I cant say enough positive words about these ladies. Most of them are from The Pedi Spa (which was destroyed in the 2019 tornado) so their service is top tier. Their prices have definitely gone up a bit but that is to be expected and despite that, because they treat me so well and the service is amazing, theyre my go-to every time--the price difference is so so worth it for me.

I love this place! The owner is amazing and considerate and wants her customers to leave happy! When Ive left and had problems with anything she was always quick to fix it. My sister, neices, and friends all come here regularly. Tony is mAh guy and Mary and Jenny are great as well, though everyone who works there is swell. I got this set done for my birthday and could not be happier. They have a rewards system as well, so it pays to be a repeat customer!

We had an amazing experience today! We made our first appointment here to get pedicures for three people, including a 7 year old, and since it would be her first pedicure we all wanted to share the experience together. The salon was ready for us on arrival, seated us together, and they treated the little one like she was a queen. They were overly sweet and accommodating to her, making sure that nothing was too rough or hot throughout the experience, even without us asking to do so. Additionally, our pedicures turned out great! We will absolutely be back. The facility was very clean and the employees were all extraordinarily kind. We’re very appreciative!

Compared to many others I have visited I think her staff is the most genuine and friendly. I always get a great manicure and pedicure here. I love inviting me friends and family to meet me here.Even my elderly mother admired the beauty in the salon and friendly staff. Wish I had tone to come back more often.

This is a great place and right in my neighborhood. Walk ins are very welcome. I dont have a particular technician so I have use all of them. Each is very experienced and professional. This is one place I feel comfortable going into as a male. Some places have made me feel a bit unwelcome but not this place. I highly recommend it for men and women alike. Rance Miles

This is the best customer service I have ever received at a nail salon! I walked in with chipped polish on my nails and asked if they could do my nails in 35min because I needed to be next door by 7pm. They accepted my challenge and had me out the door 6:55 with beautiful dipped nails.

This is hands down the best place to get your nails done in North Dallas! I have tried many nail salons from high end places with higher prices to other local salons at similar price points and Lee Lee is the best. The minute you walk you are welcomed and greeted with friendly faces, you are made to feel like a priority, you rarely have to wait and the treatments are so good. These ladies do a fantastic job and I always leave feeling pampered. They never hassle you for more you get what you want. I always love my nails but if there is ever and issue I know could go back. AND Ive taken my sweet little 4 year old son Henry and they treated him like a prince when he wanted his little toes painted. No questions asked. Love Lee Lee!

I paid $67.00 for a mani and pedi. $38 for my nails and $29 for toes. The lady that did my toes was fabulous, the tip I left was genuinely for her. On the other hand, the women who did my finger nails 🙄.... It was supposed to be a simple short boxed/square nail set that were transparent (see through, no design), which Ive had done perfectly at other shops out of state. And yet that was the most difficult request, they butched my nails as far as looks(very lumpy, wide square nails, cloudy looking) and what I asked for. I cant say I wouldnt recommend off of one visit, but maybe just a different nail tech.Update: so its been a week as of the 17th and my right hand, middle finger nail fell off while typing at my job. Probably wouldnt go back if they offered to fix it for free. Other reviews are accurate about breaking/popping off in a few days, wondering if nail techs are even certified?

I absolutely love this place. Its my favorite place in Dallas. Lynn always takes care of me very well. What I like the most is that they take their time and are very careful and meticulous with their work. They absolutely strive for perfection every time. Also you cant beat their prices. I sometimes try other places and I always end up regretting it because I always end up back here, needless to say I have learned my lesson.

Decided to try the place out and regret it immediately. If you want thin nails that break within the first day just by putting your hair up in a pony tail or simply by just putting on your shoes here’s your spot. Not only did 4 nails break terribly (see the picture of one of them) within the first 3 days but when I went back to fix them it was a total nightmare. My real nail was cracked in the middle and lifted from the nail bed on 2 of them. I let the nail tech know to be gentle as they were extremely sore and it hurt when trying to file because my REAL NAIL was lifted and bleeding before. Not only did he dip my broken, open wounded nail into the powder (extremely unsanitary and totally asking for an infection) but he handled my nails very roughly to the point where he pulled off my real nail even more and I started to cry. NEVER in my life have I cried at a nail salon. Please take my experience into consideration. If they are more than willing to risk my safety (dipping powder contamination and power tool equipment) and have me go through that kind of pain then they wouldn’t flinch when doing it to you. I received no apology for the nail breaking or the crying. Oh and the nails you see now are “freshly done”Update: I wrote this post 9 hours ago. The nail they had “fixed” broke right in half AGAIN by simply running my fingers through my hair in the shower. (New picture posted) Needless to say my nail started bleeding once again as it yanked my real nail off my nail bed some more. Please do not take this post lightly. I’ve had my fair share of bad nail salon experience and this is by far the worst.

