IF YOU ARE ON A BUGET DONT GO HERE!!!Decided to do a mommy daughter day for my 6 year old. So I picked this place because they have the cutest little chairs for kids. I loved the service but disappointed at this price. I ask for the student discount and it was only applied to me and not both of us. Plus we both was charged $40.00 each for gel on our hand and toes. $80.00 FOR JUST POLISH ARE YOU FOR REAL! Well there goes their tip.To Oscar: Yes I was told it was an extra charge for gel polish. That is a know fact that every nail salon charge extra for that service. Most places only charge $10.00. So to me $20.00 is an over charge. Also you have a student discount applied only to me but is a 6 year old that is in elementary not a student? If your going to respond on how someone feel address both problems not just one.

Oscar nail bar was okay. I think it depends on who you get. I got the oscar pedicure, but I dont think it was worth the price. The nail tech kept on dropping things, the paraffin wax got everywhere, and it was just not relaxing.

The gel pedicure lasts a long time and the staff offered a couple of fizzy beverages which was so nice! Pricey, but well worth it for a relaxing experience.

This was my first time here & I must say..... I am very impressed with this place. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I was lucky enough to have the manager do my nails! She totally rocks!!!! I will definitely be back and Ill bring more business for sure 😉 LOVE MY NAILS ❤❤❤❤❤❤

My wife and I make it a date every few weeks to visit Oscar Nail Bar we get manicure and pedicure treatment. This place is tops when it comes to service they are taking great steps to keep us safe through the pandemic while still providing awesome service. The spa gas a very soothing and relaxing atmosphere the staff is very friendly and attentive you can sip on a cocktail as you are getting your nails taken care of, gentlemen if you have never gotten your nails taken care of by a spa I highly recommend it especially here where they will give you the royal treatment. So make an appointment soon you wont regret it

Ive been here several times just to see how different each nail person is. Overall they all have been very good. They will be honest with you if you are a walk in and dont want to waste your time. Thats always helpful of you are short on time. Lots of colors to choose from.

Being in the beauty industry Im very picky on cleanliness, customer service, quality, color selections, & services offered etc. I have been to just about every nalil salon in uptown and around Dallas. I LOVE this place. Complimentary drinks, friendly, happy employees, great prices. Ask for Sonny shes amazing! Wont go anywhere else, wish I found out sooner!

Service was great, but the Gel manicure did not last. I got my nails done on a Sunday and they were peeling off within two days and completely off within 5 days. The additional cost of $20 for gel and for it not to last was disappointing to say the least.

Definitely a gem in Dallas! From the moment I entered the shop to the time I left Kelli made me feel like I was too priority even with a full set of clients! They really listen to what you want, give you their professional input, and do amazing nails! This will be my new nail salon from here on out!

A friend and I went here to get our nails done at Oscar’s while in town for a wedding. Absolutely fabulous service!! Not only is the nail salon clean, comfortable, and stylish, but the technicians are kind and considerate. They were always checking to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Great communication! Not only was the experience itself fantastic, but my nails turned out beautifully! I can’t recommend Oscar’s Nail Bar enough. I’m just sad I don’t live in Dallas so I could visit them again! But you best believe if I’m ever in Dallas again, I’ll be making a stop by Oscar’s 😉

Ive come here consistently for a while now. Ive never had an issue with the quality of the nails, more so the treatment and service. Last last time I got my nails done with Lynn, I ended up with a very different color/ombré nails instead of the color I requested. They even pointed it out. Nothing was done to change this or make it better, and in fact I was up charged for a color/style of nail I didnt askThis time around, same issue with color/service. Because of these inconsistencies, I will no longer come here. Was disappointed. They tried to charge me twice for correcting a color I didnt ask for.

I came with a picture from their website and got the complete opposite!! And spent 94$ this was 2 days ago I just want to take the nails off number 23 did my nails and half way through she rushed. And makes my nails lumpy and crooked worst place I’ve been yet 😫 very disappointed I just want my money back 😫😠 My pedicure was okay other than how they are careless when they use acetone . My hand and feet are dryer than when I came in smh 🤦‍♀️

They have some of the best nail designers (they are truly artists and care about their craft), various other services from great spa pedicures to Brazilian waxing. I have done it all! My husband and I visited Oscar Nails and Bar hoping that it wouldn’t be disappointing being that we were from Louisiana. I would recommend this place to anyone kinda wish they were back home. They were very prompt, clean, and friendly Louis did an amazing job on my nails (I’m very particular when it comes to my nails). Our milk and honey pedicures were AMAZING. Thanks Kim and Kay. Kay will have my husband being a regular for a pedicure now it was his first time. We shall visit again on our next trip to Dallas

I have to say that I could not get past the smell of the toxic fumes. I opened the door stepped in and turned RIGHT back around. I do not know how anyone in their right mind can sit through that odor even with a mask just for the sake of a manicure/pedicure but I wish them the best.

