I been living here for 3 years I have no problems with Management, or office staff, they are very professional and helpful, when I put a maintenance request is done properly and a timely manner.Im not planning to move any time soon. My rent is affordable. I love my apartment.Keep up the good work guy!

Girlfriend and I and applied here, we waited two days before I called multiple times just to find out if we were approved, the leasing agents tells us yes and that theyd generate the lease documents for us and additional leasing information and email to us.We never received any of that and then come to find out they raised the price of the rent on us and again no call, no email. Two weeks after we had gotten approved they decide to finally call my girlfriend to tell her we were approved for the apartment....after we had already tried calling multiple times to tell them we could longer rent here due to the huge increase in rent and the fact that we had already signed another lease somewhere else. Well apparently their computer systems mess up sometimes and just increase the rent. With these reviews I think its safe to say that we doged a bullet here. Thanks for the great communication (thats sarcasm btw), definitely do not recommend these places.

Been living here for three months with a broken dryer. Maintenance closed three tickets for the dryer but never fixed the issue. The last time they came in they complained that there was a shortage of dryers for the country so they couldnt get one.The offices response is to lie about getting one ordered today and then hope the issue goes away.AC units so pathetic and old they barely push out air. Had to buy fans for the whole place to not be sweating all the time in moderate weather.At move in there was literally a hole in the wall around the unit so big you could see outside.Literally the worst place Ive lived so far for its cost. Avoid this place unless your expectations are super low or you have literally no choice.

If I can give this place a O zero I would! Our dryer is not working for over a MONTH NOW. Yes over a month! They guy in the office said the maintenance will come but never come! And it’s crazy whenever I tried to call the office they either don’t answer the phone or hang up on me!

Yet again another weekend with no consistent hot water. Terrible that after a long day of work you cannot come home and shower. They respond to my review and say hey email or call us, I’ve been doing doing BOTH for 37 freakin days, they don’t respond, now another weekend with wondering if I will be able to shower. TERRIBLE DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros-Decent Office Staff-Maintenance is Cool-Neighbors are amazing-Good locationCons-Blacony banister was never fixed, they just added another plank and re painted it-Units are equipped with old school A/C units-They dont tell you that the heat runs on a boiler system, they just say you have heat and A/C-Water temperature adjust on its own, you maybe in the shower with the water set to warm and itll adjust on its own and burn you skin or turn ice cold-No Windows, Unit is mainly dark unless you keep your Light on-LEASING AGENTS WORDS MEAN NOTHING, keep all documents you get from this place.If you need something quick fast and in a hurry this is the place. If you need something of Quality I suggest finding another apartment complex.

I took a tour of the complex, and liked what I seen. I applied October 9th online I was denied on October 12th due to a old charge from 20 years ago, I paid for this mistake. I was told that the refund would take 30 to 45 days. Where the 1 star comes from is when I applied I paid the $200.00 deposit. It has been 2 months and several phone calls, I am still waiting on my refund. It is not much money, but is is my money and I would like this back. I get so many answers as into where the check is. For me this made it better for me to find a more professional apartment complex. Where I am at now I was approved on the same day I applied with no question about a 20 year old charge. Looking at the current reviews, it looks like this worked out better for me.

I recently moved to the area from another city and I am so happy with the choice I made! The office staff has been friendly and helpful with every part of my move and the apartment was clean and beautiful!!! The maintenance staff has been incredible addressing the couple of things that needed attention. If you are looking for a new place to live look into Torrey Pines!! you will not be disappointed !!!

I moved to these apartments about a month ago and the whole time I’ve been here my washer AND dryer does not work. They came to check it out and said they would get me a new one but I should’ve had one since the beginning. I tell them about it often but they haven’t fixed it!

Apartments are trash. Appliances are old and outdated. (My AC unit is atleast for the 60s). Maintenance “sets up shop” and works right outside your window at 6:00 in the morning. No one picks up their trash. And overall my experience has been very poor with this complex. And don’t even think of drinking the water without a filter.

Management is awful. Very unprofessional. They paint over things and dont actually fix the problem. And good luck contacting anyone because they keep the phones off.

Torrey Pines is changing owners for about the seventh or eighth time since I’ve lived here - this time to Caden . Maintenance is not fulfilling requests for simple things. No one is minding the store, so to speak. Parking lot hasn’t been resurfaced in several years and The Torrey Pines community is sadly becoming more of a dump as the days go by. It’s too bad because it used to be a decent place to live. Steer clear of renting here. I can’t foresee it getting better. Since it’s only been getting worse and worse.A few weeks since writing the above, things are declining - this is also per my neighbors in this community, many who have been here longer than me. Steer clear of Caden. As one review states below, there are definitely plenty of other options to choose from.

