I originally moved into The Amaranth on a short term lease, and once that ended, I just couldnt bring myself to leave. Its a beautiful building thats really well taken care of. The amenities are great, the apartments are fantastic, and you cant beat the location. But the best part is the people. The residents really feel like a community and Emily and Ryan who work at the leasing office have gone to such great lengths to build that community, create engaging opportunities for us to connect, and they genuinely care for the people who live here. Its made all the difference to have respectful neighbors and an incredible staff.
What a beautiful building! The common areas and amenities are always so clean! The location could not be better in Denver. Right beside Cheeseman, Botanical Gardens and a little over 10 minutes from downtown.Emily & Ryan really care about the community and are always there when you need anything. I LOVE THE AMARANTH & THE STAFF ROCKS!
Ryan and the team are the best! All I can say is you get what you pay for, and these apartments, amenities, and the staff are worth every penny! Thank you for being awesome!
Best location with super facility, highly recommend who seeking home.
The management team is always so helpful and quick to respond to all needs. The cleanliness of the interior and exterior is top notch and the amenities are amazing! Sitting on the rooftop after a long day looking at the sunset over the Rockies is so pleasant. This is easily my favorite apartment community in Denver.
My husband and I have been looking at communities for a few weeks now and I cant express how amazing it was to walk into this place and feel right at home! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful about our needs and wants in a new place. We felt so relieved after finding The Amaranth . The property this beautiful and I cant wait to call The Amaranth our new home!
Amazing amenities, views and location. A short walk to downtown restaurants and bars. Great quick hikes nearby, and the maintenance staff has been amazing since we moved in. Ryan in particular has been super helpful with small tweaks needed to make me feel at home. They really look out for you here.
The Amaranth is a beautiful property and I cant say enough about how incredibly helpful, patient and kind, the Assistant Manager, Christina Monson is. She makes the Amaranth an incredibly inviting and welcoming place.
My boyfriend lives here and I wish it was my home too! The staff is so welcoming and helpful- the amenities are definitely some of the best in Denver- the community is so friendly- and the location is perfect! I would definitely recommend living here!
I enjoyed living at The Amaranth. The staff was great, the community was clean, and the area is absolutely beautiful. I would 100% recommend!
I can’t say enough great things about my experience living in The Amaranth! Not only did I get lucky with the wonderful location, but the amenities, staff, and overall quality of the building has gone above and beyond my expectations of an apartment building. The staff, Samantha and Christina, Minerva, Fernando, and Isaiah, all are welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. These last few months have been especially difficult for everyone trying to navigate how to respond to Covid-19, and The Amaranth team kept us informed, healthy, and the environment very clean. Thank you to The Amaranth for an amazing few years here in Denver. I will miss seeing everyone daily!
I have to share my great experience with the new management team, Samantha and Christina. They are, by far, the best team we have had since I have lived here, 2 plus years. They went above and beyond to make my transfer be the at level it should be. Very professional and kind. They are both an asset to the Amaranth. Great job!
The office staff has done an amazing job keeping up with all the changing requirements happening in the city. They have been patient and quick to adapt.
If you are looking for a place to live in Denver, Colorado - we highly suggest The Amaranth Apartments. You cannot beat this location, or the people, or the staff, or the amenities, and did I mention the location? The neighborhood is quiet, the apartments are private and also quiet, all while being in the heart of a fantastic neighborhood. Between Cap Hill and Congress Park dining establishments, Cheesman Park and Denver Botanical Gardens - five stars just isnt enough. This is certainly a place for those looking for adult living with modern, luxury amenities at a fair price. We couldnt be happier!
I Highly Highly Highly recommend the Amaranth to anyone looking for a great place to rent. The neighborhood and the community are above and beyond any that might be available on the market. You dont realize the little things that the amaranth has to offer in terms of the neighborhood and community until you experience it and search for the same at other places. If it were not for the circumstances I dont think I would have ever moved away from there.
6.2020: I have lived in the Amaranth for two years and just signed my lease for my third year and I cannot say enough good things about this building and the current management. The last few months have not been easy, but our managers Samantha and Christina have done everything possible to keep the building clean and the residents safe. They are incredibly responsive to everyones needs and always cheerful in their interactions. Obviously, no place is perfect, but I love living in a building where the amenities are great, the location is wonderful, and I have made such amazing friends. This is a great community and I am lucky to live here.
