Pricey more than ive ever paid ($95 plus 10.00 tip)but nice shop and they have margaritas lol

My nail polish was not put on correctly. Anna polished my toes nails and my pedicure. She seemed like she was having a bad day. Needless to say I wont be back.

This was my first time ever going to this salon and the last time I will ever go. I went in for a pedicure and chose one of the most expensive pedicures they had ($60). One thing that I absolutely love about pedicures is the massage time that’s included. I had chosen a pedicure that had a 15 min massage. The lady massaged my feet for maybe 4 min (I know because I tracked the time on my phone). Not only that, but the rest of the process was done poorly. She was such in a hurry to finish because she had another client waiting on her. When I went to the front to pay, I had told the owner about it, and she refused to believe me and rudely said she had massaged my feet for a longer period of time. The only reason why I give this nail salon a one star is because the lady messed up on the first gel color I had chosen (was not dry yet due to being in a hurry) and she took the time to fix them by applying a different color.

My $68 nails were done so poorly that right after we were in one of them broke… I had to go back and have it fixed. When I got there they told me that they were too busy so I had to throw a fit to get the nail fixed. From there I drove out of town and by the time I made it to Louisiana a second nail broke. Do not expect quality service here AT ALL! The one star is only because Anna did a good pedicure.

I’m 9 months pregnant and went in for a pedicure, I got Anna, and it was AMAZING! She was great, and went all the way just for me, really made me feel so special. 1000% will have my business for a loooonng time (:

The worst customer service period!!! I walked in from the jump the lady at the front rude and nasty to the point I just had to walk away to the bathroom just to calm down just to leave seriously. Spa is the last word this establishment should have in it’s name pertaining to such a place of calm, gratitude, humble and appreciative I refuse to spend my money at a place and be treated like such peasant.

Theeee best coffin ombre set Ive ever had. Amy talked me into a dip set, never done it before, but Im very happy with these flawless results. She takes pride in her work and posts pics of all her work to social media. Of course you get what you pay for, dont go here expecting to pay $20...this full dip set and a deluxe pedicure hit me for $80, and I will gladly come back and spend another $80 in a couple of weeks. They also serve margaritas and fountain drinks and have childrens chairs.

Numerous times, she stopped and got up from working on my nails to help someone else that walked in or called. Horrible experience. I was wearing a sweatshirt, and didn’t look my best. The lady on the front desk made me feel unwelcome. As she mugged me back and fourth. She bombarded me with questions over what service I needed. However she took other person who came after me, then I was told it would be about 45 minutes until I can get service. What someone wears doesn’t define what they have in the bank or what profession they are in. I’m better off buying glue on nails than putting my energy, time and money in this place. When a customer wants to get nails or feet done, they’re practically paying for the experience not much of the service. I had neither one of them.

I went in for a full set, the guy at the front said it was $25 but more depending on shape and length. The lady who did my nails told me $30 for extra length..which extra length when she already cut my nails short🧐 never returning!

I just want to say Im very picky when it comes to my nails. Everyone has done a great job for me. My favorite is Becky! My nails are always done properly and she makes sure that I like them as she does them. The facility is always clean. My boyfriend has got a pedicure from them and he loved! Great place!! Love it!

This place is DISGUSTING but at first glance looks clean. The technician did not use new clean implements, or a base coat. When I asked her to correct a crooked nail she ignored me and began the dip process, then when I told her I still did not like the result they tried to argue me down about why they shouldnt have to fix it. Rude service, terrible hygiene practices. Avoid this shop

I went in yesterday and Ben did my nails! I have never had such a great experience at a nail salon! I will definitely come back again! My nails look better than i could have ever hoped for! Thanks again Ben! She is considerate, gentle, and very attentive! Ben is the best!!!

I have been to sooo many nail salons in uptown to East Dallas. Becky is the best! A ton of dip & Gel colors to choose from. Theyre a hidden gem. Asba hairstylist Im very picky and pay attention to everything. You wont be disappointed.

Nice inside. One of the nail tech do not listen to you. He will try to make you get what he want to do. Well its actually 2 nail tech both of them are males. Will not go back me and my daughter was there and did both are nail wrong.

