Top Ten nails are the best. I wish we had known about them long ago. They do a great job. The staff is great and friendly. Their quality of work is great. My daughter and I just love Kevin. He is the best!!!! A real nice person and great at what he do. You walk away with beautiful nails and super satisfied with nails by Kevin.

This place is amazing and take their time to make sure everything was perfect for me. I 100% recommend Kevin for your manicure needs. Definitely coming back here.

They are fine for pedicures but 3 times I tried having my eyebrows waxed and each time was worse than before...finally learned my lesson

Most nail techs here are very nice and talented but one ruined it for me by rushing through her service, being rough, not listening to my requests and charging full price for a “manicure”- a trim, quick file and ten second lotion application.I still had excess cuticle but she started taking care of someone else before I left my seat. Also, I had an appointment.

I have been here twice. Each time was a pleasant experience. I’m more of a pedicure type of person and each lady did a great job. They are up to date and affordable at the same time. They also serve wine and you will notice that they know a lot of the customers by name. I will continue to come.

Not a very good 1st impression when nail tech gets pissed because you point out she missed half the nail when applying color to nail. Rushed job to finish walk-in for another who had an appointment. I would have happily waited for better setvice.

Ive been coming here since I was a child. They are so gentle. They dont want to damage your nails. I came in with my nails damaged from fake acrylic and gel. May took care of me. I had horrible ingrown toenails. May got them out very gently. Kim has also been a friend of our family for many years. Please go to them, they take good care of their clients. If youre kind, they will hook you up. Treat others how you would want to be treated.Top Ten, you seriously need liners in your pedicure baths. Theres a bacteria in Texas that is very dangerous. I was worried about my ingrown nails going in the bath, but theyre okay so I know youre cleaning well, but others do not and they expect it. Plano women are very picky, you need to use the liners they like so they feel safe. Even though they already are. Its a peace of mind thing now.Thank you for taking care of our family for so many years. I will choose top ten every time.

The lady was very rough and filed the sides of my finger instead of the nail leaving me with deep cuts on the sides of my fingers. I do not recommend this place. She was also very rude, continuously asking for my driver’s license not believing I am of age to drink and then when I give her my TEXAS license she wanted to not believe it but she eventually gave me a splash of wine and wanted to snatch it from me to throw away when I still had wine in my cup. HORRIBLE.

Finding the right nail place for me has always been tough so when I moved from downtown Dallas to North Dallas I decided to try my moms nail place since she has been going there for over 10 years.I am so happy that I did! Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. They are some of the hardest working people I have ever met. They care about their customers. Truly.Since the first time I went to Top Ten Nails I have had Vanna who does my pedicures and Gels for my hands. Nothing but wonderful things to say. I feel my nails are in the best of hands. Been going for over 2 years now and dont see that changing anytime soon!

If they are a little respectful, I will probably will come back. They doing my nail and talk about me in their language and when i say what she was like oh she said she likes ur hair like really why can’t she say this to me. Be respectful if you want customers to comeback

Horrible horrible place! One star is too many stars, but it wouldn’t allow me to put 0 stars. This is my second time here and both times I asked for just a gel polish change and both times they began a full manicure, cutting me at my cuticle (both times! It’s so painful!). I was told that they charge $15 for the gel polish change and when I came to pay she charged me $25, the full gel manicure price, even after telling her twice during the service I only want a gel polish change.

I was hesitant to go to a nail salon. But Man I sure am glad I did. This is defentilfy not just for a women I left feeling great. It was the best massage I ever had.Thank you Mindy.

Literally walked out mid mani-pedi bc both ladies were incredibly careless about cuticles & buffing on a polish-free job. I had to ask the manicurist to go back and clean up my cuticles and she took a big chunk out of my skin. Hope it doesn’t get infected...

My pedi lady was the only good part of this visit, her name is Hannah. The place looks messy and they have to share supplies with each other. They dont use lining in the tubs, which is disgusting. The mani lady was EXTREMELY rough and wasnt even paying attention half the time. She cut up my cuticles and the edges of my skin, it was painful. Chairs are worn in and hard. Never going back.

Terrible experience and rude staff. We just got done here for my sisters birthday. We called ahead and reserved 3 seats for pedicures. When we got there there were 2 seats ready and they said the third would be ready soon. My nail lady kept digging into my nail beds so hard that she would press down and ask me if I hurt. Then when it came time for the massage which was the only reason I came, since I am 4 months pregnant and my feet hurt so bad. She literally just rubbed one finger around the same spot on the top of my foot until her time was up. After applying my moms and my polish they then looked at my sister and remembered she was there. We were done and they finally wanted to start her pedicure! After my sister politely declined, they agreed to just polish so we could all leave together. They then charged her for a polish change after she had to sit there the entire time!!This place is terrible. Rude staff and a horrible experience.

I went and got a manicure on Wednesday I thought it was good but when I left my nails looked horrible..now today the polish has all come off...I had been there before and had a bad experience but thought I would try again...never again!!!

I live in Lewisville with several nail salons in the area. However I have always been dissatisfied with the local salons. My niece told me to go to Top Ten Nails in Dallas. She said that they would treat me very well. She was right. I will make the drive every time so Mindy can do a great job on my eyebrows. She leaves them looking masculine per my request. Other places only new one way, very thin and feminine looking. Michelle then finishes me up with both a mani and pedie. Gives super massages as well. Thanks Top Ten Nails Dallas. I have been a customer for 10 years now.

Im very picky when it comes to my pedicare and manicare. So when my super extraordinary nail techcian, Lee Ann, referred her brother, Kevin to do my manicare, I was like ok where? Let me tell you that the drive to Plano is well worth it every time. Kevin is an expert when it comes to nail art and nails. I let him pick my colors for my gel power and do whatever design he wants cuz he really knows what I like instantly. Lee Ann is an expert nail techcian that gives top of the line and the best quality pedicures. BEST OF ALL, THEY USE THE TOP-OF-THE-LINE PRODUCTS. You also can relax by sitting in massage chairs and drinking a margarita while getting your nails done. Absolutely love the experience! Tipping them is automatic cuz of they give the best customer service.

Completely awful. I was second guessing when she was laying down the acrylic for my nails. I had to have her fix a few and even then after four days, one of them broke in half. my prom is tomorrow and here I am paying for another set of nails b/c the rest have already cracked. never again.
