I see these days foreign nail techs could careless about perfecting or getting greater at they craft. I like a neat, creative artist type nail tech that cares that they not leave polish all over my fingers or cuticles, that likes to create new and unusual nail art ideas... but oh well🙄

Everything is 5 stars. The staff, new space, and service is absolutely amazing. Lee and Jessica are beyond amazing along with their amazing staff. I have been a faithful customer for over 3 years and would not imagine going anywhere else (and I have been to several other area salons). They have great options for pedicures which include gel color for toes. They have the most vast selection in nexgen, gel, and regular nail colors that I have a hard time deciding most days. They are open to designs I find on Pinterest and we have so much fun making my inspirations unique to me. Its a fun atmosphere and they are truly artists at their craft. Love yall.

They did an great job on my full set and on my friends gel manicure. They worked fast but did not rush. I would definitely go back.

I love this place iv been coming since I was 14 I’m 26 now!! Iv had my nails done by almost every nail tech and never have been disappointed and if I ever was they fixed it so I didn’t leave disappointed! They get real busy! And wait is long sometimes, but if you go early you get the best service! Lady took an hour on my toes! They were perfect!!!!! Love this place!

The owner is really stuck up and the nails are okay. He makes the environment really uncomfortable and tense when he’s there. Everyone else is really nice and attentive, but because of the owner, I will no longer be giving this company my business.

Alex is the most professional business man I know. Very prompt and always provides 100% on his service provided. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

The very first time I went to BB nails I was not too happy. I decided to go back and When I say it was the best decision I have ever made. My new nail technician is Brandon and he is amazing!! I have see work from a Couple of other nail technicians and they seem to do pretty good work as well I have full confidence that if Brandon was not available there is someone else who could help. To me that’s what makes a great nail salon

Shoutout to the girls with the short nails! LOLAfter living in Dallas for almost 5 years I have finally found my favorite nail shop. I go once every 2-3 weeks now and I get the dipping powder, no tip.I have had a different technician each time but they all put the same care and love into my little chiclets. Table 1 is my favorite tho, haha. Everyone is super nice and easy to talk to.My first time in they gave us each a lotion to take home. Their prices are the most affordable in all of DFW.Oh and they have $7 eyebrow wax :)

The lady did NOT even care to do my nails right. they all were standing outside smoking cigarettes and when i asked can i get my nails done, they all fled and only the old lady stayed to do them. she did not drill or file my nails correctly and when i asked her to fix them, she rolled her eyes. i was already late for work so i came back when i got off and the guy told me that i have to pay $10 for them to fix what they messed up!!!

I was visiting from out of town and found this shop on Friday and decided to give them a try. It hasn’t even been 1 week and my full set is literally coming off. Poor quality. Save your money! So disappointed.

I had a Dr Appt on Monday and saw this place while driving and decided to stop by on my way from the doctor. Table 6 is the Boom, he did my power nails with my own nails they are nice and smooth no lumps or humps as I have experienced in other places before. Also my foot tech, not sure what table he works at, but he did a great job on my feet I always like to get overlays on my big toe, but he gave me good advice to not get it done and let my nails breath to keep it from getting infected so that was a plus for me because he could have just did it and let me deal with the consequences. Also there was a female tech sat next to me and shared her Pumpkin seeds:) I will definitely be back and I recommend them my new nail place

This place is great! They are fast but there is a little wait for gel or regular manicures. The people are very nice and they talk to you.

I went to BB nails today to have a full set. Steven attended me and his work was excellent. When I arrived I had something different in mind until Steven suggested an ombre style rather than clear, because of yellowing that occurs with clear nails. I am really satisfied with the style. Steven engaged in conversation with me while allowing the opportunity for myself to also enjoy quiet self-care. Thank you, Steven!

I waited over 2 hours and they still wouldnt take me. They kept skipping me. I asked several times and all they said was Not yet. I ended up leaving. ISO a new nail salon. Never going back. Poor customer service. Exaggerated long waiting times. 2 of the workers there are Instagram Famous and roll their eyes every time you try to approach them. All they care about is the money. They dont care about quality nor customer satisfaction. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going to this salon or you will be disappointed.

