Love love love living here. Ive never lived anywhere with such responsive service to all my concerns. Charles, the buildings service manager, is so friendly and helpful. He makes a point to introduce himself to all residents and hands out cards so accessing him is never difficult. Our problems always get resolved (not that there are many!)

Dont ignore what other people say about the security issues. They are horrible, and the building does nothing. I walk down the hall, see my neighbors packages torn apart, stolen, everything taken. The packages downstairs are ripped into, stolen. We pay good money for a building to just say, thats too bad. A security guard is clearly needed, but it seems the building just likes to pin it on the delivery services and wipe their hands clean. Nothing ever changes even though it happens literally every day. At this point, I do not feel safe living in the building.Edit: I felt bad leaving this out. Charles the service manager is excellent. Very nice, and very helpful. But management as a whole is not up to par with Charles.

Vanessa is a great communicator and is easy to work with. So far Ive had a great experience in the apartment and look forward to living here. The only advice I have for move-in is to get a truck or something that fits in the garage since using a Uhaul adds extra (literal) steps to transferring heavy items to and from the elevators. 5/5!

Property management and/or ownership doesn’t take security seriously. Theft occurs often, no steps seem to be taken to remedy the issue outside of emails to residents asking them to keep an eye out and lock doors. I’ve personally had over $1000 dollars of property stolen from a locked, 5th floor storage room, and cars are often broken into in the garage. Totally fed up with the lack of action.

Weve lived here for 10 months and have loved it, up until the major security issues recently. After multiple complaints, 911 calls, and thefts, the building has still refused to try and combat it in any reasonable way. The response we get is that we live in an urban area, this is just the way it is right now, and theres nothing further that can be done (hiring a security guard is apparently out of the question). Although many buildings in the city (especially in this neighborhood) have been dealing with a rise in crime over the last year, many have proactively instated additional security measures to do their best to protect their residents. A couple nights ago we walked up on someone dismantling the door into the buildings vestibule. Theres no security fob needed once you enter that door, so he would have had full access to the entire building if we hadnt stopped him. Doors often break and we are not provided with security while theyre being fixed. I know crime has been a big issue in Denver lately, but this too bad approach is totally unacceptable, and we may need to just move out now. A real shame.

Just completed a lease transfer with Via and wanted to leave a note with how satisfied I was with the service provided. Both agents in the office (Mike and Vanessa) were very helpful in the process and helped make what is usually a very painful process feel like a breeze and stress free. Additionally, the maintenance supervisor, Charles, is by far the best handy-man / technician / etc. I’ve met having lived at many different apartment complexes. Where does one start? Well since before moving in the spin room did not work and I have been promised it would be soon...well that was over 18 months ago. It still does not work. There are only two elevators in the entire building and be prepared to take the stairs, even if the elevator did finally arrive upon waiting, you’d probably make it to your apt within 5 mins on a good day.The beautiful lobby in front is only available during office hours so don’t think about ever using that. One of the seemingly exciting features they offer is the small dog park on the 3rd floor, but don’t be fooled. You’ll be thankful for mask restrictions once you smell the urine build up that has been there since this building opened. Not to mention in the back left corner you can see all of the feces that are power washed to that corner. If the urine smell at the park doesn’t bother you, then I’m sure you won’t mind the lingering smells of urine on every hall carpet as well. (One cleaning staff member the entire building)One of the biggest flaws was the current staffing change. The new property manager is not as welcoming and warming as the prior. Most tenants tend to avoid the office now, whereas we loved stopping in there to say hi and catch up with other tenants with the past manager.I have to give credit where it’s due and that is to the maintenance men! They are truly the best aspect to this property!! They are the most kind and hardest workers I’ve seen around.

The management is not very aware or active when there has been unknown persons steal all the mail boxes that are just left in the hallway as you enter the building, and if your vehicle is broken into multiple times, they have only 2 cameras that are used and not ideally placed, so they say they are unable to help with the matter or to address the problem in any way. The elevators in the building are never thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, even in the middle of COVD-19. There is nothing ever done about the homeless people that are trespassing on the property, all the while stealing and breaking into things.just very poorly managed.

