I got my nails done yesterday and the thumb broke off today of course. She did really quick on my hands and the shaping is definitely off but i gave stars because my feet didn’t come out too bad. Customer service only picks up @ the end when youre boutta pay hoping for a tip but they’re Asian obviously so i already knew what to expect thats what i get for being lazy and not going to my nail girl she jus so far and I didn’t have time to squeeze an appointment with her but my nails with her always last at least 3 weeks follow her on IG (@5ive12nails) I promise you won’t b disappointed but I definitely wouldn’t come back its just right around the corner from my house

I came here for job orientation at post office and I live over an hour away. I broke a nail getting ready that morning, it was bad!Anyway I made it through my 8 hour day and called kinda last minute and they got me right in.Service is absolutely amazing. I can’t bring myself to go anywhere else now! I got my daughter with me today!I love it here!

Ny nail tech did a great job and I was serviced pretty quickly. However you can tell that this is an older place. The pedicure chair gets pretty uncomfortable after a while.

Horrible place. I went in for a pedicure. They gave me the newest employee and he was horrible. He messed up allot. I payed for service they halfassed.

The customer service and quality of work is absolutely GREAT!! However...The massage/pedicure chairs are taped up and damaged. The overall appearance and decor need a major and speedy 2020 update... I know their business would go much further with a little makeover because the service is amazing

I came tonight with my friend for the first time only knew little of nails, everyone costumer was great! My nail technician I think she has short hair and wear glasses she took her time and my nails came out beautiful!

I called agead of time and was told her was no wait. I was literally across the street when I called. Once I got there, there were at least 15 women there....3 were already waiting to be serviced. I was on a lunch break which is why I called ahead. Just be honest...I wouldve waited

First time visiting this nail shop. Friendly staff. Loved the pedicure and SNS nails. Massage chairs could use a bit updating. The one i was at was broken.

Love love love my nails. Very friendly staff who definitely knows what they are doing. The guy doing my pedi told me why and how he was cutting my nails so I won’t get any ingrown nails. Will definitely be coming back!!

Cleanliness is a must for me. They will use the same file on every person in the room if nobody says anything. Only a select few will be okay with changing the file which is the legal way to do it. They have a great selection of accessories and powders but if I cant get my specific person...I wont be back. All I asked for was a new file and the lady flipped and decided to go do someone elses feet with that same file she started to do my toes with. Fungus and bacteria are real and tapping a file on the table does not remove it. A file in bulk is about 10 cents. Im appalled!

The women doing your nails are very pleasant. You can tell that they care about giving good customer service and their prices are great. That’s why I’m giving them a 4 star, however this is my second time coming since I moved to Lawrenceville and it will be my last. They are not the most confident with nail design/art.

This was my 2nd visit to the salon, the services were good except for the water was extremely hot and they all starting speaking in their lanuage and it seemed rude because they all appeared to laugh as they looked at me. The guy that did my manicure dug deep in the cuticle on my big toe and caused it to bleed. He kept asking if I was ok but he never apologized. The owner was aware so she came over to polish the toes and never acknowledge what the guy has done and to make matters worse she used a red polish and not the pink polish I selected. She covinced me the red polish was better and I agreed because it did look nice. I didnt realize that she purposely polished my nail with the red polish just in case my cuticle was still bleeding. I wont use that salon ever again and only going back to have her polish my toes pink the same as my finger nails.

THESE PEOPLE ARE PASSIVE AGRESSIVE. I HAD A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I walked in & asked if they could do coffin nails and the owner said yes. Got into the chair and it was horrible. It was so horrible the owner stepped in and reshaped my nails and sent me back to the same nail tech. I told her that I wanted someone thats very experienced and thats been doing nails over 15yrs. The Nail tech looked like she was 21yr old. Im 40. Ive been getting my nails done longer than shes been alive. was unsatified that all 10 nails were leaning to one side. Like she filed one side more than the other. Who wants uneven nails. When I asked if they could do THEM over the owner came over and clipped all my nails off and told me to leave. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE.
