Beautiful apartments complex. Very happy that I found such a great place to live. The staff and management are very helpful and responsive. Looking forward to see what the new management bring to the property.
Lived there for about two full years. I could never get rid of the roaches. My lease ends November so thankful.. Very unsafe to leave. On Oct 14th 2020 three men came into my home as a robbery. I was shot, I am so thankful to be alive. I was in the hospital and the office came to see me and when he arrived he told me there is always issues at Marquis. Gardens. There are no cameras to help me find out who came into my home. I am scared to go back. So I went to the office to let them know I will no longer be living there. They were aware of what happen. But all they cared about was the contract I signed. They are making me pay for November rent and December and my lease is up anyways in November..I have lost my job and they are aware of it. I will not be able to go to work for 6 to 12 months. This experince living at Marquis Gardens has changed my look outlook on Apartments.. If you care about your family and your self.< DO NOT MOVE HERE>
It was my 1st time here . But, it seemed very quiet, spacious & manicured ~ a good place to raise kids.
I have had at least 10 leaks in my apartment. There has been mold growing from my ceiling. I have been without central air in the summer and heat in the winter. I’ve lived here for 2 years and the whole 2 yeas was horrible I’d rather be homeless then live here another year. Less the half of the things work in the apartment infested with roaches and bed bugs Office agents are rude, Inconsiderate, they won’t fix anything right you have to call at least 4 times for the same problem. Don’t move here the price is no where near worth it.
Happy Holidays!! I have lived here for about 4 months now. Thanks to the leasing consultant Ms. Sharon. From my first email to the complex to meeting her for the apartment viewing she has been kind. She has a very sweet spirit. She personally has made this transition for my family so much better. Any concerns Ive had with my apartment has been addressed in a timely manner. So far anyone Ive encountered in the leasing office has been helpful.
The apartments are bigger than they look
Sadly we moved sight unseen to this apartment. We choose it for the location and we rented through apartmentfinder.com which had good reviews only to see googles reviews reflected the true rating of this apartment complex. The community was dangerous, shootings, home invasions, break and entering, etc...When we arrived from Oregon to this apartment it was filthy, missing kitchen cabinets, dead roaches covered the counters and cabinets, and the unit was not in acceptable condition as it was described to us.We had to clean out the apartment, buy and install the missing kitchen cabinets because the counter was being held up by a broken shower curtain rod.Then a couple months later summer arrived and the AC did not work, They never repaired it and said that this was the best they could do. So we went out and bought 2 new 10,000 BTU ac units to help cool down the apartment.Then the tub because backed up from repairs they did downstairs and they did not send a plumber to our house for almost 3 months. After the 2nd week of an undrained tub we hired our own plumber to make the repairs. During that time that the tub held the water, the tape repaired tub crack broke and that water started rotting out the floors in that bathroom.We managed to stay for our lease even with this...but then we had gotten new neighbors. Soon marijuana and cigarette smoked filled our apartment from the holes in the kitchen wall and the dryer vent. The smoke was so bad it damaged our furniture and our food. We had to leave our windows open just to be able to breathe and that damaged our electronics from the storms and the rain. We contacted them immediately and within a 1.5 months without any relief we went and found a new apartment. This was the last straw for us.
It doesnt even deserve one star. Im so glad Im not the only one with bad experiences with the office staff. They are the rudest people Ive ever encountered! Ive had nothing but very negative experiences with all of them. I hate living here, and would move if I wasnt trapped by my lease. Dont move here. I work at a gym where transplants and students ask me for recommendations on where to move/live, and I go out of my way to stress NOT to move here. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. My shower barely works, the stove smokes every time I turn it on, my a/c has been broken for a week (very little has been done to remedy this), the walls are thin, Ive been treated very badly by the staff and called a liar on more than one occasion, and the neighbors are SO LOUD. Dont move here. Ive never lived in a more awful place. If youre even considering it, there are other listings in Durham with similar price points that are WAY better. Ive lived here since December and would leave in a second if I could.
I havent moved in yet, and Im so excited to move from Bronx, N.Y. To Durham, Ms.Sharon have been great, so to see the reviews on her have me shock!!! But what I can say is Ive been calling her everyday for updates on when am I going to move in and every time she been polite no attitude always in a good mood, and not yet she seems bother, always pleasant...people gets frustrated cause lord knows I am, but Im still respectful and what you put out is what you get in return, she only human and everybody haves feelings too... I will update soon... But until then thanks Ms. Sharon for tolerating me cause I know Ive been a pest..

