Only 95% sure I received some form of infection after getting my nails done here. I’ve been a loyal customer & highly recommend their work, but this is unacceptable. And I don’t want anyone in my local community to go through this. The healing has been horrific. Not going back. Which breaks my heart bc this was my favorite place :(

This salon sucks!! They owe me 20 bucks for a prepaid dip on one of my hands! The manager said oh we have already done that service for you. What i said? No you have not.. I highly recommend NOT using for any beauty need you may have. definitely dont prepay!!

I got the dip French, medie & pedicure ... I love how at the end of it they rub your neck and shoulders, I love that my neck been killing me

I got powdered nails about a month ago every thing seemed fine until I got a huge amount of pain in my finger when taking them off I saw I had a cut going though half of my finger I decided to go back and again she cut my fingers I had 4 nails bleed. And I got mine done today and one already has a crack in it after getting them done a hr ago

I don’t get my nails done often, but when I heard about dip my interest was peaked. I thought right before Valentine’s Day was a good time to try it out. My nail technician was nice, however I walked away with literally half of my cuticles cut and bleeding. I paid $65 for bloody fingernail beds.

TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD VERY BAD THREADING!*This woman, the ONLY woman who does threading here, has NO idea how to thread! This typically takes anywhere from 5 to 10 min MAX... NEVER 30 min. I guess I should have seen it coming when she asked Why dont you just them waxed? *I break out with wax. So a VERY LONG story short....This is as short as I could make it.1.) My eye brows DONT match. One is a strong arch and the other is a semi circle. 2.) My arch has a BALD spot now, which is the reason she made it into a semi circle Im guessing (That made more sense to her. maybe I wouldnt notice a chunk of hair missing) 3.) She used the tweezers just as much as the thread. 4.) SEVERAL instances where she kept using the thread OVER & OVER without pulling ANYTHING. Which is why Im assuming she kept tweezing. 6.) I still have hair in my unibrow and around my eye brows. 5)When I asked to speak with a manager she insisted I ONLY speak to her. 6) When I did speak to the manager we tried to come up with a solution, but my brows were too far gone to revive them.**** DO NOT COME HERE FOR THREADING!!!! ****

I came back here so that emily could fix my broken acrylic nail and she did a horrible time the first time, when i came back the second time and asked her to fix it she was not understanding at all and proceeded to do a horrible job the second time. i will not be returning to Nova nail salon because despite the positive reviews i read, my experience was quite the opposite.

Amazing! They did a way better job than the other places I went to. And they give you FREE drinks! My powder nails stayed on for a long time and they were perfect! Totally recommend!

I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars, because Nova totally deserves it! This nail salon is clean, they use brand-new tools for every customer, and they have great customer service. The staff is very friendly and they never rush through your nails. They spend time on each customer, making sure everything is perfect but still not taking forever on your nails. The selection of colours are amazing, and they offer you free drinks! I go with my friends all the time, and they all love it like i do. The last time I went was around 3 weeks ago, and besides a few chips my set still looks amazing. I’m looking forward to going tomorrow! I absolutely recommend you to come here.

What a great experience! The salon is beautiful, the staff is so sweet and my mani pedi are perfect! Every time I come in there’s no wait and did I mention they have a free bar? Best nail salon in Dallas! P.S there’s a lady that does airbrush spray tanning!! Score!

The Beyond spa is so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They offer you wine or a cocktail. Their nail work looks outstanding. They even fixed my broken nail for nothing. I dont usually stick to one shop, since the quality isnt consistent, but I think Ive finally found my girls.

Great pedi but mani was C- at best, very sloppy polish😖. In fact so bad that I removed at home and repolished myself 🙄.

They don’t honor reservations. They rushed through my manicure and pedicure. They don’t honor their own promotions. Better options are down the block.
