The place is nasty. No extra steps done because of COVID-19. Air filters are dirty. State need come for an inspection. First and last time getting my nails/toes done.

The lady that sits in the first chair to the right did my mani and pedi, she did a very poor job, she rushed on my deluxe pedi and burned me with the hot towel cause it was almost time for them to close and she did not do my nails like I asked her also she did not even cut down or get the hang nail off my toe nails smh and said she took $10 off my pedi and I was charged $70 for the poor job I will never return here again and I advise everyone else not to.

Been going over 24 years

Went and got a gel nail set Thursday, by Saturday both of my thumb nail paint is completely gone. I noticed my left thumb cracked first, then I look down and my right nail paint is completely gone. My nails were filed uneven, I can still see the blue polish from my last set under the new red color that I have, and even though I kept telling the lady I didn’t want my nails cut she tried and tried to convince me to cut my nails until I gave in. They are now uneven worse than they were before.

When there for mothers days weekend with my mother. Both asked for a manicure and pedicure. Manicure with dip and pedicure with gel. As we proceed to take our sit I had to keep asking for the gel nail polish color and the dip nail polish colors. All they kept saying was pick your color. The foot bowl did not have any liners in it. So I keep going because my mother wanted to get pampered. So they start on our feet, they were so ruff with our feet. I mean they were borderline tanking our feet in and out the water. I asked my lady not to do that several of times. After the third time of asking and me watching what she was doing she stopped. Ok now time for the gel polish to be put on. So my lady starts by putting some white polish on ( I picked a yellow color) and I told her this is not the color I picked. She looked up at me and said I know you picked yellow with and attitude, then proceeds to correct her mistake. Gel pedicure is what I asked for. Did she listen? No, she then proceeds to put regular nail polish on my toes. Once I realized it I told her I asked for gel and then she acts like she didn’t understand me. So her coworker (Tutu) came over and fixed the problem by doing my gel pedicure. Now I’m half way done. Tutu does my dip manicure. Everything is good until it comes to filing down my nails. I told her I just wanted to shape them not cutting. When I tell you she was doing the opposite by filing my nail lower that I wanted. I was like just file the rest of them since you already did one. Then I asked for a round shape which it was already but now it’s not cause she filed my nails down. Once she finished I looked at my nails. Some of them were even and different shapes. At this point I’m just ready to go. So as we are paying they have to nerve to ask if I want my eyebrows done and I say no. Then want to know why. Out of respect I just said I don’t feel like getting them done. I will never go back here the stylist does not listen to what you want, cleanliness is on a level 1 out of 5, and they need to invest in supplies that are only used for one customer. The only thing they did right was take off my previous dip manicure by soaking it off in a bowl. I would rather make that drive from my side of town to the other side of town to get my nails done.

Dont waste your time or money this place needs to be shut down.

Well, place appeared to be pretty clean however I went in for a $15 polish change she didnt remove the old polish that GOOD didnt buff or file! This was a high end side of town I get more bang for my buck in the Hood for $7-$10 so I will stay on that side of town I had to redo them!

DO NOT go here!!! They DO NOT do quality work! I went Saturday around 1. I had dip powder nails & the tech recommended a gel fill instead.. 3 hours later, it started chipping from the tips & it looked like this some time after 7 after I washed dishes. They were closed Sun. & I had a birthday dinner that evening so I went somewhere by my house in Arlington to get it fixed... Called Roses today and they failed to compensate me for the inconvenience. Youve been warned!

Gave them 3 stars at first good comments but now im mad as hell i paid $70 n my damn lashes look a mess tell me y she put lashes under my eye lids how dey pose to be n den she went bac n put some on top my eye lid it took her an hour to do my damn lashes n anybody else take 20 minutesIm calling my credit card company and deputy charges no good service if you want lashes done good go 2 pleasant grove off lake june n masters both shops do good job but usually is a wait/crowd
