Got acrylic dip nails for the first time recently. They came out really nice and have not cracked, chipped, peeled or anything and ive had them for 2 weeks. They look and feel like my natural nail and I get lots of compliments. Ill always suggest this place for a good nail salon in the central mass area!I definitely recommend making an appointment because they do get busy and you run the risk of potentially waiting a while if you walk in. Especially if you are getting a service that requires extra attention like acrylics or a specific design, plan to spend some time there/not be in a rush to get the best result possible.

I go to beauty zone and am always pleased. They r very friendly nice and professional. Ny pedicure today was awesomeThe technology spent a long time making sure everything was perfect. Had some issue with nails growing into skin and she was as good as a foot surgeon. Very happy and will always go there.

I love Beauty Zone. I moved here several years ago and Ive tried other places here and there when I cant make it to their location, but I always come back. Theyre my favorite nail place in Westborough. Ive been twice since they were able to reopen during Covid and I felt so safe and protected and I feel like they really want to keep their staff safe and healthy too.

Today was the first time I visited this nail salon for an appointment for my 13 yr old daughter. My daughter has allergies ( as do I) and has had this spring season’s symptoms for the past 3 weeks . I mentioned it to while making the appointment as my daughter was concerned about reactions if she sneezed or coughed while greeting her nails done . The lady making my appointment declined nail services for my daughter saying I can come back when my daughter feels better. The lady was of Asian origin. I read about discrimination since the virus outbreak toward nail service salons( managed by staff of Asian origin) . We are expected ( and I agree with ) to not discriminate . I was very taken aback at this treatment meted out and feel rather outraged.

Absolutely worst service I’ve EVER had in my lifetime and I’ve been to PLENTY of nail shops. The environment is VERY negative, rude, and tasteless. The artists talk about you in their language and say very rude things about you and only reason why I know is because my friend that came with me and sat with me had google translate on her phone and we were able to pay attention and know what they were saying about us. I had the transgender nail artist and she was VERY rude and disrespectful, never in my life have I ever had such rude service. They charged me $31 just for a gel polish change and “shaping” of my nails. Usually at my main nail tech at Hannah’s Nails they charge me only $23 for a gel polish change WITH diamonds and WITH “shaping”. I feel completely ripped off and I am disgusted to be honest. They didn’t have any diamonds to put on my nails whatsoever which they should have with such a big shop. It was completely unprofessional for them to act the way they did along with the fact that they didn’t have the necessities to do basic nail art. Please save your money and don’t go to this terrible shop. They are disgusting people and they are classless.

Today was the second time Ive been to beauty zone. The first time I went, I had gotten a gel mani and basic pedi. I hate getting my nails done. HATE. but this place made me come back 2 weeks later before I leave for Florida in a few days. I got a polish change on my toes and gel manicure by Lisa today. She did an amazing job! Shes so sweet, quick and detail oriented. Their prices are fair too. I will be requesting Lisa in the future. Thank you, beauty zone!

I got a gel manicure and by the time I got home my nails were peeling. I called to have them fixed and was told to come back. When I got there I was told they were going to file down the nails, paint over them (for a 7th coat) and they wouldn’t change the color. So it didn’t happen again, I didn’t want the same color, the owner said that would be $18 dollars. Even though they did a bad job the first time they wouldn’t fix the job correctly. Her excuse was it takes time to take the color off and change the color.. mind you there were no other clients. So I told her I’d go home and just take it off, she said “you can’t”.. I’ve done it a bunch of times, not rocket science, but she made it sound like they were the only ones who could only do it. Just a terrible experience. I drove back out to have them fixed and I ended leaving and going to another salon, if I was going for a color change, I was not paying them to do it. Horrible customer service.. don’t waste your money

I use to come here but never again. I have very long nails and they completely destroyed them. They cut them basically off and did the wrong shape. The gel isn’t even staying in after 2 days they chipped and my under nails are breaking because of how bad the gel is. was extremely disappointed

So i used to come here on break all the time because the prices are great and the results are decent but today i went in to get my nails painted and the gentleman assigned to me was super rude. I had trouble finding a color since my favorite was discontinued but the owner helped me find something comparable. Once i was ready the guy started filing down my acrylics, which are in bad shape, but i never asked nor wanted him to do so and when i expressed this he got defensive, said he didnt feel comfortable doing my nails because they were im bad shape and gave me an attitude. I understand they are in bad shape but all i wanted was to paint them. Needless to say my nails are all messed up now from being half filed down and i wont be going back.

I had a mani, pedi, and eyebrows waxed for my graduation from Tufts. Everyone I worked with did fantastic job. Ive more specific for my mani, which was done by the manager. She also made sure that my pedi was done right and had another tech come back and repair a nail I dumped. I spent $75 but it was well worth it!! Nails lasted over 3 weeks. Great job, Im sorry I had to move after graduation.

Most other places feel like they are strip malls, in comparison. This place has the spa feel and great staff.

Tina did my pedicure. She did a wonderful job. They, then had me wait ten minutes after for a gel manicure done by Thuy. Thuy was very rude and aggressive. Over all, not a great experience.
