Very disappointed with the results of my gel manicure. Had it done Friday morning and by Saturday night they looked like this. The only moisture my nails were exposed to was standard shower time. Paid $30 for chipped gel with a collapsed bubble look on those that didn’t.The staff were friendly but the results are junk. Will go back to the more expensive but better results at Bliss salon.

STAY AWAY! Keep in mind the owner was the one who did this to me. First, she puts my hands in bag of nail polish remover to remove the powder. Not separately wrapped. Then she keeps telling me to scrub my own nails to remove the polish. After getting most of the polish off, she attempts to start filing down and makes very crooked cuts. They were hard to shape after. While laying the powder she cuts me on one hand. Hurt so bad! She then still cuts me on the other hand! With that one I screamed. She says its ok like 10 times. No, it was not ok. I bled. I should have ran out but I tried to give her a chance to fix this bad experience. She didnt bother removing any of the nail polish remover that was stuck on both my hands from the bagged remover. Not the shape nor color I asked for. She only put 2 layers so after getting grinded down its pretty much see through. Horrible experience and my hands and nails were ruined.

Love Fine Nails. They do a great job on mani pedis. Also, they take care of all of my face waxing. The staff are very friendly and sweet. During the pandemic for the past year Ive been doing my own nails and they looked horrendous. First time back in the salon everyone was so happy to see me and I look like a girl again. Thank you Fine Nails my favorite nail salon in Dallas also if youre worried about covid protocols dont be the staff was double-masked and have plexiglass between chairs.

I found this place while searching for a quick place to get a pedicure. The ladies are super sweet and considerate. I do the paraffin wax and foot masque because my feet definitely need some TLC. This is not a place to rush in and get your feet done in 15 mins. They really take the time to allow you to relax and enjoy your stay.

Me and my mom both went here for our first time 3 weeks ago and we were amazed by their customer service! I called an hour before they closed to see if they could squeeze me AND my mom in for a pedicure. The woman on the phone was nice and said they could give us pedicures. We got there about 20 mins after calling and all of the staff were friendly and nice. They had so many nail color options and their prices were reasonable. The staff even stayed almost an hour after closing time to finish up on us and we didn’t feel rushed at all. We were thanked so many times and one of the ladies even walked us out of the salon and this sweet woman even offered to open my car door for me and all! Their customer service was on point and they were able to make my toes look and feel beautiful! My mother could not stop raving about how nice they were. I’m so glad we found this place and we will be returning soon.

This review is actually long overdue - Ive been coming here since I moved to the area a few months ago, and I never want to go anywhere else. Everyone single person is so kind and welcoming, and they really do an incredible job. Ive gotten pedicures and both regular and gel manicures - nails always look fantastic (perfect shape, even color) and they seem to last really well. My personal favorite thing about coming here is that everyone takes their time to make sure you always get an AWESOME massage. I never feel like Im being rushed through - theyre truly the best. Great prices, too!

Fine Nails is an awesome place to go for a relaxing, total spa service. The proprietor of this shop is named Henry & will kindly listen to your needs and do his utmost to accommodate you. This salon is never overly crowded or busy. Walk ins are welcome, but they dont overbook the appointments, so that theres opportunity for walk ins to be serviced.

I would give it a 10/5 if I could! Service was so amazing! So nice and welcoming! Henry did my nails and omg they are beautiful! ❤️ I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family and to anyone looking for a good nail salon!Not to mention I had a bit of trouble getting out of the parking lot due to another car being in the way and the staff was nice enough to go outside and help me back out!! I should start by saying that my very first pedicure was at Fine Nails four years ago, and Ive been coming here ever since. Kimber and Linda are my favorite people in the entire world. They are friendly, attentive and have superior skills in manicures and pedicures respectively.

Ive been coming here for nearly 20yrs. Its such a cozy to the point salon. No frills but they do allow BYOB. Henry and Kim are so sweet as is the entire staff.

Yikes! I went in to get a pedicure and a dip powder manicure and I was left very disappointed with the results. My pedicure was great but my nails turned out not so great. After 2 hours my nails took forever to dry, theyre not even, a few of them didnt dry glossy and there are nicks on most of them. I feel like the dip process wasnt followed correctly. The lady that helped me was very kind though. Unfortunately I dont think that will be enough for me to go back.

This is the 5th nail salon I have tried since moving to this area from Flower Mound. By far the best! I am so happy to have found a nail salon as good as the one I left in Flower Mound!

Although they were extra friendly, she cut my toe with cuticle cutters and almost burned me with the hot towel and wax for my feet.

I just moved not even 400 feet away I walk in and there’s a older lady and glasses ask if I can use her UV light and she did denied me over and over then I offered her money just to use a light to dry my nails and the polite thing to do would’ve been sure use it you don’t need to pay but I had to pay $10 to dry my nails and then my nails was not dried yet and they wouldn’t let me use it anymore never in my life have I felt so miss treated and Humiliated there had to be 7 people there and they made them all laugh at me I do believe that this location is extremely racist soon as I walk through the door I had a ugly stare and unwelcome the only people that was there was Caucasians This place needs to be shut down it is also very dirty I did not see them use new Stuff will I ever go back never if I could leave 100 bad reviews I would

I had to start getting pedicures over ten years ago when my six-pack turned into a keg. The biggest drawback is that I am ticklish. Ive been to places where the lady enjoys tormenting ones ticklish tendencies. There have been places where the ladies never spoke to you, but instead carried on a lively discussion with the lady working next to the in whatever foreign language. Fine Nails is different. Kimber runs a very smooth and professional operation. Ngh always takes great care of me - even when removing the calluses with her zester. Rarely does she tickle me...and the price is unbelievable. Great service. Great price. Great and caring people, doing fantastic work. What else would you want?