The management do not go by their words. Please make sure you get everything in writing otherwise you will end up losing money.I lived there for 5 years and the Sarah (Manager then) had mentioned they are going to replace the carpet with wooden floor after I move out and asked me not to worry about the carpet.So I cleaned the rest of the house before leaving . (There were no stains on the carpet and it was not bad for 5 years though).My bad luck Sarah and the manager after her was no longer with the company and the new management says I have to pay for the carpet cleaning ($100) and the regular cleaning $95 (as stated in the lease agreement) . I do not have any written proof from the previous manager, so I ended up paying for the regular cleaning charges. (I shouldnt have spent $200 and cleaned the apartment before I left)The interesting part is the new SMART management was sending the final bill to the apartment from where I left and not to the forwarding address I had given them. Obviously they didnt hear back from me because I never received the final bill. So they sent that to the collection agent.It was very good when Orapin, Chris, Brandon and Sarah were the managers.Glad that I moved out from there and I would definitely do not recommend this place for any of my friends. Recent reviews also suggests the same I guess.They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

Property is under new management and they seem to care about this place. They have made many drastic changes and seem to be interested in our opinion and in our needs. I would have never thought about writing a good review for Torrey 4 months ago, the staff always changed and manager was really unprofessional and rude!! Now the staff is very welcoming and genuinely seem to care.

Absolutely would NOT recommend this apartment complex. There has not been a single time that I’ve called the leasing office with a question and got it answered. I am always told someone will call me back, and no one ever does. Somehow the utility bills get more and more expensive every month, even though my roommate and I are hardly home due to busy work schedules. When I asked why this was the case I was told that water in the Cherry Creek district is “just more expensive”. Move in day was a mess as we were told an earlier time to pick up our keys, then after renting and loading a van, was told to come back multiple hours later. That resulted in paying much more for the van. We were told on that day we were be reimbursed, then after 5 months of trying to get ahold of someone who could help (and being told someone would call us back) we finally did. For the amount of money you pay, this place is NOT worth it. Counting down the days till the lease is up.

Hot water goes out daily so you gotta boil water just to take a bath like youre in the 1920s an the heat also goes out at the best times. Like everytime its snowing out. So if you like living in a icebox an not showering 90% of the time cause theres no hot water this is your kinda place.

We decided to lease her because of the great specials. The apartment was semi ready and not at all what we had in mind. They aparently have numerous units. The staff was eager to help and worked hard to make it right. They made it worth it. We have found our home.

Lived in two different units for about 9 months here. Loved my apartment and loved Sylvia but manager Izzie needs to learn how to talk to residents and also to return phone calls. She is very rude and a huge reason I moved down the road.

I wish I could give zero stars. The lady called Sylvia is the worst manager I have ever encounter. She talks to people with no respect and use foul language. I wish she would be payed off because she is the only thing wrong with Torrey pines. Beautiful apartment with worst manager called Sylvia. I have like 8 family members I introduced to the apartment and all I f them live there now. We are all going to leave if she is not put in her place and I will make sure all my friends spread the word. Thanks

I lived at Torrey Pines for about 3 years, give or take. I was thrilled to find an apartment with a washer/dryer in the unit that was in my price range. There are downsides: the location is pretty far from central Denver, the A/C is old and doesnt do a great job cooling unless you run it constantly (and even then it will not reach all of your apartment), and at least when I lived there the high fees for online payment and the lack of a rent drop-box was pretty frustrating. However, I had quiet neighbors for the most part, the area feels safe, and the staff is friendly and personable. When I left they were continuing to make improvements to the apartments and grounds, and in many ways I wish Id never left.

Very incompetent management staff. Close your maintenance tickets without proof that the work was done. Falsely advertise on website that we have central air conditioning...we don’t! Gym equipment is all broken...didn’t used to be that way. This used to be a nice place back 2 years ago or so. Not anymore! Stay away!

I really enjoyed staying here.We stayed there for two years and management was always helpful. All maintenance works were done promptly within a day. No bed bugs as others complain in near by apartments. Its very clean and neat.Would suggest this apartment for my friends for sure, thank you Torrey pines!!!

