Vivian did a great job on my nails! She used clean manicure tools and asked questions throughout the manicure to make sure I was satisfied. Wonderful experience!

This was the best nail salon I’ve ever been to hands down! We had a party of 5 come from Arkansas for a bridal party. I’ve never had salon staff be so nice and welcoming. Never once did I feel unwelcome or not valued. 10/10 would recommend and if I’m in the area again I will be back! And the nails also were wonderful!

I really wish my experience was better. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however this was probably one of the worst dip manicures I’ve ever had. I had to go back the next day to get them redone completely. The application was messy and uneven and bumpy. I said that they could either redo them or just give me a refund; their response was they would file the top layer off and then just add a gel color on top. I again requested a complete redo or a refund to which the kept flip flopping on. Finally the agreed to redo them after they said they couldn’t give me all of my money back. After the redo I’m somewhat happy with my nails but will never be back.

When getting ready to go home from work I broke my nail I decided to make a last-minute detour and head to this store I’ve noticed they have signs posted that they just recently have a grand opening so I stopped in. the lady behind the desk told me she will be right with me in less than two minutes she returned, asked me what I needed she took care of me and it was only three dollars to fix my nail in less than five minutes

The staff were super nice! The salon is really clean and comfortable as well. This will definitely be my new pedi place 🙂

I first tried this place when I moved to the area. My first experience wasnt great but they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied when fixing my issue. Ive come back every 3 weeks since then to get my nails done. They have new massage chairs that are really nice. My husband loves to come and get pedicures every now and then because they do give good leg massages with the pedicure. All in all, i would recommend Fancy Nails to everyone.

The tech did an “okay” job on my toes. However, a week later they were chipped and looked like i did them. For my manicure, I asked for the dip. The color I chose was an ombré color, which the tech didn’t tell me until after they were almost done. It looked horrible. She didn’t know how to use an ombré color, apparently. The nails were also poorly shaped and thick, almost chunky. I asked for rounded square and got extremely square. Ultimately, I could have done a better job. I spent a lot of money there, and even more at a nail salon having them redone. Will not be going back at all.

First time customer at Fancy Nail & Spa I came in about an hour and a half before close and Vivian The nail technician was awesome!!!! I haven’t had a pedicure in over two years and she made my feet feel soft again she was so sweet and nice and gentle!!!

Decided on this place when my usual place (Modern) was closed on a Sunday- amazing! Really top notch. He took his time and made my feet incredibly soft. Nails looked gorgeous too. Deluxe came with massage, hot towels, hot stones (none of which were too hot!). So pleased.

Maggie is an excellent nail technician. She does a superior job with powder dipped nails. I highly recommend her for peds and nails. The new owner gives a Rose to his customers on Valentines Day and Mothers Day.

Im still getting my toes done and its incredible. My mom and I came in here and have been here for 40 mins. Massage was amazing we had 2 men and they took time and did it perfect. They were very nice had no bad words to say. Conversation was great and they actually talked to you and asked about your day. Rate 10 out of 10

They were way over priced. And the nail salon lady did not know what she was doing. I showed her the design i wanted 5 times and she complained that I didn’t tell her till after. I will not be going back to this nail salon because I expect good service and great quality when I’m paying $65 for a set of nails.

Seriously LOVE this place! Im on my feet 7-12 hours a day and they make sure my feet are healthy and pretty! Always clean and peaceful.

I would never suggest this salon to anyone unless you want to leave with uneven or shorter or longer nails than you asked for. The people who knew what they were doing stood over my shoulder the entire time watching as a STUDENT completely ruined my nails. she cut them way to short on my right hand and didn’t even bother to even it out on the left one and took 10 minutes to put acrylic on one hand because she kept messing it up. not to mention the fact that she was trying to fit thumb acrylic nails on my pointer finger then proceeded to say “your nails are tiny” like what do you expect?? you can’t fit a thumb nail on a pointer finger, it’s clearly not going to be the right size. we went in about an hour before they closed and you could just tell they wanted to hurry up and go home which of course resulted in a unpleasant, half effort job.

Always excellent and friendly service. Ive been a customer for 7 years.

Dear Cindy Phillips,I apologized for the inconvenience you had today. However, I think I have to tell the truths when you arent honest. Likely you said, you asked for French tips, it mean they apply the French (White tips) on your nail. You already agreed with her. You told her cut your nail short and filed the shape you want. Then you changed your mind and required her to take off.You made her confuse, but she still smile and said It is ok.Even if that technician tried to do exactly what you want. You still made drama. Please be a nice person in public.You bests.

