I have been going to this nail shop for a good year now, they are great but this past time I went to get my nails done I had the worst experience EVER. After a few days my nails started cracking as you can see in the pictures which caused my real nails to actually break and be damaged. My guess is that the value of the product they used was very old or poor. I went back to try to get my nails redone by Ben the same person who did them and I went 2 days in a row he wasnt there (no problem) so I booked a appointment to go when he was scheduled to work. Keep in mind these 2 days I went, I talked with the people in the front letting them know my situation and what happened. They reassured me multiple times that I would not have to pay when Ben re serviced me so I was cool with that. Well today I went and the man in the front was very rude and told me since my nails had grew out 2 weeks worth I will be charged for a new full set I went back and forth with him telling him I was not going to pay for my full set because it was their fault. I also was getting a pedicure, my appointment was set to start at 11am I still wasnt helped and it was 11:30. I finally left and will never be returning back. They are money hungry and dont care about their clients well beings. They can give one care about the health of your nails and about the mistakes they make. No one apologized or anything. Dont waste your time and money on these ignorant people.

I am over the moon with this salon. What they lack in glitz and glam they make up in technique and skill. I suggest everyone do the jelly pedi at least once its such a relaxing bit sensory driven experience. Ive recently started doing Dip nails. Im a nurse so I wash my hands a ton and with all the banging with the instruments we use I can say the nails they do are durable. Im on my third set of Dip nails from them. All sets have lasted 3 weeks each time. Ive even recruited my boyfriend to go there now.

Bin has been my nail tech for years now, and I have nothing but nice things to say about him. He is extremely attentive to detail, friendly, and always delivers! The staff of this salon is also wonderful. Mary (front desk) & Rose are both so kind.

Paid $80 for gel and a pedicure. Reason for the horrible rating is due to the nail polish already chipping and they did not file my nails to same length. My pedicure Wich I got an upgrade from the regular one and the lady did not do my feet properly.

I have been frequenting Nail Club for almost a year now! I even moved to Oak Lawn and still drive up to go there because Im pleased EVERY time! The staff is so friendly, I almost never have to wait, and their facility is so clean and comfortable! Mike and Julie are the DREAM TEAM. Mike is the manicure master and Julie is the pedicure queen. I think every technician Ive had has been fabulous, but Ive started requesting this dynamic duo every time I go. (Ben also does beautiful work!) I have nothing but good things to say about Nail Club, give them a try!! Reasonably priced, spacious, TONS of colors, talented technicians, very friendly staff, lots of beverage options, just the total package!

Ive been going to this salon since moving to Texas in March of 2016. Best experience ever. Consistently good quality service. Professional, clean, and exceptionally polite. Mary is so sweet and does the best pedicures. Bin does an amazing job with my nails and the guy at the front desk is always so nice! I just love this place. Ive since moved about 40 minutes away, but still go to Nail Club because its worth it.

This place is truly worth the 4 hour driving (both ways) to get your nails done. They didnt disappoint and turned a bad situation I had with another location it just a memory! They turned my nail ideas into reality and I couldnt be happier !! Ive been here twice and Bin does great work takes his time !

This place is soooooooo fancy ! Tammy is amazing ! She has amazing hands for your foot massage. Beautiful paint job. I’m always scared to come to new places but I was very satisfied!!!!!I’m scared to try new places because I have Ingrow problems and not many people know how to clip the nail right. I had the absolute worst experience here. I went to this establishment a day before my wedding. The nail tech trimmed my cuticles excessively and caused bleeding on almost every finger. The bleeding is recurrent on my right thumb. The manager still made me pay for the poor service. Please do not go here.

Upcharges for every single thing they can. Rushes the manicure and pedicure every time. Even so I thought it was okay so I went back a few more times. But this time they cut my finger really badly and then rubbed acetone onto the cut. Won’t be returning.