I have been living at Via Apartment for over three months now and I love it! From the application process to the staff, everyone had been so friendly and helpful and it was the fastest application process I ever had. Everything was all set within few days, thanks to Tasia Hine, one of the Sale Director. She made my move simple, easy and quick. She communicated with me very well throughout the process and made sure I got all the paperwork I needed. Even though she was OFF the day I was moving in, she made sure all my info was available for Megan to take care of me and showed me around on my move-in day. I have never visited VIA before moving from out-of-state, so I was totally depending on whatever is shown on the Via website. All the pictures shown on the website looks exactly the same as they are in person, so that was a relief for me. On top that, the location is great. The Supper is also very friendly and helpful. They just signed up a towing company and are now requiring that we post placards in our cars, or else well get towed or booted without warning. This is completely ridiculous. The warning of this policy change was sent once on September 25th, 2017, via email, and after a casual look around the parking garage it looks like almost no one saw it.Its kind of incredible. If you fail to post rent on time here, even though its likely because (as others have discussed) the company cant seem to figure out the billing portal, youll have a piece of paper posted to your door the next day. Yet, when they completely change how parking works here, and are making you re-register your parking spot and car, even though you might have been paying for it for a year, they just send one email....Are they trying to get people towed? Are they getting a kickback from the towing company? How the hell is this place SO incompetently run.If anyone at Milestone Management is reading this, get rid of Brian. Hes tanking this building. Its a competitive asset in this area of Denver, and compared to every other apartment building most people of the target demographic would consider, this is the lowest rated.Considering Milestone has properties all over the country, Im not optimistic....

We talked for 20 minutes and she got all my information and promised me up and down she would send me picture of the place. I told her was trying to make a decision. I called back twice and all they could seem to do then was keep directing me to the website to reserve the apartment. BTW no picture. I am a business owner myself and if I have to send pictures at midnight would do it. End of the day office closed no pics and no more info of unanswered questions and yes brian is still their and they cover up for him. They know about the reviews on different sites. I tell you what if I had an employee that had this many issues he would be looking for a new job.I also dont like the fact that the parking is $95 a month which is the highest in DENVER!!! WOW. Do not be fooled by the appearance of the apartments. They are very new and aesthetically pleasing, but I have never in my life lived in a worse apartment. EVERYONE that works here (minus the lady that cleans) is completely and disgustingly RUDE. My AC was broken for 5 MONTHS. it was at 83 degrees in my apartment!!! They did not even care to pay attention to me until I threatened to get an attorney involved. Told me to open a window. On top of my AC being broke for almost NINE months now, yes, NINE MONTHS, it is broken to this day, my washing machine has now been broken for 3 weeks, I have not washed clothes that I need for work in THREE WEEKS. Once again, no effort to fix. And on top of THAT, my water pressure is so low I can’t even wash my shampoo out of my hair, and again, I have submitted two separate work orders in the past 2 weeks to get repaired. They came in once, said they “cleaned out the hose” and closed the work order. It was never fixed. My Ac, washing machine, and water pressure is STILL broken to this day. The maintenance guy is the most unpleasant man I have ever met. My roommate and I are mentors for a few girls between 11-13 and hosted a dinner and arts and craft night at our apartment, one of these girls flushed a feminine product down the toilet and it got clogged, the maintenance man proceeded to take the product out of the toilet, bring it down my hallway, and wave it in the air and tell us that this cannot go down the toilet. It was 100% inappropriate. My garbage disposal broke, and the maintenance guy gave me a tool and told me to fix it myself. I have never felt so not at home in a complex before. I have always had very pleasant experiences. You could not pay me to recommend this place.

We have been living at the VIA for over two months now. The location is absolutely perfect, smack between Downtown Denver and South Broadway, within walking distance of Trader Joes, King Soopers, cool coffee houses, bars, shops, everything! We have easy access to the Cap Hill area and are able to have a neighborhood vibe on one side of the building and the hustle and bustle of the city on the other. Our view from the sixth floor is amazing, we are able to see almost the entire Denver skyline as well as the mountains. Amenities are amazing, the gym is state of the art and the pool and jacuzzi are easy to access and just the right size for the pool deck (most complexes in Denver do not even have a Jacuzzi). We have used the grills quite a few times, they are huge and make entertaining for a BBQ simple and fun. Obviously all appliances and spaces are BRAND NEW. This was a HUGE factor for us in determining whether or not a place would be worth it and the VIA certainly is. We live in one of their Urban One Bedroom options and despite our initial hesitation when we only looked at the floor plan online, once we saw it in person, it is truly the perfect size for a couple living alone. There really is nothing I can say negatively about this place. We are seriously considering extending our 13 month lease to an 18 because we love it that much. Thanks VIA!

