I love Pink Pedi! I’ll never go anywhere else. The salon is intimate, beautiful, and intentional. The bath bombs, body scrubs, and body butter are next level. The Dazzle Dry polish transformed my nails that were previously ruined from next gen, into healthy, natural, beautiful nails.The best part though has to be my girl Jade! She is so attentive and has an immaculate attention to detail. I love catching up with her, hearing about how silly her dog Franklin is, and she does the best job. I’ll be coming back to see her at Pink Pedi for as long as I live in the area!

Definitely a cool concept and cute spot, but the quality of pedicure you receive is not worth the prices. Pedicures start at $48 and they charge $10 to remove gel.Staff is friendly and accommodating when they fit me in last minute however, I would not visit again.

I really enjoyed my experience at Pink Pedi. I made a mix up on scheduling and they got in by having the owner do my service vs turning me away. I love they make all most of their own products for the service. It’s safe and organic. I loved the process of picking out my own scrub, silky lotion and bath bomb. The owners seem super thoughtful and intentional. I don’t mind paying more for such a positive, clean, organic experience! Found my new place. I am a regular.

Nina was absolutely amazing to work with. I got the manicure + dip. The salon is small and they are taking Covid precautions seriously (which I appreciate). There selection on dip colors is robust and they helped me pick a color combination, too!

I booked my appointment and saw that if you don’t let them know within 24 hours they will still charge you so that was the best way for ME to keep my appointment 😂 with the COVID going around right now I was so happy to have them take my temp and ask me a series of questions. Also after another customers appointment they sanitized and clean the area she was in! Winning 😍 my technician did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I loved the experience. No missing spots it’s just the angle of the shine. Sorry about my ugly feet 🦶

The quality of their work is definitely not worth the price they charge. I was excited try this place out and was left very disappointed. Both manicures and pedicures are not well done, they look like I did them myself and didn’t last at all.The customer service is lacking as well- not friendly and treated me like they were doing me a favor instead of performing a service.Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

The $58 pedicure I paid for is described on the website as being one hour long. Mine only lasted for 40 minutes. The price is steep but what did I miss out on? I don’t mind paying more for a service if it is worth it — especially since this place is toxic free and extremely sanitary. But what a disappointment. The clay mask was only used on my legs, not my feet. What’s the point of that? And the massage was short. Very disappointing.

I’ve been here numerous time, and I’ve always loved it. Today, I had a fantastic pedicure from Kevin. Like someone said below, he has a great attention to detail. Took his time to make it perfect during the service, but was still very efficient and I was out in about an hour! Will definitely be coming back for Kevin specifically!

Absolutely obsessed with this place. They use all natural EVERYTHING — including 7-free Zoya polish. I love the concept since I try to stay far away from extra chemicals with my body. I love how they make everything specifically for the salon too (bath bombs, sugar scrub and body butter) it’s ahhh-mazing. Don’t miss this gem. And Miss Star Williams is fantastic, she lets you know what’s happening at each step and takes care as she caters to you. This place is my go-to from now on. I can’t wait to come back!

This is my absolute favorite nail salon! They are eco-friendly and use toxin-free vegan nail polish, which is also fast-drying. The technicians are all super friendly and very efficient. I love the pink decor and the fact that they make their own high-quality products! I will never go anywhere else in Dallas as long as Pink Pedi is here :)

I got a pedicure and my feet look and feel amazing. The products are very highly quality, all natural, and definitely worth the price. The owner and staff are so friendly and accommodating. Everything is natural and sustainable. Overall, loved the vibe of the place. Great way to relax. (Also very clean and cautious when it comes to COVID)

Have always seen Pink Pedi whenever I would grab coffee at Houndstooth. I was always curious to step foot into Pink Pedi. Finally, I decided to treat myself to a manicure/pedicure. This place is “Heaven on earth!!!” They’re taking extra steps and precautions in order to remain safe during this weird COVID time. The bath bombs, sugar scrub, and body butter treatments made me feel like a celebrity. I’m not sure who creates the playlist… But the music is fantastic and soothing. Pink Pedi gave me the BEST experience! I will definitely be coming back!

This was by far the best dip powder manicure I have ever received. I was in town for the Thanksgiving holiday and really needed to fix my dip. I found this place online and made an online appointment that day with Ninia (I believe that was her name!). They took me right in on time and started right away. Their method of removing old dip on your nails is so much better than other salons (they use heat to speed up the removal process). Ninia was attentive and overall awesome. My nails have seriously never looked better. I wish I could fly back every time I needed a manicure!

