I will definitely be coming back here! I made an appointment at the end of the day, the staff were wonderful and friendly. Kevin did my nails and the nail art. I showed him what kind of art I was hoping for and free handed these gorgeous nails! I think I found my new nail place!

Tina did AMAZING. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on. Very friendly and she double checks with you to make sure they’re the right size,shape and length. She was sooo very thorough. My nail artist was Rosie! She was very sweet, nice, and we talked during my session. I asked for a squoval acrylic with gel polish, and a matte look with a marble ring finger .After a few hours of looking at my nails, I wish I had more of a matte look like asked. I also wish the marble had a more, “marble” look to it. I paid $54 overall for the full set.I would definitely recommend this place for anyone, because everyone there was very helpful and understanding!

My nail techs (Angel and Kevin) were very nice and did a very good job. I asked for the last photo (just different colors) and got something very similar! These nails are so fun and I love them.

Asked for sage green marble with a milky background. got this. didn’t even push my cuticles back in the slightest. nail broke within 4 days by just setting up a hammock!!! $69. uneven. not the right color. not marble. looks like a solid color. has to add glitter because it looks so atrocious!!! this is ridiculous. last picture was what i showed them!!!!

I 100% recommend this place, they were super nice and friendly, helpful, and overall a great environment. I’m OBSESSED with my nails, she (Tina) did a wonderful job, exactly what I wanted!

I was a little intimated by this place because I prefer natural nails but they did such a great job. Even more impressive is how well run this business is. The reception person is an all our store manager, providing excellent customer service and very attentive to both customers and co-workers needs. I was even able to get in within 24 hours of calling- which seems to be a thing of the past in nail Salons! I will definitely be back!

I walked in without an appointment on Friday afternoon, and they were still able the squeeze me in for a mani and pedi! I have 2 toddlers so sometimes me time isnt planned lol but they did a fantastic job! A fair price, my nails look great, and they really made me feel comfortable and relaxed which is what I needed. The people were very nice! However, my nails did not turn out how I wanted them at all. It was VERY rushed and my design was smudged when I looked at them. My nails took 20 minutes to do. There’s a picture of what I wanted and this is what I got.

This is the only nail salon in town I have had consistently good results with. The technicians are all really friendly too.

My experience wasn’t so pleasant. The color is very uneven and it also covers my cuticles. My fingers were bleeding few times and I had to ask for disinfection. I won’t come here again.

My first two experiences at Diamond Nails werent great. I had two manicures that werent great quality. However, after letting the owner/receptionist know, they were so helpful/accommodating to fix the problem. I was able to see a new nail technician, Angel, who did a great job! This place wants to make sure you leave satisfied, which can be hard to find. Will definitely be back to see Angel!

I go to this salon for fills and this is the first time I haven’t enjoyed the outcome, the tips are a lot more bulky than they normally are and the tech ended up putting a darker color than what I wanted on my nail that I ended up greatly disliking and the French tips that were added on don’t really go with the shape of the nail and overall it didn’t grow on me like I hoped it would:(

I went in for a pedicure and have received multiple prior at this shop and was previously very happy with my experiences there.However, I went in today with a female friend and despite having scheduled both pedicures at the same time I waited 15-20 minutes before my procedure started while hers began right away.My pedicure in and of itself I enjoyed and believe was of good quality. However, when we paid I was charged an extra $9 more than her. When I mentioned that I thought it was due to the nail polish I chose, I was informed by the person behind the counter that men always get charged more.I will not be returning due to this discrimination against gender. However, as I said, quality was good. Recommend if you are a woman, not if you are a man.Edit: I have previously been there before and received the same price as female friends.