Honestly, I was a little appalled while reading through these reviews. Since moving here in August, I have not had a single problem with any of the tenants, leasing managers, or any member of the Via staff. In fact, any interaction Ive had with all of the aforementioned groups has only been exceedingly positive.Brian Sanchez, in particular, who assisted with my paperwork while moving in and Ive interacted with on numerous occasions since August, has always been up-front, accommodating, and incredibly professional/personable.I understand people who are upset are more motivated to leave reviews than tenants who have had a positive experience, so I wanted to make sure this review reflected the lopsidedness of the comments that have been left here.I would encourage anyone who is on the fence about moving in to this building based on these reviews to TOUR THE PROPERTY and meet the leasing managers who work here! When I needed a place last minute, they were accommodating and welcoming. The office staff was always around to help and answer the phone when I called.Vanessa was a HUGE reason I decided to rent with Via. Two months into my lease, new management took over. It was an awful transition. No one knew what was going on, the temp staff was rude. The staff has been a revolving door every since. The hours were uncertain from day to day for a while, and are now shorter. You barely have enough time to get home before the office closes if you need to pick up a package. There were a couple great managers, but they dont last for some reason. Also, loved that Brian was trying to keep the community activities and holiday parties going. No one has attempted one since he left last fall and thats unfortunate. I was excited about those events, and another reason I moved there.Pros:- The maintenance guys are amazing!- Secure building- Aesthetically pleasing/new building with community room & gym- Package concierge (for packages that fit when the machine isnt full)- Smoke free property- Great location for downtown/cap hill area to get around without too much trafficCons:- Price (I paid $1915-ish /mo for 700 sq ft and parking)- Amenities - splash pool doesnt quite get the job done when you have hundreds of residents, dog area has disgusting smell that drifts across deck area.- No lock out service. Really disappointed with how this building has deteriorated over the last several months. Like others have already stated, the conditions and maintenance of the building has become almost unbearable. The hallways, which were once wonderfully vacuumed and cleaned daily, are now rarely touched. Vomit (yes), food particles, pet feces, stains of unknown origin are now in the carpets. The gated garage door rarely works- it seem to always be broken and I feel nervous as a person living alone to leave late at night or to come home late because of it. Ive lived here since the building opened to residents; I was one of the first on my floor, and the previous management was great! The building was clean and quiet... now? What a joke! The fees and expense of living here... where the heck is that going?! Not to maintence, thats for sure. I rarely see maintence or cleaning people, the management team downstairs clearly do not care about the safety and cleanliness of the building and have the nerve to freak out if youre a day late with rent. I will NOT be renewing my lease when its up. Id be really suspicious of any positive reviews you read- the building had a gift card incentive program enfolded into the resident payment portal- you accrue points for gift cards if you leave a positive review. What nonsense!!! DO NOT move here - look elsewhere. Youve been warned!!!

Absolutely disappointed with this place. I officially moved in to my apartment in January. We were there for a month and had an issue with another tenant because of my dog. Mind you, she is a registered ESA animal but her breed is a Pit Bull. I was walking back inside from the grass area when some sorry ass guy on the 4th floor that lives right next to the elevator threatened me from his window because apparently dogs arent able to walk around outside. Ended up getting in a physical altercation with this worthless guy over a dog. He hit my sister and tried to act like nothing happened when we called the cops. Long story short, the management was useless in this situation. Told them what happened and the Manager laughed when I was talking to her like it was funny. I mentioned putting a restraining order on the tenant and she freaked out because she did not want the tenant to not have access to certain areas of the building. Which I can care less. Any time I try to reach out to the office they NEVER seem to answer their phone. I do NOT recommend anyone to lease an apartment here. The management is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. Reason I up and left after this situation.

