I’d like to start off by saying that looking for apartments nowadays can be very stressful and complicated. Especially if staff are unfriendly and seem like they don’t want to help. After my experience at Advenir, I was very satisfied with the way they were very attentive of us. They were very honest and made sure I understood all the policies. The manager in particular was very friendly and offered her help in each way possible. Overall, great experience!

WARNING!! ⛔️ Keep looking. This place is not for you I promise. This place is infested with cockroaches. It started 6 months ago and they did one treatment and that was it. But if your interested in why else this place is trash here are a few more examples. First Of all, I’ve been here two years and they have the normal problems of a bad apartment complex. The staff are terrible at finding packages and solving issues. Maintenance request take weeks if not months to complete and you have to complain multiple times before they even acknowledge that you have a problem. If you want to hear something even more interesting than that though they trapped me in the gym area because they were too lazy to fix the door that allows you to exit the gym without a key and then fought me over it for 2 weeks until I threatened them with a fire inspection which they knew wouldn’t go well. This place is terrible please for your own sake STAY OUT!

I was very pleased with my experience with my tour. Brenda answered 99% of my questions even before I asked them. The community is very clean and well setup. I am looking forward to becoming a member of this community. KUDOS TO BRENDA AND ALL THE STAFF!!!!!!!

Stay away from this place! We made it for 2years but it was rough. We left our place immaculate but ended up getting a call from a debt collector for BS charges. The entire complex is dirty and trash riddled. There are far better places for rent in the area for better prices. Take my word, steer far away from advenir at central park.

I have been here and I really like the staffing. I always get greeted when walking in to the office. The gym room is one of my favorite places. It has multiple workout stations with many dumbbells. It also has cardio equipment such as treadmills and stationary bikes. As a young man It is also very useful to use their computers. Never lags and allowed me to complete many assignments on time. With a pool table where I can play a quick game with people. Best part is that everything follows Covid-19 safety procedures. I am and will continue to be pleased by the stay!

Being in search of an apartment has been difficult and although this wasn’t my pick the staff was exemplary on giving me a head start specifically from the help of such a sweet young lady named Brenda. Her hospitality and can do it attitude where if I didn’t know she would figure it out and take it into her own hands whether it was her job or not.

I wish I could give no stars! I have read enough of the replies from the manager. Every one of them are LIES! The management here have no customer service skills unless you are touring or applying. Once your locked into their 15 month lease they are rude, unprofessional lazy snobs! They could care less what kind of life you have living here as long as you do not bother them.To make my point just look at their replies. They just ignore issues!

I’ve been a resident at advenir for a little under a year now and it has been a complicated experience while the staff is phenomenal, They seem to be over worked and underpaid. Most notably, there is only one cleaning lady, Blanca, who does a fabulous considering she is only granted a mop bucket to clean with. but this is not where it ends, More often than not the leasing office staff is swapped with not only other residents and walk ins but they are being completely over ran with packages as well. There’s a young lady named Brenda I believe, who is always running around trying her best to fix the situation and help everyone as needed. Every time Ive had the opportunity to speak with her she is super kind, efficient and all in all has exemplary customer service given the circumstances I’ve witnessed her work under. In short, this complex has an amazing and unique staff but seems to be severely underfunded which in turn affects the way and the manner in which the staff is able to do their job and help the residents.

I have been here two months and the apartment itself is nice and havent had issues with anything in it, but when I signed the lease I was told about a special going on for the month of May which is why I signed my lease there. I never received it and I constantly tried getting in contact with the manager and emailing multiple times and still got nothing. I tried getting the deal for the month of June instead since I never received the first one and was told it would be worked on and still was charged and never got it.

Great customer service from everyone at the office! Special Kudos to the property manager Elvia for everything she does!

I came in to look at some of their apartments and I was attended wonderfully by this lady at the front desk named Brenda. She gave me such a great tour and great service! Will definitely be renting here soon:)

We put down our deposit, and then they left us a voice and said we couldnt move in tell the 9th instead of the 1st, our original deadline, then after hours and hours of being on hold over the span of 3 days not being able to get ahold of the right person, they finally tell us the move in date was not bumped back to the 30th. Still havent received our deposit back. Would not recommend living or trying to live here. They are a nightmare to get on the phone.

Blanca is the most hard working and humble person I’ve ever met. She is always smiling and welcomes us as we enter or leave the building.Ron was always on top and quick with any repairs we needed!

I came in today looking 👀 to see if their was open availability and just basic information about the apartment complex and what I received was above and beyond! The young lady Brenda was soooo AWESOME warm and friendly 😁🙏🏾! So gave me an awesome tour, and explained everything to me. I have to say I sold this is where I want to be 🏡!

I have to thanks Ms. Brenda who helped me and my roommate so much with this moving process. I had to be out of my old place ASAP and she got me into an apartment and helped me out so much! She was so patient and helpful and these are really close to my job so I’m thankful for that! She helped us with every step and she is amazing!!!

Brenda was Great and very very helpful patient, kind and took extra care to help me and also help others while helping me so no one felt delayed or ignored! and look forward to moving in if other staff is as helpful as she was.