TERRIBLE!!! Rats, no hot water, no maintenance. The manager is rude and unprofessional and the leasing office never answers their phone. You have to visit in person and theyre not in the office during business hours. I lived here for 7 years, the first 5.5 were great but not since new management. DONT WASTE YOUR $$$!!!

I came into Torrey Pines looking for an address. Sylvia was the first to assist and was the kindest thing ever. Thank to her I was able to find my future home at Stratford at Lowry. They have all been so kind and helpful.

Fantastic complex and management staff! I wouldve renewed my lease had I not decided to move back home. Quiet complex, clean grounds (occasionally someone doesnt pick up after their dog, but thats to be expected from time to time), competent and friendly management. I only had to call maintenance once my entire time here and they handled the situation promptly and professionally. Orapin, Chris, and Brandon were more like friends than management staff. I hope they stick around for a while. My only complaint is the rent increase had I renewed my lease, but thats everywhere in Denver right now. I really enjoyed my time at Torrey Pines and would most definitely recommend it. Theyll take good care of ya.

I really enjoy my home, I got great specials upon move in, I applied on a Wednesday approved and moved in Saturday. Im on a second floor and like the light.

Have lived here coming up on two years. The management team that was here when we first moved in was awesome. The main office looked amazing inside and had a full blown business center. Now that the new management team has come in...theyve turned the business center into an office for their staff. The computers have been moved out into the main lobby area and hardly ever are hooked up properly to the internet or printer.Recently we found a notice stuck to our car window saying our car would be towed within 24 hours because of expired tags on our license plate. I explained to one of the office staff, that we had already renewed our car registration on time, but had trouble getting our tags in the mail. After some resistance, they relented, but residents be warned...this management team seems to love putting these notices on cars and they will have your car towed without blinking twice! Seems that they enjoy burning bridges with their residents, rather than looking out for them and being kind.Since the new management took over, theres been a lot more trash around. The grass is rarely mowed in the summer (and when it is, its left pretty long). We also have noticed that our new neighbors next door (who we share a wall with) appear to have 5-8 small children that are loud as heck until the late hours of the night and the parents seem content to scream above them. Dogs left in apartments next to us by their owners bark constantly. It used to be relatively quiet and pleasant, now we got noise from all directions. Things have become quite the circus.Overall, the impression we get from the management team is that they are a lot less organized and dont care as much about the residents. Maybe theyll see this review and make some changes...and then Ill be happy to update my review with more positive feedback.

This place has gone way downhill since the new management took over. They will nickle and dime you for everything, and take forever to fix issues. They wanted to raise my rent almost $200/month, so I moved out. After cleaning the apartment for six hours, they tacked on enough admin and utility charges (even though I already paid them upon moving out already) to make sure they didnt have to pay me my deposit back. Very shady management. Look elsewhere for a place to live.

Really liked this nice, quiet, clean and affordable apartment complex. We found the staff to be professional and friendly. We needed a short term lease that accepted dogs; not an easy combo to find an affordable apartment when moving from out of state.

My husband & I was shown a 1 bdrm on the 2nd floor & told the staff that this is the exact 1 we wanted. But it doesnt exist. They only have it on the 1st floor. Its sad they have it set up like this to show but its not available!

Cockroaches, Rats and flooding! So our apartment was flooded due to a neighbors washer not once but twice! They gave us a fan to dry the floor but never offered to dry vac the floor just in case of mold. You would think they would be more concerned being its their property! They instead send us a letter saying if we chose to stay we risk living with mold they warned us or we can break lease and move. Then after water problem we get cockroaches now out of the three years living here I have never had issues with roaches! in my life! or any where I have lived! My apartment is clean always! so they spray and we still see roaches after they spray! and we still have roaches like freaking crazy! I am so grossed out and upset! I could see if we lived like pigs! We are trying to control the roaches by cleaning three times a week not leaving anything out! Im freaked out to turn lights off because you turn them on roaches run every where! Trash cans always have rats running out to the lower level apartments! have never seen them until the new management came in. We have neighbors possibly dealing drugs out of the apartment next to us! as they were arrested and fighting in the front! Cops came and they were questioning us and we couldnt go home because of drugs being found! I mean I can see if i was paying 500 hundred dollar rent. but I am not! This is crazy!

Moving out of here as soon as possible. They are overcharging for rent, the apartment buildings smell weird, and the management staff are unresponsive. My new apartment complex has had a reference check in to Torrey Pines for a week and they still havent sent it back. The phone number on their website is incorrect and when you call the correct number they dont answer. When you leave a message they dont call back. Only when you go to the office in person will they respond to you, but half the time the office is locked and no one is there during what they say are their office hours.

