I went on 8/5 for dip. Got them done and told the guy they were too thin. I was not pleased 2 cracked, went back in on Saturday they patched them up. Fast forward to Monday more cracked on the other hand.Went to get them redone and the pregnant manager refused a new set ×, she wanted to patch. Long story short she refused and told me I could write a bad review.They are unprofessional, unorganized.I will never patronize this place again.They do mediocre work and the majority of the techs are inexperienced.Save your money and your time, go somewhere else.

I’ve been here 3 times and absolutely love it! I saw Henry today for the first time, & he took my dip manicure to the next level. My nails grow extremely quickly & make the old manicure look horribly raised until I get them redone. Henry noticed this & employed a technique in doing my nails where he made the manicure smoother to my nail bed, so that it would grow out more gracefully. He took double the time to ensure he did it properly. I was taken aback by his care, skill, and willingness to go above & beyond for no extra charge! He’s amazing and I’d recommend anyone to go see him!

Just want to thank them for being so sweet and patient. A mom of two and not able to leave them with no one makes every task a bit difficult sometimes. My daughter was being restless and instead of just ignoring or making a face, they insisted on helping this momma out. Gave baby girl a slushy and just over all patience. This mom really appreciates when a establishment decides to do more that just customer service but really make it an inviting place for everyone, even for the littles ❤️

I’ve been coming to Dallas Nail Bar for about 4 years now. The salon consistently maintains a clean and sanitized atmosphere. Upon walking in the staff always gives a warm welcome followed by asking every guest to wash their hands for sanitation. During the service Richard is walking around making sure every guest is comfortable and taken care of. Shelly had been doing my pedicures for years now and she is exceptional! I used to live closer but now I live 25 minutes away but it is well worth the drive.

Had a great pedicure here. Did the milk and honey pedicure and my feet feel and look great! Polish looks good too! The neck/shoulder massage was a nice touch I have never experienced at other nail salons nearby.The location is spacious and clean. I will go here again in the future.

I have been coming to Dallas Nail Bar for years! Its a little pricier than some others in the area BUT you receive exceptional service and the massages included with the nail services are amazing. I will happily pay more to be 100% satisfied. Also, they have certain times when you receive 20% off services. If youve never been, go now and request either Dustin or Cindy. Theyre top notch!

As nice as everybody was, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!! Acrylic nail set and basic pedicure with acrylic on each big toe cost $98. SIGNIFICANTLY more $$$ than last time, as well as any other place around. This was 30% more than I have ever paid anywhere else for exact same services. Upon inquiring the price, I was told they recently raised their prices.In addition, the toes with acrylic are so thick, they look AWFUL!Unfortunately, I will not be back.

FYI if you cover your hair, or wear modest clothing don’t come here!! be aware! The lady doing my nails kept calling my scarf/hijab “the towel on your head”, and was speaking in harsh tone in her native language with her partner. I also asked if I can bring my child with me for a pedi and they said yeah off course! When I got there the lady doing my nail and the one doing my child’s were annoyed of my child and with a rude tone kept saying “she’s too young”Worst pedi experience I’ve ever had!I was uncomfortable the whole time, I wish I had spoken up for myself, but I wanted my child to have a good time for her first pedi ever! Next time I will speak up!

My mom and I love getting our nails done here! The staff is excellent, everything is very clean, they make sure you are relaxed while also getting your services done in a timely manner. Dustin and Cindy are our favorites to get our nails done with :)

I went today for a basic manicure and the lavender pedi with the hot stones. This is my second time there and im very impressed! The salon is clean, the owner Thuy was walking around making sure everyone was happy and taken care of. My nail tech was personable and knowledgeable. Shelly, my pedi tech was so detailed and patient with me when my feet got ticklish at times..i will 100% will be back and highly recommend this salon to anyone.

Sofia is an exceptional nail technician. She is the best at removing ingrown toe nails. Her pedicures are amazing. Also, she’s very accommodating to clients’ schedules, and very professional.

