I’m surprised by some of the other reviews because I am very picky with nail salons and had a superb experience with my dip manicure. I believe they have relatively new management, so that may provide some context.The lady shaped my nails perfectly and put a thin layer of dip powder (per my request). The male manager wanted to make sure I was satisfied and told me that if any of my nails chip, he’ll have it fixed free of charge. This isn’t one of the huge nail salons that are hit or miss on quality. It’s a much smaller shop.

I dont usually try new nail salons but EXCELLENT STAFF!!! . Great hospitality and very professional. I wasnt sure what I wanted and Jason and Jamie were very patient with me and helpful. I love my nails... They go above and beyond for every client.

This place was horrible. First time going and from what I experienced last! The lady who did my nails was in a rush for no damn reason ! She even told another customer to come back in a hour when there was no one else besides me and another person who already was getting worked on. You could tell she just wanted to get the job done. And by doing everything in a rush she messed up my nails. And then had the nerve to charge me without letting me know that there was gonna be a repair fee. She didnt even fix what she had messed up on.I was charged $70 for nails and a pedicure which was trash also. Lady who did it kept giving ugly looks and wasnt paying attention to what she was doing at all. Not worth money at all! Save it and go somewhere where they actually enjoy doing this and care about the customers.

Im from out of town 5 hours away from my hometown was looking for a place to get my toes done. Really enjoyed the warm welcome that they gave me, everyone in there was super friendly. Thank you all for a great experience with a nail shop from out of town.

The best nail salon in Dallas!!! Ive see 2 different techs (Kevin & Andy) for my nails and Lee for my toes now and they are all killer at there jobs. I’ll never go anywhere else! Also it’s important to mentions there pricing is cheaper then anywhere else I’ve been as well so exceptional service and killer pricing, you’ll be very pleased having nail care done here!

I have had great experiences here. My go to nail place. Great prices for good quality. I have tried manicures and pedicures regular polish and gel. I will say that you have to be clear in your communication but that’s to be expected in most nail salons. The environment is very laid back I enjoy chatting with the technicians and everyone is very friendly. If you are polite and respectful and tip you will have a great experience every time.

Although my nails looked good, I was told they couldnt do ombre with dip process although every other place Ive been to will. I also had 3 pop off a week later. I will probably choose another place before going back here.

Jason, Lee, and Ruby were all amazing staff, they all pampered me with a manicure and pedicure and drinks. First time in Dallas and this was by far the best nail experience EVER.They are very clean, nice, talented, and professional.

There is a reason they offer big discounts. PLEASE do not go here. They gave me toenail fungus. I even went to a doctor and had it diagnosed, the doctor said it was from unclean tools. This was the last place I went to get a pedicure, and I do my nails myself sometimes so I know how they look, and Im 100% positive I did not have this before. This has been awful because I cant have my toes painted in the summer now, and Ive spent a lot on doctor bills and treatment. I emailed Plush and they never responded, so I stopped by. I was very calm and just explained the situation and asked for my money back. I brought my bank statement and my doctors note with my diagnosis. The manager actually YELLED at me, and she blamed me saying Your nails are bad you had this before. You had fungus before. I explained that I did not but she continued to yell with customers in the store. I said, Id just like my money refunded, so youre not willing to work with me at all? and she said no. HORRIBLE PLACE with absolutely terrible customer service, this is not how you run a business. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs, they do not deserve your business.

Absolutely excellent service. They were very accommodating with what I was wanting. Sweet staff and they did wonderful work! Although they had a bunch of customers waiting to get their nails done, I never once felt rushed or unattended to.Ill definitely be coming back!

The best pedicure and manicure I have ever had hands down. I was a little thrown off that they didnt have dryers to dry my newly painted nails (so add on about 20 min to your time for sitting around) but I still will give them 5 stars because they were so outstanding. Super nice ladies, easy conversation and the arm and leg massage made it such a relaxing experience. Highly recommend!!!

Best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. All my friends are going there now. You cant beat their hours. The gel polish is lasting 3 weeks looking absolutely perfect. I typically have terrible looking hands....but I walk out of Lush nails looking like a different person!

I got a manicure and pedicure both gel. They looked like they actually took time to make them all look good. They were nice to me and the pedicure was great.

For the first few days I thought I had gotten the best manicure in my life. Ive completely changed my mind. I went in Tuesday to get next-gen with almond shaped tips. Less than a week later two nail tips came off completely.One tip came off as I was turning the doorknob to my house and I went to get it fixed same-day. They sent me home with a nail that was not the same shape or thickness than the others and without any top coat. I had to file a buff it myself at home.The other nail tip came off as I wiped icing from my nail with a paper towel today. I have called with no answer. I am beyond livid at this point.Definitely NOT worth the 45$ I paid and I will demand a refund. Not recommended at all.

I tried to give this place a 2nd chance. The first time I went, there were 2 nail techs sitting around doing nothing. And when I walked in they turned their heads to try and avoid me, and I was told that it would be an hour wait. So, I left. The second time I came, they told me it would be a 20 minute wait. Then another lady (who’s ethnicity and/or race will remain nameless), walked in 10 minutes after me, she did NOT have an appointment, and she got serviced immediately. So, I walked out. They are RUDE. I HATE to make racist assumptions...however, based off of my experience with this place, with an emphasis on my most recent encounter, I would definitely have to say that they are most definitely racist.

This place is totally changed . They now offer 50%for 2nd service with drinks. It is just wonderful !! and, Tracy the nail tech did a good job on my gfs nail that she love it so much . She has been looking for a good nail tech around here for long time. Now, finally found one Thanks you Tracy !!