We LOVE the Amaranth! I frequently recommend it to anyone looking! The building is amazing: beautiful, well-maintained and ALWAYS spotless (seriously). The rooftop is gorgeous and homey, and the grills make it so easy to BBQ whenever we want while enjoying the sunset :) There is a great gym with plenty of equipment and the lobby always has nice flavored water. Its also really close to the park, which is great for getting outside and walking my dog. Its also SUPER dog friendly, with lots of great/sweet dogs, dog treats + poop bags readily available - could not be easier! The apartments themselves are beautiful, and if I ever have a maintenance request (light bulb out, etc), its fixed immediately. The residents are also super friendly, easy-going and it feels like a community (especially coming from out-of-town). Lastly, Tara + Rob and all of the staff are amazing. They are sweet, accommodating, and honestly make living here incredibly pleasant. Cant say enough good things!!!
6 month update: I LOVE living at the Amaranth. Rob and his team are incredible and such a pleasure to interact with. The complex is always spotless and serene. Fernando responds to maintenance requests right away and takes care of everything. I feel so lucky to be part of the Amaranth community. It has certainly raised my standards for apartment living. The Amaranth is the most incredible apartment complex I have EVER lived in. The staff is AMAZING!!! I literally cannot say enough about Rob and his team, they go above and beyond and truly get to know you as a person. The apartment complex is gorgeous and my particular unit is absolutely perfect with beautiful upgrades and furnishings. Each unit is soundproof and the floors are quiet, what more could you ask for? I have absolutely no negatives to say. In summary, I love living here.
Beautiful building, great management, awesome location. I really enjoy living here. Its quiet, the amenities are strong and easy to use, and the people who work here really make a difference for me.
Ive only lived at the Amaranth for a little over a month but I absolutely love it here. Rob and the team are wonderful! Rob made sure that everything was taken care of on move in day, and made the process much easier and so much less stressful than my past experiences. The building is very quiet and the location could not be better. It has a great fitness area and is just a couple blocks from Cheesman park. This is the best place Ive ever lived. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place in Denver.
I have loved living here for the last year and half. We love the location and size of our apartment but the amenities here are best. We absolutely love the rooftop and hot tub as well as the coffee station downstairs. Rob and his management team have done a great job updating the apartment building. They have opened a package room for 24/7 secure package access, throw monthly gatherings for the residences, and even creating a herb garden in the summer. My husband and I love it here.
Amaranth Denver has all the amenities and pleasantries we looked for in an upscale metro-Denver residence. Great staff, resourceful and responsive - Terra, Rob and Fernando always keep things running smoothly. Views, nearby parks, events, good, close eating places and shopping. Weve just renewed our lease here for our 3rd year. Cant imagine living anywhere else in Denver. Ideal place for dog lovers, too.
The Amaranth team have been amazing. Fernando and Tara are attentive, responsive, and incredibly wonderful. Weve been here for several months and its a fantastic facility, well maintained, and they go out of their way to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable facility. Kudos to Fernando and Tara. We recently switched to a larger unit within the building and they were exceptionally accommodating on a tight schedule including recommending a team that specializes in a within the building type of move. A special thanks to the property manager Rob for all the work he does to make sure the building is run well.
My mom and I have lived at the Amaranth for awhile now and I have made so many friends at The Amaranth, and love Tara, Rob, and Fernando. Management is super helpful and always accommodating with every begging request or concern I have. I love the quite neighborhood walks and quiet building. Even though I am a dog, my home space is so chic and new and I feel like a million bucks living here. I constantly overhear my mom telling people how much she enjoys living here and I agree with her all the time!
I love the Amaranth! The community here is so warm and welcoming, and the staff is always helpful and responsive. It also doesn’t hurt that the building itself is so nice too! The communal spaces in the lobby and on the roof are well taken care of and they’re a perfect space to meet all my neighbors. I would highly recommend The Amaranth to anyone looking!
I absolutely love the atmosphere at the Amaranth! Rob and Tara and so friendly and helpful. Im pretty sure Ive never felt so at home. Id also like to mention that the place always smells like flowers were just delivered, or like you are walking through the Botanic Gardens - which, isnt far from the truth since its practically in the backyard. I am so glad I get to have the opportunity to be here and take advantage of their Mimosa Saturday, the immaculate gym space, and the serene views from the rooftop. I feel like Im at a 5 star resort everyday!
