It is decent. No chip nails chipped tragically. But they are very nice and fixed it. However I am very busy and I don’t have time to come in twice. Decent price

I started going to this place ever since I moved to Des Plaines. Two days ago, I went in to ask for a refund because my nails didn’t even last me two days, i did nothing to break them, it’s the third time this happens so i’m thinking they changed to cheaper material. the small chubby lady that did my nails starts going off on me, throws $40 at me when that wasn’t even what I had originally paid for my nails and as i’m walking out the door, she yells out “f you” to me. How do you expect people to come back here if they are not even being treated right, I went in calmly and I was being respectful. Every time I would walk in there jennifer and her would always start talking in their language, they would look at me and laugh. How disrespectful. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! They always charged me $5-$10 extra dollars and thought I was never going to realize. HORRIBLE PLACE, CHEAP MATERIAL, and RUDE EMPLOYEES !!!!!

Last week my dad and I came to this salon and it was great. I would totally recommend. I heard about it from my friends, so I decided to give it a shot.I got a full set and a pedicure from T and it was great. She took her time with everything.My dad got the honey blossom pedicure and he said it was one of the best pedicure he’s ever had. His feet was so soft for the next week.

I was looking for a new place to get my pedicures, I saw this place close to my house and the good reviews. And also I saw on yelp they had this special pedicure called the lavender pedicure for $45. So I took my daughter while she got a regular kids pedicure, I got this amazing one. It was awesome. The hot stones were the best part. && Jennifer was GREAT!!! Ill definitely be back to see her for my next pedicure!!!

I go there every week and when she has a bad day she does a half job and behaves unprofessionally. I’m going somewhere else.

Very friendly staff and excellent service

I have had nothing but great care every time I come in! The best manicures and pedicures around. The staff are super helpful and accommodating, especially with my 5 year old, who also loves to get her nails done. I’ve also never seen such an extensive collection of different colors to choose from! I’m so happy we found B Nails!

I recently started coming to B nails and will never go anywhere else! The quality of their dip nails is amazing and Kim is always so thorough in what she does. I’ve never gotten such nice dip nails for the price!! 100% recommend

I highly recommend to stay away from this place.It is filthy and it seems like they do not care about their customers. Their manicure utensils are not sanitary, and the pedicure tubs are not cleaned after the last use. I was so disappointed with this place because this used to be my go to nail shop before there was a change of ownership. I am not surprised if anybody that consistently goes here can get fungus. Because they are dirty. Nonetheless not friendly at all, they always talk in their language and you know when they do that means they are talking about you. It was empty when I went it and should have probably walked out because that is already a bad sign. I usually do not write reviews, but I couldnt resist to write one for this place. Stay away!

Ive been coming to this nail salon for about 2 plus years now. Been here with both the old and new management. I must say I am a satisfied customer and that this place is my go to spot to get my nails done. I no longer live in DesPlaines, just moved to Chicago last weekend. Despite that I am still a loyal customer and plan to keep coming here regardless of the distance. My nail lady Kim keeps me happy and gives me the best nails everytime! I noticed on one of the reviews someone left a couple weeks ago where the girl said that the place is filthy and that they give bad customer service. I just wanna say that that is false. This nail salon is always kept clean and I love the people who work here. They are all friendly and do care for their customers. Thats why I keep coming back despite my move. If you need a new nail place I recommend this one.. you wont be disappointed!

I love this place. I got a free paraffin wax on my hands and LOVED it. I even got the paraffin on my feet after my pedicure. My nails looks fabulous and would definitely come back. They even gave me a nice design on my nails in which I got a lot of compliments.Note from the bad reviewer:I was getting my nails done a when the whole gift card certificate happened, and she is was crazy. These women were so rude and obnoxious. It does seem like she tried taking the gift card but who knows. It wasn’t hers

I do not recommend. I chose to get a regular manicure, for certain reasons, Which they tried to talk me out of.. they did not do the services explained in their brochure. I left salon at 7:30 pm.. when I woke up at 5:15am, the next morning, 1/2 or my nails had chipped off.. when I went back to have them repainted, they chuckled and said we told you it wouldnt last. I explained to them that they had thinned down too much. I picked a different color so not to have the same issue. I picked a color that was the same as when I have at home so that it can fix it if it has problems. I was that I needed to pick the same color. They finally redid them, but only after riping the skin off of my pinky while aggressively taking old polish off.. I wil never go back there and encourage them to do better business for their clients..

I have been coming to this nail salon for almost a year and this is the only place I get my nails done. I like the variety of products that are available. Customer service is okay to me but staff also do not talk much at all. I love the paraffin wax used when I get my nails done. They are timely but also take their time on your nails and feet to ensure satisfaction.My only con is that I do pay different prices at times for the same products prices ranging from $40-$50, so only a $5-$10 difference but there is no price list posted and it seems to depend on who rings me out.Overall, I must admit that I liked the previous staff’s skills when I first started coming here and they were younger with more creativity but the new staff is nice, professional, and attentive. The new staff is also able to use the glitter, chrome, color, and glow in the dark acrylics so I will continue to come here!

Went there today for the first time. After I got my nails done I realized that the color did not come out as I hoped it would so I asked one of the ladys if I could change the color. She said yes but was visibly annoyed. The guy that worked there came over to polish my nails, also annoyed, asked me to pay before services were rendered. I know thats how its done in many nail salons, customers pay before their polish. But in this salon every one paid when they were leaving. I was the ONLY person asked to pay mid service. I really did not feel good about that. Customer service was ok prior to that incident. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

Very HORRIBLE! I had been coming to B.Nails for 5 months consistently ! But recently theyve gone under NEW MANAGEMENT . Today was my first day visiting since theyve been under the management. They Blatantly stole a gift certificate that was given to me from another customer that I had sitting beside me while getting my nails done. When I asked where the certificate had went they started speaking Chinese and tried to convince me I never had it and it was never given to me. VERY POOR!

They are great but they can be cold and in rush some days.

I went here today and it was okay I guess I just really didn’t like the size that they made my nails I feel like they’re short and they miss some spots on my nails when they were painting them I think next time I’ll just stick with my regular nail salon
