at your own risk.

Rent my motorcycle BMW F800GT: The service: I touch down in West Palm and look up motorcycle rentals. I speak to Jeff who proceeds to list of a suggestion of Bikes that may interest me. He tells me the rates, what will be on the contract and with a solemn acknowledgement I tell him I will be there within the hour. The office was closing within the hour, yet Jeff stayed. There were no hidden fees, the helmet is free, and the paperwork straight forward. We chat about rides and cycles. Jeff gave me a tour of the bike and showed me everything I need to know and more. I ride off confident that the only things left for me to learn are from riding it.5/5 for simplicity, honesty, and commitment to the customer.The experience: I recommend riding North up the A1A. Going south is just the largest stretch of skyscrapers I have ever seen. Ride around town stick to the coast. Having a personal bike is way more fun that an uber. If you aren’t confident in your navigating abilities, pay a fee and borrow one of theirs. Parking was not hard to find. For sightseeing and local food, @Kapow. The BMW F800GT I was lent handled everything from Florida’s turnpike to backroad turns perfectly. I highly recommend it for someone who has multiple different ride styles. Or is still an inexperienced rider. I am 215lb and 6ft tall and have felt less comfortable on sofas.5/5 for vistas, and great food option. Pro tip: Wear your swimsuit underneath your jeans. You’ll thank me later.All in all, my experience in Florida was made fun largely in part due to having so much mobility and it is all thanks to RMM10/10 CompanyStay alert. Ride on.Ed.K

Rented a bike there, told the tank was full but after maybe 30 miles or so got on the reserve, so obviously not anywhere close to be full. Unfortunately it was only the beginning of issues with this company.When we asked if we could return the bike early, we were told that it was possible but it was a bit of work for him to issue the refund. Well when we returned a day early that what we booked it for, they refused to reimburse us, not even partially. So when we asked if we could at least get a credit or partial credit for the next time we rent with them, we got told a big no once again.Very unprofessional and a bunch of thieves. So if you dont want to get ripped off run away from this place as fast as you can.
