My husband and I toured the apartment via webcam with Michael Allen who exhibited great customer service. However, I would not commit to this place since they can not guarantee that each unit would be renovated or come with washer and dryer. In my opinion if you are going to charge the same amount as a renovated apartment you should be able to receive all of the same amenities. Also, the communication may be slightly off since the initial person I communicated with was made aware that we would need a tour via zoom, however, that was not communicated to our tour guide in advance.
Welcome Ms Samantha ! I would like to say the past year I lived here has been the BEST !! it’s very quiet, well organized, and the Communication is top tier !! One of my favorite workers would be Kevin B. He very uplifting, open spirit and very smart. I’ve been connected with so many wonderful people just by knowing him. I usually only ever take the time to write reviews when I’ve either had an utterly terrible, or legitimately amazing experience… in this case, it is the latter. Since I moved here a few months ago, I have been blown away over and over by this community, the staff, and in particular, the manager - Samantha. Not only does Sam’s face light up every time I walk into the leasing office, but she and her staff (office and maintenance alike) have gone above and beyond to accommodate and remedy every request no matter how small or how inconvenient, and help make this community really feel like home for my husband and me. They always keep things professional, while making them personal at the same time. We look forward to living here for as LONG as it takes for the housing market in RTP area to settle down, and can say without a doubt that the ONLY reason we will eventually leave this wonderful place, will be to finally buy a home of our own some day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Unprofessional. Uncaring. Not worth it. - Worst move in experience Ive ever had. Not only did their office staff no-show to meeting me to provide my my key, they then broke the lock on my door after they tried to replace the lock themselves after LOSING my key. Then afterwards they told me they would contact me and personally bring my my key, which never happened, and then proceeded to contact the wrong person about my apartment finally being ready and decided the best course of action was to leave my home unlocked with the key sitting inside the apartment. The whole process delayed my move in over a week.Was contacted by Michael Connor of the office staff about how the situation would be handled and it would be made up to me. . . still waiting a month later. Im not surprised.
I honestly really like this apartment and I’ve had a great experience here. There are a lot of activities and staff/neighbors that I’ve met and spoken to are all great and aside from the carpet I had no issues when I moved in a year ago. What I have a problem with is how this apartment portrays themselves. They make you think things are included when they’re not and this is the second time they’ve done this. The first time was with the water but my last apartment was so bad I didn’t mind having to pay for everything and let it slide. A few months into my lease I saw that I was no longer being billed for internet and before renewing I made it a point to ask about this and was told we didn’t pay, now I’m seeing that it’s on my new lease and we’re being charged bulk when I don’t even use cable. And when I asked again during this past week I was told that everyone makes a comment about the website amenities, however I don’t really know how that’s supposed to help me. I don’t mind paying for internet again because I was paying for everything when I first moved in, it’s just upsetting that I have to pay for things I’m not going to use and that these tactics have to be used to get people to move in or renew. If this was stated before when I asked I wouldn’t care about paying more but now I’m starting to second guess my renewal. The website needs to be changed or at the very least note to contact for more information on those “included” amenities.

Just moved into this complex, relocated for work. Website shows amenities included when you click on units, but they are not actually included. The person who I dealt with was aware and said I wasn’t the first to say this. Very disappointing. You either pay more without any compromise due to misinformation on their site. Certain things are a bit outdated. A few minor damages that are noticeable, nothing major ( just hope records are kept and I am not made responsible for them once I move out). Oven does not work. Several of my outlets do not work either. Sunday night and can’t cook dinner. Not a great experience starting out, hopefully things get better. Complex is in a good area, look forward to using the fitness center

So I’ve lived here here for about 4 months, first of all they moved me in and told me I was getting a washer n dryer that I never got … I’ve called 4 times about my ac not working and it’s summer time so it’s been 80-102 degrees and I HAVE NO AC ! When you call the office they make it seem like these things are emergencies but never send anyone !. They never call me back when I call the office and I’ve left several voicemails, they never email be back about anything besides when rent is due or they’re having a community event, they never give attention to the things you ACTUALLY need . I wish someone would’ve told me the pros & cons to moving her because I definitely would’ve went elsewhere with my money . The only people I’ve gotten help from was Kate & Kevin . Other staff are very nasty, rude & 100% don’t know how to talk with people & I definitely wouldn’t recommend moving here 0/10.👎🏾

Moved my dad into one of the townhomes. He loves it. Management is wonderful. Dad has really opened up and come out of his shell. Neighbors are great. Place is always clean. Looking at a place here for myself.