I had an issue with the scheduling and they gave me a really hard time and weren’t flexible and very unprofessional. They aren’t accommodating or customer friendly. They lost my service! Will definitely go back to mini lux or other nail salons in the area as they charged me for being late without texting me an appointment reminder or calling me or anything. They don’t know how to run a business that is people oriented. Had been once before and wasn’t impressed by their nail services at all!

I’m obsessed w this place after one visit. I got The Essential with Gel. They make their own scrubs and body butters, and were patient and cool and helpful when I was trying to decide on a color🙃my nails almost always look weirdly thick when I get gel or dip but they look so NATURAL after my visit to Pink Pedi yay❤️

Like others, I decided to give this place a second chance and found out the techs are not as skilled. I really hate that because I’ve been looking for a boutique nail salon with natural products. For $80 my polish also had bubbles in it and it’s not painted well at all. They are not as all natural as they claim to be. The pic of my nails is not even 24 hours later. Very disappointing.

Definitely over hyped place, way to expensive for what it’s worth. I went here with both of my daughters and even with appointments had to wait 20min. They rushed are manicure and pedicure was just ok. You can get better just around the corner for half the price and you won’t be rushed.

Basic nail salons watchout! Absolutely amazing experience, wonderful staff, highly recommend. This upscale hipster, hippy-chic nail salon, feels comfortable and extremely personalized. You get to pick your own bath bomb, scrub and lotion rich are all made in house! Such a fun concept. The only thing is you need to schedule and appointment, no walk ins.

This is by far the cutest nail spa I have been to in Dallas! I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Star Williams. She was super knowledgeable and very patient with the whole process. At other salons, feel like they rush to get the job done and don’t do a thorough job, but not here! She made sure I was comfortable and had the perfect look for my upcoming vacay. I got the heel repair treatment and loved it! I highly recommend visiting here if you’re in the area! I will definitely be back to book my next nail appointment with Star.

Great service, mostly organic products used, my gels from them last almost a month without chipping. I have yet to receive a bad nail tech, everyone is friendly there. Not to dig at other salons, but its nice to have everyone speak and understand English really well.

I love this place! They are always so friendly and welcoming. And the place is just so dang cute 💖 they have the best hand balm so your hands always feel super soft afterwards.

Positives first -- very friendly, welcoming, lovely people. I really like the products made in-house, and the fact that they carry non-toxic polishes. It feels luxurious to drop a handmade bath bomb in the cute little round foot tub and have it bubbling around my feet. The down sides: the tech was gentle and careful, but she did kind of the bare minimum with shaping the nail and seemed to have a bit of a hard time doing a French finish. The decor looked like it had potential, but some upgrades and consistency would make a tremendous difference in the overall feel. Finally, it was FREEZING -- I must have been right under the AC vent, or something! I was glad I brought a scarf, which I draped over my shoulders. If I lived in the area, Im sure I would be a regular, and I sure would love if they would open a location closer to me!

Pink Pedi nails the experience that I think most people in Dallas are looking for when going to a nail spa. The place smells AMAZING, everyone is so friendly, and the whole place is so comfy. This will definitely be my salon of choice in the future! My only complaint is that the place is so popular that you HAVE to make an appointment, I havent seen there be many walk in appointments available. However, you can make appointments online and the website is really user friendly - so worth it.

Fantastic environment - classy, clean & fresh with excellent products and a kind and authentic staff. The lack of toxic products and fumes is literally a breath of fresh air. I became a client last year and always leave here feeling rejuvenated. It’s not “cheap” per se, but the price list is fair and you get a lot for the money IMO. Highly recommended!

The experience at this place was so perfect I couldnt find a complaint even if I wanted to. The staff is INCREDIBLE. When you walk in you are given a basket to place your pedicure items in. All products are house made and they smell delicious. I got the VIP pedicure ($98) and it was worth every penny. First you get a massage with their house made muscle rub, then they get you a mini bottle of wine to enjoy while the pedicure process begins. The entire pedicure lasted 90 minutes and was relaxing and delightful from start to finish.My favorite product was probably the bath bombs, they fizz a lot and have glitter in them!This is a PERFECT girls day and would make for a fun date. There were at least 3 men who came in for pedicures so for the male skeptic reading this, you are safe bro, you wont be alone!

