I was charged $23 dollars for a regular manicure w/ gel polish. However, the polish she used wasnt gel. And she knew it. Scam artists working here. I do NOT recommend this nail salon.
Been going here for years and they do an awesome job!
I’ve been using this salon for almost 10 years. Their signature pedicure is the best pedicure I’ve had in Dallas. Not only do they do the usual trimming, filing, and cuticle care but you also get a 15 min massage, hot towel wrap and paraffin dip. It’s well worth the price and I will not go anywhere else. :)
Outstanding service ! Nail techs here are exceptional. I’ve been going here for more than 15 years.
$60 bucks for a full set gel that “includes everything”. Then $6 more for shape and $6more for anything longer than the tips of your finger. Highway robbery and very dishonest when asked about price up front. Every single Asian owned salon in America has these types of business practices.
Been coming here for over 10 years! My favorite mani/pedi in Dallas!
Very nice nail salon with reasonable priced.
I just got the worse mani of my life. I’m completely embarrassed to show my hands. Omg-
I always have a great experience at this salon. There are definitely nail techs who are better than others but I have never had a bad one. They definitely care about quality.Sanitation process is visible, and this is the only place I trust to get a pedicure from.I get gel manicures and regular pedicures. Ive even convinced my fiance to get their fancy pedicures and he enjoys it!The only time my gel polish was problematic I came back 2 days later and they fixed it no questions asked.
I had the deluxe mani/pedi. I stressed to the girl doing my pedicure my heels were rough and needed special attention. She barely bugged them. The person next to me is getting the grater. I asked again about my rough heels. Told her I had an event to attend and was wearing sandals. She buffed more and tells me how smooth they are. Next morning and I am considering going elsewhere for a pedicure to have my heels looking good enough for sandals. I also tipped 25% I will never go back!
They have so many more spa amenities for free than most nail salons. You get a five minute massage and paraffin with a manicure for $18! As well, the people are super nice and never miss a spot on your nails.
I got a simple manicure - they didnt tell me it was $18 until they asked me to pay after cutting / filing, right before she began to paint. I tipped $6 because I have respect for the service industry. Ive spent $24 on a no frills manicure. At this point, the woman asks if I have been there before. I say no. She brings me a water. 3/4 of the way through my time there. Other women in the salon are drinking wine and other beverages. They have a full bar. Nothing else was offered to me.The woman paints 2 of my nails. A different woman walks in carrying bags of food back to the break room. My nail tech excuses herself and walks back into the break room where I am able to see her eating food at the table every time someone comes or goes from the back room.Mid paint job.Mid paint job.Mid paint job.She comes back to finish. She didnt paint around the edges to minimize chipping like a good nail tech does. Sure enough my $24 manicure was chipped 3 hours later. The only good thing I have to say is that they got me in right away, but I suppose that isnt hard to do when your service is junk.
Excellent service. I really enjoy the manicure and pedicure. nice staffs.the best thing I like cause the staff pamper myself and do the job very serious
Great service and a short wait, they have a good drink selection (adult beverage wise) and do good work. Prices are great $45 for the top of the line pedicure with hot stones and wax.
Like most nail places I was greeted very quickly and asked what services I would like. I looked online to see what services they offered as well as prices. I told her I saw they have a mani/pedi special for $45. It was $46 which is GREAT. I asked for Gel nail polish on my hands and they said it’ll be 30$ for each service so $60 for both. Okay that was fine with me. When I sat down the pedicure water was piping hot (common nail error). It was later fixed. I noticed they were having a conversation about me bc at least 5 of the woman would look at me and giggle and look away when I looked at them. I noticed all the other ladies next/in front of me had drinks, some wine and others water bottles. I was never offered if I wanted a drink. Possibly bc I asked about the special, but they advertised complimentary drinks to all. The lady doing my nails continued to have a conversation about me which quickly became very uncomfortable. She rushed through my manicure, left color on my cuticles, and bubbling polish, and before walking off she said “only color change no massage” I just nodded my head, at this point I just wanted to leave. Their website and menu states that manicures end with a hand massage. I paid $30 for gel color and cuticle oil. The pedicure was very good and the lady who did it was nice w the exception of the weird looks I’d get from her when the girl doing my manicure talked about me. I’m guessing you get treated wonderfully IF you get their most expensive services. Otherwise you’re treated like a nuisance. And the cherry on the cake was that I was rushed out immediately before my toes were done drying. I will absolutely NOT return to this salon.
Great service! Ive been a loyal And happy customer for 4 years