Great building amenities and the staff goes above and beyond for every one of their residents. The new Community Director has already thrown two, Friday soirées which were fully stocked with hor doeuvres and libations... get schwifty. The only negative thing that stands out to me is how some neighbors dont take pride in their community and neglect to clean up after themselves or their pets. My husband and I moved to VIA July 2017.In that time we have had quite a few Community Directors come and go (almost all of them were horrible at their job), and now we have a whole new office staff for the past few months and THEY ARE INCREDIBLE! The Community Director and the entire VIA staff have completely done a 360 turn around with everything within the community. First off, after only a month of having the new Community Director, VIA has had a resident event and a second one is already planned, the dog feces issues are now taken seriously (new camera installed and fines to be imposed for violations), common areas are being better maintained, the issues like the dog park being disgusting/smelly are being addressed with upper Milestone Corporate management to be resolved immediately, concerns are being addressed and resolved, the office staff is SUPER welcoming, hours are changed back to what they were previously to accommodate residents, and most of all the STAFF IS AMAZING AND DOES EVERYTHING WITH A SMILE AND A GENUINE POSITIVE ATTITUDE. I find myself stopping in the office to grab my dog a treat and end up chatting with the staff for several minutes. It is nice to feel as though we arent interrupting them and being an inconvenience when we stop in with a question or concern. HUGE shout out to maintenance who has been consistent throughout all the management changes. They are always fast to fix any maintenance requests. Crazy how you get the right people to work at VIA and you get a complete change of reviews and resident satisfaction. I rarely write any type of reviews, however this one is warranted. I want to start off by saying how beautiful the complex and amenities thats offered here. The building was designed and carefully thought out based on what the rate goes for in this type of living. However management on the other hand (Brian) is FAR from what youll expect when you pay what you do to get the type of service you work hard to get. He comes off as arrogant (which I dont know why) and dismissive as if hes The Man around here..lol yeah ok. The day we moved in we came across a gal on the elevator complaining about him to a few of her guest how rude and cocky he comes across. To this day I still cant figure out why this dude have such a catty personality..who knows, maybe its his tactic to scare off people that live here from asking him to do anything they need done..I guess thats it? Ummmm ok.I love the location and hanging out with my Via neighbors. Itll be nice if maybe management can organize activities for the residences like other comparable apartment communities in the Denver area do..to try to set themselves apart from other complexes. They dont do anything here..not even something as basic and simple as a pizza night..nothing. If youre thinking about moving here make sure you ask questions. Ask them to do everything they advertise on their website and check for yourself if things actually function. Ask them to turn on TVs in the public spaces. Make sure your door handle is nice and tight, otherwise it may take them an entire month to fix it. Look at the wall and see if you see empty spaces where pictures once hung, but now all you see is a hook thats not utilized. Ask Brian a ton of questions and make sure you really read his body language and see if he comes off as if hes some cocky CEO of a huge corporation. Itll amaze you and you may find it quite entertaining. If youre thinking about moving here Im guessing you work hard for your money and make a good living. Keep in mind, theres people that work here in the place that you call home that can ruin and sale short what you may expect as a professional. ASK A TON OF QUESTIONS NO MATTER HOW SILLY IT MAY SOUND. TRUST ME. As you can see a common trend here of the stars given in the past month or so when Milestone took over AND the common name brought up on each single star review. Good luck

It wont get fixed for a week or so. This was not the case with the previous management. There has been a consistent loss in cleanliness. There are often times where youll find spilled dog food or trash in the hall way, and it will sit there for a few days.StaffBefore all this, we had a wonderful staff and two of them actually lived on-site. They took wonderful care of the building. This is no longer the case.Brian, the Community Manager is a charisma-vacuum of the sort Ive fortunately been able to avoid most of my life, up until now. Hes just one of those people who - sucks. I have friends in the building whove had to deal with him for their renewals. Slow to respond, fast to try and charge you a fee you already paid for, generally curt communication when its just not warranted. Guy doesnt know where to put his energy. Why be such a pain to work with when these people have given you so much money, and are trying to give you more???Perhaps its not his fault, but theyre using the same leasing system as the previous property management company, so its hard for me to believe its getting in the way. (Entrata - is the management system they use, for those who care. Its pretty alright)The other staff seem to be a revolving door. Cant remember any of their faces or names, they certainly arent like the old crew of Krishna, or Vanessa or Kim, who were, though occasionally a little strict on policy - IMMENSELY COMPETENT. They were also just nice people to talk to, and theyd engage with you as a human being. They werent your friends - landlords cant be friends with tenants - but they were relatable and you got the sense that they cared that you enjoyed living here. You dont get that anymore.Systems/Payment:I hope you like fighting over late fees, because the payment portal here cant seem to be operated properly. Rent is usually posted late, meaning any hopes of paying it a few days in advance are dashed, and even though the property management has admitted on numerous occasions that theyve had some hiccups with the portal - they still will charge you a late fee even when they have failed. Its 2017 soon to be 2018. Nobody uses checks. Nobody uses cash. Most of the residents are in their 20s.Its a very disappointing customer experience. Finally, if you still love the location and the amenities that The Via offers (Because they are pretty great) when you go into apply to live here, youll be looking at close to 350 in fees just for the application process. Ive heard ranges of 300 - 400 for a mysterious admin fee that they presumably need to vet you.Running a background check, a credit report, etc. aint that expensive and if they staff here is getting paid a kind of hourly rate, for the quality of work they do, that should be criminal. On a lighter note - whoever does the actual maintenance requests (Fixing things in your room) - BRAVO SIR OR MADAM. Always fast, responsive, and effective. Keep it up.