Do not rent here.They make their tenants pay extra real estate fees which does not reflect on their website OR at the time of showing you the apartment. They wait until you have already given them money for application and deposit. They also do not individually meter utilities, so be prepared to pay for everyones utilities. Do not use the apartment internet. It is an unsecure connection and also was easily compromised allowing your personal data to be viewed.We moved into our apartment to find our plumbing was bad with the toilet overflowing, holes and marks in the walls, and poorly cleaned from the last tenant. That however was the least of our worries when the garage would overflow with sewage leaving a giant lake of waste and sewage filling the basement garage.The security on property is non-existent. You will find broken locks, doors and destroyed property everywhere. The property itself is easy to access through 3 doors that I have complained about and have yet to be fixed.Trash overflows into the hallways from the trash chute, and leaves a pungent smell in all of the hallways. There is little to no maintenance of the hallways with lights off, signs broken and dirt and grim lining the hallways. The company that manages the property is located in Florida and has a record of buying old properties flipping them and letting them go to waste. This is exactly the case here.An over priced slum located minutes from Denver city center.There are many stories of residents being denied their deposits and charged more after moving out. I havent moved out yet, but I will wait to see what they do. I will also be sharing a video of an actual tour of the property for anyone curious of moving here. No one should have to live in squalor and charged a mortgage payment.

We moved in a month ago and till now, it has been going great. We had some maintenance issues but they are always promptly addressed which is pretty amazing! The 20 bus line is just in front of it which makes it very easy to move around, especially if you are working in University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. I recommend this place if you are looking into affordable and pretty apartments in Stapleton.

The maintenance staff is very helpful they took care of my work order in just under 48 hours and gave me brand new shades and three new lightbulbs for the bathroom. I really appreciate all the effort that they put in to making sure the work orders are taken care of in a timely fashion.

Not everything is perfect for this being an older building, but any issues Ive had come up, Ron and his Maintenance team have done a great job at being quick (within 24 hours) to have my apartment back up and running!There are issues with the garage flooding (not enough to damage cars but enough that walking around is gonna get you wet to your ankles) and residents are pretty bad at keeping the doors locked and secured so I have had to call the cops on an attempted break in to my apartment. The dog park does tend to have a lot of dog poop in it, but I think the neighborhood uses the dog park since the outdoor gates dont have locks to them.Overall, the apartment is pretty well kept but the amenities could have a little more upkeep!

Ron from maintenance did fantastic with what we needed him to do.

I had set an appointment for today at 12pm to tour the property. When we got there, we were not greeted and did not feel welcome, the front girl rudely told us our appointment wasnt untill 1230. She decided to prioritize other walkings before us even though we had an appointment. We were sitting there for 40 mins. She gave off bad energy, seemed overwhelmed with her job and you could tell she didnt want to be there. We were looking forward to this appointment so its a shame that we left disappointed.

We had scheduled an appointment at 12:00pm was told that it was not untill 1230. Lady with her ears gauged seemed miserable took in walk ins instead of us. Tbh she seemed overwhelmed. Made me feel very uncomfortable. We waited for 40 minutes. I work in the customer service industry and this is not how you treat folks. Management needs to know and adress her.

Wish I could give no star. Despite dirty, trashy, everything is old and breaks, we can deal with that. BE CAREFUL: we changed into month to month lease after a year lease due at end of July, 2020. We bought a house this month and want to move out, but we can’t because we have to give out 60 days notice! Which does not make any sense! Be careful of how many days on your lease before you can move out ! They just want to trap you with paying one more month rent!

Would not recommend! We just recently moved out after a year lease. When we moved in, we filled out the checklist and made notes of the condition of the apartment. It was filthy. There were what I thought were stains in the carpet but after renting a carpet cleaner they came right out. At move-out we cleaned the carpets ourselves. At the walk-thru they said they were going to charge us since we didnt have them professionally cleaned. No where did it say they had to be professionally cleaned and it was never mentioned when we were discussing the procedure for move-out. This was especially infuriating since I had to clean the carpets myself at move-in and even though I had noted the stains on the move-in checklist. We chose to be present for our move-out walk-thru so we would be aware of any charges. The charges they made afterwards did not match those that were discussed. Towards the end of our lease there were bugs in the unit. We had them spray a few times but it didnt help. We were on the 4th floor and the tech said that there wasnt much they could do because the issue was from the floor below us and until the issue was resolved there we were going to continue having bugs. Luckily they only came in through what we think is the kitchen plumbing and it was towards the end of our lease so we didnt have to deal with it for too long. There were multiple occasions when the elevator would be out of service. The hallways and elevator smelled of wet dog constantly. Packages were constantly stolen or misplaced. There were occasions when the office would notify me that they had received a package for me but when I went to pick it up it couldnt be found. The few times I did have to interact with the office staff they were rude and unhelpful. There was one person, I believe her name was Maddie, that was great. She didnt work there anymore by the time we moved out and I cant say Im surprised. I dont know her reasons for leaving but I wouldnt be surprised if it had to do with the other employees and the way the property is managed which is very poorly. Rent elsewhere.

