(Google says theyre open on Sundays until 7pm)I went in 30min before close and they took me in (unlike Bliss Nails across the street who turned me away).Very thankful City Nails was able to get me in because I have a last minute event come up tomorrow that I needed to have fresh nails for. The ladies at City Nails were so nice. The place was clean. I will definitely be going back! :-)

I went and got my nails done last week and paid $68 and one came off within 7 days. I went back to get it fixed and the lady told me to come back within 30 minutes. I gave her 45 minutes. She made me sit down for 15 and did not greet me. Two other ladies came in and were sat immediately. At this point I just got up and left. Its one thing to be expensive but not have good nails is another. I will not return. Terrible quality and professionalism.

The place is very clean. The massage chairs do not work on shorter petite people. The waist calibration massaged my neck. Doan did my gel mani and gel spa pedi. She spent a lot of time on the massage for both services. The spa pedi included a sea salt scrub, hot towel foot mask, and scented lotion extended massage.

Cathy the owner does my natural nails which are long, she always picks me a great color otherwise Id be there all day. She also does my eyebrows and eyelashes which last longer than anyone else who have done them. Hannah is the best on those feet, have them so soft they slippery and my fiance loves them as well as gets his feet done by her who he calls his nail shop girlfriend lol.

Kelly is an amazing nail artist whom Ive been seeing for over a year. My pedicure is always top notch and long lasting. She has so many wonderful colors to choose from with quality polish and her nail art is unbelievably unique. There isnt a nail art job that she cant accomplish and she does it all freehand. Shes sweet, professional and extremely talented! City Nails is a cute, welcoming space. Dont miss out on her unprecedented work! Great place to get pampered!

DO NOT go here ! I was getting a pedicure today and the lady spent 3 MINUTES on my cuticles before moving on to the massage. She went from one toe to the next without even touching the cuticle. Didn’t even offer me any water or ask me how I was doing— total lack of customer service.I’ve been there several time because it’s walking distance from my house. Every time I’ve been disappointed 😔.I’ve given them several chances to get it right, but today was the last time I will set foot in their door.

They always nice and the nails and lashes are very durable mines last for moths.

The guy who took care of me was super rude. I asked him in a nice way to not forget to put the glitter in my nails and he gave me a dirty look and answered so rude saying let me finish first! The worse part was that the way he put the glitter it was awful!!

I love this place! They have always given me great service. After years of wearing rugby boots and football cleats they have my feet feeling and looking great. Amy is my favorite.

This is my favorite salon ever. Rose and Amy are better than anyone in the metroplex but there are so many ladies there that do a great job - you cant lose. Loyal customer for 10+ years.

Worse powder/dip manicure Ive ever had. Tech had to completely redo a nail to make it acceptable because the product was uneven. Left glue residue all over the skin below my nail.

I have been going here for over 2 years. Mai always does my nails and different people do my pedicure. I love the service and atmosphere.

After going to Lina for my fingernails for months, I decided to get a pedicure. The gal who did my pedicure put the gel on my heels that helps with softening dry heels. She wrapped it with plastic on the back, but got the gel onto the top side of my foot. My foot was badly burned in three places. It took 4 months to heal and I still have dark scars on the top right of my foot that will never go away. I would not go back to this establishment. Tammy, the manager, knew about the situation, but didnt offer to pay my medical bills or even reimburse me for the pedicure. My bills ended up being around $600 and I came close to needing a skin graft because the burn was so deep.

There were a lot of customers so I thought it was promising but I would not come here again. $45 for basic mani/pedi. my nails werent dried after over an hour because the polish was too thick so I had to go back. They tried it make it seem like it was my fault for picking that color. If they told me it was too thick, I would have picked another. Or even better, thin out the polish like youre supposed to.

I travel to Plano for my nails to be dipped. I tried a place closer to home and what a fail it was! My daughter and I had different people but same results. Each hand has different looking nails. Left hand looks ok but right hand has fat and ugly nails. The layers are THIN therefore they wont last. (Plano shop does such an awesome job I can go 3-5 weeks without nails breaking off....the grow out may be unsightly but due to travel I sometimes dont have a choice). I can actually see through areas of my nails in the sun!! They have minimal choice for dipping colors (Im used to a tub of colors). In addition, they are more expensive than my Plano shop and not near as friendly. We both had an appointment but my daughter had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come to her chair and thats only after she inquired twice as to how much longer! The icing on the cake was the lady ASKING ME FOR A TIP before she would run my card. I prefer to keep the amount quiet and write it on my receipt when I sign but how rude and presumptuous to ask for a tip. I left a tip because thats the kind of person I am but I will never return!!

Longest and worst nail appointment I’ve ever had. I asked for a manicure with Nexgen nails and ended up leaving in tears with bleeding cuticles, splotchy colored, and misshaped nails. What should’ve taken 45 minutes took two and a half HOURS, and I didn’t even get any part of a manicure, just my nexgen change. I brought a picture of exactly how I wanted my nails shaped, and I’ve been growing them out for 6 weeks so they’d be long enough. The technician was very nice and tried hard but could not shape my nails to save her life and ended up filing my nails down to my fingertips into to weird and lumpy shapes. Then when trying to buff them, cut up every one of my cuticles to the point of bleeding. On top of it all, the pink color I chose ended up so splotchy that it looks like tie dye on my nails.The technician could see how upset I was, as I was in tears- and STILL made me pay the full price for the manicure and nexgen service.

Over charge and are pushy sales people. I got dip on my finger nails and 2 cracked the next day. They did not use the prep layer and only used the color dip. Cutting corners dont work.

1st of super expensive..Received horrible service!!! Not friendly.. pedi not done right n nails are not what I asked for.. will never recommend this place!!!