Nail salon is not too clean and the person doing my nails had a nasty attitude and agressively yanked my hands several times. Its amazing how the people doing my nails themselves did not have their nails done and nasty looking fingernails. Will not be going back.

I wanted to give this place a chance but they took 2 hours to get me back and just for my nails to already be lifting after only ONE week I have never had this happen before within one week of getting them done very disappointing considering they were dip however My pedicure was decent but wouldn’t waste $90 here again.

I just moved here. Got my nails done at two other places and the just popped off after a week. I go to the guy who sits in chair 6 and he does a phenomenal job!! I will keep going back!!

I went in to get a full set and the guy charged me $40 for the shortest nails ever ! When i had gone a few weeks back gotten the same thing and the other guy that did them charged me $30. This guy even cut me ! He just smiled and said “sorry”. And they weren’t even that well done i just feel like if your going to charge me $40 atleast have them looking decent

Little mom and pop shop in Oakcliff ran and operated by some cool folk. My nails look great, they were fast, friendly, and have pretty awesome prices! Will definitely be back.

Omg I freaking love Alex. Ive been going to him for about 5-6 years. He is the best at what he does. He knows his work for sure without a doubt. He has all the lastet nail supplies n super clean.. very fast n neat at the same time. U tell him what u want but the outcome is way better than you pictured it. Make sure u call in to make an appointment, If u want to go to him. The brow lady does a wonderful job as well, cant remember her name.

Branden is the Best nail tech ever!!! I tried 4 other places and they could not do what I wanted....he got it right the 1st, 2nd,3rd, even when I tried something new this time he knew exactly what to do.

Found the shop from a Google search. Attempted to make an appointment by phone but the person who answered advised me no appointments can be made unless I know the tech’s name I want to see. I explained I want the next available tech, but was told to just come in . I arrived a few minutes later and the place was full . I requested to pedicures. After waiting 15 minutes, they began on the first pedicure. 20 min later they offered to start my pedicure. Keep in mind the first pedicure was almost done . Rush rush. I don’t recommend.

I Work in walking distance of BB NAILS, decided to give them a shot as I was in need of a pedi desperately. I actually ended up with a great pedi and nexgen dip on natural nails...very impressed with Humus (I know I spelled that wrong) at table #5. I was literally in and out in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I will definitely be going back. Hope they are consistent!

I called ahead of time and told them I wanted to come get a pedicure on my lunch but I only have 30 min. As soon as I got there they had a seat ready for me and I was so suprised that they were waiting on me! The gentleman that was doing my feet did a great job and he hustled! Very dissapointed. My girl needed her nails done, so she called to see how long the wait time for walk-ins was, the man told her there was at most 5-10 minute wait, and said it like it ws the stupidest question he had heard. So i dropped her off and came home, She got there at 5:00 at 6 she let me know they had not even started doing her nails, so i tell her to wait a little while longer. At 7 she tells me she will be done in 30 minutes. This isnt acceptable, its BAD business, especially since we called before we came there. I dont appriciate the terrible customer service. Wont be going back, I will take my money to any other nail shop.

I have went there twice & this is after I have been looking for a nail home. My first experience was great! The 2nd time we went the experience was okay. My nails and my daughters nails were the same price. I was a little confused on why because she had nails removed and her length was long. We just went there 4 days ago and her pinky nail came off.

They did a horrible job on my Nexgen nails. Originally it looked great but I should have known that was only temporary when they added gel and put them under the UV light which is a NO-NO for Nexgen... I just assumed he knew what he was doing or discovered something new... Not even an hour later, the clear coat on one of my nails chipped off and now almost all of my nails have chipped and its only been 2 days! My nails look AWFUL!Im going back today for a refund or for them to atleast fix them!I constantly give this place a chance and they ALWAYS let me down! 😒#NeverAgain