I like it here my apartment is amazing has that charm. However, only thing i hate is the A/C doesnt cool the apartment off not even at night. So were constantly roasting inside. But overall for the year of the building company maintains it pretty well i can see i know people complain about the trash but i keep in mind theres a lot of people and familys trash is gonna be crazy.

This is a really shady place to live at . I don’t know what company owns these apartments but they are very shady and will screw you over any chance they get . I paid my rent on time and then all of a sudden I went online I had an outstanding balance of $9,000 on my account even though I had payed my regular amount . Do not pay your rent with then through money gram . Keep all your receipts always ! They denied the money from money gram ( I confirmed that with money gram ) and they told me they never received payment from me at all. I went to four and everything . Also if you do allow your debt to go their credit agency their credit agency refuses to provide you with proof that you’re making payments to them . Also these apartments are built in a really old building and has roaches . And there was a homeless person sleeping in the mail room . People never pick up their dog poop. People are very noisy at night . I would just advise to move somewhere else.

Do not move here! I am a current residence and this place is awful. I cant wait to leave. The grounds are not maintained. The heat and hot water is consistently out of order. The elevators are constantly broken. This building is all but falling apart.The property manager Elvia lacks not only customer services skills but compassion and kindness. This is not a surprise considering the Advenir company in general is the same way.The whole property wreaks of pee, including the stairwells. Pee stains remain in the halls for days at a time. The wasted relief stations for the dogs go unkept. Theres always trash in the halls and elevators. This place is unsanitary. I have attached photos so you can see for yourself. Do not waste your money, sanity or time.

I am a currant resident at Advinir Stapleton. Today is the 7th day since asking the office to have management to contact me.let me start out that i have never in my life written a review, good or bad. i am going to make a short as possible list of reasons you should never move here.The deterioration of this property is shocking. and needs to be closed until sever safety concerns are addressed. one other point before my list. my daughter (19) will not visit me here. she is scared and worried about here health due to the condition of this property. my faience makes me pick her up when she comes due to the fact that so many cars get broken into or stolen.1. due not expect to take a warm/hot shower. most days it will be cold.2. all locked security doors IF THEY WORK will be propped open. by a rock ECT. there are no working security cameras.3. the door to my mail box was tore off, and after 3 months is still missing. this has caused a lot of problems with my mail.4. common areas as you can see by a few of the pictures i up loaded are a actual health concern. and as you can see by the level of filth these have not been clean in years.5. cement steps in such bad condition they could break with any step.6. hand rails that are missing bolts to connect them.7. elevators that rarely work. this is of concern in the area of under ground parking. when the elevator is down, the only entry door, the electronic opener was ripped out. this has been missing since i moved in. if you were caught in this corner by fire or a threat, you would have no way out.8. the condition of the under ground parking is so much filth. pipes with wrapping hanging off. lights out.9. you are given a door opener to inter the parking. dont bother to use it. you will need to park turn your car off and take your keys to the electric opener to open the gate. this to is a safety concern especially for the women.10. the recent snow storm we had. the dive into the garage in and out is a steep hill. this was not touched for over 24 hours after the storm. when it was addressed it was plowed once and never again. snow and ice remained in this area for over 2 weeks. a very un-safe condition. no snow melt or sand was used this entire time.11. when i brought the condition of my stair well to the attention of the office. i no kidding you was asked if i had put in a work order?!?!i could up-load a 100 pictures and videos, i could continue this list. keep in mind i am writing this after 7 days of no contact after asking numerous times to be contacted by Management.DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I called to get more details about 1 bedrooms and amenities and the woman HUNG UP ON ME? What is wrong with you? She also kept saying she required my full name in order to continue speaking with me?As you can see with the other reviews problems with hot water, that is because units share hot water heaters.

Pros: Affordable, not a bad location, appliances, small dog park, pool. Apartments really are nice for the price you pay; there’s absolutely reasons we chose to move in. Super friendly prior to moving in. They respond online to complaints.Cons: This apartment building is rife with issues. If you already live here, do not receive packages here. They will give them out to whomever and do not follow their own ID policy when it comes to picking up packages. They are not helpful and call out other employees by name when this is complained about, offering zero solutions to rectify future problems (we’ve had three packages go missing over the last month) and laying blame with deliverers. Security gates seldom work, secure doors seldom work and get propped open, negating the point of a secure building. The elevators work sporadically. Water issues do seem to be resolved, but the response from management doesn’t instill much faith in future issues being resolved in a timely manner (“its very expensive” is not a valid reason to leave tenants without hot water for days on end). Amenities would be a pro, but good luck using the broken treadmills in the gym or utilizing the missing dumbbells. They’ll respond and ask me to contact them to discuss these issues, but why bother when we’ve been contacting them about every issue and they do the utmost minimum or nothing at all? I don’t see a path that leads to me renewing our lease, which is a shame, because there certainly are things to like about this place.

Dont move in here. We lived here for a year with no pets. They then charged us a $245.00 pet fee because of a huge pet stain. Again, we had no pets during our lease. No central air conditioning in July is awful. Very nice front office folks.