I called in about 5 minutes before and they got me in. I’ve been to MANY nail salons in the Dallas area and they are the best thus far. Ben did my nails. She payed attention to my every request, was patient, and very kind. I know I’m picky so I appreciate it. I WILL most certainly be returning😃

I come here frequently. They are down the street. The last several months quality declined. Now, I’m sitting here in front of the business 20 mins after it should be open and my appointment time. But, no one is here. There was another customer here who left. I’m about to do the same. Very unprofessional!

I love getting my nails done here! When I first started coming here, I would usually walk in, and always left pretty happy. Most recently, I found Becky to do my dip manicure and Dave to do my pedicure. It’s worth it to make an appointment with these two! Whenever Becky does my dip manicure, she listens to me, and does it very thin and natural...just the way I like it! She’s super quick, too! I’ve had a problem in the past with pedicures because I have very deep natural nail grooves on my big toes. Even when I’ve told past technicians to not cut the corners out because they will become ingrown-no one has listened...until Dave! Not only did he listen, but the massage was great and the polish has stayed on for a super long time! I highly recommend this place, and these two in particular! Couldn’t be happier!

Horrible service, Ive been getting my nails done forever and never had service like this.The gentleman wanted to charge extra for basic service when you get a fill done.I was bombarded and felt rushed to sit down in a chair. I received conflicting prices on what it would cost to fill my nails (lady at the front said $40, the guy said $45, plus extra to get your cuticles cut because your nails are growing) 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️ who does that!?The pedicure was fine, but would NEVER EVER GO BACK

I was helped by a elderly gentleman, and specifically told him I left my old place because they made me bleed. There was probably a cut on 8/10 of my fingers from him filing too hard or getting too close. Multiple fingers were bleeding and were sore for a few days because of it. I wanted to walk out it was so bad but I sat and let him finish and figured I could just deal with it. He kept saying oh I’m so sorry and was very nice but honestly it’s unacceptable as I have never been cut up so bad before and have my nails done every two weeks. I told the younger guy at the front desk and he looked at my hands and said “oh I’m sorry” and didn’t offer anything else. I believe in paying for a service I receive so I didn’t press for anything to be discounted but I wish I would have because it was so painful. Maybe the other techs are okay but I won’t be going back.

They are amazing! Richard treated us like family! Also, on Mondays, you can get 20% off of some services from opening til 3PM. This is my go to place for all things nails and pampering. I love everything about it!

Love this place!!! My nails always on fleek!! Becky does me right every time! No complaints ever! Will not get my nails done anywhere else. The dipping powder is what I get. They have so many color choices ☺️. I normally get almond or coffin shape semi long length. The longest I went in between visits is 3 weeks. There was no lifts or broken nails😊. And I always get compliments!!!! If you’re looking a good nail service place this is it. ❤️

They did a very good job on my nails, even though the lady who did my nails was a little rude to me. I had never gotten the dip nails before and she kept telling me I wasnt relaxing my hand or holding my fingers right, etc. In the end though I was very happy with the way they looked so Im hoping next time goes much smoother.

I went in and the man was rude, he over charged me for the thing I get every time for way cheaper. He was trying to spread my nails and cute me in 3 different places. Also kept saying it was my fault that I got cut.

It was my first time here I walked in & they took me right away. Its a beautiful setup complimentary drinks & margaritas. I asked for dip coffin nails the lady did them beautifully took her time with me. I see alot of comments say $50 is expensive but I paid $40 at the last salon I went to & the tech would cut my fingers with the filing machine & even tho she saw I was bleeding rushed me in the end my nails looked like a 5 yr. old did them. So I dont mind paying a little more for great service & nails!

I found my new nail home for now. The place was clean and service was good. They did an awesome job on my daughter and I nails. I love that the place is large and have more than 5 pedicure seats and having wine was a plus.

The only reason they are deserving of one star is because of the nice older gentleman that does pedicures! He was very sweet! However...the lady that did my nails “Becky” I believe was rude and not welcoming. She rushed and seemed so annoyed. She left stains around my nails and cuticles. Needless to say I absolutely will not be going back.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon at 4:00 after driving around trying to find a nail salon that didnt have a massive wait. I came in for a pedicure and was greeted warmly by the receptionist. She invited me to pick a color and asked if I wanted a glass of wine or anything else to drink. I was seated immediately, too. My pedicurist (Jonny) was terrific. My feet needed some serious help and he did a wonderful job. He also gave one of the best foot/calf massages Ive ever received during a pedicure!