If you want to pay 800+ a month for a slum...go ahead and do it. I am out of here as soon as possible.. they want rent money but dont or wont fix anything. They are rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate in the office..also, the maintenance only fix stuff when they feel like it. I have had leaks to the point that my ceiling is rotting, the place is just a mess..They come in and talk to you like you are trash..we have been under several different managers since I have lived here, pool is never open, now you have to get a stupid laundry card to use the facilities but the cards can only be purchased and money loaded on it ( with a money order) in the office during office hours..people shooting constantly..standing in huge groups in the parking area so you have to wait for them to decide to move out of your way before you can park..kids running around cussing people and breaking windows or mirrors on cars..trashing the place, the place is horrible..one good thing, and only good thing is, there are no roaches.. I have lived in two apartments because of leaks since I have moved over here, and I havent found any bugs..none of my friends or neighbours have any either..so, bug free but you might get shot or robbed if you hang around a window or outside. My husband was robbed at gunpoint here while getting out of his car after work.. dont waste your money, unless you just want to pay the same price for a dangerous, ill repaired, out dated complex that you can pay for a nicer place some where else...much the same can be said about Durham in general now days..( 2 years later...yes this review was very valid. It is still valid because this is my opinion . Thats the exact attitude I was talking about..the fact that this place is under new ownership, management, etc. has nothing to do with my review being valid. And, from what I hear from my friends, who still have the unfortunate displeasure of living here, nothing, at all, has changed. And for a business based on the customer comfort and satisfaction, to say ones opinion of the space the pay a good amount to live in, is alone, bad business practice and shows a lack of professionalism and interpersonal skills. While you may not like my review, does not make it untrue. So, if you want good (valid) reviews, make the experience positive and you will get your good review. I only wish I could give you - 5 stars for your professionalism alone.

We moved from FL to NC and unfortunately this was the only place that had a 3 bedroom on the first floor (we have a child with special needs so first floor is a must). My husband was shown a model apartment, which is made up very nice. Our apartment was not move in ready at all! The dishwasher was disgusting, food stains and food still in it, a closet door had only one hinge, several windows had either broken screens or no screens, the kitchen counter was being held with a mop handle, one of closets was missing a rod, one bathroom had no shower curtain rod, the other bathroom had a toilet that needed to be replaced, the washer hook up was leaking, the stove and oven needed work. We have had to put in many orders and call every day to get repairs done, most arent done, we have also discovered mold growing on the ceiling of the master bedroom and molding around the front door is coming off the wall, plus theres an infestation of German roaches and drain flies despite all efforts to get rid of them (efforts on our part not theirs). The staff is kinda friendly, but mostly they do not really seem to care about those that live here or know what they are doing. There are approximately 400 residents and only 4 maintenance staff. Weve lived here just a little over a month and being under so called new ownership/new management has not done anything to improve the place. As soon as we are able we are moving out! Do not move here!
I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE OUT HERE !!! These people act like they don’t care about you. They don’t fix anything. I’ve been waiting for things to get fixed out here since October and it’s now March. They need management out here. The people in the office act like they have attitudes all the time and are very rude. They put people in raggedy old apartments. This place needs to be shut down or some serious management that actually cares about their job.
The Office manager Evon is very rude and unprofessional Evon has no people skills at all and also when promised an updated apartment we received an ancient apartment nothing worked and was infested with roaches. No longer live there just moved two moths ago. I would not recommend anyone to apply for these apartment complex Rochelle Manor has better service than this place its horrible. There was an running toilet they did not change the carpet nor did they send any carpet cleaners to clean the carpet they only replaced the padding under the carpet.
My mother-in-law has lived here for several years. The new staff are horrible. She hasn’t had A/C all summer long despite calling repeatedly to report work order to the leasing office. I called and left a message with First Communities Corp office but never got a call back. At renewal they never offered to update her apt even tho she’s been there for 13 years with the same carpet. They increase rent by 30-60 dollars every year yet offer nothing in return. Plus they are super rude.