Me and my family stayed here for 1.5 yrs.. we enjoyed and loved it.we we were looking for washer n dryer at home, good amenities 24/7 helping staffs and safe place.. I referred here to many of my friends..

Nice apartments but staff and management are less than helpful. They double charged our bank account which made it negative. We have two very young children to feed and care for and had money stolen from us by them. There should be safeguards against this and the person responsible should be reprimanded. What if our family has an emergency this weekend? I have a newborn and a two year old? The woman Wendy on the phone sounded annoyed and said they MIGHT take care of it, but not until Monday since the managers dont work on Fridays. Well, they should make an exception my family shouldnt be in such a bind because of this inexcusable error. I will change my review depending on how the situation is corrected. Absolutely livis.

The extra star of niceness comes because these apartments have a pool as well as washer and dryer inside the unit. The exterior of the apartments looks nice. Otherwise they are quite you freak Show. Lets start off by talking about the day that they towed every single tenants car so that they can work on Asphalt in the parking lot. That was quite extreme, and apparently theyre towing company is about a half an hour away leaving the tenants to obtain their car through taxi or Uber. Second, my sister and I have had numerous people tell us about the guy that died in our apartment. This is something the landlord failed to mention. Another thing that is really bothersome is how thin the floor boards are. My sister lives on the bottom unit and the people upstairs walk around from 3 a.m. until about midnight the next morning as though they are tying bricks to the bottom of their feet. Its louder than the television goes! I should also mention the condition of the front door. When my sister moved in here the front door was already broken. Its so jammed that you have to mess with it for about 5 minutes every time you wanted open. If youre in a hurry, you can just be like me and jump over the balcony. Ill just say this, $1000 rent is rather overpriced when it is quite a slum area. Also, if you live on the bottom floor dont fall asleep in the living room without closing your blinds. Ive had numerous times where someone was just standing there looking at me! I had to edit this in because what the actual F***! I just saw a school buss drop off about 15 children and the ALL came to the apartment above my sister. No wonder she cant sleep.

RATS. I have lived here for over a year and cannot wait to leave in summer. Billy, Mo and some very condescending woman in the leasing office do not have any pressing concerns to resolve this matter. They have the LAZIEST maintenance workers I have ever seen. They refuse to call you back, or answer the phone to begin with. I see a rat almost every morning playing around in the dumpster. If Brandon was here, this wouldve been taken care of! Please spare yourself the trouble and move somewhere more sanitary.

Changed review. I was given a collections notice 9 months after I moved out, and never received any notifications about any past due or due amounts. The staff was not helpful, and they took my whole security deposit plus added an additional $140 to be paid. The old staff was replaced and is currently under new owners. Be careful.

If I could put no stars I would but since 1 is the lowest thats what they get. They are the lowest of the low. Management sucks and does nothing to help anybody but themselves. When rent is due the 3rd and the 3rd falls on a Sunday they should be willing to let you pay Monday and not put some ridiculous stipulation on when it has to be in by. People have jobs that they work and cant always find a way to live by your timeline. Get an after hours box or something. $170 late fee because your office staff is full of liars is not right.

The recent comments are accurate but the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the staff that worked there cared and tried to help. They inherited a handful with this complex. It served its purpose but I wouldnt recommend it.

UPDATED: Not clean upon move in, heat didnt turn off, faucets leaked, maintenance requests get forgotten and you have to go back multiple times to remind them. They didnt have a key for our mailbox for 2 weeks. Old appliances in the unit. We were showed a nice remodeled apartment, but when it came time to move in they said they didnt have any units like the one we saw and put our security deposit down on. We wanted covered parking, but the unit they moved us to isnt anywhere near the covered parking. And since they are doing extensive remodeling, they parked shipping containers over half the parking near our unit, so we have to park farther away. Would not recommend. Continuous changes in management only make things worse. Unorganized management to the point of complete confusion. Office hours are irregular, and you are not guaranteed to find someone there even during routine office hours.. they just leave, put up a sign, and lock the leasing office door.Possibly the worst park about our experience is the admitted mistake on our lease. We signed a year long lease 6 months ago, and noticed an additional short term lease fee charge that should not be on it. The front office told us that it was indeed a mistake, but there was nothing they could do now, also stating it was our fault that we signed the lease with a mistake on it. Completely unwilling to make their mistake right and fix the issue, costing us over $300, which I will be fighting for in court.Their towing policy is complete trash. I travel for work, so my vehicle wasnt moved for 11 days, and they decide it needs to be towed costing me over $250. THIS IS THE WORST LEASING COMPANY IN DENVER.Save yourself the hassle and rent elsewhere! Their prices arent even a good value anymore since the new ownership.