Rob and his team are top notch. Fernando and Minerva take great care of the building and are always a pleasure to cross paths with. The management’s attention to detail and service is beyond impressive. We love absolutely love living here and would recommend The Amaranth to anyone and everyone.
After searching for an apartment in the Denver area for my daughter to live in, we found the Amaranth!! This place is amazing! The building and amenities are exactly as depicted on the website. The most important feature of the Amaranth is the property management. Rob and his staff go out of their way to make life easier for the tenants. They are all so friendly, and willing to take time to talk to the tenants. They truly make it a community. It’s a great building with a wonderful staff, I wish that I could live there too! I am looking forward to visiting, especially since they have a guest suite that is available to rent. They are also very dog friendly too! I know my daughter is beyond happy to be living in such an awesome place!
Im a pup that lives at the Amaranth and I am SO thankful that my mom lets us live here. I have lots of friends here, from other dogs, to humans, and even some cats! Rob and Tara always make sure there are snacks for me in the lobby, and they tell me Im a good boy even when Im not being a very good listener. Theyre even nice to me despite me being named after a quarterback that people dont like around here for some reason. I love it here!!
Incredible apartment complex! Great amenities! Ive lived in 2 different units and have been extremely happy with both. The roof top is fabulous with beautiful views of the mountains and a luxurious common area. The on-site staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make us happy, are more than helpful and extremely friendly. Highly recommend living here!
I am one of the dog walkers inside the Amaranth. This building is great! Tara and Rob are so friendly, helpful and fun! I have many client inside the building and spend 1-2 hours a day there. It is also a doggie heaven with the amount of dogs and dog lovers! I feel like it is my second home! What a great place to live!
Amaranth is so great place to live. We have seen many apartments while looked for place to lease and nothing competes. Rob and his team is super attentive and helpful. They make this place warm and cozy. Im more than happy for free yoga classes twice a week and very well equipped gym. And our rooftop with fireplace, grills, herbs garden and amazing mountain view is such a great bonus. I really enjoy the neighborhood too - its quiet, green and I feel very safe here. As I like to walk a lot I really appreciate downtown, City Park, Cherry Creek being so close. Thanks guys for everything you do :)
The Amaranth was our first home in Denver. This place is super clean, elegant, quiet and relaxed. The obvious points about any upscale apartment with this price are all there, but thats not what makes this place special. Its the management. Rob Iafrate is the reason I still live here. The amount of personal attention and natural customer service skills that Rob displays everyday to every resident is unbelievable. Rob and Fernando make this the best place to live in the city, as far as my completely honest opinion is concerned.
I absolutely love living here! I moved here from NJ and was looking for a nice area, centrally located, in a safe neighborhood since I was coming on my own. The Amaranth has exceeded my expectations- the amenities are fantastic, the apartment is beautiful, and the location is gorgeous. You are located right next to Cheeseman Park which is wonderful. Rob and Alex have done an incredible job with making my move out west absolutely seamless! You will love living here!
Although here are quite many residents you dont feel any noises and living here is cozy and comfortable. I appreciate their heated garage with lots of places for cars, bike racks and even maintenance room with handy tools. Management team does great job here.
Living at The Amaranth is like staying in a hotel. The Amenities are excellent and the apartments are well-appointed. Rob is conscientious, approachable and professional and is integral to the smooth management of the property. The property itself is non-smoking and is a haven at the end of the day. We have moved from overseas to Denver and found the location, property management and quality of the accommodation has made this transition very easy.
I absolutely LOVE the Amaranth and so do our pups :) The staff are always so helpful and make you feel at home. Love the environment they have created. I am also obsessed with the gym and on-demand workouts! Pretty much everything about this place is perfect!
I am very happy living at the Amaranth. The neighborhood is wonderful! I am able to walk to school, and love the convenience of shopping and entertainment. After having my coffee on the roof in the morning looking down on the Denver Botanical Gardens, and the fantastic view of the mountains, I always have a great day!
