I just love this place. I couldn’t make it on my appointment time but still they welcomed me and didn’t rush me or anything. Instead Tam helped me picked the colors very patiently and kindly. She was very considerate in making sure I am happy and get what I would like. They were very kind and professional. Hanna did my nails exactly how I wanted and answered all of my questions. I absolutely love this shop! Everyone from the receptionist to the nail techs are so sweet and friendly. They do a good job in keeping the shop cleaned & making you feel comfortable. Their pedicures are AMAZING (there are so many options). I have been here several times to get a pedicure & acrylic nails, and each time I have left extremely satisfied! Helen with the pretty nails was very considerate and a male employee who’s name I didn’t get a chance to get did my nails absolutely perfect to what I had in mind ! They look cute and natural and just the shape I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed, like I have at many salons, and the prices here were very reasonable, especially for the outcome. Not to mention, so many color choices!I’ve tried a few salons where I regret spending my money, but leaving THIS salon, I felt STRESS FREE, PLEASED, and HAPPY with my purchase. Thank You! My first time going for a manicure and pedicure. Fiona did a beautiful French manicure and the lady who took care of my pedicure was excellent as well. Im diabetic, so when I visit a new salon, I always worry. That relieved any worry and were gentle and careful. I highly recommend the salon.

Brand new salon, super nice. Great customer service, light music on of todays hits, perfect room temperature, brand new equipment, etc. Brought my husband last night for a pedicure and another couple walks in to do the same! Too perfect. I think Ive found my nail salon.

Ive been going to V Nails for years and everyone is always so friendly and Im always pleased with the services. Prices are competetive with other nearby salons and its always clean inside.

I came in on Thursday and I was in desperate need of a fill in (Ive been away from my nail tech for 2 months) so lots of new growth but I specifically pointed out that there were no chips in my polish and that I expect my nails to last for at least three weeks until I can get back. Today is Tuesday (4 days later)and my nails are already chipped. Im so disappointed.

Helen listens to her customers and actually does what is asked. And does a great job.

It took me a year and a half to find a salon in Chicago that is friendly, warm, and does great work. Trust me ladies, I’ve been to TONS of different salons and I’ve had my fair share of horror stories. Hellen immediately greeted me with a smile, was so kind, extremely attentive + detail oriented. Ask for her!I was going to just get a manicure, but I’m currently getting a pedicure as well. Very happy customer. ☺️

Very friendly group of people! They have a lot of space and multiple pedicure and manicure stations. The quality of work is excellent. The space is well maintained and cleanly. You can schedule an appointment or walk in, either way you will not wait long to be serviced. As for timeliness, the service is not too slow and not too quick. All in all it is a great place to get your nails and toes done. They are also open on Sunday, which is a plus for me being it is my only day off. Thank you V Nails!

This place is RACIST‼️ They were so rude and talk down to every patron that is black; which is their clientele. I asked for my big toe to be full rhinestone and my nail tech refused and said it was too much work. So he said he was getting the manager. The manager also refused telling me she didn’t do toes. I was extremely confused and embarrassed. My best friend was upset because her tech was tossing her hand around and being rough. I got quoted two different prices for the rhinestone nail. The tech said $10 a toe and the manager told me $15. If that wasn’t enough she stopped after she put my nails on to take a LUNCH BREAK! Complete disregard for my time and was of the upmost disrespect. She probably wanted me to leave. I really wanted my nails done and my friend was also being serviced, but never will I ever let another human treat me this way. It was the worst experience of my life. Before I left I witnessed other staff talking very disrespectful to the clients and the customers whispering their grievances amongst one another. I hope all of these ladies find the self respect to stop supporting this business with zero ethical standards.

Absolutely fabulous job. I came in as a walk in and they amazed me with the quality and service they provided. I will be definitely go back whenever I am in Des Plaines. Best nail salon I have ever been to in any state. I came in with a photo of very intricate nail art and they matched the design perfectly. The price was way below the expected amount as well.

I brought a party of three for spa treatment and we were treated like friends and royalty. They were so courteous and professional, good price and catered to us with the utmost attention. Every time Ive just walked in without an appointment, Ive never had to wait. Someone was always able to help me. I highly recommend to anyone to check this place out!! I just love this place. They are open late and everyone is so friendly. Love the pedicure comes with sugar scrub and hot oil massage. Prices are relatively cheap and they have holiday specials for pedicures, manicures & manicure no chip. The chairs are comfortable, TVs are always on, the workers are caring, and they have great color selection.

Came here on short notice since my regular nail salon was closed and I’m so glad I did. My experience was incredible, my nail technician was very friendly and and did an amazing job with my nails. The place is very clean, big space, lot of Pedicure chairs and manicure tables. In addition you can host party in this salon without no problem. I will definitely be coming back again.

This is the best nail salon I have found in my 3 months of living in Des Plaines. I was in town for a short stay. Aside from the phenomenal job they do on my nails, the atmosphere is so much fun!!!! I had a pedicure and gel manicure from my technician and my pedicure still looks amazing 3 weeks later and my gel manicure has lasted this long as well. The girls that work there are true artists. I will be making this my permanent nail salon from now on!!!! Next time I am in town I will absolutely be stopping back in!

The staff is really nice but I did not like my nails. They took forever doing my pedicure and no chip manicure but they did not do a good job. Like I said, very nice people but I didnt like the outcome. My toenails were filed crooked and I already need a new no chip. The sides of my nails were not painted throughout my whole nail.

They always do my nails right the first time, and if they mess them up, they fix right away. Always make time for returning customers, always polite, plus its so affordable that I can tip them generously without feeling like theyre overcharging. Fantastic service every time!

Jessica and Nevin were awesome. Great Hours, no waiting, very convenient and easy parking. Lots of color to choose from. They offered water to my friend and me. The store is clean and big inside. They answers all questions that I had regarding about my nails. I had full set done and my friend had pedicure and manicure done. :)

I’ve never had a negative experience here. Every time I go they do exactly what I ask for, massage chairs are amazing, the environment is relaxing. Nail technician are wonderful, friendly and they are so professional, polite and they do a fantastic job with nails and eyebrows.

Went in for the first time today for a fill in. Was pleasantly surprised to see its gorgeous and well kept inside. Staff was friendly and did my nails just the way I like them! (Im a bit picky) definitely will be recommending them to everyone. Cant wait to go back to try a pedicure!

Went in for a gel fill and came out super happy 😄 The staff was very friendly. The lady who did my fill worked fast but did an amazing job. It only took 30-35 min from start to finish. I will definately recommend this to EVERYONE!!!

Not happy at all. I wanted a pedicure and no chip manicure. They rushed my visit to fit it in. I got my nails done on Saturday. The nail polish was already chipping off by Sunday night and it is supposed to be a NO CHIP. My feet look the same as when I went in. No time was spent scrubbing off dead skin. I feel like they just wanted the money and it was not worth the $60 I paid plus tips. Never going back again.

Had a great experience here my first time. I walked in for a pedi, there was no wait. A lady took me right away and first thing offered me water and gave me the pedi/mani menu. She was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable in the massage chair. I’ve been to several places where the tech shuts off the massage chair because they can’t do their job. The nail tech took her time to clean up my toes, buff them, and the massage was so relaxing. She was so careful to not irritate some blisters I had from heels. In total I was there over an hour for my pedi and I loved it. Place is clean, polite staff, accommodating. Definitely coming back again! Nail techs name was Atiah (“Ah-tee-ah”). She was great!