The resident events hosted by the management staff are fun and entertaining. Nowhere else I have ever rented has had these before and I really enjoy the themes.
They just let anyone stay here. It used to be a really nice and quiet subdivision prior to the new management taking over. Loud music playing at all time of the day. The neighborhood is almost always trashy. Tenants are ghetto and classless. Office staff are no different. It’s really sad to see how this place has declined.
I am a current resident who wants to remain nameless. The recent staff change has made things a lot better here at Haven. From the professionalism of the office staff to the Maintenance team. I dont normally write reviews, but things have changed in just about a month thanks to the new staff. They answer the phones, they secure your packages, and again they answer the phone. When I walk in the office, they greet not only me but my dog as well. You cant fake niceness. The office staff are just truly nice and always helpful. If you guys get a chance to read this....Thank You for all that you do for the residents here at Haven.

We moved in a year ago under the previous management and have noticed a 180 degree positive turn around in responsiveness of the staff. When our issues were brought to Cindy’s attention she genuinely cared to know and was quick to respond. They handled repairs in 2 days after I tried unsuccessfully for months to get action from previous management. The Club House is being upgraded and the Guest Room is now available! They are putting TVs in the workout room too! Overall this place is getting some much needed attention. Glad they added Valet trash pickup. We’re heading over to the Club House tonight for Beer and Popcorn! We were happy to renew our lease this week.