We have lived at the Amaranth for almost three years now and have truly loved our time here. The building and amenities are totally beautiful and the staff is incredibly warm, responsive and thoughtful. We feel very fortunate that weve been able to call this building our home. Tara, Fernando and Rob are truly the best and our 2 year old twins adore them all, just as we do!
One of my favorite things about the Amaranth is their nice big window ledges that allow me to sunbathe and watch the birds. My 2-legged roommate thinks of the apartment as her own, but trust me, it’s mine, and everything here is just the way I like it. A few hours a day I get some much needed time for a catnap when she heads downstairs to use the gym or work in the common area. And, if she happens to go out of town for a couple of days, before leaving, she gushes about how lucky I am that Rob and Alex, the building managers, will stop by to feed me and give me a treat. Humans, they can be so melodramatic.
Great location, friendly staff, and amazing amenities. Work orders are completed in a timely matter and the building is well taken care of. I highly recommend the Amaranth Apartments if you are looking for a new home.
The amaranth is a wonderful place to live, with a staff that not only makes you feel at home but goes above and beyond to take care of anything you may need. I know my home and my pets are safe when I am gone whether it is and hour or a week. This is not just an apartment it is a community of lovely people. I have been here for almost 2 years and this place cannot be beat!
Our experience at the Amaranth has been superb. We were won over from our first look at the apartment. The Amaranth makes a strong first impression because of its obvious benefits - location, gym, amazing roof, covered parking, etc. But the Amaranth has even exceeded expectations because Rob and his colleagues go above and beyond to make sure residents have the best possible experience. Were thrilled to be a part of the community here.
Ive been so lucky to live at the Amaranth for the last 5 months. It instantly felt like home to me and now feels even more like home thanks to Rob and Tara (from the leasing office) introducing new people in the lobby to other residents. I now have an awesome group of girlfriend neighbors that I totally didnt expect to have in my building when I moved out here. The community is just incredible here and has been extremely welcoming to my new dog Billie this past week! So many neighbors have reached out to take her out while Im working long hours..Rob even offered to check up on my sweet girl if needed too!!! wow!! It really has put me at ease knowing my community is so incredibly supportive!!!Billie and I love it here, I know you will too!
I moved in a few months ago and The Amaranth has consistently exceeded expectations. Unlike other many other similarly priced buildings, I think most residents actually use all of the amenities here. Between the neighbors, staff, facilities, and location, this is a great place to live!
I love this place! It literally has EVERYTHING you need to have the ultimate sanctuary of home. The staff and managements customer service is elite. The interior is gorgeous and not one detail is left unfinished. All of the tenants are kind and happy (and so are their dogs :)). I believe this is the best location and place to live in Denver. Close to everything! *****
We picked the Amaranth for the location and because we have a dog, but weve had a great experience all around. We really love living here. The office staff Rob and Alex make things seamless and go out of their way to take care of everything we could need from the coffee and snacks in the common area to bringing mail into our apartment when weve gone out of town, theyve been great! The on-site maintenance man Fernando is wonderful and has knocked out all our requests the day weve made them. The saltwater hot tub on the roof with lovely mountain views doesnt hurt either. If youre looking for a great spot without having to worry about upkeep, this is your place.
Its a challenge to know what to list as the best features of the Amaranth because everything is so wonderful! The staff welcome you as if youre family, the apartments have lovely modern finishes, the gym will make you cancel your membership elsewhere, the views are to-die-for and the location provides endless opportunities to enjoy Denvers offerings. The Amaranth feels more like a resort than an apartment!
As a dog walker/runner (Denver Dog Joggers) I visit many of these buildings daily and Amaranth Denver is, by far, the best! The office Management is really friendly, responsive and committed to giving the best service to their vendors as well as their tenants! I would refer them to anyone and everyone!
The Amaranth has been a fabulous apartment building and addition to the neighborhood. Rob, the buildings manager, has been terrific as it relates to triaging issues related noise, mechanical equipment, and ensuring that the building is your HOME, Tara is a great addition to the team--always customer oriented, friendly, and great sense of humor. Fernando and others on the maintenance/cleaning crew, keep the building spotless and in swell operating condition. Other added bonuses include the coffee machine and snacks in the lobby, biscuits for your doggies, and a fantastic fitness room.
Fernando with maintenance is awesome he took the time to show us around the community. Extremely personable and you can tell he cares about the community!
Things have improved considerably since I wrote my negative review and so I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 star. The team has earned it.
