Hands down, the BEST place to get your nails done!! I’ve been getting my nails done for 25 years and The Nail Salon does them better than any other place I’ve tried, I’ve been to many nail salons. Kim does my nails and they are perfect EVERY TIME!!!

I asked before getting my nails done if it was possible to get a design on top of dip. The woman said yes and agreed to the photo I showed. Then, as she was finishing the dip she turned to me and said the design would look bad if I got it and I have “too small of nail beds” for a design. The nail artist next to her agreed and said it would not look good. I would just like to say I have never been told I have small nail beds. In fact, I have weirdly been complimented on how big of nail beds I have. Anyway, I was made to feel bad, but said I still wanted it. I asked for a two color design and the woman said no. She only did one color and did not follow the photo I showed at all. I would have much rather she told me she was not capable of doing the design first. She then proceeded to charge me an extra $7 for a design I could have done myself. The photos below are what I asked for vs what I got. I won’t be returning.

I’ve been to the nail salon twice now and both times I’ve had amazing service! My nails look fabulous. All of the employees are very friendly. They have very reasonable pricing especially for being in Dallas.

They are very good with pedicure and massage highly recommended they do Dip powder which is the one I like to get on my manicure They did exactly what I wanted but unfortunately the nails with design started locking cracked the same day. I would just recomend the personal to be more detailed oriented and also get better brand for the designs because it is definitely not a cheap service.I also did my brows and they did also a good job with the design but still I have to ask her to redo few missed spots in between my brows.

I usually hate going to nail salons because my nails never end up looking like what I was expecting however this location is the best nail salon hands down!!! Excellent work. THEY RESCUED MY HANDS!!! My nail technician knew exactly what I wanted and not only was she good but she was fast. No appointment needed and the staff is super friendly. This will be my nail salon from now. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The 15% sign is misleading. It’s only for SMU students. I’ve given this place THREE chances for pedi/mani(acrylic) and I will NEVER return. I’ve shown them pictures of what I wanted and Kim has a VERY hard time understanding instructions. I should NOT have to keep explaining myself. I am always there over 2 hours and it’s a simple pedi and mani with powder on my nails. The other 2 ladies just stand around. It seems like Jenny has to interpret everything. Apparently, she’s not good at interpreting instructions. Suggestion to the owner, have your staff learn English at least for the line of work they are doing.Fyi: if you’re meticulous on your nails matching (cut and color) they fail at this as well.

I just received a dip set for nails and luxury pedicure. Hands down the best pedicurist in Dallas - Bow. He is kind and courteous and very thorough with his work. Ive strayed a few times over the year but always come back! I look forward to my pedis every two weeks bc of him!

Worst nails service Ive ever received, my tech was rude and rough she cut me multiple times. Thankfully Kim was there and she was amazing, she took time to try and fix her co-workers mess she made of my nails.

I followed the now new owner Kim from her prior salon. Thats how amazing her service is. Ive been a customer of hers for 5 years now and wouldnt go to anyone else. So naturally when she told me she was taking over her own salon I followed. The staff is kind and attentive. I always leave happy with the services I obtain, from dip powder on my natural nails, pedicure, eye brow and bikini wax.

I am always hesitant to get my nails done or try something different with my nails. Last night my sister brought me to The Nail Salon and I had such a great experience. The ladies are very friendly and are great at what they do. Kim is my sisters go to nail tech she will let you know if a color goes with your complexion or not. I got coffin shaped nails and was very concerned it wouldnt look right with my hands but she did amazing! Highly recommend this place!

I’ve had my fingernails done here once and they diid great and right now I’m getting the most amazing pedicure from Richard. So relaxing and he has taken his time to do everything thoroughly. Will definitely come back when he’s here. Everyone here is so sweet.

I have been using The Nail Salon for the past several months. Their work is excellent, the hours are convenient and it’s a great location for me, across from Kroger on Mockingbird Lane a few doors down from Campisi’s. The prices are very reasonable, and they are always so friendly and professional. Kim is great. Highly recommend her!!

