My family and I have been living in the Villa regia apartments for almost a year.The neighbors are friendly, never had a problem with any noise level. Ana is wonderful manager, always helpful, always answers any questions I have, Salvador does an amazing job with the landscape, it is kept up very well. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and shopping stores.

Ana is the best apartment manager that I know. She is extremely helpful and professional and takes great care of the apartment complex. The apartments themselves are well kept and they are affordable too. Whenever we needed maintenance they were here on time and were very friendly. You can tell the management specifically Ana is proud of her work. They have recently improved the outside landscape of the apartments and it looks amazing. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. I only have nice things to say about this place. The management is amazing and work with you and Ana deserves a raise she is an amazing manager.-Thank you Ana for all your help we really appreciate everything Thomas and Maria :)

Ive lived at Villa Regia for over a year now. Ana is awesome! Things are a little different because of COVID but she is on top of everything. We get regular emails with updates and work orders are completed promptly. Clean property, large units, spacious closets and upgraded appliances. Sign me up for another year lease!

Lived here July 2018 to May 2020. #206Pros-Overall clean-Convenient location-Newly updated exteriors- Maintenance responds promptlyCons- Our 2 bedroom apartment was a 1 bedroom with a walled-in dining room they passed off as a 2nd bedroom.-Conveniently after our lease lapsed and went month-to-month, online rent payments werent counted and we would receive those threatening looking youre about be evicted notices on our door EVERY month thereafter even though the bank records show rent being payed on time. Then our resident portal also displayed we owed double rent every time we went to pay it.-LOTS of turnover in office staff-Not a safe neighborhood. Regularly saw cars with shattered windows due to break-ins.... one of which was mine.-Noisy neighbors; reached out to management to no avail.Thank you for coming to my TedTalk.

This is my first time moving into my own apartment! Let me just say Ana has been super efficient and very helpful with guiding me when applying for this place. I loved my apartment and also how spacious it is! Everything I was looking for she was able to accommodate for me! Also love that I get updated emails regarding anything that has to do with our apartment complex. Any COVID-19 updates so everybody’s safety is their number one concern. Ana is on top of everything! When filing any work order she responds very quickly and gets the job taken care of! The view and pool are as they appear in the photos above. Very clean and nice! These apartments stand out way more than most that I checked out.

Villa Regia is amazing! They have the best management team I have personally dealt with. People in the office are always friendly and just overall have amazing customer service. The property is always looking clean and the landscape is just beautiful. Yasmin and Nathan are just a pleasure to work with! If you are looking for a new home, you should definitely move in here!

I like living here because most of the time it is quiet the neighbors are friendly. Also I like the fact that you strive to maintain the property grounds.You keep us updated on any changes.I would like to see the tenants take more interest in keeping the laundry room clean When I first moved in last year It was always clean. Now the tenants dont clean up after themselves. They leave trash, dryer sheets, socks and clothes on the floor and on top of machines.Also the garbage area is real nasty now.So I can tell the some of the new comers are not willing to obey the rules. Leaving furniture and other debris on the ground. Otherwise I am happy living here.😊

!!!THIS IS NOT A SAFE AREA!!!I removed my previous review because I was hopeful with the new hires, things would be different. My car was broken into 1/20/20 at approximately 2:20 in the morning. My car was parked behind the gate in a parking spot that I pay for in my rent. This is not a safe area!! I noticed that my security gate that allow automobile passage was jarred open. A week went by to no avail and our cars were made even more vulnerable with the shut down of a flood light that projects across the front of the car entrance. I sent a message to management that our cars were at risk and that some cars had been broken into over the weekend to no avail. I came out of my apartment to see my car window shattered, glass scattered around the area. They got away with very valuable items that villa regia has no inclination to replace or compensate in any form. VILLA REGIA FAILS TO ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE IN NOT PERFORMING PROFICIENT UPKEEP OF THE DWELLING, IN TURN MINIMIZING THE NEED FOR A SAFE ENVIRONMENT. Below is my smashed car window and the sense of respect and dignity I have left. To be robbed is a very awkward and unsettling feeling. Its mixed with rage, regret, fear, and sadness. My feeling of being violated was completed ignored by Villa Regia. The emotional trauma of such a violation is real not a savory feeling. No genuine empathy was shown towards me. Not even a genuine apology for my loss. As my previous post stated Ive seen hypodermic needles, have heard gunshots, have seen the junkies getting high, all in Villa Regia. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR WITH FURTHER DUE DILIGENCE IN YOUR APARTMENT SEARCH AND SAVE YOURSELF AN EXTREME HEADACHE.

Whenever I need something from Yasmin Assad, she always provides outstanding service. She is very easy to talk to, (no matter what time of the day!) As soon as you come into the leasing office she greets you with a big smile and is eager to assist you.I’m thrilled to call Villa Regia my home and recommend this property to everyone!