Applied in July and got denied. Waited for admin fee of $200 to be mailed within 30 days. Called mid August to check on it and was told it was processed and would be sent out in my name. At the end of August I was told that it was in the other applicants name... and that it was officially sent out later than what the other man told me on the phone. Not to mention that they both told me that it would be here no later than the first week of September. Here we are, still no check.... so unprofessional.
The office staff is very nice and generally helpful, but the gym isnt 24 hours, the pool has limited hours/dates, and the dog park is completely unusable due to holes in the fence and the fact that the door has been off its hinges for about a month now. The apartments and grounds are average, but with most of the amenities not as theyre advertised, living here has been very disappointing. No one cleans up after their dogs, or themselves for that matter, so there is trash and feces throughout the complex.
I moved here over an year ago.was going to renew my lease this coming fall.I must say the staff here in office is much better. We are not happy about my AC unit from day one moving in.We always had a problem with it.Winter months its cold because it stops working summer months its very hot because the unit went out again.My poor little puppy is so uncomfortable so are we.This is a major problem for us living here and it takes longer than 24 hours to be fixed.When we called placing it as an emergency we was told 1st thing in the morning it would be taking care of & that hasnt happen.Now we are told its 5 to be fixed today so long story short it will continue to be extremely hot inside & basically just wait your turn we guess.The rent is to expensive for these type of problems through each season.But let your rent be late and your quick to have an eviction notice on your door and emailed to you.
I love it here! The new management is fantastic. They take care of my service request the same day I call. Everyone in the office is so kind and very helpful. They bend over backwards to do all they can for me and my family. And you cant beat the location!
Management is so much better than what it was when I first moved in. I moved in around August 2018 and requested to get my carpet cleaned because I found insects in it. It was never done and that management team was replaced without ever addressing my issue before they left.With the new management, I explained my situation to them and within a week, they’ve already scheduled for my carpet to be cleaned! Couldn’t ask for better service and management!
I visited this property a few weeks ago with a family member who wa searching for a new apartment. I have visited the property several times over the last few years and this was the best visit I have had so far. Customer service here had improved drastically since my last visit in 2017/18 The property manager (I forgot her name) greated us as soon as we walked through the door, and seemed to genuinely care about making sure all of our questions were answered. Kevin took us on a tour and of the property and explained in the amenities, and the community in further details. Over all the amenities and apartment upgrades are nice. I normally do not do apartment community reviews (unless I live at the community) since I work in the industry, but I had to write one for Haven because I am pleased with the complete turn around this place has made since last year.
The only thing I would say are the roads are bumpy to drive on... But I love living here, I recently resigned my lease for another year. Never really had any issues.
At little skeptical to check it out initially because of the reviews but Ive learned not to listen to the opinions of others and see for myself. My roommate and I are supposed to be moving in tomorrow. When we went to do a demo for a 2 bed 2.5 bath they told us we were going to get a refurbished townhouse for a set price. In person the woman told us our address but on our lease it was showing an apartment number and I had to email her again to see if that was the correct address so that way I can set up our electric and water bill. She said it was correct but of course it was wrong. Her excuse for that error was because she’s new. So trying to be reasonable we excused it. So I had to reset my electric bill and water bill to another address. But that isn’t where our problems stop. When my roommate went to see the townhouse for ourselves we were displeased to see that it was nothing like the demo. The townhouse wasn’t set to move into until the middle of September because of how filthy it was. We demanded to speak to the manager and she offers us a different townhouse. We had videos proving that the woman who demo the townhouse to us told us we were going to be receiving a refurbished townhouse but claims that she didn’t. Even if it were the case (which it was not), DO NOT SHOW US A REFURBISHED TOWNHOUSE IF WE’RE NOT PAYING FOR ONE. They offered us a different one that was discounted but still more than our set price. So now I’m having to change for the third time the address for electric and water bills. If my water isn’t cut on tomorrow, my roommate and I won’t have any water for the next four days because of Labor Day Weekend. The only reason why we’re even moving forward with this place is because of the fact that we need to move out ASAP but as far as the leasing team, if they are still undergoing training they need to be shadowing employees that know exactly what they are doing or have a superintendent right behind them showing them what to do. They seem beautiful online and in person but with the way this process went through I give this place a 1 star. Please proceed with caution.

RAN BY SCAM ARTISTS! BEWARE!! My experience at New Haven was completely horrible to be honest. I am not saying that for shock value, it is fact. I will start by saying that the appearance of the community was nice with the exception of the dumpster areas. Those areas were nasty. Also, the complex was pretty quiet. I had neighbors that had knock-down drag out fights which could be heard through the walls, but in general the neighborhood itself is quiet. I had no access to ANY of the amenities the entire time that I was there. When I got there in September they said that amenities would be complete by January. Lies! smh. The MAJOR problem is management. They had NO CLUE what they were doing. I was there for a year and the office staff changed twice. They kept a shady record of my rent payments. Their rent ledger/system showed that I owed more than what was detailed out in the lease. I arrived at Haven in September 2016, by January they completely messed up their records of my rent payments. The staff kept saying that they would fix it or they would say they could not fix it because only a manager could adjust the rent ledger to accurately reflect what I should pay in rent. I had been dealing with this problem pretty much the whole time I was there. I eventually reached out to the BBB, but its really only so much they can do besides force management to address the issue. They responded to the BBB report, but CONTINUED to have problems getting my rent straightened out despite me having ALL THE PROOF from my receipts, lease, and move-in paperwork that they were WRONG! The situation was not corrected until July 2017 which is absolutely ridiculous! And they still kept my deposit for NO REASON! Literally, there was nothing listed in the letter they sent as to why they did not return my SD. I just wanted to write this review to let potential renters know to choose wisely when deciding to rent with this place. They are horrible! I understand that the rent is on the lower side and it can be hard to find a place that is not too expensive, but beware, You get what you pay for. The rent was not worth the headache that I endured with these people. I am now a homeowner and very happy about that. Luckily for me, I kept every last receipt of the payments I made. I suggest you do the same if you stay here.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! The new management has been in place for maybe around 3-4 weeks and they have completely ruined my living experience here. They act like they have never managed an apartment complex before. You had to jump through hoops to get a maintenance request then when it came to them actually fixing anything they dont do it. When I confronted the office about it they replied with saying they didnt know where the master key was but it actually was with a maintenance worker! This happened two weeks in a row. They would say they would do something to fix the issue and never call back or never come. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I cant wait til my lease is up.

