My very elderly Mom needed work done on her lower denture . She hadn’t been able to eat solid food for a number of days !! I called Belterra Dental and Melissa, who is at the front desk, was not only so pleasant, but also extremely helpful . She got us in immediately ! She really went out of her way to fit us in ! Then, we were so fortunate to have the technician, Meme !! She is AMAZING !! Going in I was fearful that my mother would need a whole new denture, which at 103 years old was not an option . But, Meme took the old denture and performed a miracle. She did a masterful job at fixing the denture !! Mom went in not even being able to keep the denture in for 2 seconds, to leaving happily chomping down with no pain at all !! I feel so fortunate finding two such wonderful, capable, and empathetic people at Belterra DentalSo grateful !!

This office is amazing! You can tell that the main focus of Dr. Chandra and her assistants is the quality of patient care. Since I have a good amount of anxiety about going to the dentist, I was hesitant since it was a new office and I hadn’t been in a little while. However, they made me feel extremely welcomed and explained what was happening through each part of the cleaning. Highly recommend going here if you are new to the area or looking to switch up dentists in general!

Front desk employee is very nice. The doctor gave numbing medicine on the gums and waited a decent amount of time to allow the gum to numb enough to only fill a pinch before the shots.Shaleka was a great comfort to my 14-year-old who was nervous about having to get two cavity fillings (top and bottom jaw). She held my daughter’s hand and told her to squeeze her hand if she felt any pain or discomfort during the procedure. My daughter was also given earbuds and a tv to watch to help keep her distracted.

Sunena is the best hygienist I have even seen. She has superb customer service abilities. She is very thorough and always does her best to make me feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about her. She is a great person and a great hygienist. I recommend Belterra dentistry to anyone in Austin.

This was my first visit to Belterra Dental and I have to say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at the dentist. The staff was really kind and friendly and Dr. Mortensen was super friendly and very nice. He explained everything to me very clearly. I felt like I was in really good hands there. Their technology is incredible. They were able to take a 3-D image of my entire mouth with a wand and prepare a night guard for me. I did not have to bite into something really gummy and wait for it to harden. I’m so glad that they are close to where I live as well.

Very happy to have found Belterra Dental. I had a dental emergency on a weekend and got an appointment first thing when they opened for the week. This was my first visit having moved to Austin recently. Everyone was so kind and comforting. They made sure to explain my options with pricing and didn’t pressure me to make a certain choice. Although there was a slight mix up with my appointment, everyone was very helpful and made sure I was seen as soon as possible. This was my first visit with BD and I was curious as to how it would go.I recently moved into Austin and found them on a list of providers given to me by my insurance company. After reviewing 5 or 6 dentists in my area, I chose BD because they had a large number of customers who took the time to review them and they were ranked 4.5 stars.My experience was great. The facility is very state of the art and the staff there are so very nice. My visit was the best I ever had at a dentist. (Im not going to tell my old dentist, but thats the truth!)I had a deep cleaning, so I had to have some injections given. They were so gentle and professional.You cant go wrong here! For months, Ive waiting for Belterra Dental to open up because its right down the street from my house. I submitted a request for an appointment online and they called me immediately to set up times for both my husband and I to get our cleanings. When I arrived I was greeted by the most friendly office coordinator and the ease of check in was very speedy. The waiting room was nicely decorated with coffee and cold drinks available. The exam room was nicely lit with floor to ceiling windows. The exam chair was comfortable too. They also had a Roku TV with options to watch movies, listen to music or even look at your teeth x-rays. There was even a TV on the ceiling. The technician who took my x-rays and teeth photos was awesome, thorough and witty! I finally got to meet Dr. Chandra who went over my x-rays, did my exam, offered suggestions and did my cleaning as well. She was ultimately the coolest dentist Ive ever met and Im sold on going back to Belterra Dental from now on. Thanks to the ladies at Belterra Dental for making this new patient feel right at home.

I recently took my 94 year old mother to Dr. Chandra for an evaluation and cleaning and could not have been more satisfied. Dr. Chandra took a lot of time with us reviewing the options for moms dental care given her advanced age. She explained everything very thoroughly and showed us pictures of every tooth that had an issue. I was so pleased with the experience my mother had with her that I transferred from the dentist that I have gone to for over 20 years and am now Dr. Chandras very satisfied patient myself. The staff is friendly and competent as well!