Since the new manager Santos has taken over the garbage has been maintained, work orders are completed in a timely manner, he pays attention to the property plus he was nice enough to spend time to over my lease with me and ended up saving me money! Everything about the apartments are great good management really nice spacious bedrooms I have been a resident in villa Regia for 2 years now and I must say I have never had an amazing manager like I have with Ana she is really amazing and goes above and beyond for her tenants. She keeps the property real nice and clean she added an dog park which I feel is really helpful for tenants with dogs the over all complex is really amazing I love living here and I love having Ana as my manager

Beautiful apartment! Brand new everything and very spacious for small square footage. We are new here and everything made a fabulous first impression

It’s so calm and peaceful. I never have a problem with the noise. My mainence requests are always handled within 24 hours. Staff is very friendly and the new remodel looks great!

If i could give this place zero stars i would i’m a heartbeat! not only is the management here horrible, our apartment was infest with roaches. we weren’t told about this prior to signing our lease and we also were not able to see our apartment. moved in and moved our almost immediately after finding roaches as we entered the door for the first time. told the property manager about this and she sent out someone to help, guess what that did not help!!! we were finding roaches in the toilet, showers, drawers, IN OUR BED, on the walls, IN OUR CUPS!! anywhere you could think of roaches were there! management didn’t seem to care. never gave us our security deposit back either! these apartments are the epitome of nasty and gross and disgusting!!!

This place as improved a lot from the exterior to interior. I’m glad to be living at an apt complex that as been striving to be better for there resident. I recommend this place.

Of course you could visit this place for yourself to see what you personally think of it. But honestly, Ive never experienced such unprofessional management before. Anyone whos interested in viewing this place should absolutely try elsewhere. Ive lived in plenty of different places and hands down, this place and its management is a joke.

Honestly any kind of issues Ive had and addressed with you have been denied or treated snidely. My AC unit took 5 months to fix. The scenarios Ive seen/been in there make it worse. multiple guns being drawn at your pool. Having my door busted in by an irrate neighbor over a cellphone with you claiming Ill cover the damages? I wont. not having my door repaired within the same day? Even tho you said youd get someone to fix it. place is terrible. Its ghetto. Its only superficial looking. You want to fix things. Down laugh in tenants faces. Dont say oh well in these scenarios. Take initiative. Evict other tenants for this behavior. But no you wont. You endorse this behavior. Also stop bribing tenants for good reviews. Your constant belligerence with me about the issues I arose with you and how you will NOT fix your issues within the apartment are sad. Your stance is unsatisfying. Sorry you cant run a apartment properly. Karma will give you what you deserve. No good deeds will come to you with the bad deeds you hold yourself too. Thats not true. As I know work orders do take time to process, I had a fellow neighbor come and check on my door that day to see it was unrepaired, and the next day as well, you denied knowing the tenant who did it blatantly over the phone to me, even when I gave a full name and apt #? There has been good amounts of violence bad violations with the neighbors not blinking an eye to the scenario or egging it on, I first hand witnessed the guns being pulled at your pool, Ive witnessed tenants fight with each other, fist fights/verbal/etc, weve informed you of these scenarios, I have informed the cops as well, and nothing is done. If someone came through and actually told you the real scenario to what happened with my door. Id like to know who and whats the real story then? Theres been no attack upon you at all. Just your property manager ran status and how you care of handling things. The area is ghetto, for a while and if not til now. Your gate is broken, ive still seen homeless in your dumpsters. so please feel free to call me if youre truly sincere on explaining the scenario and what happened. Ive never came across rude and am in need of an explanation?? And to be told by a fellow tenant that the man who broke down my door blatantly waited inside the home for me and also destroyed it? I was going to come back for the rest of my things but to feel so unsafe and unjust about scenarios and claim Ive misconstrued things really puts a bad brand on your apt name.

We moved a month ago to this complex and this is a very honest review based on our experience since then.From the very begining was great. The leasing process was fast and easy, id like to say that Yasmin has the credit to this because she is super professional. Has a lot of knowledge. Thank you Yasmin!!!!The apartment is spacious, very! Huge closets and storaging. New appliances, even though we didnt get a complete remodeled unit the updates this one has are great. Recently we had a party and our friends loved the place. One of them said he is considering to move here too.Its super close to shopping centers, you can even go walking!, fast food, bank, easy access to freway (wich helps every morning to get to work) bus stop a few ft away,.What we also like is all the remodeling they are making for example the laundry center.Also the maintnance guy is kind and fast.The only thing i wish is we can get more parking spots. Other than that its a great place to live.I do honestly recommend it.

Worst place I have ever lived . Do not move into here, it has been a living hell since the day my boyfriend and I moved in, From the constant construction to the disruptive loud neighbors and the homeless people who break in, roam or go through the garbage . Management has been the worst part of this living expierince, they are careless when it comes to their tenants. They are rude and unprofessional with the way they have spoke to us and handled situations . Do not move into here !!!!!