Lived at Torrey Pines Apartments for only 14 months. Worst living experience I have had. The staff is just alright. Not very helpful. Anybody else curious or on the fence about living here my advice is to stay away.

This is the 7th team of management since Ive been living here and this team was smart enough to lose 2 deliveries that were supposed to be delivered. They have no logs of what they received, very meticulous in losing package. Lost $70 bucks worth of stuff that I had to reorder and repay. Terrible team.June 26th we placed a request for washer to be repaired, they came and did something but it wasnt fixed. July 2nd placed another request. Mind you this place is being run by temps at the moment and we have not seen management staff in over 2 months. previous excuse was she is on maternity leave. Anyways, July 17th, for some reason they cancelled the request and kept calling me all the way up to July 19th to confirm the work order was under way and will be taken care of on Monday July 22nd. What was the reason for this kind of deception???

My actual rating would be 3.5 stars. This is a very affordable complex with much larger apartments than you can get in the nicer areas of town. We lived here for one year, and when we moved to a nicer area we had to downgrade to a 2 bed 1 bath to keep in a similar price range. If you are not picky, like us, the apartments are not bad. We had a non-renovated 2/2 and it was a pretty standard apartment (with a larger kitchen than most, which we were very happy about). The usual oddities happen, like certain drawers not able to open all the way because they run into the dishwasher or such (poor building planning), but we’ve had that in every apartment we’ve stayed in. As for the area, while I’ll admit it’s not the most peaceful (we did hear a decent amount of screaming and yelling regularly and there are quite a few marijuana users), we never felt unsafe, never had anything stolen from our place and our cars were just fine. The maintenance crew was nice and fixed things pretty quickly when we put in a request, and the leasing office staff were always nice. One of our frustrations though was getting packages. About 80% of the time that we tried to go pick one up, the office was closed for some reason or another during business hours. Their staff meetings seemed to happen at different times every week so we could never anticipate them, and when we tried to go right when they opened (figuring there would definitely be someone there at that time), they wouldn’t be open on time (and I’m talking like 10-15 min late here, not just a couple min). For anyone who works odd hours, this is really frustrating. That would be something that they could absolutely improve on. Something as simple as posting a schedule of their office meetings would be helpful.The other main negative was move-out. It took about a month longer than they said it would to get the check for our security deposit, and when we got it it had been forwarded from our Torrey Pines address even though we filled out the paperwork with our new forwarding address before we left. It was also mailed in an envelope with no information on the charges, it was literally just a check. I had to leave 2 voicemails and call about 6 times before I could get someone on the phone, and then they finally emailed me the move-out statement (they never returned my voicemails on the subject). You will probably get an automatic $200 cleaning fee deducted, so be ready for that. I wouldn’t pay for professional cleaning because I’m pretty sure they charge that no matter what.So overall, if you’re looking for an affordable place and aren’t a picky person, this is a decent place to be.

Avoid this place like a plague. Terrible management, absolutely horrifying hidden fees and late fee and to top that delivery of those stupid charges which is an extra charge. $165 for a day late. I bet no other apartment complex does that. I will never renew my lease here again and i urge you not to sign or look into this complex. Bad water problems that they cannot fix to top that. Cant wait to end my lease here.

So update! This place is getting worse everyday! Number one The place is infested with rats and roaches check the dumpsters and units! No matter how clean you are! The roaches still come in your apartment! They just sprayed and the roaches are back! Rats are by the units and dumpsters! People throw coaches, TVS, clothes etc all over the dumpsters! They let any one in and explains why we have roaches! The car stealings and people fighting outside are constant! Cops are here everyday and weekend! My neighbors got caught selling hard core drugs out of their unit and were arrested! i was not allowed into my apartment for the whole night because the cops wanted to make sure it wasnt us as well! we got questioned all night! People are in and out of these units or evicted constantly! Peoples apartments broken into because the maintenance leave your doors open and people walk in and steal your stuff! The prices on the apartments and utility bills keep going up! They put water savers on all our water fixtures! So now we have run water longer if your trying to wash something or get a glass of water! Units get flooded alot! There is never any hot water the turn it off always! People watch you at night in random cars! People speed and bump music and race out of the complex! Almost hitting people or other cars! Theres ghetto people in the apartments fighting all weekend! The only renovated apartments are the smaller units which cost about as much as the two bedroom units! the AC units are old and freeze up and you have to suffer or stay in a hotel! The heating units are old and do not work but run up the bill! and your not allowed to goto the complexes leasing center anymore if you have an concern or question! You have to email them! Dont let your apartment get flooded because they will just put a big fan to dry carpet which ran the electric bill up to 500$ dollars that i had to pay! NO dry vac the carpet for mold so the apartment stunk! They double charge rent a lot but your S.O.L they wont fix it or refund your money or return a call!