I don’t typically leave reviews unless something absolutely blows my mind or is God awful; unfortunately, this place is receiving the latter. Not only did the man doing my dip manicure almost cut me numerous times - it was as if he was literally tweaking or had ticks, I’m not sure. The color was nothing like the color I chose in the book. No nail was matching with any other nails. They were all crooked and different lengths and shapes. I had them remove them so I wouldn’t have to pay for them. Never again.

Finger cut, free of charge (see picture). Never had an experience like this at any nail salon. Greatly disappointed and upset. Nail tech was at least somewhat apologetic but manager(?) couldnt care less.First visit to get NexGen chrome which came out great. Few weeks later, came back to get it removed and replaced with regular polish. Nail tech cut into the side of my middle finger with the electric nail file. Blood welled up and nail tech apologized a couple times and dropped some substance on the wound. Manager never came around to apologize or offer any concessions. Tech proceeded to remove the remaining polish while my finger still stung. I left the table after all the polish was removed and skipped getting a new color. I went to the front desk to talk to the manager and he just said it was free of charge. It confused me that he didnt look apologetic at all or offered anything to have me return.I guess the manager doesnt care for my business.A completely unacceptable experience.

They can be good when they’re not rushing to get you in and out. I’ve had better service than I had today. Not to mention, I left with powder still around my nails and dried up nail residue from when the lady took off my dip powder.

They took two hours to do my dipped nails and messed up twice. I walked out with sticky nails and the manager claimed to only be able to give me a 20% discount. I now have to take even more time to go get them corrected tomorrow. I understand mistakes happen, but the fact that they are not willing to discount my bill for mistakes they made will not earn my business here in the future. I’ve gone here for over a year without any issues until now.

I am always nervous going to a nail salon I haven’t been to before but I’m so glad I decided to try this place! I didn’t have to wait and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Ben did a beautiful job on my nails, he took his time and offered me a complimentary cocktail. The interior was clean and spacious, a relaxing environment. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff is great and Ive loved the services Ive gotten. Kelly did a fantastic job on my eyebrows, shaping them beautifully after I jacked them up. She also did great on my pedicure. The next time I came in, I got dip nails by Hao and he was quick, kind, and professional, making sure I knew exactly what I was getting, asking questions along the way to make sure I was happy. Ill be coming back frequently.

I had the most wonderful experience at this location!! Sandy, my nail technician is fabulous, I cant say enough good things about her. She really listens to exactly how I want my nails and then will suggest how to make them even better. She really cares about her customers which is rare in this business. This location is really a palace, so clean, neat, and welcoming. The energy here is calming, and they do everything to ensure your experience is great.Mike is also great, he often does my pedicure and is so careful to ensure the work done is perfection. My experience at this location has been every bit of the 5 STARS, I would give more STARS if I could.

I have left a handful of reviews in my life and had to write one on this place because its awesome! Not only do they have non-alcoholic beverages but they have a full bar! Really clean and swanky and the nail tech I had, Jenny, was amazing and sweet. She took her time and gave me the best gel manicure I think Ive ever had. Will 100% go back.

Ive been looking for 2yrs to find my go to place and I have found it every thing is on point and location...not far Away! A big plus! I am always satisfied with my service and my nails last much longer then anywhere else. The environment setting is hip and calming it makes you feel like your on a mini getaway vacation I would 100% recommend nail club to anyone! The best place ever and I will definitely be going back!

The first time I came here by myself it was great. I just went with my mom and sisters and somehow my moms pedicure was 2 different colors and they cut her finger on her manicure. one of my sisters got cut and as soon as she was done her gel was coming off and one of her hands was not shiny. mine are sloppy around the edges and there is a bubble in one, but other than that they are decent. only on out of the four of us had a good experience. they even made my mom pay for her messed up pedicure that they redid three times. when we got there the guy at the front was rude and said we were early. he said he told us to come at 2:30 but I hung up the phone on him. bad experience.

I was very impressed by this place. The salon is huge and they have a very large selection of nail colors. You get a free beverage of your choice and the staff did a great job with my pedicure. It is looking great 2 weeks after being done.

