Highly irritated… this service is misleading, just wasted 20 minutes of my time. It’s not a lab, it’s simply an online platform that charges a fee to “order a test”, then redirects you to several lab testing facilities that stack their standard fees on top of what you’ve already paid. You won’t save money, it’s not convenient, and most of their “partners” are labs that will likely be located well outside the geographic area your searching under with different operating hours than advertised - Don’t waste your time! In fact, they shouldn’t even be advertising on local search!?

I would like to HIGHLY recommend Ulta Lab Tests and specifically the customer service representative Tamara! I have gotten my lab work (self-ordered) from Ulta for many years and not only are they thorough, fast and reasonably priced, their customer service team has been beyond helpful to me so many times when Ive been in a bind. Wether it was needing results faxed to my docs office right away, helping me find the best discounts, the proper battery of tests, getting set up at the nearest lab for a blood draws or even giving me recommendations for doctors in my area who might be able to help me with my specific desires, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty and it has been a pleasure and life-saving to have them as an ally in monitoring my health and keeping me in tip-top shape! Ive used this company twice to get lab tests done and both times it was great. The techs who drew blood were professional, caring and friendly. The price was very reasonable. The results came out quickly. I will be using them again and Id recommend them.

I have used these guys twice now and both times it was a good and easy experience. My only complaint is that the nearest draw facility to me is about 25 minutes away. But I get the same tests, the same fast results, at a very good price compared to others I have seen. Plus they usually have some kind of sale going on to save even more money. This is a great choice when you dont have insurance to pay for your blood tests, which I dont.

Test ordering w/o prescription was easy and affordable. I went to the nearby blood draw center by booking an appointment and they have drawn my blood on time. Results came pretty fast for some tests (by early morning following day). I am hoping the results are accurate. Overall experience was good.

Everything worked perfect.. just as advertised. I used this service several times. Best way to track your numbers (for simple tests) without the hassle of docs and insurance etc. The test prices are pretty reasonable and lot cheaper when compared to hospitals etc. Make sure to use all applicable coupon codes though.

I had never used a lab before to do tests for myself and was a bit unsure about it all. I called Ultra Labs and the ladies that helped me were extremely helpful, gave wonderful advice on their services and it was just a great experience. Even when the tests came back they double checked things with Quest labs and had my back. I recommend them highly and would not hesitate to use them again.

Incredibly good service. Labs come back FAST and are low priced. (Some labs I get within 24 hours.) The lab they use in my area is excellent, with short wait times and cheerful techs. The online interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The online chat person was very friendly and helpful, and even faxed results to my doctor. There is minimal fuss with login and checkout is quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Easy to make appointment and I was seen immediately! The nurse that drew the blood was wonderful--I didnt even know that she had inserted the needle! She was very friendly and personable as well. Great, no-hassle experience!

We have switched to a healthcare sharing program instead of insurance and are trying to save on routine lab tests. I was thrilled to discover Ulta Labs. The test my daughter needed was very inexpensive with Ulta. I paid for the test online and immediately received the lab order form to download and print. We took it to our local Quest location for the labs to be drawn. The test was completed around 1:00pm and I had the results in my email inbox when I woke up the next morning. I was able to print them off to take to her doctor appointment. So easy and we saved so much money! Well definitely be using them again!

The wait time was super long (I waited approximately an hour). Ive had my blood drawn about 6 or 7 times in the past year, at Any Lab Test Now (which is a mile or so away) and Ive never waited longer than 5 minutes there . The phlebotomist was very good, and super sweet, so I want to give her big thanks! It just took an exceptionally long time for my turn.

They are very quick and I’v got results next day in early morning! On top of it, there are always some deals or promotions of them and at very end it is a lot of cheaper than other competitors! Personnel at facility is so nice and they draw blood almost without noticing it!

Outstanding service at Quest on Cooper Point Road in west Olympia, Washington. I have read over the past 8 months about the mean lady at the front desk. No such thing. There were customers who did try to get the lab to do tests against policy. Lots of foul words and bully talk!! The front desk lady refused to be intimidated!! After 10 minutes I was served and the results were emailed in 8 hours. This is my 5 th test and Ulta Lab Tests are the best..

Ulta labs is fast and easy, I dont have insurance at this time, If I went directly through Quest Diagnostics my lab test would of cost $427 (for 3 test) I searched and found Ulta lab test and it only cost $49. And I went to a Quest lab site.

I was happy to be assured by Ulta Lab that Quest Lab that they partnered with is a top notch lab. My recent experience at Quest lab test center for blood draw was very bad. The phlebotomist after she thought she got all the vials she needed from me, discovered that she needed 4 more vials. The second needle was withdrawn and a gauge put on with a very short tap. She said she had to stick me again on my other arm which she already did and put a gauge and short tape on. Because I was asking why did she just discovered afterwards when I thought everything was finished. She was not happy that I was asking questions. Then she insisted that I go out to the waiting room to wait, because a client just arrived and that client had an appointment and those who had appointments had priority. I thought that was unprofessional and thinking all my vials of blood were on the counter and she was going to get a new client in to draw blood. I didn’t want to go out and wait and said it was almost finished and she should complete it. She then stuck me the third time on my other arm. It was very painful. The angle of the needle was sharp,. She put back the same gauge and the short tape that would not stay on. She told me to hold it on. When I got to the car which was only about a block away, the gauge fell off and my arm was bloody. I didn’t want to go back so I went to a drug store to buy bandaids. That arm was very bruised even on the next day there were black and blue marks and red raise lines.Ulta Lab is excellent, their chat people are very nice and helpful. I told one of them that if I’m in business I would hire her in a heart beat. I had test with Ulta Lab last year but went to another Quest service center, the phlebotomist was very nice, very food and professional.Due to my bad experience at this last center, I gave 3 stars. If I was rating that test center I would give it a 1 star or negative stars.If I were only rating Ulta Lab and my previous experience at another Quest test center I would give it a 5 stars.

We love that we can get affordable lab work done without having to go to the doctor. We get Vitamin D tested regularly, because insurance doesnt cover it.