They are the BEST! My nails have never looked better - super fast, clean, and always have good recommendations on colors, etc. Love them!

I recently decided to go to Oscar nail bar for the first time! I was sold right away from the service and how clean the place is kept!! My nail tech was Nancy and she did a perfect job on my full set nails 👍🏾. She was very precise and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. I’m in love with the way my nails turn out 💕 I will be getting my nails done here again definitely, most likely be my new nail place period! 💅🏾

Im very picky with my nails, but this place gets me. They dont give you any attitude for wanting things just right and really make you feel comfortable and confident that youll get just what you want. Its super clean, the decor is gorgeous, and the free bar service is icing on the cake. The employees seem happy to be working there and the manager Kellie is super friendly and great at what she does. Highly recommend. I live in Austin but when Im in town visiting Ill definitely be stopping here. (first set by another employee (I cant remember who 😓) second set by Kellie)

I got a very rude person. She was rude and impatient, from the moment i walked in. She got upset, because i was trying to pick a color i liked and and she then started talking in her language, to one her co-workers. Her co-worker was kind and ignored her with her comments.

I have been going to this place for a couple years now! The hours are very accommodating as they’re open later than most nail salons and the service is immaculate! I’ve always had an amazing experience with everyone there. The free bar is definitely a plus! If you’re looking for a new place definitely look here, you won’t be disappointed ☺️

The lip and chin waxing was done well, but the polish job on the manicure and pedicure was not good. Didnt clean excess polish around my nails and polish on toes smudged.

So relaxing! They are clean and friendly. Lynn and Lina were careful to make sure everything was a good temperature and looked how I wanted it.

Love this place! I came here on vacation while visiting Dallas. The salon is clean and very spacious. I hate going into smaller salons, where the odor is strong. I love how spacious it is here that you dont smell anything. The staffs are friendly and will get your nails looking right. They have a wide selection of polishes and dip powders. Im very pleased with my toes and nails. Oh and they also have a complimentary bar! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Went for a Mani/Pedi with Acrylic fingers & Gel on my toes. Three days later, a Acrylic Nail Tip breaks & a few others are flimsy due to thin acrylic. I wanted to go back to get a new nail but would rather not revisit this location. For the price, I should’ve gotten quality work.

Absolutely wonderful! Get Kellie if possible for your nails. She’s efficient, funny, and super great at what she does!! I’m so picky and she did great. She even guarantees them so you can go in for a fix if it breaks or chips or something and she’ll fix it!!

Expectation vs. reality

Worst place ever.This lady put glue all over my lashes. Taking a shower with soap does nothing. I am left with my real lashes having to come out with the fake if I slightly even scrub them. this is after I told her I did not like them.I am so upset I want to cry

My friend and I came here while in town for a wedding. The service was PHENOMENAL. I got acrylic dip nails while it’s been a few weeks since I have gotten them done, they look like I just got them yesterday! I believe my nail tech’s name was Linh (or something similar), she was the best. I don’t normally get my nails done, and she was very patient as well as walked me through the process to give me the best nail experience ever. Cannot recommend this place or Linh enough!

There was no wait time at all when I went and I was attended immediately after entering the door and the nail design I asked for was so beautiful and better than the ones I saw in the pictures!! My go-to nail spot! I’ve been coming here for several years, all the staff is so sweet. I love that they’re open later than most nail salons & can accommodate my work schedule. Tee is an amazing nail tech and incredibly detail oriented. I‘m very particular with my stiletto nails, and she gets everything perfect the first time. Not to mention her designs are pieces of art!

I wanted a very simple design on my toe nails I got off Pinterest, they wanted 25 EXTRA dollars. Which I’m 100% okay paying, but if I’m paying for what I’m getting. This design was an 8 dollar up charge at most, but I would’ve paid 10. I guess they’re trying to make up for missed business during COVID....

I took my girl to have a pedi, got the $50 service. Her big toe nails are severely hurt and swollen in the corner on both feet!! Mine hurts too after a day and was bleeding. They are not good at cutting toe nails and went too deep in the corners. Horrible experience. Worried that my friend has to go to the hospital if this doesn’t get better.

Went here recently for my first time and loved it! The atmosphere was great and best of all my nail tech Kellie did an amazing job on my nails and was super nice! She took the time to periodically ask if my nails were looking how I wanted and they literally came out exactly how I wanted them to look. So pleased, I’ll definitely be coming back!!!