I just move to this place and i found very friendly people at the office ..also find out issue with the hot water wich was fixed in less than 24 hrs by billy the awesome maintnance guy..very professional team at this place
Runnn...Avoid this complex esp if you expect to live comfortably and safely. If you dont mind deplorable conditions then go for it!Dont let the new ownership fool you. Theyve switched ownership several times yet the only improvements youll notice are exterior such as paint and landscaping haha. Roach galore, nasty nasty, bad plumbing, ghetto nasty tenants, loud music, gun shots, trash always stinky and over flowing. Oh, and if you allow your kids outside I suggest you watch them veryy closely!! Actually, keep them in the house. The kids in the neighborhood are ruthless!! Ms. Sharon is the only pleasure regarding this community.
I literally just called to speak with Jason the manager (9/22/17, 1:40pm). The nasty lady who answered, Sharon, said he wasnt there. I said it was important and she asked if I had another number for him. I told her its not like I have his cell phone number so I need to know if hed be available any time today. She said no. I asked if I hed be available Monday and she said no. I asked if hed be available ever and she said no. I asked her if she was saying he would never be available, including Monday morning and she nastily said Thats right maam he is never going to be available so I suggest you try somewhere else and hung up on me. I could NOT believe it. With the horrible crime at this property, the last thing they need is a nasty, rude person answering the phones.
Office staff is very rude & unprofessional. Especially the lady Sharon who answers the phone up. I hand been waiting 3 months for my refund while they told me it would only take a few weeks as in two weeks. Its really going on the third month. Ive attempted to call their corporate office monument, I talk to one person and she told me to callback in a hour and ask for Freddy because he was in charge.. That they were on lunch. I called back in an hour got no response .. I called back consistently and still they forward me to an automatic system saying theyre unavailable. This apartment complex still havent gave me my refund & they are honestly a joke while unprofessional. I would NOT recommend to my worst enemy
This neighborhood isnt even worthy of 1 star. My boyfriend has stayed here for 4 years and it by far is probably one of the worst neighborhoods Ive ever stayed in. I remember the first year was okay. Everything appeared to be fairly decent. The apartment homes are fairly old so you shouldnt expect much. The second year I remember there was issues with crime and drugs. There were several shootings throughout the neighborhood. Most of them probably werent even reported. But as a result, they shut down the pool to punish residents. The 3rd year was pretty much the same thing with no pool access. Here it is the 4th year and things are pretty much the same except 10X worst! There have been several times in the past few weeks where wed wake up and the water would be off with no warning. ROACHES are terrible. Pest control doesnt come out as much as he should so you are forced to handle the bug problem on your own. Stairwells are always filthy! There are 3 dumpsters located throughout the neighborhood. At any given time you are bound to see all 3 dumpsters overly full and garbage stacked all around the area. Durham Police are answering a call or patrolling the neighborhood at LEAST 2 - 3 times a week! There should be a designated area in the neighborhood where the kids should stand for the school bus. In the mornings, the kids stand in the middle of the complex entrance and barely move out the way for cars. Our lease has been up since August so while we are on a month-to-month basis right now, they have cranked up our rent another $100. We are paying over $800 for an old apartment in these conditions. Id HIGHLY advise anyone NOT to move into this neighborhood!!!!!
Current resident. Toilet in bathroom doesnt fill up. Been waiting 2 months for my dryer plug in to be fixed. 2 months. Called corporate, no response, called the office, its always Im gonna send someone out, thats s joke. Well Im paying for hookups I cant use and then Im having to pay for the laundry mat also. If it was their home how would they feel! Been here a year there has only been 4 times that they have came and sprayed for bugs. Put in new windows but trim around the windows has not been replaced. All of my windows are rotted at the top and bottom, I honestly dont know how they are still in there. Well Ill be raising alil bit more hell I guess call corporate a couple times a day, office 3 times a day. But who has time for that! This is BS. I will say Valerie is awesome. She actually tries to help, Yvonne shes alright too. The other, I advise you not to even deal with her. Says a work order goes in but when you call back there is no record. She picks and chooses who gets matience. Other residents have said the samething. Just dont waste your time.