Like any apartment living, you will have your share of things to come up, I have been in 3 different places since retirement from the Navy and moving to Denver, CO Advenir@Stapleton, THANKS for my AWESOME living space. You have the Best maintanence crew and front office staff I have had. I am not sure of the experience of the people around me, but I have seen the staff go above and beyond to accommodate the residence as well as myself. My neighbors treat me with respect. My appliances are maintained in working order, when a work order is placed, its resolved in an expeditious manner. Wait for it, they follow-up to ensure easy living for my family. You have not been given the rating to reflect the HARD work being done by the staff. I will be here like many of the neighbors I have for years to come!!!! Thanks to ALL of YOU!!!

Would not recommend moving here. Poor management that only care about making money, not taking care of their residents. Moved out and they held my entire cleaning deposit in addition to sending another $500 bill to a collection agency!

Ive lived in this complex for over four years and to be honest one of the major problems has always been the amount of time it took for repairs to be made, but things seemed to have gotten much better, my latest experience was handled in a timely professional fashion by Ron im very impressed.

I NEVER write reviews but after the disposition of the receptionist at the office today, 6/23 at roughly 3:30p, I was compelled to!! Shes a middle aged, peppered hair Latina woman and everytime Ive had an interaction with her, her demeanor and attitude is the least bit welcoming and horrible! YOURE A RECEPTIONIST!I ordered tools from Amazon for work that were a necessity and important. I went into the office the day after Amazon made the delivery and it clearly said it was HANDED TO A RECEPTIONIST OR LEFT AT THE FRONT OFFICE, as ALWAYS. THIS lady tells me theyre not accepting deliveries and its not there. Over a week goes past and I had spoken with Amazon twice who assured it was there and was handed to a receptionist. I go into the office today and tell THE SAME LADY it has to be here. Try to show her the confirmation from Amazon and she doesnt even look at it and says they dont have any packages. I PLEADED for her to check the delivery room and, with an attitude, she finally does. Guess what she finds??? MY PACKAGE FOR WORK THATD BEEN SITTING FOR OVER A WEEK!! Hands it to me with an attitude and states theyre not taking packages and I ask her just like they didnt take this one? I tell her had she checked THE FIRST TIME, we wouldnt be in this position. She tells me have a nice day without any eye contact. The Amazon driver is literally walking around the office as Im coming out and I ask him about deliveries and he tells me she JUST told him to start taking packages to doors!! They never even notified residents!! The apartments arent bad but the front office staff acts like YOU work for THEM!! FIND ANOTHER JOB BECAUSE SERVICING THE PUBLIC ISNT FOR EVERYONE!

I choose this place for my favorite apartment for one year because I really love Advenir at Stapleton. It has best service team and very comfortable living condition. What’s the most important, it’s safe and quiet and natural, you can company with green trees, grass and squirrels! I Love all of them and it will give you peaceful and joyful life like in a small town to live in a sweet home！

My husband and I have been living here over a month so far. Advenir at Stapleton has been nice so far. The leasing office made the moving process quiet easy. The rent is reasonable. Especially for the apartment here in Denver, CO. The complex is clean and quiet. The Maintenance crew have been polite and very quick to respond to work orders and even comeback after repairs to check on their work and get feedback from you the tenant. Also, they are conveniently located on RTDs 20 bus route & just a short walk to RTDs 15 & 15L bus route.

Love this apartments, pretty much close to everything you need and to go specially on the snowy day. even though some stuff goes down but at least they do something to bring it back up. friendly staff and helpful.

Elvia, Niquette and all other office/maintenance staff have always been very helpful, respectful, and responsible ever since we moved here from out of state. We are moving to another state but if we were to stay in Denver we would have definitely renewed our lease here. We never had any major issues that we encountered while living here, small things came up here and there (which is expected for big apartment complexes) but the office always did a good job of communicating with us. The apartments themselves are very nice and are a great value for the area. They allow pets and my neighbors were always friendly. I would definitely recommend stopping by if youre looking for new place in Denver.

I absolutely recommend this apartment specially if you are student is Anschutz medical campus. Very convenient. Great location. Staff are great and very responsive and reachable. I loved staying there for 2 years.

This place is chill and I like it here but the problem that I have is the neighbors below me. They have no respect for others who live in the building they kept blasting their music at 6 or 7 am in the morning and sometimes plays their music at 12 am, not caring that people are trying to sleep, they are constantly smoking weed and the smells goes into other people apartments which is a huge problem.

Approaching 72 hours without any hot water. Absolutely no communication on when it will be repaired although I have called and made multiple reports. Cannot do dishes or take showers. This happens multiple times per year.

This place is TRASH! I have been here two months and have had issues with hot water multiple times. The buildings are nasty and the parking garage leaks and smells like sewage. Plus incompetent staff literally makes this the worst place in the area, DO NOT MOVE HERE!

People we are great about giving reviews for the cons of a person, place, or thing, but not so great to give a review for all the GREAT THINGS about these. The best office staff I have been in contact with since moving to COLORADO 4 years ago as of yesterday. Advenir, you have a model Staff here in Stapleton. Rocky, Rosella, Selvyia, I know, I am missing one, this retired soldier says THANK YOU!! for making sure we understood the policies of Advenir, the application/agreement and felt at HOME in Stapleton. Plus the amenities and facilities, I can enjoy them in 4 season!!!! Its a no brainer!!!!