This place is is absolutely terrible.Yes, I am young. However I have a perfect renters history.I rented a 2 bedroom apartment. It all seemed so nice. I am an ex smoker. I used to smoke medical marijuana and cigarettes. I asked before signing a lease if this were okay. They replied yes and that most of there tenants smoked.I had a first floor apartment. About a month into my lease I received a phone call from the office. They told me a few of my neighbors reported a man with a baseball cap looking into my window at 10pm the night before hiding behind a bush. I was absolutely terrified. Then, less than a week later my nighbors upstairs complained about my smoking. The very rude office manager told me from now on regaurdless of what time it was i had to smoke outside away from the buildings in where the kids normally play. Weed and cigarettes. The neighbors above me were very bitchy and cheap. They would leave their door open all of the time so they didnt have to pay for air conditioner. So i had to risk my own safety by going outside at night time worrying about this creepy guy trying to get me.I still tried this for one day. I couldnt smoke weed in front of kids though! Thats terrible. Id get glared at by all of these moms so after day one of trying out the new rules i went to her office to talk to her about my concerns. I also had finally found a room mate so i told her to come with me to get her application. She yelled at my room mate/friend. Literally had her in tears. Saying YOU SHOULDNT BE HERE! In my opinion she was taking advantage of our age and pushing us around.She also told me about her reporting one of her employees for something he told me. So every time i walked into the office i was uncomfortable with her and then him as well when before she told me that i though he was really cool.Due to all of these issues and me being scared of this creeper dude i finally decided to ask for my lease to end early. They agreed not to give me any early lease ending fees. Just pay my last bills and be done.Not only did they take my entire deposit but they also charged me 1500$ for the carpet. The carpet was fine. There were a couple little dirty spots but a cleaning fee would have worked just fine. So they charged me 1900$ to have their carpet replaced when that is a normal thing for them to change anyways. I totally got screwed over with this one.If i were you, I wouldnt go here or to ANY of their sister properties. never would have known it would have been such a night mare.

Once again! Failure! last month they turned hot water of fixing pipes then we never have hot water for more than five minutes in our shower of sinks! Then the freaking AC units are old as hell. and they freeze over you turn down freezer temp they freezer even more! The freaking apartment is burning up our AC doesnt work in living room or bedroom! We are paying expensive rent not 500 dollar rent! WOW! I must say i am actually disgusted

Recently moved in to Torrey Pines. I like my home, staff and property.

Nasty apartment complex little kids running around knocking doors people are rude dog poop everywhere rats visible and dead rats by the dog park cockroaches also trash all over complex people blast their music so loud people fixing cars in the parking lot like it’s a mechanic shop they take up all parking because they fix cars people visibly drinking alcohol outside in their cars people hangout in their car for hours blasting music people also get mad when you walk your dog by their porch acting like that whole grass area is their backyard when I moved here the apartment was damaged maintenance just paints over the damaged walls clogged up sinks and bathtubs I guess you get what you pay for

I’m very disappointed in the conditions in these apartments. The grounds are not cleaned.

Well, with new owner and new maintenance crew with all the access to apartments they want, they now let themselves in any time. Therefore weve got robbed today. Thank you Torrey Pines! Save yourself some headache and find a different place to stay.

When we moved in here the carpet was filthy and they said it was cleaned by a professional there is a one year old in the house and they had red stain and other stains that for all we know is some nasty stuff and they refuse to clean it so we have to do it the washer broke twice and flooded once they didnt want to come out same night because it wasnt a emergency we are still waiting for them to come fix this is just in the one month we been here we are so unsatisfied with this apartment this the first experience with renting

Save yourself the headache and avoid at all costs.