I absolutely love this nail bar. I started going here about 6 months ago and had a great Tech there until he moved away about 2 months ago. Im very particular about my nails but still wanted to continue going here because I loved the atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. So they worked with me until they found someone who could deliver exactly what I wanted. ROSE does my pedicures and her skill is amazing! She truly loves catering to and pampering her clients. Kelly does my nails and she is AWESOME! I showed her a picture that she merely glanced at and she NAILED IT!! Ha! Im so satisfied with this shop. Their professionalism is too notch, they are talented and the atmosphere is elegant and relaxing but not at all intimidating. I highly recommend Oscar Nail bar for all your needs from nails and toes to eyelashes, massages and waxing!

I first came to Oscar with a friend because she always has the greatest nails! (Dip service) Six+ months later and I am a regular! Kellie and Kevin do THE best dip of anywhere else I have ever gone. Sincerely, all 5 other places that Ive had my nails dipped they would come loose and pop off after a week😖 But NEVER at Oscar with Kellie or Kevin! And I have never had anything but fantastic pedicures there either! All of the technicians actually care about how you are enjoying your experience and ask at many points throughout. They are kind and conscientious. Plus, they do an amazing job! My pedis last as long as my fingernail dips do! Thank you, Kellie, for running an amazing and beautiful shop and I am glad to be a regular!

Im from Wisconsin and I come down here to visit my mom once in a while, after my first experience, I have decided to make this place my new go to whenever I come down to Dallas to visit. My service was provided by a Vietnamese lady, Hannah, and she made me feel very welcome. My drive down here was very uncomfortable because of my ingrown toe nail, thus Hannah help take it out for me very smoothly, I had experience in the past before where taking out a toe nail hurt a lot but she did a great job this time.The store also smell great and look very clean, I feel very satisfied with my service here.

Techs are great worth the upgrade from basic to spa.

I went one week and had literally the best pedicure of my life. I went back the next week to get the dipping powder on my nails and had the wind taken out of my sails. Everyone was nice to me, and I will say they have an insane amount of colors for the dipping powder, which is great. However, the nail tech I got did not listen to me. I like to have the dipping powder thick. Im hard on nails, I know I am, and I dont want to be coming back in every couple days having them fix chips or nails that have come off. I also want to get the most for my money, and I know I can get more than 2 weeks out of this dipping powder as I have done so in the past. So, he did the thing that a lot of nail techs do (why I left my old place and am on the hunt for a new place)...he argued with me about how thick I want MY nails. I personally dont care if anyone thinks thick nails are ugly. Theyre MY nails and its MY money so I should get it done in a way that makes me happy. Needless to say 4 of the nails came off 5 days later because they chipped, got caught on something and were popped loose. Went and got them replaced. Two days later another 2 have come off and one is chipped. Now, had he done what I asked, they would be thick enough to withstand what I put them through. Instead here I am looking ragged and stuck waiting until next pay day. As a side note, he also did not put the clear dipping powder base under the color, thus adding to the problem. Im just not going to go back. Why should I have to beg and plead to get MY nails done how I want. Also, does it really take THAT much time to do it properly, put the base dip on first and do 3 dips of the color? I dunno but Im not going to waste any more of my time or money.

Nice place. But if you arent spending over 45 dollars, youll be rushed. Also, I would recommend calling ahead to make sure there isnt a reservation because then youll be rushed. Even though they rush, they still do a great job. I just wish I would have at least gotten some lotion on my hands for how much I paid and tipped.

Ive been going to Oscar Nail Bar for quite some time and have always had a great experience. The salon is beautiful, chairs are super comfortable, they play great music, do great dip nails and pedicures, and everyone is always friendly. Ive been during both slow and busy times and they always make sure their clients are well taken care of.

My first time going to this nail salon and I had a good experience. I got a full set and a pedicure and they finished both in about an hour and a half! JoJo worked on my nails while Michelle did my pedicure. Both turned out very good. I will for sure be back!

Oscar Nail Bar is impeccably clean, and there are a ton of chairs available so you never have to wait! There are even adorable pedicure chairs for kids, and there is a private area that you can reserve for small groups or if you just want some peace and quiet. In addition, there is a full bar with a bar tender! While the drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is very relaxing, the thing that really stands out about Oscar Nail Bar is the customer service. I followed my nail technician, Johnny, to this salon from another place and I have never been happier. Everyone at this salon is so welcoming and wonderful, and they treat every single customer so special. The owner has chatted with me several times and she always makes sure I am happy! My nail technician, Johnny, is very meticulous and is the ultimate professional. He literally always fits me in to his schedule and just overall does an incredible job. I constantly get compliments on my nails!! I usually get the organic dip powder on my nails and a gel or regular pedicure, and Johnny always makes me look fabulous. Plus, the salon has tons of colors that perfectly match (among regular polish, gel, and dipping powder), which makes it super convenient! I would also highly recommend Ken, Jason, and Tina, who all do my nails if Johnny is out of town. They are very skilled professionals, and they always do a great job. Their clients are always so happy! Overall, this is an awesome nail salon and I would highly recommend it!