Do not live here. Run by totally incompetent idiots and everything is broken. I called 4 times and finally had to directly ask maintenance when my toilet was broken. Four months and many calls and I still have no online account. Then there is no drop box. I had no way to pay my rent as I was working when the office was open, and they made me get a money order for rent. Then they refused to take it unless I got another money order for a late fee. For 39 they refused my check and threw my 875 money orders on the ground outside. Stay away from this place. Indigo is very nice and theres another on Page in the same price range. This place is the worst.
The 1 star doesnt accurately reflect the quality of this place. 1/4 of a star would be more appropriate. For starters I have been without a working AC for 4 straight days already. Have submitted multiple Emergency work orders on their website, in addition to verbally requesting to management and office staff. Their maintenance team is under skilled and cant handle these types of problems right away; they are always guessing what the problem could be. This has been a recurring issue for over a year now, I have records to prove it. It is the AC in the Summer, and the Heating in the Winter. Dont come to this place, take your business somewhere they will respect you and take you seriously. All of my neighbors have had negative experiences with the office staff. Save yourself a lot of headaches and go somewhere. P.S I am currently residing here, as my lease doesnt expire for the next 2 months, unfortunately. I am on 3103 Adell way Dr. Summers are hot here, and its their responsibility to keep this place in living conditions. 90 Degrees F is not my definition of living conditions. I am close to seeking legal advice against Haven. This will be the second time in 2 years I go this far.
I’m a recent move-in and have loved everything since I got here. Staff is great and super helpful.
The old management wasnt good, but the new management is far worse. Before I moved in, I paid my deposit and 1st months rent electronically, but their system bounced my payment back claiming insufficient funds and tried to charge me for a return fee. I gladly showed the property manager my acct balance to ensure her that there was nothing insufficient about my funds. She then claimed that maybe I typed the acct number incorrectly, but she couldnt show me in the system where it was incorrect. Needless to say, they didnt get that fee and I made them write me a receipt every time I paid my rent from then on.Fast forward 6 months, I get an eviction notice on my door saying I havent paid my rent in 2 months. I again marched over there and showed them my receipts and where the checks cleared in my bank acct. Turns out someone had been entering my payments into the balance for the wrong apartment number.My smoke detector stopped working, and they never replaced that (safety hazard). No one EVER answers the phone, so I had to leave work many time to go up there in person during business hoursNow that Ive moved to a different city, it has been 3 months and I havent received my security deposit back. I called and emailed and got no response. The manager finally answered the phone and said they were processing the check and there were no problems. Now I call, and she tried to tell me I owe them $800 for my last months rent. BS! I forwarded them the email where they told me what my final balance would be AND a PDF of the check that cleared after I turned in my keys.These people do some sketchy business, and Im in the process of filing several complaints. If you like your sanity and want to do business with honest and reputable agents, dont move here.Update 12/10/16: The new property manager finally resolved the issue and I received my refund in the mail, but they have such high turnover, Im not sure how long shell be there to fix thing. Hopefully she can get them in shape though!
Please be careful about the rent payment here. If you have a dispute ensure that this is clarified in writing. I have no issues or outstanding payments but notw that I am trying to rent a new place my rental information came up as civil action pending. Also they do not like paying back security deposits!!!
It is an older community which has a great location, the parking lots could use more lighting and the switch in recent management has not improved the quality of maintenance which for one reason or another is short on staff which comes with frustration. If you can snag a fully upgraded unit youll feel like theyve put lipstick on a pig but its doable. The most uncomfortable concern is the HVAC. You can not regulate the unit temperature properly. Its common to see the townhome units top floor windows raised in the winter in order to allow heat to escape but you have to in order for the first floor to be warm which raises your electric bill tremendously and dont forget the $30 valet trash and additional fees added to your rental amount. On average it not bad and the office staff is very professional and from where I stand work the best they can with the product they have.
Id give 0 star if that was an option. hostile leasing office. noisy neighbors. no help from management. courtesy officer never responds. no action taken by leasing office even after police reports. overpriced.
I moved in May of 2018. The first week of being here my neighbor was rude making loud noise. Every other week he is either stumping or jumping, or playing loud music. I have talked to the leasing office person over 10 times. I know I have called the police 15 times or more. On top of all that I went to talk to the manager about it, he at like its no big deal, he was very rude him self. The manager do care about his tenants. Cant wait to get from over here!!! Normally if you complain about your neighbor in an apartment the office do something about. I guess I need a lawyer....
I moved in to one of the townhomes earlier this year and have had no major issues so far. I walked in to inquire about the townhomes one day and Nancy, the leasing agent, was able to show me the options and I applied immediately. I signed a lease later that week. Any minor repairs that needed to be done were done quickly. Anytime I go into the office and Nancy is there she is quick to ask how Im doing and calls me by name. Its nice when you feel welcomed. While there arent many communities that are perfect (if any are), I have no complaints about this place. Sometimes the dumpster is overflowing, but it is normally cleaned up within a day or so. If thats my only complaint (which its not really), Id say theyre doing pretty good! If I dont renew my lease, its only because I need more space. Otherwise I would not hesitate to renew.

