I’ve been in a couple times in the past and prices were never as high as this time, and 2 of my nails are already broken after 3 days. I got no manicure and no pedicure just gel polish on my toes and powder on my nails and it was over $70, then got begged to tip them after when they didn’t even do a great job at all. I don’t recommend.

Great experience. The nail techs were personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Giving good advice about colors and nail treatment. They worked with care and diligence. Ill definitely go back.

I went here because my old salon got new owners and messed up my eyebrows so I came here to get eyebrows done and they did a great job

I usually dont leave bad reviews but it makes me mad that I paid $60 for these nails and less than 2 weeks later 3 have broken. I wasnt even doing anything that would cause them to pop off like this. Very disappointed.

Really bad experience, my gel is really ugly. I just when yesterday Saturday March 7, looks nasty. Really bad work.

Very polite and kind people here it was my first time getting a pedicure and they made the experience wonderful. They were also able to flexible with and fit me into their busy schedule.

I went there because I live close and needed a pedicure and SNS. the gentleman on the phone quoted me a price ($47 with tax) for the SNS and said the pedicures start at 27. I said okay and arrived a few minutes later. The lady who did my SNS left tips from my last job on there, didn’t shape them properly, cut two of my fingers. My pedicure was fine though. The problem came when it was time to pay, I wasnt informed by the gentleman or the lady that tips cost 5 and shape cost 3...that’s something that the person should know considering where I usually go, there’s no charge. I was highly dissatisfied with the service and my nails don’t look good.

The ladies do nice work. They dont speak to you when you walk in though. They may not even acknowledge you for a good five minutes. Its annoying and discourteous but I keep coming for the convenience. I usually get SNS or gel. Its a little more expensive here than other shops Ive been to but it lasts a long time.

Been going for over nine years. Always treated nice. My nails and pedicures are done every two weeks like clockwork. They can do the basics, special occasions, parties, and artsy nails.

Kelly is my favorite, but never had a bad experience with any service. This place had me driving 20+ miles to get my nails done. Wish I was closer

I love this place, Ive seen Kelly For a While and her attention to detail is amazing!!! I got her by accident because she was no showed and it was the best thing Ever because I am super piccccccky about my nails! I am that girl...and Not once have I had a nail break or lift since shes been doing them, with that being said I frequent the gym and lift heavy and still they last! Love her and this nail Salon! I send everyone I know here !

I walked into the salon and was not greeted. I then was asked what was I there for? I simply stated a fill in with clear gel polish on my nails. I was told to come on after the young lady walks off. I sit down at a station and the female nail tech says, Oh you dont color? I say no thank you. I am here for only a fill-in and clear topcoat of gel. I ask if I can reshape my nails from coffin to an almond shape she does not respond. She proceeds to tell me that one of nails have a lift and half way files it to actually fill the acrylic. The bonding solution that they used left a yellow/dark color against the fresh acrylic. The kicker to all of this is that I called earlier that day to see if they accepted AMEX. A gentlemen that answers the phone said yes. I am checking out after my poor reshaping job to get denied on my method of payment. They wouldnt let me use my paypal card either. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip. Would not visit again.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I just left and while getting a manicure the lady cut me and it was a deep cut and started bleeding. She tried to continue painting my nails on top of the blood, when I said something she stopped and wiped it. This wasn’t just a nick there was blood actually dripping off my finger.She just put alcohol on top of it. Did not ask me if I was OK or anything and acted very nonchalant about it. And painted right on top of it. Now I am in pain and still have to deal with the fact that they have no empathy or compassion whatsoever. I will never patronize this business again.

The owner is by far one of the most unprofessional people I ever encountered. He is all smiles and laughs until you have a bad experience and then he will stick it to you. I have never ever been made to feel the way I felt walking out of that establishment recently. I have been going there for over a year...but not any more. I always use my debit card when I go, and it has never been an issue what so ever. He decided on my most recent visit to confront me about my use of a debit card. He humiliated me and told me I wasnt welcome there unless I started bringing cash. Also, because I paid with a card he refused to offer me the special they had advertised at the front door. ( No where did it mention you had to pay in cash to receive the special.) Is that even legal? everywhere deserves the right to only accept cash. However, this should be a practice with EVERY customer and a sign should be posted. If you dont like credit card companies, then ban them all together. Dont take it out on your customer. His spite, unprofessionalism, and down right discriminatory behavior was absurd. Stay far away from this terrible, terrible salon.

Tbh they were pretty rude and condescending . I went 2x thinking it was just an off day but the 2nd time I went my sns mani looked horrible by day 2... Plus the shape was awful. Thought Id be able to make this my permanent salon cuz the rating so high but Im more than likely not going again.