If i could give them a less than one star I BEYOND WOULD!!!I never make bad comments on businesses but this was horrible.First I set up 2 appointments for me and my mother. Our appointments were 30 mins late with out the receptionist telling us I was the one who had to ask how much longer. Yes I get it and understand wait times can verry. I ONLY needed a fill. And my mother was getting a complete set. Once the man who was doing my nails filled off all my polish he than decided that I needed a full new set... umm no I only needed a fill. And possibly 2 nails fixed. It took him an additional 10 mins to take my nails off that according to him had to be done.Not only were ALL my nails different lengths. Some where whacky and not straight he also burned me 2 times!!!!So instead of doing what Im doing now I decided to message them and get it taken care of.I go in today to get them taken care of and apparently the receptionist hasnt a clue whats going on. Because the owners never told them what was going on. And they sit me and my mom down and start taking my nails off. After all my nails are officially she than comes over and tells me that its not getting fixed for free like I was told. So now I have no nails and the cut and made me BLEED for a second time!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE

Diamond Nails is the only place i’ll get my nails done, I love all the staff and they are so friendly! Kevin is my favorite nail technician there & always does my nails just how I want them. All the staff are amazing and will make sure your service is just how you like.

Walked in at about 5:45 not having an appointment and I knew they closed at 7. I asked if I could get a pedicure and they fit me in! :)I had Yume and she was really nice and did a great job! My legs and feet are so soft! I love coming here!

Ive been here a few times now and this is the only place that I can go where my nails dont pop off before my next fill. I absolutely love everybody who works here theyre all so friendly! And my nails turn out beautiful every time

I went in to get a gel manicure and also take off my full set of gel tips. The technician I had was of very poor quality.She removed my gel tips via peeling them off instead of soaking, which she indicated “saves time”. My friend and I were receiving the same service for a gel manicure, and I did not receive the entire manicure treatment. The technician my friend had performed the full treatment with hand massage and hot towels. I did not receive any of this, yet was charged the same.The most disappointing factor, however, is the quality of the manicure. The polish left dips, holes, and a top coat that turned the base color green.I would highly suggest going to Crystal Nails in Superior instead as you will receive MUCH better service than here.

Nice salon with great staff. Unfortunately, I booked mani-pedi appointments for my mom and me to celebrate a special accomplishment, and they parked me at the drying station for my toes for more than a half hour. Nobody ever came back to do my manicure! My mom was all done and my manicure wasn’t even started, so we just settled up the bill and left without getting my nails done. It was a bummer.

I had my nails done by Angel. The reference photo I showed her was a bit complicated, but due to her amazing attention to detail, my nails came out perfect! She was very polite to me throughout the whole experience. I would 100% recommend her and Diamond Nails to a friend:)

Made an appointment the Friday of Mothers Day weekend, so this place was hoppin. Ive visited here several times for pedicures and Ive never left disappointed. I get the gel polish, it lasts at least 5 to 6 weeks (for me). Great service and my feet feel fantastic! Highly recommend.🙂

I was ask to give them a 5 star and they would give me a gift card but I cant I wanted coffin nails and they arent even close came in for a fix an a fill just not happy! Told them I wasnt happy with the last place who did them n asked them to fix them. Now Im off to find a different nail place Id give them a 0 star but I dont have that Option

So I’m not mad that they got the shape wrong because it’s my fault I didn’t correct them but the person who did do my nails cut my finger and proceeded to put the nail dehydrator right where the cut was

My experience was mixed. I at first wanted navy blue with an accent middle nail stripe (navy blue and white) and accent ring nail glitter. When discussing with the man doing my nails he kept saying that they were purple and when I corrected him asking for blue he said purple, blue, whatever and I was a bit concerned asking for the design. While filing my nails he kept looking at his phone screen which was showing what appeared to be stocks, and due to this he filed my skin a lot and made me bleed. I asked for french tips instead and I dont think he did a bad job.

I’ve been going to Diamond for years. They are very clean, and are amazing when you bring in pictures to use as inspiration. Tina and Yume are the best!!!

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and I enjoyed the conversations 100%. BUT, the quality of my nails does not look professional, it looks like I did them myself. The quality of the nail polish applied is not even and is splotchy. There is noticeable glue, and the acrylic nail doesnt even cover my nail completely. When you look at the nails from the side they look flat and uneven. I am actually disappointed with my nails.

Had my nails done, the very same night the nail polish chipped off halfway on a nail and the next morning it peeled up on another nail. In my head I was like stuff happens, so went back. The women that walked in seconds before me the same issue and same nail artist from the previous day. I’ve always liked this place but lately it’s just not as good. I will definitely be looking elsewhere. The lady didn’t even apologize or have any sympathy. I was not impressed to say the least.