My tech did not have the level of skills for the prices that they charge! I could have got this quality of service at a beauty school for twenty dollars. Ten Tin was a one. My nails look like I did them myself. I expected way more, was very disappointed in the service. I was so excited and looking forward to getting my nails done there. Such a let down, I have an event to go to and now have to pay someone else to fix this.And when I let it be known I was not pleased with the and requested another tech. I was told I couldnt have one. Horrible customer service and customer satisfaction is not a priority!

I went for a gel manicure, thinking I would get a UV free, and a seven free nail polish. I was wrong they use the same process as all the other nail salons. Definitely was not the best healthy option I thought. The price was competitive with other nail shops. The nail polish used was OPI, plus their color selection was very limited.

I went to Pink Pedi to get a pedicure before my wedding and I loved my experience! It was so fun picking out my bathbombb, scrub, and lotion. I also love that everything is non-toxic.

Definitely a solid place if youre looking for a dip manicure, but Id avoid it for traditional polish manicures or pedicures. Twice now they havent let the layers cure properly, so the polish gets tiny bubbles in it and slides off your nails a day or two later.

WARNING I was charged $189 for a service I never received. FRAUDCareful with this salon: 1. DO NOT PUT A CARD ON FILE. 2. Make sure the receptionist is doing her job correctly. 3.FRAUDI have been here 2 times and each time, my experience would had an issue with miscommunication. The last appointment I made would have been my 3rd time, which they eventually screwed me over. I made an appointment a month in advance on the day that I thought it was. When I came for my appointment, the receptionist who made it said I no-showed and charged me the full amount of the service of $189. The charge itself was supposedly a no-show fee, which I wasnt told about. Two other ladies then proceeded to throw an attitude, which was unnecessary, and all I wanted to do is speak to a manager who apparently wasnt there.I later received a call from the the manager named Nani (something like that) who said they couldnt refund me the charge and wasnt helpful at all or even offer a solution.Lastly, there was no authorization for this charge so I made a claim to my bank and told them about the situation. They lied to my bank about how I did receive the services, which is absurd with proof of surveillance footage, or lack there of.

Best pedicure in all of Dallas-- no toxic fumes just herbs and so many choices to choose from and the scrubs, body butters and bath bombs rotate all the time. Theres always a new flavor when I come. Also love the complimentary tea, sparkling water and rosé! The only thing is the polish doesnt last as long as a traditional.pedicure but thats another reason to come back sooner.

Pampered is an understatement. Here in Dallas for a work/personal trip with my daughter and treated us to mani/pedis. this is truly an experience. Selecting our own essential oils and bath bombs along the way. we will certainly come back. You can see how relaxed my daughter was by the end 😴

Beautiful space with nice products. However the space is small and I was disappointed with the additional charge for OPI colors and the massage in the pedicure was lacking. For the same price you can get much more at other salons with the same quality. Also the young lady who completed my pedicure wore her hair down and her hair would brush against my feet as she worked which was uncomfortable and unsanitary

Pink Pedi is like no other salon Ive gone to.So happy that there is an Eco Friendly salon in the area. It always smells so good in there with all the new bath bomb flavors!I ALWAYS go in for a pedi and nail dip. Most recently I had the pleasure to have Tin work on my nails. He is such a doll.I appreciate that he takes his time on my nails, helps me pick out colors that i normally would not try, and always pays attention to detail. My nails have never felt this healthy before!My girlfriend and I always go in together and have a mini Spa Days at Pink Pedi...and, as the staff there knows, after each Spa Day we have to agree on how we can both have our Dip Nails done by Tin.Everyone there is so fun and nerdy, we both LOVE Pink Pedi!

What can I say about Pink Pedi? Well, for starters, friendly staff, very interactive with clients. Mrs. Star performed a wonder on my hands. I work on cars, load and unload boxes off a semi- trailer all day. So, you probably can imagine how my hands looked. Jokingly, she said she was retiring after these hands. LOL. Wonderful woman.I even had the pleasure of the manager Mrs. Ninia for give my pedicure. Felt soooooooo gooooooood. Will be returning every 2 weeks, and recommend you pampering yourself. Ladies, get the men of your lives in also. Glad my wife ask me to go.
