I really like bringing my kids here to get their eyebrows done, the lady does a really good job and makes them really clean and defined looking, especially on my son. Weve gone to other places where theyve been done poorly and made my sons eyebrows look like womens. This place is for sure our go to now.

I hate that they don’t have a full staff in there like they did when they open up here in Edmond a few years ago. I had always went there. I only goes there for my eyebrows and she’s always on point with that. It’s never a complaint with her.

My go to Pedicure salon. Just took 3 of my daughter to go get pedicures. Don’t remember his name but he always does a very thorough job even when we keep him past close because we got behind and didn’t get there on time. Would definitely recomend

What a pleasant nail salon. I took my 3 year old daughter today to get her nails and toes painted and they were absolutely amazing and patient. Also they did a amazing job on acrylic nails. We will definitely be back soon. You wont find a better nail salon and better prices around. Thank you so much Edmond Nails

I went to get my nails filled in and a change of color. Typically I go to House Of Nails, they’ve always given me the right colors, and perfect shape. So the set I originally had on was from them. I went in and I picked out my colors (dark maroon red and some very beautiful maroon red sparkles). I asked if she could just file them a little because I don’t like them too for work because they get caught on everything. She went and used the file they use for on top of your nail to even out the acrylic, and cut them way too short! She didn’t even ask me how long I wanted them. I just said a little file because they had grown out! But she cut them down much shorter! I let it go, I just said maybe this will be better for work, I might like them shorter. But then, I notice she’s rushing it, and the shape of the nails are all uneven. One finger had a more rounded side and the other side was more pointed. I mentioned it and she fixed it (sort of) but the others were still uneven and not the shape I had when I first came in. I again just let it be. Well she kept on rushing and cut my fingers a few time and just kept going not slowing down. There’s literally only one other person there and it’s 5. So i’m getting a little annoyed. They switch people, so the guy does my color. The dark red maroon i picked out, well. That didn’t happen. It turned out BRIGHT RED. and the sparkles I got were black and red. Not just red. I was so confused. Me and my friend were comparing the color i picked out to the color i got and she said I should ask if he could try a darker different polish. He starts to get annoyed and is completely ignoring us, putting the bottles down very passive aggressively. And then just keeps going and puts on the final top coat. I was just so done, I didn’t even wanna bother asking them to fix it. Not coming again.

I would not recommend this place. You tell them one color but they insist you use a color that’s “better”...I’m assuming better for my dark skin tone? When it’s packed the lady will rush and the nails won’t look good. I’ve been going here for a very long time so I’ve studied her mannerisms. Save yourself the frustration and pay more somewhere else

Bought a gift certificate for my wife. She used part of it once. When she wanted to use the rest they told her that it was expired and she couldn’t use it. She wasn’t 100% happy with them but she was willing to give them another chance and use the difference of the certificate... well, now I wasted money for a service that she’ll never get

The foot massage was really awesome. Dont waste your money here. Its only two people working at all times. You will be sitting for hours. And believe me they dont care how long your waiting. They will get to you when they get to you.

The serves was horrible, rude, didnt care for my input and do not recomend wax

The lady I had did not let me choose the color I wanted. I left the store with the color she chose after I told her what I wanted 6 times. She yelled at other customers and employees and made fun of a lady sitting next to me. I usually love this place but after yesterday I will never return.

I Wish I Could Give This Outrage Of A Nail Shop 0 Stars. I Mean Come On. I’m 10yrs Old. I’m Spoiled. And I’m A BRAT! And I Have Never Been To A Nail Shop Like This In My Life!! I Asked To Get S&S On My Nails With Coffin Shape And Pink. I Already Had On Coffin Shaped Acrylics On So When They Started Taken Them Off, I FLIPPED!! The Lady Who Was Doing My Nails Started CUTTING The Nails Off With HAIR Scissors. When I Questioned About It And Looked At My Hand, She Started SCREAMING At Me In Jitterish (Chinese). But The Worse Part Was When She Was Doing Them. She Gave Me LONG Acrylic BLUE Nails BLUE!! And The Middle One Was Crooked. And When I Asked Her About She Said “You fingers are just crooked”. And When I Paid For It... It “was” 200$SAVE YOUR MONEY

The worst nail experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT GO HERE. Run!! So rude, the rudest people. Completely under staffed with only two employees. I went once before and they only had the same two people. They were rude but I decided to go back for some reason. I waited 2 hours to get a fill. They lie about prices and charge you extra without letting you know. They made me pay an extra $5 here and another extra $3 there.