Kimberly is great, Ann is my absolute favorite though. If shes busy Ill return another day or time. Appts with her is best! Pedicures are great, Dustin is my favorite he gives the best! Massages. All in all, the salon is very clean and beautifully decorated. ALOT of colors and designs to choose from. My friends agree.

Beautiful salon! Got my nails done here, and was attacked by a dog two weeks later. The bite broke a bone in my finger but not so much as a scratch on my nails. Very much recommend this salon!

The atmosphere was chill. Most of the staff was friendly with the exception of my nail tech. She was hella rude. She did ok on my nails no complaints but Angel did my feet. She was amazing, friendly and down to earth. Excellent job on my toes. They had a pretty good selection of drinks. I had 3 vodka and cranberries kinda weak but to be expected. Would have given 5 stars but the lady that did my nails rubbed me the wrong way. Kinda pricey but also to be expected. Oh yea and the little massage you get with the pedicure was heavenly!

My nail tech, Nick, was so personable and nice.Typically, I don’t enjoy conversing while I get my nails done. But talking to him was so easy and enjoyable. He did a wonderful job on my hands and now I will be going to him indefinitely for my cosmetic needs!

Went for the first time and while everyone was nice and they were clean and maintained social distancing, I ended up getting pretty soaked by the jet being inserted incorrectly during my pedicure and its been less than 3 days and my manicure is already chipping. Very disappointed in the cost for the quality of service.

I have been looking for a nail salon. 💅 😩 But I couldnt find one. I always love a good quality and professional nails. On the 4th of July, I saw my sister, asked her where she got it done. She told me that i should make an appointment with them so I did. When I got there, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful not too loud, which I love cus its relaxing. I saw picked the nail designs, I met Mr. S who took care of my manicure. He huffed, buffed and buffed my nails. He really took his time to do my nails. He spent 2 hours on my nails. I used to do the square ⬛ shaped nail but the design that I wanted he suggested I do the coffin shape. I love the shape of my nailsThank you Dallas Nail Bar and Spa. You made me feel like a woman again! FYI: I have been taking pictures of my nails everyday, wouldnt wanna bore you with millions of pics of the same nails, am in love with it, cant wait to do another color. 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ I give it 10 stars and I will surely recommend it to my families and friends.

Professional. Friendly. Efficient. I can go in for nail service with or without an appointment and Im taken care of promptly. Nick makes sure Im ok with every step of the styling. I really appreciate the great service and attention to detail.

My friend wanted to get her nails done a week before my wedding and she invited me to go. I wasnt necessarily going to get my nails done that far in advance, but when we arrived at the salon, that came up. At their encouragement I went ahead and got them done. They assured me over and over again that they would last. I was very concerned but I cannot stress how much they reassured me that there would be no problem and that a week before was not too soon. I got the dip powder at (again) their suggestion because they said that would ensure longevity and strength of the manicure. My wedding was in Austin. So a couple of days after my friend that also got dip powder nails with me at this salon said hers had started to chip. The day before my wedding...less than a week after the manicure, my nails chipped and broke. We were already in Austin so we were forced to get them redone there. Soon after I reached out to the salon, I spoke to Richard, and he said to send him pics and receipts which I did. He never responded. I then stopped by the salon and they said they would get another message out to him, again no response. I reached out again to him via text and he never replied. Regardless of it being for my wedding, they shouldve lasted way longer than less than a week. I have been one other time and they normally have good customer service but I dont appreciate how theyve handled this.Update: They reached out to me right as this review went live but are still failing to continue to communicate with me consistently or timely and have yet to offer anything concrete to make up for the bad experience.2nd update: I have since spoken to Richard at the salon and they have put a credit in their system for me to come and get a manicure at my convenience.

I love this place, is big for a nail salon the have about 20 pedicures massage chairs, and about 12 manicure desks. They tend to be pretty occupied over the weekends, and they have happy hours I believe from 10 to 2 during week days, that means discount on the services. Tina it’s the best, she is very attentive and detailed oriented, she always gets me what I am looking for.

I go here every 2 weeks to pamper myself. They are very efficient, they get you in and out. I have never waited to be served.