I can not recommend the Amaranth highly enough. The facilities and staff are great. As I was moving from the UK, Tara & Rob went out of their way to help me settle in from talking me through how to set up an electricity account to answering my random questions.
I recently moved in and The Amaranth is amazing! The location is fantastic on a quiet tree lined street steps from Cheesman and Congress parks and overlooking the beautiful Botanical Gardens. The rooftop lounge has fantastic mountain views and is a great place to spend time. And the gym is far superior to that found in most apartments with enough equipment and space so that there is no need for a separate membership. Most importantly, though, the people are great here, both other residents who are very friendly and the fantastic staff who make living here fun and easy.
The Amaranth is an amazing place to live! Tara and Rob were very helpful with the move-in process. I love the neighborhood & the surrounding areas. Im so happy I chose this place as my new home!
Weve lived here for a year and a half and absolutely LOVE it!! The manager, Rob, always goes above and beyond his job description. He has checked on our pet when were away and is so willing to help with anything that comes up.When looking for an apartment noise was my main concern and the Amaranth is beyond quiet. We never have issues with noise as there are quiet hours that everyone adheres to.Fernando, the maintenance guy, is quick to respond to any maintenance issues and is always very kind.Lastly, the location is PERFECT! Cheesman park is only 1 block away and there are so many great restaurants and bars to walk to.I HIGHLY recommend the Amaranth!
Staff is professional and friendly. They take care of any requests extremely fast and they always greet residents with a genuine smile! You can tell they really care! Great location, great apartments, great view, great parking....great everything here!
We initially found the Amaranth because of the proximity to the park, work, etc. When we moved in, we were amazed by the rooftop, the gym, amenities, and the staff. Rob and the team are always looking for new ways to accommodate residents and make the Amaranth feel more like home. They are quick to respond to any requests and exceed expectations constantly. The Amaranth is a great place to call home!
If you dont live here, you should. Its simply the best apartment complex in Denver. The rooftop is breathtaking, the hottub is fantastic. Most importantly the staff is fantastic.
My daughter lives in the Amaranth and I have visited her twice. I absolutely love her apartment and all of the amenities there. The management team is super professional and friendly. The building is so quiet and the beautiful views from the roof deck overlook the botanical gardens straight to the Rocky Mountain skyline. If I lived in Denver, this would be my choice of residence.
Weve lived in the building for about a year and is easily one of the best weve experienced. Everything is well maintained and it has a nice community feel. Rob and Alex in the office are great as well.
Great views and amenities. Would recommend to anyone for a place to call home.
I love it here! The staff is great. The building is well maintained and I feel very safe here. Im on my second lease and Im happy!
Ive been a resident here for about a year and a half and I can honestly say that living here is like living in an upscale hotel. The facilities are amazing - both the apartment and common spaces like roof deck, lobby, and gym. The staff, led by Rob are always there to help. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
Certainly want to add feedback after living at the amaranth for a year. Rob and team made the community a community. He was always available to communicate with all residents, knew everyone in the community, and really enjoyed driving a best in class residence in Denver. After Rob left - we had 4 new managers in less than 8 months. These community managers had to know their time was short - as they were behind closed doors - unapproachable, as they would be behind there office computer all day - and really the only residents they were concerned with were future residents. They continued to struggle with the basic amenities that you can find at most apartment complexes in Denver. Coffee machine will not be working on Monday - its a simple process - they have received feedback - and didnt fix the very simple issue. The gym equipment is much older than most complexes at that price point, Hot tub - well...maybe -you will be flipping a coin and hoping its actually working.Positives - great location.
My husband and I moved into the Amaranth in early August. We love it so much. The location is perfect: an easy bike ride or bus ride downtown, two blocks away from Cheeseman Park, and overlooking the Botanical Gardens. Where else can you sit on the roof and enjoy a free concert?I work from home for a startup, so having a place that felt like home, that I would enjoy spending time in, was super important to me. I love having the Amaranth as my home and work space, its quiet, elegant, and all the residents are super friendly. And of course, like everyone has mentioned, the staff are the best. Rob, Tara, and Fernando, go above and beyond to get to know all the residents (and their pets too), to say hi, get any issues quickly fixed, and to make this an enjoyable place to live. We love hosting friends and family here- my 10 and 13 year old nieces have told me they want to live here when theyre done with school. Id highly recommend the Amaranth to anyone who wants an elegant, modern place to live, but also want a place that emphasizes community.(We just got a puppy a few weeks ago and she loves being a city dog, theres lots of great dogs to meet and a park right next door for good long walks!)