I got my nails done Friday. It hasnt even been a week & 3 of my nails just popped off, & another one is broke. The job was rushed but I just figured it was because they were busy. Will never come back to this place.

I have been coming to Lee for my manicures and pedicures for 10 years. I will not go anywhere else. Now with the opening of her new salon it is even better. She has created a beautiful and clean salon. She and her staff want their customers to look beautiful and be happy when they leave the salon. I believe they achieve that!

I got a wonderful spa pedicure from Amy! I am unusual and never get polish -I always ask for my nails to be buffed instead. Often, the nail technician will end my pedicure earlier because of the time not need to apply polish. Amy massaged my feet and calves extra to account for the time difference. And it was amazing! The spa is very clean, stylish, and relaxing. I certainly would have paid more for the service I got.

I am very impressed with this new salon. After going elsewhere for 10 years, I have now changed to this Preston and Forest hidden gem. I havent met a staff member I didnt like and they are all very friendly. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. Services are all outstanding and cleanliness excels! I have never been to a cleaner salon and that is of utmost importance to me. I highly recommend this new salon!

I’ve been to many different nail salons and this one wasn’t that good. The old man who did my nails didn’t even clean under my nails, push back my cuticles or cut the dead skin around my finger like they normally would do at a salon. Won’t be going back. The nail salon off Oak Lawn and Cedar Springs Rd ( Onyx Nail bar) is THE BEST PLACE EVER. I’ll just stick with them!

Very professional, very courteous and you get a back massage too! Really enjoyed everything and the prices are reasonable for sure!

My 90+ year old grandmother and I have been coming to this salon for years. They are incredibly gentle with her delicate skin and treat her very well.

Went to get acrylic nails and a regular pedicure. This is by far the fanciest, most relaxing environment i have ever experienced from any other salon. They didnt just do an amazing job, they made me feel comfortable and most of all welcome! I live in Louisiana, but i come to Dallas often to visit my family and friends. This is definitely my go to salon for my nail and toe nail needs!! to top it off, it was definitely clean and very well staffed. The salon never smelled like that acrylic liquid that usually lurks in other salons. This one was amazing, smelled awesome and not like harsh chemicals, and best of all they gave me exactly what i wanted for my nail color!! Which was rare since im very picky with colors and brands!

Will never be back. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they didnt actually know how to do it...so my nails looked pretty stupid. Like a small child did them.

This has to be the worst salon Ive been to.The older man started my nails and left on the previous dip on and immediately start to put on the new powder... I asked him to remove the previous powder and he started talking trash in his language.Next he would not put on the nexygen powder even after I asked because my nails are too long.He was very aggressive when buffing. I had to ask him to do my shape because he just assumed.I will never return here again.

UPDATE: I called them and informed them of my issue. They told me to come in and will fix. And they did. They look 10x better (Tony took great care of me). Basically got another fill and it took less than a hour :) so yes I am happy now.Literally just went in for a FILL on FRIDAY. Yesterday (Monday) theyre lifting. TUESDAY (today) theyre about to pop tf off. As if I didnt just go in on FRIDAY. I would probably understand 1.5 week later BUT 4 DAYS! I requested to have a fill on ombre nails. they couldnt even do that! So I made it easier for them and got a SOLID color that was painted horribly! Nail tech wanted me to choose a darker color. I probably shouldve after seeing this disaster.Lastly it took over an hour - 2 hours to do a FILLL! 1 girl came in got a FULL SET have way thru my process and left before me!!!At this point, its laughable.. I am very disappointed. Trust me I am not exaggerating.Besides that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and a nice atmosphere.

I have been going this shop for a while, and today I was happen. My visit today was to have pedicure and refill of my dip. The lady that did my dip refill cut my nails down to almost nothing(when I told her not to cut the down). Then she left product she used all over my hands, so now I will go home and scrub this off. I Am Not Happy And I Will Not Be Back.

Ive always enjoyed coming here to get a nexgen mani. They do a great job for the price. It can take some time however, maybe 45-60 minutes, so make sure you plan ahead or let them know. One time I came before they closed and they stayed open until they were done with my nails.

Very impressed with this shop! From picking a color, to the friendly staff, and my manicure (nexgen); all of it was much better than any other salon I had been to. Lynn took great care of me, and I will be going back. Granted I went on a rainy Monday afternoon, it was the first time I didnt feel rushed, and was actually pampered. She put me to sleep! Cant wait to go back for mani/pedi in a few weeks!