Was looking to relocate from out of town and saw this place on an apartments website. So glad I stopped by to read the reviews. Especially the review about the office being closed a few minutes prior to 5 and a TENANT being refused entry, while a worker day inside, to pick up a package (birthday gift for their child). How unprofessional? Then the property responds by saying the worker had every right to close at 5 and that theyd be unable to help the tenant in such a short amount of time. First of all, the tenant said it wasnt 5 just yet and how much time do you need to get/sign off on a package?If they treat their paying residents like this I will certainly pass.
I am updating my review to report that I was informed today that the staff member I had problems with is no longer with the complex. Since they rectified the issue, I wanted to give them credit. I am still experiencing some delays in getting things repaired, but management appears to be on the upswing and things may be improving. I will update next year to let you know.
Staff is awesome and the maintenance of the grounds are always kept clean....when I have a issue with anything in my apartment...I put in an order and they are always on time to get it done efficiently
I left the application and contacted back in no time and they told me that they can’t refund my money. I had problem with the neighbor smoking and instead of moving me to another unit they require to sign a new lease for longer period which will put you in inconvenient position. I guess if you have a problem for the management to handle don’t expect them to help you.

Im not sure if Im living in the same complex as these one-star reviews. We just renewed our lease, as our first year is coming to a close, and Im actually VERY happy here. We apparently moved in during a transition phase, and were warned accordingly that a MASSIVE amount of work was being done to update the entire location. While I do miss some of the people who were in the office when we got our keys, the new staff has been nothing short of cooperative and helpful with any issues weve had.Service calls, depending on severity, have always been handled for us in (usually less than) 24 hours, and even had one such call arranged around my schedule, since I work nights.Our two-bedroom, two-floor unit is beautiful, our neighbors are great, and there was really no debate between my roommate and I when it came time to renew our lease. Thanks for a wonderful first year!
This complex is okay the new people in office are much better than what we had here. My issue is the bugs in these town homes you see black type bugs, nats flying all through the summer months inside. Also centipede type bugs lil flat bugs all over the home. This is all the time they take a long time for my maintenance issues car break ins on the side I live in.Winter months your heat bill will be high as the sky which is terrible. Also I know management will comment back and say oh we have an open door policy etc. But that wont help also they only upgraded certain townhomes not all doesnt make since to me why not upgrade all. You cant read the number on your mailbox they need to type those over asap. Its just time to go from haven and as I google past history I didnt know about we will be moving this winter.