Diamond nails is the only place I go in the twin ports for mani/pedis after sampling many! They are prompt, professional, and I always leave feeling very satisfied! Could not recommend Kevin and his colleagues enough!

I made an appointment a week ago for two pedicures. We waited 45 minutes after being told it would be a 20-minute wait. We ended up walking out after 45 minutes with no apology from the staff. This was my first time there and I will not be coming back.

Overall it was a decent experience. My nails turned out great and my nail tech was super nice but I went in with some friends for my birthday and one of my friends had a bad experience. She showed the nail tech what she wanted and she said “No!” And then just painted them red. They didn’t even take any money off. It was 227 dollars for 3 full sets and one manicure even though one of the full sets wasn’t what we wanted.

Review Edit!!!!Manager saw my review and responded. I went back in and they redid my set. I am so happy with the redo and the great service to get it corrected. Will be going back with my reservation of 6 in March to get fills and pedis again! Thank you for correcting the error and making it right!Made a reservation for 6 of us to get pedi and full sets. We wanted to do it together and they spread us across the salon. 2 hours later they just started our last member, 1 skipped the Mani the other skipped the pedi because of time. I got my nailed done and none of the fake nails are actually glued to my nail and I had a huge lump of uneven acrylic. Told them and asked for it to be fixed. Instead of removing the nails and doing it right they filled the gaps with nail glue.

I love this place for getting my nails done. They turn out perfect everytime. Diane does my nails there and she is amazing.

I had Gabby today do my acrylics, she helped me pick out a color and did a beautiful job! The salon was gorgeous with really good ventilation, so there was no horrible acetone smell. I am very happy and will be coming back every time I want my nails done.

I went in a bit before my appointment and they were able to take me right away! They were very polite and offer me help on finding the perfect colors to match what I wanted. My nails tired out great and I would defiantly recommend. My only downside was that my arcrylic were a little bit in even on the top but not much. Great price!! I got the blue rainbow nails!!

I only get my nails done a couple of times a year - it’s a luxury treat for me rather than a beauty staple, and have gone back and forth between Diamond Nails and Q-Nails for the past couple of years. I will be going to Diamond Nails from here on out. They just always seem friendlier here and always seem to do a nicer job. The other place always makes me feel like an inconvenience to them - rushing me to pick polish and get out. Diamond Nails always has very friendly staff. I like how their gel nail colors are on swatches that they let you take to the pedi chair with you to browse at your leisure, rather than making you pick a bottle up front before you start like Q Nails (both places do this with regular nail polish, like all other salons I have seen - which makes sense with that many colors).I have never had to wait when I have made an appointment. I like their foot soaks best out of anywhere I’ve been - I think the blue water and little soap flower petals are really cute! The last time I went just a few days ago, I went to get a mani/pedi for my upcoming trip to Hawaii. I mentioned this to one of the nail technicians and asked if they could possibly do a design of a little flower or something (I’ve never gotten designs on my nails before). She said she could do me one better and do a little palm tree. I wasn’t sure how I felt about a palm tree, but I decided to trust her and am so glad I did! She did a cute little beach scene with sunset colors in the background and I was absolutely thrilled! I’ve gotten all kinds of compliments on my nails. Thank you very much!

I am very disappointed with the overall experience at this salon. I use to travel to Duluth and always made sure I stopped in because they gave the best fills for my nails and great pedicures. However, this time 10/5/20 they have been awful.They squeezed my toes so hard I had to say something! Of course I want my nails trimmed and evened out why else am I here? Then they didn’t take off much of my cuticles around my toes.Then when looking for a color you can’t touch the polish...which I understand but no one was there to assist me.Then when I sat down for the pedicure no assistance of where to put my drink, the chairs remote was hitting me she did not move it.Then the water was not warm - they didn’t even ask how it was...They just tapped my foot to move it- I am sorry can you not talk?!? Then she pushed me to get gel instead of a regular color. No I want what I want.Just don’t bother coming here... they don’t care for your business. In fact, all the salons in Duluth that I have been have been a disappointed. I will just stay closer to home.
