I went there on May 12th just today and the quality and a look of my nails are horrible. I went in there with beautiful nails that I got done in Johns Creek and ask for a fill in she said that she could do it my nails are sticky she put too much gel on us which makes them look very fake, thick and not natural like I asked her to do and when I try to explain to her what type of color I wanted so that we could try to match it up the best we could she told me I didnt need to look at the other nail colors also all my nails are different shapes she did a horrible job Ill never go back again I wasted my time and my money dont use the services.

Nail Expressions is my home nail salon, I don’t go ANYWHERE else. Natalie has returned and the salon is better than ever. Definitely a 10/10 especially pedicures. And my full sets stay in trend! Love my girl!

I came today to Nail Expression, it was so delightful, very clean, plexiglass on each station, face mak for tech nails.Excellent.Strongly recommended

Professional kind relaxing

Went on my lunch break. I informed them I need to be out in about hour. Nail tech drilled, filled and polished my nails slower than I ever seen before. Even with the moving slow I’ve had better quality fills with people who do nails faster. Only thing good about the fill was the color I chose. Won’t be returning.

Thee worst ever! I came into nail expression with a brand new set of mink lashes on a strip, asked if they apply lashes and was told yes. I waited patiently in some little back room massage area on a very unstable massage table for 10 minutes. Then moved to the main area where the lady asked for my glue. I advised the lashes didnt come with glue and Im new to the world of lashes. She gets her glue and applies it to the lash. As soon as she sticks it down I can tell its too much glue. I literally had glue on my eyelid, lower lid, AND MY CHEEK (it dripped off her hand to my face). I wait to see if she was going to clean it off but she starts the next lash. Now the glue is drying and totally visible. I ask her to clean it off, she replies its cause you were moving. I replied I hadnt moved and its clearly too much glue. The lady gets aggravated and starts to use various tools to scrape the glue off. None worked after 15 minutes of scraping tools, oils and even her nail across my eye lid I had enough pain. She replied you dont have to pay me then. I told her I didnt plan on it she just ruined a new set of lashes and now I have to go home and clean the black gob off my eyes. The next morning I woke up my eye was completely swollen. Never ever use this place for any services! Rude and unprofessional.

The new ownership is horrible. I tried to give them a chance after Cathy left and Jenny was okay. But I went again about a month ago and the man/manager was late after I called and made and appointment. I was on my lunch break. He then rushes and all my nails were un even. I asked for super square and they weren’t. He did a horrible job. I told him I didn’t like my nails and he still insisted I pay for it. He is arrogant. He didn’t even take the time to listen to what I was trying to say. Another nail tech named Amy fixed my nails and she was good. But I will never go back there.

Im always really skeptical of any places for hygienic reasons and customer service but I really took a leap of faith. Im absolutely satisfied. They were kind and patient. Very good work. Worth the price.

Cathy is hands down the best nail tech in the whole state!!! She listens and educates. She is the only person I trust to do my nails.

I have been going there for 10 years, and I have never had any problems. The owner Mrs. Van is super nice, and does an excellent. Lisa is has been doing my pedicure for about 8 years, and I am happy with her too.

Never Again! I have been coming here for little over a year now, I tried to ignore the Red flags.. my friend told me she stop coming because of the manager attitude . I remained coming because I Had no problem with her . What I did noticed is she caters to White customers. I went in today to get a Pedicure, (last resort) and she did not greet me when I came in the door, I think she had a attitude because I went somewhere else to get my nails done. Their are different nail techs every month, Shows a lot about about an establishment when you can’t keep employees . The lady who did my Pedicure today did a horrible job. I will Not be Returning!

I have never had a nail job peel up and break off so quickly after getting them done. This was a waste of my time and money. I will never set foot in here again. They did a rush job. And less than a week later my nails are all torn up. Even my friends were like what happened, you just got those done. And i have a desk job answering phones so no it was not that. They just did a bad job and refused to own up to it when i went back.

I was already very skeptical about going to this place of business because I didn’t like the fact that they do not use liners in the pedicure bowls. So, that is not clean enough for me.Then, I allowed the “manager” (Karen or Kathy- whatever her name is, the lady with glasses and calls herself the manager), we had a very on depth conversation before she did my eyebrows. Long story short- she took the OFF. Thinned them out & gave me a very deep arch, AFTER I explained that all she needed to do was clean them up and leave then thick.She told me “no, no, i make them pretty like that, I like them this way”I told her it is not ehat SHE wanted and I advised her that I would NEVER step foot back on this shop.Very disappointed.

What a great full service salon! Best gel mani/pedi I have had in a while and Im very persnickety. Casey and Stephanie were very professional and swift with flawless perfection! Environment is very clean and free of harsh smells. Quite tranquil really especially with the massage chairs! Very thankful for such a great experience!

My fiancee took me here to get my nails done as a surprise but when we walked in everyone was busy with a client so we were going to leave and go elsewhere. She insisted we stay and that one of the technicians was just finishing up polishing the persons nails. I sat down and she came over and hurriedly glued on my tips. The lady she said was finishing up the polish was still doing that persons nails. After she glued on the tips she left and went to finish the person she was working on. I sat for 30 minutes waiting to get my nails finished. They finally got to me and that same lady who she said was almost finished and would take care of me when i first came in was still doing the same persons nails.After they finished it looked great but about 4-5 days later TWO nails broke off where the tips were. And one cracked. Im a stay at home mom. So no they didnt break at work. Normally my nails last up to a month and dont even break. I came back a little over a week later because i share a car and dont have a way here and explained everything and asked her to fix it and she said she would have to charge me since i didnt come back within 3 days. I will NEVER go here again. I paid $35 + tip for a full set pink powder acrylic and they only looked good for 4 days.

They did an okay job on my eyebrows, but Id never go back. They have really bad service. Fortunately, it was only $8 instead of my usual $11 but it was not a good experience.She was unnecessarily rough with the second eyebrow after I asked her to give me a more defined arch. I didnt say it in a rude manner, in fact, I even told her not to worry about it. She took off way too much and I still ended up with a flat eyebrow lol

Best mani i have ever had. Cathy is amazing, talented and does a wonderful mani. The salon is clean, neat, and very pleasant. Great place.Update on October 19.......tonight myself and teo friends went for mani/pedi.There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful time we had.Best pedi i have ever had, mani was on point again, literally a perfect manicure.One friend, tonight was her third time and beautiful mani and pedi, my other friend first time and he was beyond amazed how great his mani/pedi came out.This is by far the best nail salon in Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton and Gwinnett. Only salon i will come to and recommend.

I took my fiancee here to get her nails done and her nails broke a few days after. And they refused to fix it. They insisted on charging her even though they clearly did a poor job.

I got a manicure and pedicure. Their gel nail polish starts to peel after a few days. They do a poor job.

Rude and unprofessional. Thats all i have to say. Ill never go here again.

Dont go here. They lie to get you in the chair. Then they do a poor job and insist you still pay full price for it.