This place has been hell since the new management took over. Theres trash everywhere, the dog park gate has been broken for 8 months and its completely trashed. They started renovating the gym right at the beginning of winter in October/November, and still havent reopened it. I just left the main office trying to pick up my daughters birthday present from her grandma, and got there at 4:57, she had already locked up and just sat there, so I waited a minute and knocked. She just put her hand up and said we are closed, telling me they closed at five, so I showed her my phone through the door that it was 4:59 and I just need my daughters package.she just kept shooing me with her hand and wouldnt just let me grab her package. I cannot believe this woman has a job, the way she treats people. They fired everyone when they took over. They charge so much money for old, and crappy renovated apartments, and you cant even use the amenities. Run far and fast.
Theres an old skinny white lady sent from hell who works there. When she tells you to do the application shell be smiling, once you pay the money that friendly smile disappears and she just rejects the application without informing you the reasons, or even looking at your pay stubs or verifying anything. Be careful, your application fees will sink or they can charge unnecessary fees along the way.

Another update on Haven. Due to an abusive situation, I was forced to make a quick decision and this was the least expensive in an area I had to be in for my work. It was clear from my tax records I did not make enough. I had savings and my ex promised an equity line from our house so I was surprised but thought I could make it. No surprise--ex said no money (dumb me)--and I hung on until November. The buy our offer for my lease was 2 additional months rent (not 6 weeks!) and I was given a month. It took time but I secured a check from a 0% credit card on Dec 14th (2 days late) they declined and asked for a money order. Ive been a biz owner a long time and I believe the one bedrooms are basically an eviction scheme. Please dont rent from here. Its not ethical and they honestly took advantage of me in a bad situation. I have a very high credit score, and I had the best of intentions, but I do not appreciate predatory lending and unfair practices. Go elsewhere.