I dont ever want to move from the Amaranth. Ive lived here for a year and a half and cant imagine calling another place home. The building is beautiful and has the perfect location (two blocks from both the Botanic Gardens and Cheesman Park). The community is warm and friendly, and the staff--Rob, Alex, and Fernando--are incredible. They take the time to get to know you and take care of you, and they are always looking for ways to improve the buildings offerings. They put out coffee and breakfast bars downstairs in the morning, and sometimes, if youre working downstairs, a glass of wine magically appears before you in the evenings. I often go to the community spaces to relax, do work, or hang out with other people in the building. There are excellent work out facilities with classes, a yoga studio, and everything else you could want (which is really too bad, as it means I have less and less of an excuse to not work out anymore). The good news is that once youre done in the gym, you can go up to the rooftop, relax in the hot tub, and look out at the mountain views. Yup, the Amaranth will spoil you rotten.
We moved into The Amaranth over 2 years ago and continue to love it. Our dog loves the Cheesman Park location, and the building itself is modern, clean, secure, and extremely well maintained. The amenities are unequaled, just to list a few of my favorites—-covered parking, some with electric charging stations; a great gym; free yoga classes; guest suites; and a beautiful rooftop with amazing mountain views and no lines for aerial viewing of the “Blossoms of Light”! The management and staff strive to create a real community, by hosting monthly brunches and other events, and everyone is warm, professional, and always receptive to our needs. I highly recommend you sign a lease today!
I am currently living here and Ive never lived somewhere so safe and homey! The staff is amazing and always there when we have any questions or needs. I would defintinelty recommend living here!
*update as of 12/2020 - We wanted a quiet place again and moved back into the building. This time was so much better so I am amending my rating. We have been here for almost 4 months and Samantha & Christina have been fantastic throughout the process, very communicative (even remembering mine & my husbands name anytime we chat which is impressive with how many residents there are) and have taken care of any issues that we have had very quickly.Fantastic location and quiet (very rarely able to hear upstairs or next door neighbors) are the 2 positives of this building. We were so excited to move in - the building manager was fantastic and there was an actual sense of community, then that all changed less than 30 days in. There was a total of 4 managers in the year we lived there, the fifth is now in place. Amenities such as gym (with dated equipment and treadmills that work sometimes and sometimes shut off on you in the middle of your run), a coffee machine that rarely was in working order, and cheap appliances are what you get for the cost, which is very high to begin with. Especially if you are so unlucky to be facing the construction next door that goes Monday - Saturday, starting at 7am and ending at 8pm, and will continue into 2020. Also it may seem small, but for most of the time the only amenity that we used, but the dog treats in the lobby were changed to horrible treats my dog wouldt even touch, then to non existent. We were debating on staying, and then got the letter informing us that the rent would go up $200 a month and it was now mandatory to pay for a parking spot, which puts a 1 bedroom unit, 700 SF to almost $2600 per month. 3 months after moving out, I had to inquire as I still had not received our security deposit back. When I did, I was then informed that on top of the $250, which did not cover the last less than 2 months of utilities that were still owed. Meaning your base rent + at least $125 a month for Utility billbacks, and then average electric bill is $125+ as we had to run the air conditioning year round or the apt would climb to 80 degrees in less than a few hours, and all the construction made opening windows difficult, means living there is VERY spendy. For the final costs, they were also charging us for cleaning, painting (it included the ceilings!!) and Carpet cleaning. Now, I have never had to pay for any of these and we are very, very, clean people. We left the apartment so clean, including wiping down of drawers, cabinets, baseboards and mr. clean erasing the walls. I also patched any small holes from hanging items on the walls. Upon contacting the new manger, who was very nice though clearly dealing with a mess, the carpet charges were reversed as they had no proof it was done. So at this time they are saying we were to pay $230 more on top of the security deposit for items they cannot prove were even done. I again talked to the manager, she could not find any photos prior to the turn, so she did have the charges reversed, for which I was very thankful. Current residents - I HIGHLY suggest doing a walk-through and taking pictures so that you do not have to go through that hassle. (I asked but was told not it was not needed, I should have insisted) I truly hope the new manager can make it a better place than it has been, as is there longer than a few months, but ultimately the cost is just very, very high for what you get. I had put 1 star, but bumped it to 2 after having the final issue taken care of.