They are awesome. When I come they are always friendly. They are very nice and sweet people. Much better than the previous owners. Everyone should come. I have been to other shops, but I come back every time to this one.

I had a facial and pedicure and their attention to detail was fabulous. The price couldnt be beat, either. For the full facial, regular pedi, and eyebrow wax, I walked out the door spending less that $100 (minus tip) and totally relaxed. Nice massage chairs, too. Everyone was amazingly attentive and kind - will definitely come back!

Kim is amazing with nails, she perfects the almond shape in a way no other there or anywhere in the area can for their price. (Not too thick when I do the dip or acrylic either!) Great people!

Trish does a great job on my hands and feet! I have been going to the salon for years, it used to be Jeannies. The new management here is friendly and they offer a clean salon with good pricess.

Ann did my manicure and pedicure. First thing is this was my first and last time at this establishment. I was in a hurry and saw the reviews were not that bad. I shouldve taken heed. I noticed the salts you normally soak your feet in was just water. Therefore, destressing aromas did not fill the air however, I wouldnt worry too much about missing any normal pedicure norms here. Being that I was questioning the sanitary guidelines here. Ann was sneezing and wiping her nose prior to my service and was about to touch my feet that were not in any type of soap just water. . 😑 I asked if she could wash her hands. She said sure yes maam in the most sarcastic way ever. There is not much to comment on about a below subpar pedicure. So polish on and placing my shoes on and she messed up the color. So she is about to hit my foot since the polish is messed up. I said you wouldnt dare. She smiles and begins to speak Korean through her gritted smiling teeth. So she paints over it and I said just remove it. I picked a shellac manicure color and I received a different color and she said nothing as if it was the color I picked. I said this is not the color however, it does not matter I just wish you had informed me you didnt have it, so I could select another color vs just picking a color and not caring what I the consumer thinks.. 😑 She picked a red and I selected a purple color which she stated they looked alike. No they dont but I know next time Im in a rush to not go here, wait to go to my normal place.

Gel Manicure: Worst manicure Ive ever gotten. My nails were filed unevenly and a few of them all the way down to the nail bed. The gel was lumpy and sticking to my fingers so it started peeling almost immediately. It also looks like there isnt any polish on the tips. The friend I went with got a good manicure, so I guess it just depends on the technician. I would go back and have them re-do the gel, but I hardly have any nails left.Customer Service: I didnt learn my technicians name and she didnt talk to me. She just talked to my friends technician the whole time and was rude when I tried to tell her what I wanted.I went to Jeanie Nails because it was convenient and cheap. You get what you pay for.

Was on the search for a new nail shop since my old tech abruptly left my current shop at that time. On a random Google search, I met Kim. She impressed me with her attentiveness & friendliness, but the quality of service I receive is what hooked me. She has been my tech for over 3 yrs now, so it was a no brainer to follow her to her own shop when she said Jannies Nails was closing & that was her new location. Get Tris to do nextgen nails on you - all of the glitter colors are fabulous! She takes instruction well depending on if your dip thicker vs thinner. Also, Jenny does a good pedi - she takes her time to make sure its right and doesnt mind re-doing anything if a hair falls on your polish before its dry! This place is a hidden gem. Call ahead to make sure theyre in. Wine/Water/Soda, tons of polishes (they do gel manis too, but not gel pedis)

Had to go back twice, paid more and still not a good job. Workers were nice, but low quality materials lead to low quality work.

Tris and her sis are the best...11 years I have been coming here...new owners for a year but my girls are here...great service, pricing and if you choose wine to relax:) Ask for what you like, I am very particular and they treat me to my every whim:)

Waste of a drive, it is not open early on Sundays as stated online. Just got refused and told to come back in 30 mins. It is 10:04 am. Sign on the door states it opens at 12 pm. Need a specific start time and stand firm on it.