When my mom 1st moved here 4yrs. she absolutely loved it, then management changed and everything went downhill. They ignore your phone calls and service requests. You have to physically go up there to the office for any results then they half-a** on that. My moms apartment had termite infestation, all different types of mosquitos and bugs would get in, because they never took the time to rectify the standing water and run-off under the steps from when it would rain. There was mold in the windows, that was never addressed after several calls, then to make matters worse, a pipe burst behind her kitchen wall and flooded the apartment and mgmt did a piss-poor job of handling it.My mom is elderly and has many health issues. We finally had to get her out of there. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to move there. For your own good, look elsewhere.
Over the 3 year course of my stay here, I never faced any kind of troubles be it maintenance or the staff. This is great for someone who just started working and doesnt want to shell out a lot of money for the rent.
Staff new but v. nice & tried to be helpful. Still was unable to quote actual prices after a day and a half.
If there is a 0 score, I will put it !!This Apartment complex is supposed to reture me 600+ USD for deposits and the mistakenly charged rent due to the crash of online payment system. They wrote me an email saying it clearly that they will pay me back as a check with my updated address after moving out in 30 days....However, it has been more than 60 days...i havent received anything....Their manager emailed me that the check has been mailed. Since I didnt get it...i request a remailing...their manager became unresponsive and not accessible, either phone call or email...... I have the evidence that this place own me money...they still behaved like this...can you image how terrible they are...if you are looking for a nice place to live...Keep away from here...keep away this mange group.... Appreciate your life, Keep away from this Apartment Complex...if you are still living here, Keep every piece of evidence to prevent they cheat!!!!!!!!!!!
The Customer Service is exceptional. Even though they are busy they return your call asap and make sure all your questions and concerns get answered!
I live her now and have decided to just break my lease. Only been here maybe 4-5 months and its horrible. They had to replace my refrigerator three times and it still doesnt work, cant keep any food in. The washer was replaced three times as well and it broken again. The floor under kitchen sink leaks, dog use the bathroom everywhere and if you need maintenance, be prepared to wait and be uncomfortable. Do not move here! Do not! They are need to be seriously renovated and upgraded with nice appliances, not ones they tear apartment and fix so they work well enough to fool the tenant for a few days. Mgt does not listen, your concerns arent taken seriously and youre prettty much ignored until you have to call them a dozen times. You dont want the headache, you get a much better apartment for around the same price within 10 minutes of this place.
I’m leaving my 2nd message on here do something about the over flow of the dumpster it’s disgusting and garbage on the ground over there please this complex needs to do better on this situation it can bring more bugs and also can start mice & rats etc with this it’s gross and looks bad when u come home to see this are have visitors to your home please fix this really we pay to much rent to look at this filthy garbage & bad smell everyday & weekends and also the mail area is always a mess paper mail everywhere garbage over flowing does maintenance do anything around here mon-sat geesh
Terrible management! I got an agreement with their manager about my deposit because of their mistake, but after I moved out, the office just told me they have changed their manager and there is no paper work left, so that over charged me 400+ dollars ?!! . Be careful when you make your decision here
I Had a pretty bad experience here and I am going to share it with you because im moving into another place in less than a week and I am grown and idgad, plus my household income of 2 is pretty amazing so you can be the judge. and so you know what to expect. ok. the outsides are nicely kept and the buildings look nice and new. I got the keys two weeks before I actually moved in. when I finally got there, there were many problems. the refrigerator did not work. it resulted in one call and fix. they mustve swapped it with one from another unit. even worse the hot water heater tank was bad. it took about 10 calls, 6 attempts, and 2 weeks before one of their more experienced complex techs finally came out and told them to just install different one. meanwhile, I took cold showers whenever pressing that boiling indicator switch- their suggested temporary fix- on the tank didnt work. the dishwasher didnt work and still doesnt work. although those things were bad, The worst problem I had with them is the CARPET. Im sure they are going to strip up this pos because that is exactly what it is. the tenants before me mustve had animals, or maybe they took it upon themselves to s#!+ on the floors. The carpet smells horrible and im sure it clings. every single time I walked back into that home, I was always pestered by the smell, and it tormented me daily. of course I asked them to CHANGE the carpet. an hour later, there was a CARPET CLEANING SERVICE postcard at the door. I never received the amenities package- you know... pool pass, gym pass, clubroom pass.........that is that so I want to explain my situation. i admit- if fd up but i am beginning to realize that some money isnt the answer all the time, especially when people are greedy as they are. they want it all. ok my spouse temporarily lost her income, while that is no excuse to not pay my rent, my salary couldve covered every single bill but I have money management issues and things happened. so I fell 1 month and a half behind. the half was a from an agreement I made to pay half in two weeks. that and court fees even if I settles before court were 1900. i received the court docs from the good ole boys and the docs indicated that i had to pay the courts 1065 which is one mths rent for me. i shows up at the rent office with four money orders totaling 1900 only for them to say they cant take it without next months as well so i would actually need 3000. i ended up missing court which was an hour later due to transportation issues- having 1 car in the fam has pros and cons- and the public bus is unreliable.so i cant s#!+ US currency, but if they wanted that theyd have to wait until i got paid. so i got paid and i offered them the 3 grand. they said ok.....and in the same damn breath turn around and said NO. i was shattered by that. they wanted next month and it was 2 weeks before now. so they want 4000. i knew i wouldnt have 4 grand until the end of this week but .............im not surprised that i have writ and i am getting evicted.. i have another place in Morrisville and i work toohard make too much to be stressing about you nottaking my rent money. and i dont need that stress. you say its policy but it was more so personal. you dont gaf about you tenants. i think you couldve accepted the 3000 on the 23rd when your policy states i must be charged next month after the 20th. 3 days GIVE ME A BREAK. but now im moving to Morrisville in less than a week so i am so happy to get my life back and pay day is Friday plus whats already in my account. and not to mention my spouse account. WOOHOO!!!!!!