Where to even begin.. Ill start by saying the property itself is very nice. I like the finishes of the apartment and the location. Its close to plenty of restaurants, bars and things to do. What I dont like about living here is the staff, primarily, Brian the property manager. In fact, the reason for my one star review is mostly because of Brian because my rent is TOO DAMN HIGH to have to put up with the arrogance that is Brian. You walk into the office and Brian doesnt even acknowledge your presence, its as if youre a ghost or some type of spirit because to him you dont exist. Its understood that he may be busy, but a simple hello hi hey good morning or I dont know, ANYTHING when a resident walks in would go a long way. He does that in order for you not to bother him. Its gotten to the point where I purposely seek help from any other person but him. Ill even ask a resident a question before asking Brian.. thats exactly what he wants. Ok, he got that.Next off, packages.. lol.. Im laughing cause getting packages here is a joke. The package concierge finally works but guess what? That doesnt mean its actually being utilized. Ive had packages delivered that can clearly fit into the package concierge but would still have to go into the office to retrieve my package and deal with Brian who I just try to avoid because of his horrible catty disposition. Packages are everywhere. The front office, front closet, back closet, package concierge...just everywhere. Its just such a pain trying to retrieve packages.Next, resident events. The resident events are simply NONEXISTENT. Theres NADA. ZILCH. ZERO. This is the first apartment building I have ever lived where there are no resident events whatsoever. Ive lived in cheaper buildings where they throw events. So you barely get to know residents since management doesnt even bother. Management simply gets you in the door and then you become a ghost to them lol.. Its really comical at this point. Also, dont expect maintenance requests to actually get fixed in a timely manner, if at all. Its just a fail.Thankfully, there are other staff members that are pleasant to talk to. It just sucks that the most unprofessional of them all happens to be the property manager. Like how the hell did that happen. Its a nice building but just expect to deal with Brian acting like youre a nuisance to his being. It really starts to wear on you after a bit esp with the price you have to pay to live here.Almost forgot, THE ELEVATOR IS TOOOO FREAKING SLOW.I wont be renewing my lease here thats for sure.

We have lived at this property for 30 days and the Manager has been ABSOLUTELY aweful. On move in day we were handed our keys and the time frame in which we had the elevator reserved. No tour and no walk about the property and how to use the key fobs etc. We had to find our unit on our own. Upon move in the door handle was loose and they told us they would have it fixed that following week.Well it took them almost a month. Next the dishwasher dry cycle was not working and we were told to use Jetdry and that should fix it- well that didnt work so they decided they would swap it with one from a vacant unit. They did that today and well obviously they didnt test it because there is NO water running into it to run. When my fiancé went in to talk with Brian the manager he said with a attitude he put in another request to have it fixed. My fiance then said he was going above his head and Brians response was do what you have to do. Im sure we wont have a working dishwasher for a month just like the door handle. The outdoor TV by the pool area is not in working order, the front planters that ALL of our guests see have been filled with dead flowers and trash repeatedly, main elevator has been broken numerous times, the button doesnt light up so you dont know if it is in working order, the package concierge still had the previous tenants info set up to our unit and WE had to set it up even though its managements responsibility, the dog run stinks and is continuously left with dog poop, the lobby coffee maker has been broken, there are wall hooks where there used to be artwork in the elevator lobby area and it has not been replaced, and the list goes on and on. The manager will post eviction notices on the 3rd day of the month on peoples doors where you are able to see the tenants information which to me is a HUGE violation of privacy and Im sure illegal- when we mentioned that Brian told us that it was a mistake because the previous milestone employee had not put in the concession to the tenants account. Shouldnt he have caught that BEFORE posting a eviction notice? He is the manager isnt he? We love the actual apartment itself. The finishes are top notch and our layout is very spacious. The neighborhood is awesome. Its very sad that this complex is being neglected due to poor management. The current condition of the property is not what it was when we toured the property in April. Every resident we have encountered has said the EXACT same thing about management and how poorly they seem to even care. They used to coordinate events for residents and since the switch over NOTHING has been planned. Me and my fiancé toured the property back in April and signed a lease with the previous property management. Had we known this was the nightmare we would experience with the change over we would have chosen a different property. When you are paying almost $1700 for an apartment you expect a certain level of service as well as the ability to utilize all the amenities. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Please listen to the other reviews and DO NOT MOVE HERE. Since the new management took over this place has become a dump. The manager (Brian) is a sorry excuse for a manager and just an overall abysmal human being. All he cares about is money and will rent to any trashy characters that will pay. In addition two people were assaulted at the property within a month and he pretty much told them deal with it. Run as far away from this hell hole as you can. Looks are deceiving. This place should be shut down immediately. Absolutely atrocious people running this place.

Rude and racist staff members. Not adequate parking especially if you have visitors. Pool is very small. They dont have a sign up to designate the parking spaces in the front of the building but will have you towed if you park there.