My roommate and I were pressed on time because our lease was running out so he chose this place. But when we moved In The fridge, shower, stove, water etc... Didnt work and there were cockroaches when we complained they did nothing about it the mantience people came didnt finish their work and said that they would come back the next day they never returned. Didnt get resolved until months later Somone broke into our apt to run from the cops and the cops kicked in the door so it doesnt fully lock and we put in a work order and a month later it isnt fixed we go to the office they say they dont know someone kicked in the door yet it was on the news we had to call the special investigating team 5 on your side until they did somethingthis is a terrible apartment and they dont care about you at all each month is new management but same terrible office staff all the reviews say they are trash Dont move here
I have had bad service with this apartment complex sharon doesnt know what shes talking about ive put in work orders and call back to check on them and they were never put in, ive also had her tell me rent was one thing and go in and pay and she forgot something and couldnt take my rent thats not my screw up and the other woman yovonne is rude but Valarie made my stay as good as possible she knew what she was doing the information she gave was always correct the only reason i gave a 3 star is because of her if you decide to stay here i would recommend anyone here to speak to her she is really professional n a great help thanks Valarie
I am now searching for, A place, I really never had, any problem, because when, i move in my Apartment, was remodel, since the new company, came, They stop taking section 8 oh well its ok, i think that, they, need more improvement, with the Apartment, as far as management wise, need to have much to offer, we was getting, free water, now you have to pay, trash, pest, rental insurance, pay for A card to wash, I just thinkl they should offer more, and add, all that, extral stuff to the rent, they should have kept the water the same, and fix the pool, i am not. Talking, just for me, i am talking for the others, that lluve there,
Place would be better if, things at the office would be taken care of certain situation. Better considerate neighbors. Less loud music at all type of hours. Better window installation due to winter its pretty cold. Windows are unable to close seal, so you have open cracks that the cold air seeks through. I bought window plastic installation to keep away cold draft in. On the weekends, this place is out of control. Sad and so inconvenience to those that work and do the right things.
Most unorganized, rude, unfriendly office staff i have ever dealt with in my life. at first it was ok then we signed the lease and it has been no good sense. we are moving and i am happy!! decent price but look at your rent statement, they charge you a washer and dryer fee but the apartments do not come with washer and dryer. the dumpsters are over flowing but you get charged 5 dollars for that. they charge you for pest control the whole year we lived here pest control only came out once but they charge you every month. all types of people hanging in the parking lot, kids breaking windows. anything goes here!! on top of that they wont call you back. yesterday i called them about my last month rent because we should be prorated for living there a half month (though we moved already, no big deal we dont mind paying it) but my rent statement charges stated we owed the whole month i was told someone would call me back by the end of the day yesterday no call!! i called back this morning 2 times from my cell no answer but to my surprise i hang up my cell and call right back from my work phone and an answer right away! ha! isnt that ironic, screening calls much!! then the lady i speak with has no idea how to calculate my rent...can i just say i am happy to go!! terrible water issues, terrible plumbing issues, bug issue, if you do move here spray around your whole apartment and use boric acid thats how we got rid of the bugs. the maintenance people do the best they can but the office staff im sure never gives them your maintenance request. i put in a request for the bulbs in the breezeway to be replaced over a month ago so i could see going into my home at night, after 3 days and no fix i call back the lady did not even put it in, i changed the damn bulbs myself with my own bulbs. i put in a work order a month after moving in last year about my window being put in wrong so the lock is on the outside, the lady tried to argue with me that i did not know what i was talking about. i just said forget it. like i said the apartments are sub-par but the staff in the office i just cannot do it!! i cannot stand bad customer service and if you are paying rent and you are a tenant you are a customer, ugh!! RANT OVER!!