I absolutely LOVED this place!! I am very picky about my nails and how they look, especially because I like simple looks, and they did everything perfectly! The nail stylists were very kind and very sweet and worked together to provide me with the best service possible. I am very satisfied and overly excited with how my nails came out!! They took me in last minute, yet they still did an excellent job on my nails!

I like going here. I have been going here for almost 2 years. My only issue is that they need to stop trying to charge for filing and shaping nails, that is ridiculous and they should not be charging $5 to put two rhinestones on 2 nails. Please do better

My nails looked nothing like I asked for. I even showed the gentleman who did my nails how I wanted them which by the way is a sample they have placed in the shop. He kept making it seem as though he could do it, but couldn’t. After mentioning to him they didn’t look like how I asked, I just let him finish and I left. Needless to say I will NOT be back.

This place is beautiful and accommodating! They did a great job for both my mom and I. I believe they had reasonable pricing for that they offer. I also like the fact that they made everyone wash their hands before touching any nail colors. Will be back!

Horrible experience. Got the milk and honey pedicure and I may as well have gotten a basic pedicure somewhere else for cheaper. Lisa did my feet - if you decide to go, make sure you dont get her. Massage was not enjoyable at all. She hurt my neck and shoulders and barely massaged my legs and feet, it was more like someone rubbing lotion in, asked her to go harder on my feet and she said she couldnt. Chair was dirty when I sat down. No one offered me anything to drink. Didnt shape my toenails at all or ask me if I wanted then cut down. I felt rushed the whole time, not relaxing in the least bit. What a waste of money, I would not recommend.

I love Lexi, she is my new go to manicurist. She took her time doing my nails, and I could tell cared. I was able to come in with a picture in mind and make it my own.

I moved from Atlanta and its really hard finding a good nail tech here that listens to what you want as the customer. Im in McKinney and not too many nail shops do alot of designs . My friend in Addison referred me to this place and told me Sunny does a great job . I love Sunny because he good with designs and gives you exactly what you want and everyone is friendly there !

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I came here for the first time about three weeks ago and got a new set of gel dip. That set lasted a whole 4 days before they started chipping at an unbelievable rate. I went back last Saturday and they redid them for me (and blamed the type of powder I picked out) and now 3 days later my new set is chipping. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE.

I went in yesterday, and requested their basic, Classic manicure and pedicure, with soak off gel polish (which apparently they dont carry) . I brought my fav pale pink polish to ask for the closest shade. In hundreds of colors theyve got, they all seemed thick, goopy and not remotely close to the color swatches.Id love to be able to post pics of the awful results. $120 later, for basic no frills and tips, both my fingers and toes were shaped crooked, and had such a terrible thick layer cured into my nails, I was completely disappointed. Theres no reason to use 3 layers of old thick color on top of a base, then add a fifth, top layer, as the color is opague even after one. Completely disappointed in the blobbed layers that are cracked around the edges day one.I definitely will never repeat this.

Walked in with my friend without an appointment and they were about to close. Instead of turning us away they gave us everything we had asked for and did an incredible job! Some of the nicest staff Ive ever met. Highly recommend!

It is always spotlessly clean, and the instruments are always sterilized. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this place!

Ive been twice and am in love! The staff is kind, gentle, and does excellent work. They have an incredible selection of dip, gel, chrome, mermaid, and other finishes Ive not seen elsewhere. Today I had acrylics removed and went back to my own basic nails and wasnt pressured into extra services. I cant wait to come back in a few weeks a try something else!

Even though the pedicure was amazing, they didnt really give us a chance to choose which pedicures my fiance and I wanted, and ended up giving us their most expensive one. Also, I got my nails done, and the woman who did my nails, she did them pretty thin, and I asked for a design (which I specifically chose this place because of all the nail art I seen) and she did it pretty sloppy. My fiance and I will not be coming back.

I recently purchased an advanced dip/gel removal kit during quarantine in order to remove my 3 month old gel pedicure and my existing sculpted set from my nail tech. This was the only kit I can find that included acetone, different nail files and buffers, and a cuticle pusher. I look forward to a deluxe golden pedicure in the future.