WORST NAIL SALON EVER! Needed a full set and she had ZERO idea how to apply the acrylic on the nail. She made them with NO shape and super chunky. Ive never in my life seen someone apply acrylic so sloppy and careless. So I proceeded to show her a picture of how skinny and straight I wanted them. She then proceeded to think that I wanted coffin when the nails WERENT coffin in the picture. They were just filed very straight on the sides not indented. She used the clippers and starred cutting on the sides and I was shocked. I proceeded to tell her, no way she could even make them look decent with the drill or file because of lack of effort with the acrylic. I asked to take them off and I instantly seen the most UNPROFESSIONAL manner Ive yet to ever see somewhere. She then said it would cost me 20 to soak them and take them off. I said NO! You messed up so Im not paying for them. Im going somewhere else. She then yelled and said Oh, you arent paying the 20, then I must clip then in pieces. I then said fine because they were already ruined anyways. I started to get so upset and cry because she was cutting into my real nail on each finger and it was DEVASTATING. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLIC FULL SETS. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO THEM NOR HOW TO FIX A PROBLEM WITH AN EMPLOYEE. LEFT ME SOBBING AND SHOCKED OF THE CRUEL MANNER.

I came in today because I saw all positive reviews. I asked for a full set with French tips. She started to apply plastic white tips instead of clear ones which Ive never had before. I kept asking about which would look best because Ive always gotten clear tips. I wouldnt get a direct answer presumably because she didnt understand me. (Which is fine because Ive gotten my nails done many times by nail techs who didnt understand English well before.)Anyways, I let her finish glueing in the tips until I told her that i didnt like way it looked and to instead put on clear tips and paint the white tips on. She then proceeded to talk smack to her co workers in Vietnamese about how I was being difficult. This was in Vietnamese of course which I fully understand. I even told her that I understand everything that she was saying. She then proceeded to smile and say its okay. And then proceeded to continue talking smack in Vietnamese as if I was unaware. I then asked her to remove the work she did so that way I could leave. I paid $20 for her to work and then left.Needless to say I will never come back.Dear Sam K.,I actually did ask her as she pulled out the box of white tips. I also told her that Ive always gotten clear tips and they painted the white tips on there. I also requested gel polish. You were not there as I was the only patron at that time in the building, therefore you could not have known the situation. Also, it is NEVER okay to talk ill of someone to their face after theyve asked you to stop.

They were busy, I waited 15-20 minutes for them. A young kid comes in and fumbles through my pedicure. Horrible. More nail polish on my skin than my nails. Took him longer to clean that up than the rest of my pedi. When trying to explain the mess, they all acted like they didnt understand. Will never return.

Horrible experience and will not EVER return. The lady that did my nails today was very rushed and acted like she had somewhere better to be. She started by trying to change the service I wanted to upcharge her sale. Then after she glued the nails on crooked she asked me what length I wanted and I showed her. SHE TOLD ME TO PAY FIVE EXTRA DOLLARS FOR MY DESIRED LENGTH?? I have never been to a salon that made me pay extra for the length of nail I wanted, which wasn’t very long. She then filed them so short that I might as well just skipped acyrlics and gotten them painted. My fingernails and cuticles are also very sore from her rushing around and basically hurting me.

People at here service very good, the store is so clean and neat, the price will be affordable for everyone, no complain about this store, I’m gonna give it 5 stars

I went on a sunday. When i walked in there was only two girls getting their nails done and 3 employees. I asked for a pedicure and full set. A male employ was doing my pedicure and doing a really good job! When a lady was freed up she came over to me and in a matter of 30 seconds had grind and glued the clear peices...very sloppy, got glue all over me and was obviously rushing but for what? Nobody was in the salon at this point. She was being so careless with applying that she had actually bent a peice that she was working with and gave it a bad shape. She was still going to try to use it... i asked for her to slow down, told them I wasnt in a rush but they just didnt understand. They gave me a different technician who started to apply the powder to my messed up plastic peices. She applied the powder so lumpy and with no shape. My nails were different lengths. After multiple attempts to communicate with them what was wrong, we agreed upon me paying for my pedicure and leaving. I think these people are very sweet and mean well, but just arent skilled in acrylic nails. I spoke to the owner maggie on the phone who was also very kind and offered to make it right. If youre getting a pedicure youll love it! If youre getting acrylics, be careful!