This complex is absolutely horrible! I do not recommend live here even if you are desperate! There is no air conditioning, the heat will stay on constantly even when there is no cold outside. The charges we received over a month after moving out were over $700. We were very clean tenants. We even got the carpets professionally cleaned. $25 for leaving one small trash bag behind. $35 for the blinds not being dusted off. And so much more. They will charge you up the ass just because they can. Not to mention the time I called maintenance to fix something they left my apartment door unlocked after they left until I got home from work 10 hours later. They never even fixed what was broken.

We have been living at Advenir @ Central Park now for a year & 4 months now. When we moved in there was a repair was needed for the kitchen subfloor, to fix the carpet damaged by the previous tenant, & our bathroom flooring needed replacement because it was curling up.Also, after a while we discovered that the previous tenant apparently painted our bathtub.Then, COVID. BUT…I’m happy to say, thanks to Ron in maintenance & whom he contracted in, that our kitchen floor was fixed, the carpet was trimmed back & we got new flooring in kitchen, dining area, laundry area, & bathroom. Plus, the tub was sanded down, primed, & a fresh new seal coating. We are now even happier with how are unit looks. Thank you to maintenance, the contractors, & office staff who made it all possible.

I lived here for 2 years. For the most part my roommate and I liked living here, however the way that the staff treated us when we moved out really made it a bad experience. It was cheaper than most places in the area, however you end up paying a lot more on the back end when you move out, and if you put down a pet deposit (350 dollars), this doesnt go towards cleaning fees when you move out.You are supposed to provide notice for 60 days before the end of your lease if you dont plan on resigning. We got the notice sent to our apartment so we went down to the office to ask about what we needed to sign. My roommate was moving to Nebraska before our lease was going to end, so we wanted to get everything in order before she left. They told us we didnt need to sign anything if we werent resigning. A few weeks before our lease ended we got notice that we would have to extend our lease an extra month and a half (to complete 60 days) as we didnt give our 60 day notice. We were going to have to pay the month-to-month rate which is ridiculously expensive and much more than our monthly lease price. When we went to talk about it with them they said they had called us multiple times but we had received no calls. So overall we had to pay an extra 1500 dollars beyond the end of our lease.When we moved out we got our cleaning/fees bill and they charged us twice for carpet cleaning and said it was a typo. Also you have two parking passes that they give you when you move in (one for above ground and one below ground). I had one in another car, so when I turned in my keys I didnt have one of the passes since it was in my other car. I came back a few days later to turn it in, and asked for a receipt so I could have proof that they received it. They said that they couldnt provide proof but would definitely make sure we werent charged for it... We then got the bill and were charged 75 dollars for it. Luckily I was able to get this charge reversed along with the double carpet cleaning fee, however it was a pain to have to go through all of that. The staff is highly unorganized and will charge you any chance they get.The one good thing about this place is the maintenance. They always respond promptly and are very helpful. However the staff in the main office is unfriendly, sneaky and rude.The property is also very unclean. A lot of tenants have pets, which they dont clean up after. Often people let their pets poop in the hallway and dont pick it up. This isnt necessarily a reflection of the staff, but the people that live there. Additionally, the wall units dont provide much cool air in the summer. Luckily I lived on the north side so the apartment didnt get much sun, but some friends that lived in another unit that got sun in the morning and afternoon had really hot apartments, and the wall AC units did not help with the heat.

The staff is really great and very informative!! They definitely take the time to help you through the whole process. During our stay here, we had some minor hiccups maintenance related but the issues were addressed once I followed up on it. Management was great on working with me. Very people friendly!! This place overall is a great starter place before moving into your forever home or even something bigger.

This has been the worst living experience I have ever had. The leasing office staff is rude as well as unknowledgeable about their terms and quoted us different prices than what we were charged, the maintenance staff was slow to fix anything, poop was left everywhere including IN the hallways, and just a dirty building all around. I would not recommend this to anyone

DO NOT LIVE HERE.This company is complete trash in every aspect of apartments. The hot water does not work in the shower, they advertise ac but it is a hotel ac unit that does not cool the entire apartment and if you run it your bill for utilities skyrockets, in the summer it is 90 degrees inside the apartment with zero way to cool it, there is also literal trash littered around the entire grounds including directly outside the elevator and in the hallways of every floor, they do not answer maintenance calls either our toilet handle has been broken for two weeks so we have to reach into the toilet water everytime we have to flush, the ceiling above the toilet leaks brown water everytime the upstairs neighbors flush, we have been on the phone with them 8 times in the past two days and they keep setting up times for someone to come fix it but they never do, we have put in 4 work orders for other various fixes that have never been fulfilled either, also during the beginning of the Covid they threatened tenants that if they did not pay they would have to find a way or get out regardless of circumstance. My friends apartment complex said that they would work with you if you had lost your job and they are locally owned. The fact that a major apartment owner in Colorado cannot offer anything even remotely similar is sickening. All of the apartment complexes Advenir owns are run down and now I know why. If you are looking for a uncoolable piece of garbage apartment, with incompetent staff, a poop water leaking roof, complete with trash littering the entirety of the complex, and outdated appliances in a cramped space you just might have found the place for you.Advenir if you are reading this you are criminal scumbags.