I walked in and the lady at the front desk is very rude. She asked me what I wanted I showed her a picture and she asked if I wanted dipped or powder I said I am not sure which ever would achieve what I showed you on the picture as I am not that familiar with the different techniques because I don’t get my nails done often. Instead of suggesting she just kept repeating over and over again what do you want in a rude tone so I simply left. Customer service is important!

I changed to this shop from another because it is close to my apartment. I signed up for the loyalty program and when I earned rewards the staff and management was very rude about honoring their promo. When I explained the reward didn’t have any exclusions employee threatened to call the police on me putting words in my mouth that I was going to leave without paying which I never said. She was very rude and not customer friendly at that visit even though I’m a loyal customer. They should find a way to better honor the app or remove it better yet they could just simply state the rules before hand in app and I would’ve been more understanding. It was a rainy day and they where slow so I understand the hustle 🤷🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️

My pedi was nicely done. However, he did not tell me his name nor did he ask for mine.

Went in to get powdered nails on Thursday 1/11, it is now Friday 1/17 and one nail has completely came off and 2 are on their way. This has NEVER happened to me before until I came here. Usually powder lasts me 4 PLUS weeks, so that was 50 dollars down the drain. I’m still in disbelief that I spent 50 dollars on something that lasted me less than a full week!

My first time comming here and getting my eye brows waxed. Staff was very friendly and price was fair. Did an amazing job. Will be comming here more often.

Becky she works there that’s my girl she’s the only one I let do my nails she’s good at remembering how I always want them I never have to ask .. They know their customers !!!!

I was coming here since they open ... I used to live on Skillman so it was a lot closer to me .... everyone did a great job there .... I always get the dip powder and the lady I go to is name tammy ... my nails is always on fleek !!! I always get compliments at work she takes her time which is great! The staff is friendly ..... I go there every 3 to 4 weeks ... I always recommend this Salon to anyone! PS .... I moved to PG so its a bit far ... but drive is Worth it!!!💚💚💅💅

Consumers BEWARE! My ring finger was cut from an unskilled manicurist with the dremmel (drill bit). He also used the drill to drill off my cuticle tissue which hurt. The salon did not have Band-Aids or antiseptic to offer for my open, bleeding wound. Another manicurist asked if I wanted unsanitary nail glue put on my open, bleeding wound! I declined. My blood was on the station and they wiped it up with a towel. Eventually the receptionist went to the Tom Thumb to purchase Band-Aids. Total NIGHTMARE! I will never go there again and I hope you don’t either.

I went to get my nails, a regular full set, not the dip, not the gel. Once i was in the chair the tech kept asking if I wanted dip after saying no 3x she kept saying it was better and unlike acrylic more sanitary, so I felt pressured to get it. Once I say down I told her I wanted coffin shape and told het the length she said it would be an additional $5 so I was at $40 now. In the middle of the service after she shaped them, another tech walked by and said something in Vietnamese, then I was told it was going to be an additional $5 to length (in addition to shape) the salon was full of people and she had already was halfway so I didnt have a choice but to say yes. When I went back I told Becky I wanted to stick with acrylic and she said she would have to charge me extra $5,she preferred to lose a Customer over $5.

This is absouletly the best nail salon I have ever been to They have a full bar and very attentive and friendly staff. All the nail techs there I can recommend because I get new people every time and it never fails! I always get exactly what I want! The two managers Twi (i think thats how you spell it) & Richard are so cool and very professional. The place is upscale and has nice drinks. And michelle does the best eyebrows because she also does make up and understands where the correct arch is supposed to be. I couldnt imagine going to any other nail salon they literally have everything I need here and more!

My experience here The first time was amazing got right in and out perfect.. However the second time will to be honest I thought I was just tripping my eyebrows was completely different wrong freaked up and/or whatever.. So you asked why did you not go back I did not want to come across as the argue black woman always complaining about something and trying to get out of paying.. Never will return to this overpriced place again. I asked at the beginning of my apt and she quoted me $35 and then she rang me up it was $55.My nails look bad. She didnt know how to do an ombre. Super frustrating

Came in at 720 to get an eyebrow waxing and they told me they were closed because they have a meeting. They had 3 people getting pedicures and 2 extra employees just standing around. would have been able to help me out and make the meeting or pffer me something but no just rude.

