I’ve been to this location several times and everyone is always very friendly. The salon is clean and they are following covid guidelines. Very happy with my gel manicure I received along with a polish change on my toes.

Came in for pedicures for myself and two friends. It was so easy to book online and getting checked in was a breeze! Loved the color selection and the actual detox pedicures were so relaxing. Betsy, Alexia, and Vanessa all did a great job! We all agree it was a next level pedicure! Thank you for a wonderful time! Well definitely be back!

I love the quality of service and the sterilization procedures in place. Everything that’s used on your nails is either single use or run through the autoclave. As a healthcare provider I really appreciate the care taken to keep everything disinfected. Also Betsy does an amazing job with gel extensions.

Ive been going to Miniluxe for years now. I love how clean absolutely everything is there. I also love the performance polish because it dries so quickly. They have great add-ons to your services if you want a little extra pampering.

I was able to book a last-minute appointment online, which was appreciated. Everything seemed very clean. I got a French manicure. Stephanie was great! Very detail orientated, professional and cordial... highly recommend!

I made 2 pedi reservations for 1:30pm Sat. Arrived on time. We were refused to get checked in.My boyfriend and I were super excited for that since its for our San Diego trip upcoming week. Before we go, I made 4 calls to confirm on timing but all went to voicemails. Got there around 5 mins late cuz we drove from las Collins four seasons, but the reception said I only booked one appointment online. One of us had to wait or come back tomorrow. I showed her the confirmation messages I received. She said she was looking at different things from her system, I booked it wrong and we had to reschedule.Also asked about the phone situation, she said their phone was done. Only their store.No apologies, no explanation, trying to blame on the customers.I am pretty sad and extremely disappointed cuz this is used to be my favorite spot in the past 3 years. ;(

The place was clean, great customer service however the pedicure was rushed. My appt was at 4:15 and she was done within 30 min or less. I was told the signature pedi came with a massage & she literally massaged my legs/feet for a total of maybe 2 min. Foot scrubbing, etc was not thoroughly done, the water in the bowl didn’t even cover my foot. Unfortunately, I guess I will have to stick to the asians for the entire experience. $45 on a mediocre experience.

EDIT: While I was asked below to email to sort this out, MiniLuxe never responded to email. That’s even more annoying so I’m dropping score from2 to 1.Really bad reflection of MiniLuxe brand. I typically go to the Preston Hollow location and hands down its the best quality pedicure I’ve received. What MiniLuxe lacks when it comes to extras, always made their price tag worth it because my nails always looked great and the polish rarely chipped. However, I have been to this location twice now and it’s been bad each time. This time, my poor toes are in so much pain because the employee hacked the skin to death. I’ll never go back! No wonder this location always has so much availability when it comes to appointments,

Visited today for the first time and had a great experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and Sonia who did my pedicure was delightful. I got the $43 signature pedicure. That’s more than I am used to paying, but included exfoliating, citrus leg scrub, and quick foot massage. The facilities are beautiful, bright, and immaculate and staff takes cleanliness seriously. Only downside—no massage chairs for pedicures. Will definitely be going back.

This was my first time at MiniLuxe West Village and I loved it. I work in the area so went out of convenience but this is now my favorite place. I got gel over 2 weeks ago and its still perfect.

I want to love this salon; it’s beautiful, clean and the staff is so nice, but I’ve been 3 times, the last 2 times were to see if things would get better. But I won’t be going back for a 4th try. I got a performance manicure on Saturday and by Sunday morning my nails were chipped. Even though my manicurist spent an exuberant amount of time to do each nail, they looked no better than if I had done them myself. The polish color was uneven, my cuticles were not taken care of, but most importantly less than 24 hours later the “performance polish” chipped.

Perfect service every time I come here. They actually ask you if the pressure is ok, if you want your cuticles pushed back instead of cut off, if you are comfortable. Love the service here more than any other place in Dallas, and I must have tried them all. It is pricier, but its absolutely worth it.