Decent place to live if you have no issues. Its a convenient location & close to many schools. The elevator breaks down frequently so I wouldnt move here if you cant handle stairs but nothing wrong with a little exercise!

Pros: Good location, great underground parking, washer/dryer in apartment and larger washer/dryers in the building, nicely remodeled units, nice microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, nicely kept grounds and building, nice club house and pool. Leasing staff is very nice and they try their best to accommodate people. Nice parties sponsored by the complex. Pets are allowed.Cons: Very noisy--I can hear the person walking above me and the people next door talking. My unit shakes when people walk above me or in the halls or next door. The people are just walking normally and talking normally. It is just a very poorly constructed building. It is very hot again due to very bad insulation. Both of these things make it almost impossible to sleep through the night. Considering how noisy it is, I think it is over-priced. A one bedroom should cost around $600.

Very disappointed. I was told by Kimberly that I would not have to pay for the carpet after I moved out because wed been there for 5 years and they replace the carpet every 5 years. Then, without any attempt to contact me, I was sent a bill from a collections agency. They claimed they sent me a bill to my new address but it was returned. But no phone call, no e-mail, nothing. Just sent me right to collections. We were good tenants for 5 years with no issues. I think we paid our rent late one time because their system cancelled our auto billing. We had to put up with terrible neighbors, a garage that leaked something on my car that damaged the paint, filthy surroundings, dog poop everywhere, garbage spilling out of the dumpsters, broken doors, broken gates, no security... I could go on forever. And then after all that, after being good tenants for so long, they decide to bill us for something they told us we wouldnt have to pay for and then damaged our credit by sending us to collections. Absolutely terrible people. If they tell you something GET IT IN WRITING, because they will find a way to f*&$ you.

I just wanted to say that we ended up not staying here. However I the staff was very friendly knowledgeable and professional. They handled everything we asked of them and I appreciate that. Thank you

Broken elevator, feces everywhere, management communication is terrible and they are disrespectful, sewage water leaking from the pipe above the underground parking, overflowing garbage, things never get cleaned, used condoms and needles surrounding the building. Horrible, horrible experience. Stay AWAY

I’ve never lived in a place where so much was broken and not working at the same time and for so long. Elevators always broken, hot water always off, water off for multiple days. Water leaked into apartment from the roof and wasn’t fixed and cleaned for over a week leaving my walls damp and a weird smell, since then the roof has been fixed but there’s over 30 holes in my ceiling that have never been fixed. Animals poop and pee in the hallways and elevator and it takes days for someone to clean it.. staff unable to reason with bad living situations to end lease early. Would not recommend.

Boast being a secure living space but the parking gate and underground access to the building has been broken for the better half of a year (just walk in with no fob or anything) . The real security you have is the lock on your door which is slim to none.

Air conditioning does not reach the rooms, they charge for deep cleanings after you move out so you can kiss security deposit goodbye. Also the halls are dirty and always smell like animal piss. Cheaper than most areas but it is better to pay more anywhere else!

Ive lived here for close to a year now and plan to re sign for another year. Dont have anything to complain about except my a.c. unit isnt the greatest. Other than that the place is great and Ive enjoyed living here.

Truthfully, the all of the staff here are great. The maintenance folks are friendly and timely. We would actually love to stay if not for the heat. Be wary of the upper floors. This summer weve gone to bed in 90 degree temps and the wall unit in the living room just barely makes a dent. Im sure there are options for battling the top floor heat in the summer, but weve tried everything short of boarding up the windows and adding window A/C. All that excepted, no other complaints.

Do not waste your time. Walls and floors allow noise to travel. Had a ridiculously noisy upstairs neighbor who threw parties during the week. They claim they have security for these things - nope. Tried to confront the person with no avail, so called the security line. It disconnects after an automated message says youre being transferred. Emailed management to set up a time to talk about several issues I was having, including no more parking spaces available when I have a pass, no one responded. Hot water is constantly out. Water pressure in kitchen sink is extremely weak. Was told thats how it is in every other unit.Wouldnt mind how expensive this place is if management actually attempted to care. Bottom line: youll be happier somewhere else.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had and I only came in to ask about rates and see an apartment. I have 2 ESAs and while there was no mention in their paperwork about a discount but there is one if you ask, apparently only if you ask. I have been e-mailed twice in the last week and returned the emails to ask about a showing but I never received a response. I called three times in a week and left a message because that is all you can do. You cannot speak with a person if you call. When I was asked of I was contacted I told the truth and the response was that they were Good about getting back to people. Be careful of the rates on the website they are not accurate and the complex will happily gouge you if there are fewer vacancies. When I asked about the variable price, my contact who didnt know asked her manager. They say it is due to market value but it seems more a lack of integrity and earnestness toward the customer. Of course the young woman proceeded to ask if I had only rented from private parties because all the apartments in the area do it like this.I will say they get a star for the exterior of the place.

They claimed that management had recently changed when I moved in. I believe it has been so and for the better. The community areas are clean and maintained. They recently built a dog run, the apartments are beautiful. Great for anyone who needs to get to Anschutz or I-70 regularly as well.

