Carly is very kind, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I truly appreciate her Christian, Scripture-based approach. Other therapists I’ve seen have not understood the importance of my faith in working with me. She is conscientious about giving me things to think about and work on between sessions.

I was a client of Dr. Richard Price for about 9 months in 2018. I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions! He was punctual, very cordial, gave practical/effective advice, and he also started the majority of our sessions with prayer which meant a lot to me as a believer.

Once you meet Ashley Hoss, youll know what it means to be heard. Good listener doesnt seem the appropriate way to describe her because its really more than that. She has this way of hearing you and responding exactly how you need: commiserating, sharing wisdom, comforting, giving a pep talk, or telling you the real hard stuff that is hard to hear, but is needed. She has an ability to sense whats on my heart. Im very grateful for her in my life, and dont hesitate to recommend her. If youre looking to be heard, looking for real talk, shes the one youve been looking for.

The messenger is the message. The most important ‘technique’ in counseling is the personhood of the counselor. Research suggests that it is the personal qualities (i.e., being authentic, empathic), rather than the counseling skills of the counselor that matters to a client in the helping encounter. Noel Villarivera, being a pastor himself (and thus adept at Christian principles) is your perfect Christian counselor. I find him as a man of consistency and transparency, and he has this deep concern for others. If you are looking for a listening ear and a helping hand in your journey to spiritual healing, Pastor Noel can serve you. Your core values and his match: he believes that God, not him or your self, is the greatest or ultimate healer.