I’ve been going here for pedicures and manicures for almost 2 years. My nails are once again healthy and beautiful. No more heavy acrylic, dip, or drilling which essentially killed my nails. My favorite nail tech is Laura!

I wanted to like this place and actually had a pleasant first time. The second time I went I left with 2 deep cuts in my first which shouldve been avoided. I had some pain during my manicure but I thought it was because my hands were dry and Ive had a little discomfort before. I just ignored it. When I left I saw the extent of the cut. Somehow my fingers were sawed into and were bleeding for days after (due to regular use of my hands re-tearing the deep cut and bleeding). This is absolutely ridiculous happened and first for me and I have had my nails worked on many times. I have had a light cuticle cut before which was not bad but I have never had my finger on the side of my nail butchered. Completely avoidable if the technician was careful and not careless.

Best experience ever... They are so meticulous and clean... highly reccomend all MiniLuxe Nails. Totally off the charts.

The space looked luxe, and they certainly fawn over some of their customers by plying them w Prosecco... However, the work that they provided back in July, was anything but luxe. Above average at best. I was serviced on July 12, and the nail varnish started to come off the very next day. Not good.

Clean and posh. They always offer beverages including wine. Excellent service. Fair prices. Easy online reservations. I love this place.

Very expensive, but clean studio. I got a gel manicure Tuesday night. Its now Thursday night and my polish has already come up and peeling off. I normally dont go to MiniLuxe because my first experience awhile back wasnt great either, but decided to give it another shot cause it was close to my work events. Disappointed that its only been two days and the gel is already coming off. For the price, they should last longer. Will have to go out of my way tomorrow to see if theyll fix it.Update 11/30/18 - came in to get the one nail fixed and they told me Id have to wait 30 minutes. Changing my review to one star because this is absolutely ridiculous.

Mini Luxe management reached out to me to clear things out. They took the time to listen to my comments and offered a solution. Thank you Krista and Janel, I will definitely return as a result to their customer service.

Not worth the money and they explain additional pricing in a confusing manner without providing you with all the details. I don’t have a problem paying but do have a problem being tricked in to it. I won’t be coming again.

Some staff is good, some are very rude. Prices are high. It’s just ok.

Beautiful and convenient location, clean facility, and friendly staff. The high ceilings and glimmering white surfaces stand in stark contrast to the cramped, cluttered interior of most nail salons (which, lets be honest, is totally horrific). I enthusiastically recommend MiniLuxe to anyone who will listen.

Well, this is not a review for the actual service- because I didnt get service. I called to confirm an appointment I had made online and whomever they have answering the phone was so unprofessional and rude, that I decided to cancel instead. There are too many nail places in Dallas to have bad customer service from the get-go.

Great new colors for the holidays!

The customer service was not great. We were told it would be about 20 minutes before they could get to us and we could walk around the shops because they would call us when they were ready. They never called so we went back, and they said it would be another 15 minutes because they gave our spots away because they called us, and we did not come. When I explained to her they had my correct number because they had texted me earlier and they did not call, she simply stated we were the 2nd people to say the call didnt work that day so something must be wrong. That was it, no apology. Then, my Deluxe Massage pedicure was very underwhelming. The massage did not last long at all, and I was under the impression this was a longer massage than normal. Other people looked like they were getting better service so maybe I chose the wrong package. The person doing my nails was very nice. I was not offered a drink or anything so finally I asked for a mimosa, the girl acted weird but asked someone to get it anyway and he brought back the glass with only about a quarter of it filled. I felt as if I offended them by asking for it, it was totally bizarre. Finally, when I paid they lady said it would be an extra $20 for the polish I selected. I was not explained the additional charges for polishes in the beginning, I was just told to select a color. She waived that fee because the appointment had been so messed up, which was very nice. Overall, I spent $110 on a mediocre mani/pedi and it took over 3 hours including wait time, and I left feeling very dissatisfied. The workers were nice, but too many things went wrong for that much money. There is a great nail place not far from this one that is offers a lot more services and better experience for only $80.