Worst place in colorado ... I was locked out of my unit 2 times .. Heat never worked.. Lead in the water.. Nasty garage smell in hallways.. Leaking pipes .. Freeze in the winter .. Bake in the summer.. Will make up lies and send bills to collections... No security .. Elevator are death traps..poop in pool... DONT MOVE HERE...

I have lived here a year and really have enjoyed it. The staff (security, maintenance, office) are always friendly, courtesy and respectful. They have always returned calls promptly and when I have had any maintenance issue they resolved them as soon as possible.They encouragement pet owners to be responsible and fine the ones who do not pick up after their pets. The grounds are maintained well and its a nice community and close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. Northfield, Cherry Creek, Downtown...This has been a great place to live. Most of the other residents are friendly and courteous as well. However, keep your car locked though, some tenants are not honest and they will get into your car and steal your things, if you dont keep it locked up)

I lived here for a total of 15 months and recently moved to be closer to my job. My experience here has been phenomenal. My biggest kudos goes to maintenance who have gone above and beyond in terms of how fast they respond to service requests and how thorough they make repairs. More kudos goes to the office staff which have always been pleasant and very responsive.Sometimes the noise level can get a little high at certain times if you are facing the interior of the complex. However, for the most part, this isnt bothersome at all as long as youre not a curmudgeon. My only complaint is I had to do a lot of move-out preparation lest I would be charged but that seems to be standard with todays renters market.Overall, I would definitely rent here again. It was a pleasant living experience with an optimal location.

Horrible Management. Look to take advantage of their tenants. They charge you to pay them rent. Should be illegal, but Denver government doesnt want to bother going after them. You should look elsewhere to rent.

I’d rather be homeless.I lived in this place for quite some time, but I definitely wish I never had. There was zero upkeep. They charge you for EVERYTHING they can. They charged me a pet fee because my girlfriend would come over to visit and had two dogs. They said if the dogs were there more than a couple hours that meant they lived there and I’d have to pay.($350 EACH BTW) They’re her emotional support animals might I add. The place smells of dog urine and there’s feces all over their grass area between buildings. Their “secure parking” has had broken gates on either side for well over six months. Fire alarms go off at least three days a week. The building itself is FILTHY.The on-site laundry is usually full of broken machines with sitting dirty water. I moved out toward the end of May and they said I’d be responsible for carpet cleaning which wasn’t dirty besides normal wear anyway, but fine. I talked to Niquette in the leasing office and she stated I didn’t have to do a walk through, but I wanted to since I knew they’d charge if I didn’t. My appointment was scheduled one day before my lease term was up and Niquette stated I was fine to do so with no repercussions. I showed up to my appointment at 1:00 and the lady in the office, Violet stated she was on luncheons she would get me when she was done. She made me wait in their club house and locked the office. At 1:45 Kim came to the office and unlocked the door and said she had NO IDEA where Violet was. She contacted Violet via radio and Violet said “looks fine tell her to leave”. Never got a walkthrough now I’m being charged excess fees saying I terminated me lease early so I need to pay. Seriously NEVER live here don’t learn lessons the hard way as I did.

Love my apartment here for what you pay its such a great deal and beautiful Area love being right in the Stapleton area and being so close to downtown my unit came completely renovated staff is super nice and friendly and Always helpful Im looking to renew here after my lease ends cause of the prime location I dont know why its so many bad reviews on here this place is the best apartment Ive ever had and the location for what you pay is amazing.

The maintenance crew are timely and friendly but the rent is way too expensive for a neighborhood like that. The Elevators and stairs are always smelling and the floors are not always swept or cleaned. Some of the white tenants are racist. They kept asking my black buddy questions every time, he comes to visit me. The insulation on the floors are old and worn-out. Many times, I heard the people above me making love. The owners of the apartment are cash cows. Theyre only concerned about their money. The parking basement is sometimes filthy and needs a paint job. I never enjoyed my stay in the complex.

This is by far the worst place you could decide to live in. They do absolutely nothing for the tenants except heckle them for them for money. every single person that works in their office is a complete and utter imbecile and doesnt know how to do anything properly. I highly recommend staying as far from this place as possible. They dont deserve even a single star, if you were smart spend your money somewhere else this place is not worth a penny in rent.

Ok, so for the price, the units are very conveniently located in the very desirable Stapleton neighborhood which is aprox. 15min from Downtown Denver, Aurora, and DIA; 5-10 min to all the main highways; 5min to RTD station; and all the best stores 5-7 min away such as King Soopers, Walmart, Target, North-Field Mall, awesome grub spots, and even a full on indoor rock climbing gym across the street; Schools are very well rated such as Isabella Bird, etc.The management will treat you fairly and with respect, especially if you take the time to work with them through issues.I will say the cleaning staff could use some more people, and maintenance issues with water do occur (however a new boiler in the Ulster apartments as of Nov. 2019 should solve this issue). Units on upper floor will also get hot in the summer.Overall the price for location and unit size is very competitive for Denver prices. I also enjoy the grill by the pool. If the custodial staff could get a few more people, I think ratings would increase significantly. Elvia (manager) and her staff do a great job with the very limited resources given by the parent company.TLDR: great location and price. Cleanliness is the main issue that could use improvement.