I was happy to have excellent conversation and service from the staff. They listened when I asked to soak off my gel... No grinding as it weakens the nail. They also listened when we joked about nail shape. Almond for my friend and squoval for me. Our nails looked great and the price was ok.The manicure they gave me was nice. I got regular polish and it lasted for over 2 weeks. Ill be back! Great visit.

I’ve been here a few times and they’ve gotten progressively worse each time. Came when they first opened and it was great but the most recent times, terrible. Nothing tops this last visit where the tech took a huge chunk out of my finger. Not to mention I was charged extra for shaping my nails, when they were all crooked. At the price point they have, I would expect much better skill. Don’t be fooled... you won’t get your money’s worth. Look elsewhere.

A Few highly Skilled technicians but some lack consistency. For walk -ins; come at your own risk. For best treatment and results, make an appointment. You will lower the chances of getting a rushed job. I plan to speak to the one tech personally about this last experience that was awful; he really did an awful job that was really unacceptable. I plan to have them remove this powder and havent decided if I am going to have it redone here :/.Tip: give it a few tries but try different techs till you find your fave :) have fun !!

They were very rude walked in with two other friends that they tended to had me waiting 30mins for a nail color change when I chose not to get anything done after everyone couldnt help they were very rude. Keep in mind 6 people walked in without appointments and still no service. Asked the guy at the front desk what the problem and he said they werent sure about acrylic polish. REALLY WHAT NAIL SHOP DOESNT KNOW ABOUT ACRYLIC. IF youre black and plus size I wouldnt recommend them

When I went in I wasn’t helped until after everyone else was even though I arrived 1st. Anywho the lady that was doing my nails was a bit rough with my hands. She clipped to much of my skin and when she put any kind of nail polish solution on including the lime is burned like hell. I showed her a design I wanted and I assured her that it was okay if it wasn’t exact, but I trust she will make something similar that’ll look great. Well for starters she ain’t use the correct colored for the design but I didn’t want to be that picky person so it was okay. I told her no gel after she asked but ended up doing it anyway! I had never gotten gel nails so I didn’t know the little dryer light thing was for that, I thought it was just a machine to quickly dry my nails! So I leave and notice the job wasn’t done perfectly but it’s okay I appreciated her efforts. Tipped her, left and got out in the sun and realized my black was actually a navy blue! :( I go back inside and got my nails redone, had to take that gel mess off and everything so I just chose a simple pink with gold glitter. She didn’t apply the glitter well at all, it was only in certain spots of the nail not spread evenly. So I just said thank you and went home to apply some glitter I had at home. I’m not as happy with the outcome but I know to not go back to this location. I’m sure the other services are okay by other nail artists, it probably was just that particular lady I had.

Mixed feelings about this place. Its gorgeous and the entrance staff is very welcoming and attentative. However, the gentleman who did my nails made me bleed twice when cutting my cuiticals and never addressed it. The nails were okay - nothing terrible, nothing great. Its a nice place to go if youre in a rush and need something basic.

Consistency is not really a thing here. I have been coming to this shop for almost 5 months and the first couple of months were great. However, lately (passed couple of months) have been horrible. Nails only lasting a week, when on average they should last 3! On top of that the technicians improperly filled my nail, causing air pockets.... and if you frequently get fills, you know what that can cause!! If you go here, I recommend you DIRECTLY tell your tech what you want, how you want it and if you feel something is off, speak on it.

This used to be my favorite nail salon but last visit the tech cut my feet multiple times and the polish lasted about 5 minutes before smidging. I didnt want to have them fix it because it was just so bad. That said, we have had private parties there in the past and they are always accommodating.

Cindy is the best nail person that I have ever met. She is kind, polite and asks you how you like ur nails done. She is a perferctionist. I love her so much and will come back again and again. The last time i went i was not happy at all because it took almost a hour and a half. I recommend Cindy!

If I could give zero stars I would. I do not believe that anyone that works here has a license to do nails. There is no licensing displayed at the stations and when I asked to see was told my the man that worked there (after he and his coworker screamed at me) that I was not allowed to see them. This was, by far, the worst nail salon and experience I have ever had. Not only was the nail tech physically hurting me when doing the manicure, the gel was completely off. The nail tech seemed to have never done nails before. When I asked for them to take the polish off I was screamed at by 3 men that worked there. It was honestly a traumatizing experience. I hope no one ever has to go through what I went through here.