Let me start by saying when I first moved in the leasing office were more customer service orientated but over time they have switch management four times in the almost two years I have been here. Honestly I can not wait until July 31st when this lease is up. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. There was work done in my apartment in march because my apartment had the main sewer pipe underneath it. I was told that the work would be confined to the bathroom and it wasnt. I came home one day to find that my master bedroom was destroyed. They had threw everything out of my closet. Personal belonging were damaged. Cloths, shoes ( Jordans $100), Playstation, tablets, two cell phones. Damage by the mess that was performed in my home. Bathroom decoration gone (trashed). I was told that these items were going to be fix by management but he really didnt press the issue like a manger should. I had to stay on top of him. So he took 180 off my fee. Is that nearly compatible to how much damage was done? No but I took it. Now just recently there was a major leak in my apartment not caused by me and water got into four of the 5/6 rooms of the apartment. Maintenance was not really pressed about coming out right away he wanted to wait until the office open at 9 when I called at 6 in the morning. The water leak was serious. They hook these big fans up to MY electricity for four days. Running all day because that is what I was told was the only process to do it. I express this issue to the leasing consultant and she acted like she could give to fs about it. She did not care and she has a horrible attitude. Initials SG. The new management does not care anything about people feelings. They get you in take your money and their mission is completed. This last year has been hell and honestly I do not feel like I should pay for the last two months of my rent because all of the damage cause in March and the high light bill that I just received because of THEIR maintenance work. I also recommend that they get new leasing consultants because the ones they have are going to run people away once they get in there. The only reason I gave a two is because of my first year.
They yet to give me my deposit back. Their so unprofessional and never return phone calls.
Property is under new ownership and they are renovating the units. They look beautiful.
Greetings! Grab yourself some popcorn and some tea honey, because it’s about to get REAL. Never have I ever been so glad to leave the hood. And mind you, I have never lived in the hood but this is some hood ish. I should have known this was not the spot for me when I went to preview a unit and a large cockroach just decided to walk on by as if it had been paying rent for the last several years. And of course, the staff person just said they had pest control. Did I listen? Nah. Welp, when I moved in, I found dead roaches. In the pantry. In the closet. In the refrigerator. In the bathtub. You name it, the roaches were there.I had to beg the staff to put my unit down for pest control to come and spray. And they sure acted so quick. So quickly, it took three weeks for pest control to come and by that time, I had bombed my apartment about 4 times and spent over $70 in RAID products. I thought one day I was just going to find a turtle and a rattlesnake waiting for me because I saw everything else I never saw before. Pest control helps for a day or two. Then these insects come back like you stole their mama’s cake. If you are cleanly and godly, that.doesn’t.matter. Be prepared to be perturbed. The older man tries to keep up with the facilities, but it’s an absolute fail. The residents are dirty and honestly don’t care. Carts, trash, bags of food, diapers, bottles will be out in the complex without a care in the world because they don’t pay rent. They’re inanimate objects – the hell they care?Tons of children running around which makes me believe they are trying to get paid because they love running in front of moving cars. Almost lost my eyebrow when I slammed on my breaks to avoid hitting this little girl. POW! POW! CHITTY CHITTY BANG. It’s GUNSHOTS GALORE AROUND THESE STREETS! IF you’re about that life, then this is the right spot for you. This complex STAYS LIT and Durham POLICE live here. A lot of residents do not care for the manager – many complaints about his inflexibility. So be careful when you sign those documents, it’s a WRAP. He did not give me issues because I was in that office. Every. Damn. Day. Because. I. run. My. Money to y’all.on time and I ain’t got the time to deal with the BULL.Windows don’t shut all the way. Walls are poorly insulated and everything is super thin. Had to figure that out the hard way when I received my Duke Energy bill and almost lost my edges. I reported issues with my refrigerator beginning in October 2016 – there was constantly water leaking, some weird black substance leaking and some days it would just shut off. The refrigerator was QUICKLY replaced last month – APRIL 2017. I complained of the air conditioner/heater constantly rattling and maintenance response was to put some newspaper underneath it. You will be in the dark quite often. Keep that kerosene lamp handy because you will come home and it will be pitch black for some odd weeks. Yep. You read that right. If youre a camper, this is for youuu! Because… who needs lights when you’re single, female and living by yourself? WE GOT JESUS and the SAINTS.Surprisingly, the good out of all this was the area being quiet at night – especially given the number of children here. You better believe by 8: 00 PM, no one is really outside. Maybe because of the gunshots? I don’t know but that is a relief. If it helps, I was warned by a resident about this place and still didn’t listen. When I signed my lease, she smirked and told me, “you’ll see.” Where is Lazarus when you need him? If the maintenance man tells you he wouldn’t live here if they charged him $1 in rent and the staff’s very own Ms. Sharon (leasing office staff) told you herself, “Back in the day, the back part where you live used to be hot (gunshots), but now the front is hot so you’re in a good spot…”Why would you sign? This ain’t no Lil Wayne ft BG & Juvenile – The Block Is Hot.Get yo life.In conclusion,Girl.bye. (boys too).Seriously, you’ve been warned.