Cheap prices but very rude staff. Always talking about people in their own language. Cannot polish nails to save there lifes and lady that does eyelashes is never there. There always low on staff. You will wait at least 30-45 before even being seated

Very rude ! I was receiving service until another customer walked in and then I waited 1 hour for my shellac to be soaked off. Once she was finished with the other customer she then said she forgot what color shellac I wanted and I told her I no longer wanted new shellac so she then asked about a pedi and when I stated no she then yanked my hands and when she finished scrapping the old shellac she rudely pulled my $20 bill from me. I would advise you to take your service elsewhere !!!

I have been going here for years !

I went there with my 2 sisters in law. When I left, there was paint all over my fingers, some of the Polish is very thin on my nails, and theres something in my nail polish the nail tech noticed but did not do anything about it. They also charged me to take my nail polish off. Same thing with my sister in law. My other sister in law is 8 and they did not let her talk and tell them what she wanted. They sat her down and painted what they thought she wanted. It was nice but I probably wont go there again. My usual nail place was closed so we had to find somewhere else to go.

Used to go here all the time. However I have not been back in 3 months after I went in to get my eyebrows waxed, well they took off my skin and burned it. I complained to them and showed them. They made some excuses speaking in Vietnamese of course. Spoke with Julie the manager she told me I could come get my money back got there and they changed the whole story telling me to go to the hospital bring the bill and their insurance would pay for it or get cream for my burn and and receipt and theyd reimburse me. None of that was ever done. Do not go here!!!!!!!!! Horrible service they should understand how the US works and be professional this is not ok. At all!!! Sucky place never again Julie and her husband are very rude and shouldnt be running a business and have their kids working in there too. Unacceptable! Close them down

I asked for a set of acrylics there was only a couple people in the salon and I had to wait 35 minutes. When I finally got a nail tech she was rude and constantly kept cutting me and then said “I moved” you could barley tell what shape they were some were super short some were squared and some were round. They looked horrible and broke off only after 10 hours

The nails were good, but I waited over an hour to get seated and they kept serving other people before me..

My mother went there with my brother to get a manicure for him and gel overlay over her nails with no chip nail polish within a few days they were peeling there was lumps in the nail polish it was a horrible job and the customer service there was zero Knox is rude and demanding I would never recommend this placeOn top of this they wanted to charge $75 for that

There was quite a wait when Id called to ensure there was room for a pedicure and manicure. Services were kind of rushed, but decent prices and got the job done!

This place me amd my friend went it cause it was a decent price but we will never ever ever go back they started our nails and my friends toes and i asked the guy that was doin my nails if he would make them thicker because i worked with boxes all night and he just ignored me then i said it again he didnt understand what i was saying and by then my friends toes where done so they was about to start her nails and the lady came over cause i was repeating my self over and over she asked me what i was saying i told her and then all hell broke loose the girl that came over to me had sit down and started my friends nails and this guy was doin mine and i mean they was just yelling and screaming at each other mind you they are still trying to do our nails getting close to our skin so we both pulled our hands back then they really went at it stood up yelling getting in each others face and this lady had just walked in and sit at one of the foot care things and then we got up and walked out and she did to it was bad but what makes it worse there was like 5 extra employees there just watching then there was only one girl that tried to stop them but the other ones just still there

Bad customer service. I came in at 6:55 pm for a polish change. . the store sign says they close at 7:30. They rushed with the polish and at 7:03 they rushed me out saying it was dry when it was NOT and left the store right after kicking me out at 7:04. My polish was ruined just from me paying them. I told them about the issue and they said it was my fault. hmmm maybe if you guys let me DRY my 9nails instead of rushing me and leaving the store EARLY WHEN YOUR SIGN SAYS 7:30 we wouldnt have an issue. The lady with the glasses is rude . Came in the next day and they argued with me. JUSt avoid.There are nail salons that stay passed the closimg time just to satify the customer. This place is not it. They rush you out. The plave is cheap.You get what you pay for.NEVER AGAIN.

Did an ok job. They made me and my friends nails bleed. And jerked them around while filing which made it hurt way worse. It was quite painful and there was a long wait. The service was rushed and there wasnt anyone else waiting.

I had a 12 oclock reservation and I was not seated until one. They didnt get done with my nails until 3. They messed up on my toes and did not do the proper polish. They did not put a top coat on one of my hands and insisted that it was okay. That hand was sticky and collected fuz and when I went in to get it fixed they painted over the fuz.

I did not appreciate being told one price and going to pay and its $15.00 more. Very rushed job and nails looked avarage. When they rush they tend to nick you with the drill. I wojld not recommend this place.

The staff was rushing because there were a lot of people and started to do a sloppy job on my nails so I stopped her then she made me move chairs and the man I moved to filed my skin. I told them to stop and I will not be returning. The worst nail experience Ive ever had and Ive gotten my nails done for over 7years.