5/9/2018Wow, where to begin!We lived at Advenir at Stapleton for 2.5 years. Why so long you ask? we ask ourseleves the same questions every day!1) This apartment complex constantly had fire alarm malfunctions, often times between the hours of 10pm-5am. Not ideal for a working couple with normal work hours.2) They advertise as a safe and secure residence. Why was the fob reader to the downstairs elevator broken for 3-4 months at a time? This meant the elevator was unlocked and anyone could help themselves to the building. Not so safe in my opinion...3) It was not unheard of to wake up for a morning shower and find out that the hot water was not working that day..not ideal...4) Oh and there were many days (many = 4-6 times within a 3 month span) that notices were put on our door warning us that ALL of the water would be shut off for 6-8 hours during the day (luckily it was on weekdays at least)!5) The elevator broke down often and sometimes took a day or two to fix.6) On two occasions vomit or other trash/mess in the elevator was not cleaned up for 2-3 days at times.7) The secure parking garage was often open for weeks at a time because the gate was broken.8) And lastly, there were stains in our carpet when we moved in (see photo below) which we documented upon move in. We expected to pay the $50 general carpet cleaning fee when we moved out, but were shocked when we were CHARGED a $376.36 new carpet replacement fee for general wear and tear that we added to the carpet.My concern is that since we moved in with a 1ft X 1ft stain in the middle of the carpet, that they didnt even replace it for the new residents that moved in after us they just charged us for it!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This was not only the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed in, but the people who run the leasing office are horrible (especially Kim Fenter). They seem nice when you go on a tour, but once you move in, they are rude, unhelpful and will ignore you unless the issue effects them directly! The complex itself is dirty, the court yard always smells like pee and I was constantly hit with random charges. Learn from my mistake and find yourself a better place to stay!

As a new tenant in this complex who has been here for less than a month, I can verifiably say that the professionalism of staffing is the lowest I have seen from a leasing office. My car was towed from the underground parking lot at 3:30am as the towing company wasnt able to see my parking permit displayed. When I showed the company that indeed the permit was visible in the car, they wouldnt budge. To add to insult, the leasing office of the complex wouldnt issue a rent credit. If you are looking for a slap in the face, this is the place to live!

Weve lived here for a few months now, and we have enjoyed it. We have had to put in a few service requests since it is an older building, but all of our requests have been fixed within 24 hours. All the staff has been courteous and helpful. The pool is great, and the neighborhood has a lot of perks such as great ethnic food on Colfax and the Bladium Gym. Bike trails are easily accessible.

The trash is piling up and no one has done anything about it.... how can I get my trash down when it clogs the trashshoot

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Not only are these apartments plagued with problems including non-existent hot water, water that is turned off every other day due to repairs, elevators that are in constant repair, and fire alarms that go off every other day, this apartment has an auto theft problem. To make is worse the management group refuses to address any of the mentioned issues including small appliance problems with the apartment units. Furthermore, the management group will haress you for not paying you rent when you paid rent early and they charged mysterious charges to your account without your knowledge or approval. Do not move in here, there are better places in Denver.

AVOID LEASING HERE AT ALL COSTS. THEY SENT ME AND MY PARTNER TO COLLECTIONS FOR 1,000$ CLEANING FEE, THAN IT WAS OVER 300$!! ThEY LIED AND SAID IT WAS A SECURITY DEPOSIT AT FIRST NOW ITS TO WIPE DOWN THE COUNTERS AND CLEAN THE BATHROOM!! WHAT A JOKE NOW IT AFFECTED OUR CREDIT. I WILL BE DISPUTING THIS COMPANY FOR THE UNFAIR CHARGES AND LIES. IF I COULD SUE THEM I WOULD .

By far the worst place I have lived. A select few staff members are very kind but overall the place is an absolute joke. Do not waste your money with this complex.

This is literally the worst place ever! People let their dogs pee and poop IN THE HALLWAYS! One building was just out of hot water for a week! A lady got held at gun point in the parking garage and had her car, purse, and phone stolen. When I asked for the doors to actually be secured around the premises the office literally laughed at me. The management is awful and now they are trying to charge us for carpets and cabinets that we spent 6 hours cleaning.

DONT MOVE HERE water is always off last month is was off for about a week no warm water.... maintenance sucks too they will tell you they will put in a request and they will never show up.... I highly suggest moving somewhere else this place is BULLSH*T for 1300 a month for a one bedroom ? The customer service is soooooo bad if you have a problem you will be left very frustrated with no one to contact Yeah definitely not worth the headache I’m just patently waiting for my lease to be over so I can move away from this dump

I have been here for 3 years. For such a large complex, it is not bad at all. The office staff is friendly and helpful, have never had a problem with them. Maintenance staff is great! There are so many dogs, but now that they built the BarkPark in the center, the off-leash dog problem has been resolved. Downsides: it is a block away from a not great area. I have had someone rifle through my car, even inside the fenced parking lot, so I now always make sure my doors are locked.