Ok, I have been out here for 1 1/2 now. I can honestly say if you really need a place to live until you can find what your really looking for then move here(desperate). If not keep on searching. Maintenance team sucks mainly because the office want allow them to make real repairs. They are to busy trying to do quick fixes. The only good thing about this place is that your water and trash is included in your rent. The staff just about getting a ck. Within that little time that I have been here we have had 2 managers. Rumor has it that she was brought in to try to fix a few things so she want be there long either. Now along with the new manager there was a whole new staff. Bottom line that apt complex is about getting that rent from you every month. You have to ask for your apt to be sprayed if not its not going to happen unless a new tenant moves in your building. They have renovated some of the apts with new appliance but they refuse to do all. My apt just looks old. I complain about the same things over and over again. They did a rush job when I moved in to get my money. If I could do it all over again. I would have bypassed North Point Crossing. When I first moved in rent was $734 then I got renew my lease rent was changed to $744. DId they let me know in advance rent was going up now and if you didnt sign your lease your rent would be $800 until you sign. Now I have noticed according to there website that the rent has went up to $829 for a 3 bedroom. This place is just not worth it. They lie about fixing things. Told them my windows dont lock come home they have put the metal screw locks in my window instead of replacing the locks. Fire hazard if a fire breaks out then you will have to unscrew them from the window and possibly pass out in the process. If they are screwed in good then you will have to use pliers so yeah the smoke will take you out!!!!
I wish I didnt have to give them any stars. However, I will give them that 1 star because the maintenance team is pretty cool. So, let me start from the beginning. My Husband chose this place because of the location. I will say that if it were my decision I wouldnt have given this place any attention. My sister-in-law called the office asking questions that were really impacted the decision to move here. Basically, Sharon made the apartment complex seem like it was on the up and up and that we wouldnt have issues. Blah. Wrong! We had concerns about roaches and court filing dates. My husband gets paid on certain days throughout the month...so we normally pay a late fee every month (weve done this everywhere weve lived) he asked Sharon what day they filled court papers bc that too would determine if we moved here or not. Sharon insisted that his payday would fall well before their filing day. Wrong! Which means we pay an extra 200 for court fees...when his pay day is 2 days after the filing date. Most places file between the 13-15. They file on the 11th. Now to the office staff. Sharon is rude and nosey as hell. Oh yeah...her favorite words are I dont recall. so dont trust her and that Im passionate about my job bs. She could seriously work for Trump. She is gone insist on them upgraded apartments. Trust me. Ive seen them. The problems in these apartments arw not cosmetic. Shell tell you 1 thing when applying for the apartment, then she wont recall when asked about things she said wouldnt be an issue. Sharon insisted they had an excellent pest control routine. Unfortunately weve been here nearly 2 months....weve been swarmed with roaches...still no pest control..yet we pay a pest fee every month. The very first day we moved in our heat wasnt working (btw it is now broken for the 3rd time in the middle of winter), the kitchen cabinets and drawers were falling apart (they are stained...Ive tried cleaning them). Only 1 outlet worked per room. Roaches were crawling around as we were moving furniture in. Our main bathroom sink was clogged with leaves, sticks, and dirt. How, Sway? They literally didnt clean a thing. We have roaches in our kitchen appliances. The stove barely works because of all the roaches inside (only 2 burners work). Cracks in the walIs because the apartment is leaning. The had to fix the master bathroom door bc it barely opened. They literally painted everything in the kitchen...knobs...hinges...etc..like they just threw paint around. I wish I could be kinder when typing this...however...the honesty in me isnt allowing me to pretend like things here are great. I wouldnt recommend dogs live out here. Oh and you better believe I have pictures to back up every thing Ive put here. At this point we just cant take anymore and are seeking residence elsewhere. If were going to be nickel and dimed for everything....we may as well live in real luxury.
The maintenance team and office suck especially the office team if you call to have something fixed the office people dont give the maintenance worker the right report,the computers are always down in the office. They dont repair anything, we have no trash can near our building they move trash cans,who does that???????? But yet we have to pay a $5 trash fee,i am out of here when my lease is up hate this whole oh by the way residents have to PAY to get in this dirty ass pool yes ? Its a cheaper place to live but............its under new management and it still havent changed maintance still suck still have to DRIVE to the trash can nothing has changed at 901 Central Station!!!!!!!