This place was terrible service was not good and I paid 50 dollars for my nails just for them to come off 4 days later and they just continued to pop off whole everyday and when I go back they want to still charge me for a repair because I waited too long to become back in even with me showing my receipt and how my nails popped off WHOLE! Never again I have never been so furious and disappointed with a nail shop.

This place sucks. Bad service n overpriced. Lop sided nails n just plain horrible experience. The place was empty but somehow I had to be rushed n have my hands n feet done at the same time. I felt miserable. Everything cost extra n they do a horrible job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. FYI I had to go in two days after they did my nails for a do over because they were lumpy and look sided. They will never get another dime from me.

I went over to do my nails on the 23/04/18 0n Monday and by Wednesday the 25/04/18 it was peeling off already. I wanted the deep bcuz am trying to avoid using glue on my nails. I paid $35 for my nails and it didnt last a week.Pure pure pure waste of money. Definetely never ever stepping my foot here.

Im very disappointed in the service at this salon. I received a new set of dipping nails on 02/21/19 (pedicure for myself and hubby as well - totally bill $135). I had 2 nails break 2 days later while on vacation. When I returned 8 days later, I revisited Dallas Nail Spa to get them repaired. I couldnt find the exact color I previously got and no one offered to help. So, I elected to pay and have yet another new set put on ($50). Today, less than 24 hours later, I have yet another nail that has broken while pulling a file out of a file cabinet. I have spent over $100 in the last 8 days on my nails ($185 total). The first set was put on by Becky. They looked nice, but didnt last but 2 days. Spending money on a luxury item such as this and not receiving the value in that item is upsetting, but the TIME! The TIME that it takes me to go get them repaired is my most frustrating experience. I believe they are totally capable of doing nails that look good, but the quality of their work is just not there. The price for my dipping nails were $45, which I was originally excited about because I am use to spending $60-$65 where I moved from, but I would certainly pay it to guarantee that my nails stayed looking nice longer than 24 hours, not to mention avoiding the pain that is felt when one of those things breaks. I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years. I have been using dipping for about a year and half and my nails last 4 weeks at least without breaking. I will not be returning to this establishment and will choose to spend my money elsewhere.UPDATE: I called to speak to the owner. Steven identified himself as such. I informed him of my experience. He said you must have hit them for them to break. I explained that I was simply pulling a file from a file cabinet at work. He then said, we made them thin for you so they would look natural. I also let him know I spent 3 hours in his establishment yesterday, patiently waiting to get my nail re-done. He said, oh we were busy. It seems that excuses are this owner was capable of giving. I told him that I wished to have a refund for the set I received yesterday as this was the 2nd set that Id received in 8 days that did not last. He said that was not their policy and that they give their techs 60% of the amount paid. Im certain Steven would not pay for the quality of service his establishment is providing. Its a shame that this salon will continue to decrease in ratings because of its lack of opportunity to observe areas that need improving.

Dont ever waste your time here, at first everything was going well and they even offered us something to drink, the manager i believe was really mean and almost wanted to yell at me, the guy that was doing my nails didnt know what he was doing and he kept putting my nails in the wrong order. Never again, my nails popped off 3 days after I got them done, l didnt even want them touching my nails anymore so I did not complain about it. Im that turned off by them..They charge you to reshape your nails THE SAME SHAPE THEY WERE when you get a fill. Other shops do not do that at all.. They only have 1 person there that knows how to actually do and shape nails good!! She may be the only reason they have business... I will be going back to the nail shop on Royal and skillman.. They may not have the upgraded building and the drinks, but they do damn good nails and the dont charge what they charge.. Save your money, your nails will not last long at all. I have went back to this place numerous times and was let down.. They are the closest nail shop by my home. Willing to do some traveling now.

Amazing staff and service

I got a pedicure, a manicure & eyebrow wax. Both mani & pedi vey poor quality. Its expensive but I dont mind as long as I get what I pay for. But this here... Dont waste your time ladies. My eyebrows where the only thing I dont regret doing. As for the rest. I AM NEVER GOING BACK. They are very polite here but cant do a good job, I should attach a picture. Its rediculous that I paid for this bull.