Dear Reader:I should lead with, I dont even have keys yet, but Ive gone ahead and referred a friend. Its that good.Let that settle in.Rob & Tara are great - Im pretty sure youre going to hate everyone anywhere else you look - so you should just decide to live here.Honestly, its about time you start making wise decisions in your life...dont you agree? Let this trigger some sort of cathartic event where you realize, its time to upgrade your life. If you dont choose Amaranth, youre essentially settling. Dont settle.Give me Amaranth or give me death - thats a quote written entirely by me...no one else....
The staff & sense of community they generate make this place wonderful! Of course, the location is awesome too and the apartments are great, but the staff are what make living here a treat. Thank you!
There is no better apartment complex in Denver! This place is perfectly located near Cheeseman park and right next to the Botanical Gardens. The units are spacious and have the greatest detail. They building is filled with much appreciated luxuries, like underground parking, a top notch gym, and beautiful communal areas on the ground floor and rooftop where you can gather with great neighbors for football watch parties, relax in the hot tub, or share a steak and wine while watching the sunset. Rob and his team will bend over backwards to help you get settled in and ensure any issues you have are taken care of immediately. The units are incredibly quiet. You may hear a little sound from the hallway as people pass by, but from wall to wall, it is SILENT! If youre a dog owner, this place is for you! We make liberal use of the dog washing station after our pup goes nuts on nearby mountain hikes. Cant say enough good things about the Amaranth!
Just resigned my lease to stay another year. Great amenities, in a great neighborhood with an incredible staff. This place is as turnkey as apartment living gets. Highly recommended.
The Amaranth is a great place to live. It is spacious and modern. The rooftop is phenomenal. Rob and everyone else at the Amaranth make it feel like home.
As one of the first residents to move into The Amaranth - and as one who has lived elsewhere in the neighborhood - I can honestly say, there is no better place to live in Denver than right here. From the amenities (great gym!) to the residents, to the location and, not least, our management and maintenance team, you cant beat The Amaranth!
This is truly a community. Rob and his staff make sure people meet and that every need is addressed. Highly recommend Amaranth Denver!
The Amaranth is fantastic. I simply love living here! I have no complaints. Location, management, and amenities are all on point.
The best apartment complex ever! The staff is amazing and they go out of their way to make residents happy! Love living here!
Great location and amazing place . Very friendly people. Super cool lounge on the roof top. Strongly recommend this place.
I have to echo the last persons review. I was also drawn to this building because of the previous manager who left shortly after I moved in. They are trying hard to transition but the friendly, customer service vibe that I was attracted to is, unfortunately, no longer here. It feels like every other apartment building I toured before moving to Denver. I was informed before I chose to live here that there was going to be construction next to the building but it didnt matter that much because the feeling I got from the staff was what sold me. While the construction noise is loud from time to time the overall feel of the building is just okay now. I hope the staff can turn things around but it seems they are always one person short and dont have time for customer service like they used to. The amenities are nice but other comparable buildings near by are just as nice if not nicer and newer. I wish them luck and wanted to rate it one star higher but I just dont feel the same as when I first moved in.
I have lived in Denver for five years and when my previous building was sold, I did not look forward to finding a new place. I looked at A LOT of apartments and while each one had its pros and cons, there were plenty of pros and not a single con for The Amaranth. There are several floor plans to choose from and the location is ideal- next to Denver Botanic Gardens and a block from Cheeseman Park. The amenities including a rooftop deck, two workout rooms and two common areas/lounges mean that I practically never have to leave the building! From the moment I walked in for a tour, met Tara and saw her professionalism and pride in the property, I was sold. Rob is friendly, funny and loves to give me a hard time, but he runs a tight ship and the building is always in excellent repair. Minerva keeps the place spotless and Fernando responds promptly and efficiently to the occasional maintenance request. The neighbors are quiet and friendly (and have the cutest dogs in Denver). I absolutely love living at the Amaranth!