My experience at Belterra Dental was truly remarkable. Before my appointment even started, I was greeted by the receptionist whom gave me a breakdown of what I could expect from my appointment in terms of cost and procedures. She gave me options of what I may or may not want. The wait was minimal and I was able to choose from a bevy of great drink options. When the dental assistant brought me to the back, she and the doctor started to talk/work on my teeth right away. I enjoyed that I didn’t have to wait around for an extended period of time. I searched online for a local dentist and Belterra Dental was the first one I found. When I explained my granddaughters issue to the wonderful Ms. Lori, she told me to bring her in right away. WOW! I absolutely love this office. I went this week for a cleaning and went previously for Zoom whitening and a cleaning. Dr Chandra is so amazing at what she does and is a very sweet person. She remembered what I do and asked about my summer plans. The personalized service and relaxed atmosphere makes going to the dentist a really nice experience! I recently switched dentists because I was not happy with the new management which took over from my old dentist.I ended up going to Belterra Dental and I have to say-- What a delight! Dr. Chandra is not only professional, but a superb diagnostician who saved me literally thousands of dollars from a previous professional assessment.I was so happy I had my 88 year old father, who hates dentists, go there as well and hes so excited about the program Dr. Chandra has him on. I was very impressed. I am a 48 year old scaredy-cat, but they were all very nice. They knew I couldn’t afford a lot and I need to have my front teeth replaced so I can smile again, and while other dentists that I saw just wanted to make money and only offered the most expensive route, they wanted to save my teeth and made it affordable. For the first time in a very long time I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist thanks to Belterra Dental. I look forward to having a long relationship with them.

I had 2 wisdom teeth removed yesterday at Belterra Dental. I was very impressed. I did not feel a thing!! Dr. Anand and his assistant Andrea made it their top priority to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. Always checking up on me to see how I was doing and feeling during the numbing process. Im not going to lie, I was bit anxious because I did not know how painful it was going to be. From having the Doc inject the Anesthetic to removing my molars, I absolutely felt no pain at all during the procedure. Not even when the tooth was pulled out. Dr. Anand explained everything he was doing step by step as he went on. I was conscience the entire procedure (just numbed of course) If it wasnt for him notifying me that the tooth was out I would have never known. Thanks Belterra Dental for making me feel like a champ.

I usually hate going to the dentist and get very nervous prior to going, that is not the case with Belterra Dental. They are amazing here and make sure that you are comfortable the whole time. They make sure to not only explain what is going on with your teeth but actually show you exactly where the problem is and what they are going to do. This is by far the best dentist I have ever been too.

She also showed me photographs of my teeth so that I could see each problem area as we discussed it. She went into detail about how I could improve, even though the condition of many of my teeth were already satisfactory; other dentists would have told me good enough and just moved on.The staff also cared for my comfort. They offered a choice of TV programs (broadcast or streaming) both in the waiting area and in the chair and provided glasses to block the glare of the florescent lights. They also performed the cleaning as comfortably as possible, especially during the power brushing, when they suctioned the excess water more effectively than any dentist Ive used before.Importantly, I also had a good experience before and after the appointment; Ive called several times for various reasons and always get a human right away (again unlike some doctor and dentist offices Ive used). And perhaps because theyre a new practice, they have lots of availability and minimal wait time, so scheduling appointments was super easy.

Had a great experience at Belterra Dental where I got my cleaning done recently. Was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff.Also helped myself to some great Keurig coffee while waiting at the reception area.Dr. Chandra was very gentle and did an excellent job at cleaning.I was impressed by the up-to date facility and state of the art dental equipment. With the intra -oral cameras I was able to see what was going on in my teeth, on the TV in front of me.Dr. Chandra was very patient and answered all the questions I had.They also provided with a set of head phones which cancelled all the noise around me and was able to watch my favorite show on the overhead TV.The cleaning went by like a breeze.I would certainly come back to Belterra Dental for my future dental needs.

I went to Dr. Chandra at Belterra dental when I was experiencing severe tooth pain. It is notable that identify myself as the following: a fussy scared patient who has not been maintaining good oral hygene regularly so my teeth were pretty bad. From that moment the staff and Dr. Chandra went above and beyond to ensure my comfort a lack of pain and a sense that I could accomplish all of my goals with my teeth. They are a group of very caring and very kind professionals and I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any dental care. My only wish is that Dr. Chandra would do complex Endo so that I wouldnt have to go anywhere else ever. It was just good luck and a godsend that I found her. I should list that I have had the following care: two complex deep fillings; deep cleaning; periodontal care; and two extractions. They always call and ask how Im doing and check in after each and every procedure. Actually for the first time Im looking forward to going back in January for routine care and if I need any more care whatsoever I am going to use her. I hope that she has a thriving practice caring for those in the dripping Springs area and beyond. Quite frankly if I had to drive even a great distance I would still come back to her.

This place really is that great, no need to feel all of the 5 star reviews are suspect at all.You can tell they care when they respond back to these posts.I too am giving Belterra Dental 5 stars because they really stand out ahead of my previous dentists.I agree with many of the other reviewers.Dr. Chandra was thorough, professional, and nice. All of the staff that I met was.The building is new, the water refreshment was nice, I was impressed with being able to watch Netflix while getting my cleaning done. There was a TV when sitting up, and a 2nd TV when lying back.I am glad I found a new great dentist! Thanks!