WOW.Never in my life have I seen this. I was getting my nails done and it looked like the state inspector came in and half the shop employees cleared out like roaches! They even stopped doing my nails half way! I can only guess they either dont have a license or are hiding something.

Omg.. VIP treatment. Had my mani and pedi done and the same time. Had some things in common with my nail techs. They can speak some Cambodian so they had me laughing. Loved that I could have some wine during my visit.

This nail salon is the WORST ! Ive been here maybe around five times the first three times I SERIOUSLY thought I found the perfect nail spa. I loved THU Not sure if I spelled her name right but it was pronounced like the number two. Anyways, I loved her ! She did my Nexgen amazing ! I always left happy she was also a great person to chat with. My fourth time coming I found out she was fired it was a bummer but another lady did my nails and she was okay not like thu but I was satisfied ! Now towards the end they charged me more because I wanted them to clean up my cuticles! I never got charged the three other times. So I was pretty upset. I told myself that was the end of me going there. Today 8/2/17 I decided to give them another try so I took my little sister in with me as a gift for her quince on Saturday. She asked for Chrome nails. I called and made an appointment around 2 p.m and set an appointment up for 3:30 p.m. So as we get there they do our toes and they let my sister know that the chrome polish or whatever they use they have to go get from another spa thats an hour away ! Like seriously !!!!!!! They couldve done that long time ago. They knew what exactly I wanted when I reserved the appointment. So they end up taking long and they offer her some other type of chrome it was horrible the polish had bubbles in it,spots in areas, she had dry nail polish all over her nails ! Ugh it was just a mess ! So I ask the guy if he can fix them ! So he does and he does even WORSE it literally looked like he removed the chrome and just put gel glitter on them and to top it off she asked for coffin, her coffin shape was horrible, she had humps in her nails. Also my sister is 14 she tells me that the man who did her nails was yanking her arm and blaming her for the lousy job he did ! (She told me this after we left the spa) I wish she wouldve told me while we were there I would have went off than ! Than my toes get polished wrong so I ask them if they dont mind re doing them, another lady re did them perfectly fine. I just dont understand why they would let someone walk out their chair that way ! So as Im paying I go and pay and the Manager Wyn Or whatever his name is he is usually the guy up front. He is so darn rude! I explain to him how our services werent great etc. That I should not be having to ask to re do a service. He than acts like he dont care and dont even try to understand why Im upset instead he laughs in my face ! And says well I cant discount anything ! This place dont care about the customers at all and having them happy ! I literally was there for hours ! I had dinner plans and all and had to cancel because of a lousy job they did had to get Redone. Another lady ended up having to re do my sisters whole nails I felt bad because she had to stay late but I refuse to pay for something she isnt happy with especially on her special day ! Anyways I will defiantly not recommend this nail spa to anyone that guy up front has no freaking respect! I even told him if I could speak to someone higher than him and he refused to do so! He told me I could sit down and they can take my nails off since I didnt like them ! lol I was so livid that he told me that ! Like how rude can you possibly be ! Than the other manager (who was very sweet) he was training he asked how was my service ? I told him it was not all that and he apologized. Than the other guy told him shes asking for to much like I didnt hear him so I confronted him and asked him to repeat himself. Im not a bully but u will not disrespect me like that in my face ! Your a man have some damn respect for woman ! I tell him that if hes the actual manager that he needs to gain customer service skills ASAP I work in a spa environment and I would never treat people the way he has. Im literally still upset with everything that happened today. I went in at 3:45 and left that spa at 9:00 p.m ! That place literally ruined the rest of my evening ! Never again will I go back to this spa ! I hope KARMA gets them real good !

Full acrylic set: Poorly shaped, under the nail left with acrylic debris, cuticles weren’t trimmed, took an hour without polishing them. Went to another salon to have then fixed.