Love the gym and the amenities. Oh, and the Festival of Lights at the Botanical Gardens during the Holidays. Seriously!! Awesome building, team, and community.
Amazing place to live! Our apartment is modern and spacious. The amenities are top notch - free coffee, snacks, incredible rooftop with mountain views and a hot tub, grills, firepit, etc. gym, free yoga twice a week...location right next to cheesman park, botanic gardens, and congress park. And last, but certainly not least, Rob and his team are outstanding, keeping the building in great condition, responding to any maintenance issues right away, and fostering a great community here. Definitely a great place to live!
Fantastic location, fabulous staff, phenomenal amenities and brilliant views of the botanical gardens! Hands down the best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at
The Amaranth is a wonderful place to live. I love the building, the amenities, the location, the resident community and most all of the people that work here who make The Amaranth the special that I love to call home.
Moving across the country can be so stressful but The Amaranth and Rob could not have made it easier. Im still in disbelief of how seamless the transition was to feeling totally at home in my new apartment. The location cannot be beat - I like to run with my dog in early morning/late evening and the proximity to Cheesman and surrounding super safe neighborhoods make it so easy. I originally looked at over 10 apartment complexes in different neighborhoods around Denver and I could not be happier with my decision to live at The Amaranth.
Great building and even better community. I highly recommend the Amaranth to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
The Amaranth has among the best locations in central Denver. Five-minute walk to the Botanic Gardens and Cheesman Park. The apartment house is privileged to have a top-notch community management team who is immediately responsive to maintenance and other needs. The team also does a great job of commuicating issues, social events, and tenant expectations. We feel fortunate to live here!
Modern and Amazing Amenities in one of Denvers most charming neighborhoods. I moved into the Amaranth in October and absolutely LOVE it here! The location is perfect (near the Botanic Gardens and Cheesman Park) and easy to get to anywhere in town. The team (Rob, Tara, Allison and Fernando) are fantastic and make the building feel immediately like home. The residents and staff create a positive energy and Ive met quite a few people because of the active nature of the community and the events planned by residents and staff alike. From the workout spaces (thats right spaceS) to the rooftop patio and hot tub and amazing neighbors, this building has it all! Im so glad I moved here and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Denver!
I love the Amaranth! Not only are the rental rates affordable, but the staff makes it feel like home! Just a short walk to Cherry creek and cheesman!
We’ve loved our time at The Amaranth! It’s beautiful, perfectly located, secure, and well managed.
The Amaranth is hands down the BEST location and place to live in Denver. Brand new units with granite countertops, thick concrete floors secure almost noiseless apartments, beautiful views to the Botanic Gardens & Rocky Mtn skyline, quiet & safe neighborhood, there is nothing more you could ask for in luxury living at a competitive price! LOVE IT HERE!
Im so happy with this apartment and community. The building, apartment, and amenities are all beautiful, and the management is so personal and present, it makes it really feel like a community, not just an apartment.
Friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to make living here more conformable. Hot tub, grills, free coffee, overall great amenities.
I moved to Denver less than a week ago. Because of time constraints and a busy work schedule, I did not have time to check out my apartment at the Amaranth before moving. Taking that risk has been, so far, beyond worth it. I am overwhelmed by the professionalism and kindness Ive seen from management--Rob and Alex are distinctly responsive, organized, and compassionate individuals. Moving to a new city is tough on anyone, and I cannot emphasize enough how much those guys have eased my transition (by doing everything from accommodating a messy, delayed move to writing handwritten welcome cards)! Aside from the excellence of management, the buildings location and amenities are incredible. Because the Amaranth is basically nested between the Denver Botanic Gardens and Cheesman park, the area is quiet and serene (but super close to downtown)! Overall, I was nervous about the move, and I am now so happy to call the Amaranth my home in Denver!
We love it here so much we signed another year lease.
Very disappointed in this community. Location is beautiful, no doubt. However, I moved out a little over 4 months ago and it took a lot of phone calls and followup to get my security deposit back. Apparently there were some issues related to paperwork. Just took a lot of back and forth to get everything resolved.
Great place to live. Superb facilities, premium location and first rate staff and management.
We love the location of the Amaranth, close to Downtown, Cherry Creek, and minutes away from the Botanical Gardens and Cheeseman park. The management is very efficient and the amenities are great.