When I first moved into my apt they had to come fix things that should have been fixed prior to moving in. Over an year period everything in the apt fell apart or broke down. The sinks are always stopped up. They cut the water line off for 8 hours once every two weeks. They go up on rent every year but they dont remodel or replace anything inside your apt. The management changes at least twice a year. The last management that they are currently under are very rude & Non helpful. Once I was locked out because of a malfunction with my door which wasnt my fault & me and my daughter were forced to find some were to sleep that night BC they would not open my door. Once The maintenance people came inside my apt claiming to fix something that wasnt broken and I wasnt there. Other than that the apts are great. Would I recommend them probably not. Oh yea last year we didnt even have a trash can to dump our trash for 10 months I had to drive to throw away trash. I could go on & on. And this is very valid with new management as well as of june10th 2017 its worse, my house has been broking into since then, done nothing!! they charge for water now and water barely comes out faucet. ALSO MAINTENANCE STOLE MONEY OUT MY APT AND NO ONE SEEMED TO KNOW WHICH MANTENANCE MEN WHERE IN MY APT.?? ALSO I recommended a friend to move in 4 months later after living there they gave her a notice on her door to leave in 4 days stating her son did some illegal activity when she questioned them about it and looked back on the camera and changed there mind when they realized it wasnt her child. But she had already made moving arrangements! yea they are terrible here.
Always a police presences they have ants, termites and roaches. Service is terrible when it comes to repairs.The pictures they show is not the apartment you will be renting, it is a upgrade with a high price that is not worth paying.
They are very much roach infested and also they have very bad wire in their apartments. Run dont move out there
The worst place in the world . They are never in the office of time . Employees know little to nothing . Older Hispanic lady only points to other people to help you . They don’t care if you have roaches, they don’t care if your heat doesn’t work . Do not move her I don’t care if they are offering a free two months . Sinks stink no matter how much you wash
I WOULD NOT LOOK INTO CALLING THE NUMBER THAT IS LOCATED ON THIS. I WOULD NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH TRYING TO MOVE HERE. I HIGHLY PISSED ABOUT THE SERVICE I JUST RECEIVED. THEY GET YOUT BANKING INFORMATION AND ONCE THEY GET IT NOBODY IS AROUND TO GIVE YOU THE INFORMATION THAT YOU NEED CONCERNING THE PLACE. AGAIN I WOULD NOT BOTHER CALLING THAT 1 800 NUMBER. IT IS TRAP AND A SCAM. I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE BEFORE HAND.
Almost 3 years without opening the pool and prices went up by a 100 (Didnt matter what Apt you had )
Trust me and everybody else! You dont wanna pay 800 for this apartment. Its terrible.
Pool is closed more than it is open and Maintenance response time is very lacking. I have not had AC for 10 days now and its 90 degrees avg every day in my apartment. I still dont have an answer to when it will be back on and these utilities are part of my rent. My rating of this apartment has gone down over the year.
Because its under New Management which I. am not sure about but so far they seem to be on target.
Bad really bad, apart from cars the service is terrible, apart from racists too, or think about moving here would be a waste of money
Its a good Neighborhood in all but I have all this problems with my wall cause water is leaking😤 I had call lots of time but they didnt come

The administration has changed and they are taking the time to give the necessary attention to each department. We all hope that this really works for the betterment of them.
The older lady who attends the office is very bloody, they should run it 😡 apart from the maintenance is not very good, and they charge you pet control and they dont do it frequently and when they do nothing professional
Going to these apartments was the worst experience, the office staff is very rude and incompetent, apart from not treating one well they ignore one. I called them and they told me one thing and then another, based on lies was that I kept going saying they would have the apartment ready and the day I needed to move call and they said that it was already ready and it turns out that Im going to the apartments and I was not ready and I could not see it. And still to finish they said that they were not going to return the money that was already there because I canceled the apartment. But how could I cancel if they never had it ready? Apart from rude thieves !!!! What anger gave me, it feels bad that you want that one and one occupying apartment
I do not recommend them to anyone they are very old and the staff is very racist and rude