The employees are extreamly rude here I walked in and asked if anybody could do a full set of acrylics they said that they were busy and these two girls started talking to each other at work there she asks what time one goes appointment was the other girl said 11:30 instead of offering for me to wait or come back they just said sorry we cant help you extremely unprofessional I guess they dont want to make money.

A 3.5 would be best.The ladies there are good at what they do. I had a basic pedicure with an extra 5 min massage, husband had a manicure. Prices are decent. $45 for both of our services. Nice looking salonMy biggest complaint about this place is some of the women (including my lady Alice and the manicure lady) talk to dag um much!!!!! OmG!! This one lady must be the comedienne of the group because she just had my little lady laughing up a storm. And of course they speak in their native language, so its too much when thats ALL theyre doing!For this reason, I left no tip. I dont know if Ill go back. If I do, I may just speak up and point out their lack of professionalism.

I called first and a real nice gal told me to come right over - i got to the dirty shopping center and walked in - rude guy doing nails right by the door says come back in 45 minutes - so i said but you close in an hour - he says sorry !I left! Sorry back

Andy is the best of them all. His work is in a class by itself. Hes doesnt say much if anything at all. Short on small talk. His work speaks for him. Ask for him. Hes worth the wait.

This used to be my favorite nail salon but I noticed a habit of theirs. Their prices are NEVER consistent! I get the same thing all the time and the price would vary from 45-60! they never had an explanation for the increase in price. When I questioned them about it I was met with serious attitude. I do not recommend this place. I say try Royal Lane nail boutique they are MUCH better!

I love this salon. So friendly with great working product. My mani last near 3 weeks. And my toes forever. They treat you like family here.

Dont waist your time. I came in for a pedi and a overlay. No one gave me an idealistic wait time. After I told the guy that he drilled my nail too hard and that they hurt, he got an attitude, and I got up and left.Staff is not too friendly. I would not recommend no one to visit this salon.

Had a great experience here. I live in the area and was horrified by the service at Hawaiian nail bar (across the street) and the prices at salons near my office in Uptown.I got a gel manicure. The manicure is the main reason for docking one star. My technician didnt ask what type of manicure I wanted, and he didnt ask how long or what shape I wanted my nails in. Luckily I do prefer very short and square nails which is what he gave me. The bottle of the color I wanted was dry, and he went out of his way to fuss over the closet color match he could find and show me all the glitter/color combos he thought were similar to the dense, pink glitter I had originally chosen. So that was awesome! Putting my nails under the LED light also actually made them hurt/burn but I think that is the fault of the light or the product because thats never happened to me before.The pedicure FAR FAR surpassed the manicure in quality. The technician took over an hour getting my nails just so and doing the exfoliation/mask/hot towels (I got the mojito pedicure) before he even started on painting them. The massage was firm with a lot of oil vs the manicure massage which was very light and I still had dry spots on my hands from the alcohol. He also put my shoes on before applying the polish, and even put a towel under my toes just to make sure no paint got ont sandals.Over all they were professional, no chattering which I liked because I like to relax and not do the small talk thing. Next time I will get my pedicure done separately so I can really enjoy it and relax without the not-so great manicure.I will definitely be returning for both services!

I would give the NO STARS if I could! not even a week into having them they started popping off I went to go get the first one fixed and the guy said hell fix it for free this time but if another one came off he would have to charge me! You would think after having these done not even a week of having them and having to pay $60 for them that they would stay on?! Well no they use the cheapest stuff and they charge an arm and a leg for it! Horrible horrible will not be going back!!!

Lets be honest! Theyre FAR from a lounge. Do NOT come here looking to be pampered unless you LOOK like you have money. They never offered me a beverage but another woman of another race came in and was offered one as soon as her tail hit the chair. My pedicure lasted every bit of 10-15 minutes or less. What massage? All I got was my nails clipped and painted and its a childish poor job for $28! I asked for a cut down and she left me with hardly any nails. TUH dont you hate when you have to tell the tech how to do your nails? I also got a fill that came out to be $25 and I had to stop the guy to tell him to clip the lifting acrylic so that I dont get a fungus on my nail! Did he blind the acrylic after? OF COURSE NOT! Only thing about this joint that was positive is the hours, they didnt even greet me at the door. I got a WHAT DO YOU WANT, OK HAVE A SEAT Then was lied to about the prices! Not that it matters but when I called the lady on the phone toldme one thing, when I was asked what did I want the chick told me all the pedicures was $38. But there was clearly another page that started them off at $28. They could or used to have a good thing but they now have a lot of work to do!

Walked in on a Sunday. They took their time didnt rush through the massage which is one of my biggest pet peeves. My dip mani has lasted over two weeks and my pedi looks like I just got it done still. Really enjoyed this place!

The service is okay, we can find better places (especially for acrylic nails). They do not deserve for the price we pay.Poor customer service.I agree with DC CB review. The problem there is: customer service.

Worst place ever they’re so rude and mean. I got my nails done Tuesday and today is Thursday and my pinky I’ve noticed that it’s been cracking they did my pinky nail so skiny and thin and then they get mad when I go back talk smack and smack their lips like if they’re annoyed when I was not rude at all.

These people are very racist and have poor customer service. I was left waiting on my pedicure for so long that my water got cold. However, when two ladies of a different race came in, they each were instantly sat down and done.! I eventually walked out.

If I could give no stars I would! I got my nails done Tuesday and one broke by Thursday and a couple more were coming off. I had to basically show all evidence I had to prove I was in there and they did a poor job trying to cover up. Then had the nerve to try to charge me $30. Never going back....

Regular customer here. After Anna and her husband left to manage another location, service has been absolutely terrible. Any customer who went through the transition would agree. The place is now being ran by children who have zero customer service, on their phones constantly during service and just plain rude. Last week was the last straw, I will now be looking for another nail salon.
