My children and I came into this place today. The nail tech T and Tanna were very nice. My feet felt so lovely after I left a d Tee made our manicure 💅 were on point as well. The Overall experience was a plus. This was our first time and we will be back.

I came here for a fill in and polish change, about a month ago. I decided to take my acrylics off myself and saw this!!! Do not ever come here!!! I now have something growing under my REAL NAIL!!!

I went in for a gel polish and pedicure. I have been going here a while and always receive great customer care, but not this time. My pedicure was horrible. She did not even rub my feet and clipped my skin and acted like it was no big deal. The lady that did my gel polish was loud and was rushing to get done. They also charged me $25 for just gel polish with no manicure. I will not be going back because of this.

The guy that did my pedicure was super sweet and did a great job. The lady that did my full set of gel nails was very sweet as well. BUT I had never had gel before. ( I prefer acrylic) so I had no idea what to expect.....they are horrible. I hope they fall off soon so I can go somewhere else for acrylic nails. Some of my nails are actually shorter than my finger tips. They r lumpy. And uneven. As nice as she was. My nails are crazy weird.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 2nd visit DEFINITELY STEPPED UP THE GAME! SAME SWEET LADY DID MY NAILS. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM. DIFFERENT GUY DID PEDI. HE WAS QUITE AND PROFICIENT. THE PRICES ARE STILL A BIT STEEP FOR ME. 80$ FOR NAILS AND TOES ( I DIDNT KNOW U HAD TO REMOVE THE GEL /SMS NAILS EVERY TIME AND COULDNT GET FILL INS. PLUS TIP. BUT THIS VIST WILL MAKE ME RETURN. SERIOUSLY THE LADY THAT DID MY NAILS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I LOVED MY NAILS. MAYBE THEY WERE RUSHED LAST TIME. I DONT KNOW. ONLY TIME WILL TELL!!! BUT FOR NOW, GO IN THE AM WHEN THEY OPEN. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE THIS TIME!!!!

I usually don’t have complaints, but I’m very unhappy with my nails. I got a fill in, the acrylics are from June and it’s august. They definitely needed to be replaced, I’ve had my nails 3 days and two already chipped for no reason. You can tell they weren’t done well. I’m new to getting nails so at the time I really didn’t notice how bad. Once they started chipping on day 2 and by that I mean breaking off, I knew. The acrylics were obviously done. I spent $50 on a fill in and I’m not still not understanding that because I thought fill ins were cheaper. Not worth $50 at all. I won’t be back.

Very dirty not covid clean at all i watched three people use the same towel at a chair. pedi chairs very dirty and my nails look horrible the didnt even file them underneath my nails are sharp as a razor and i wanted a design and i was told they were to busy for that i will never go back

Sometimes the ladies can be nice, but sadly most arent friendly. Ive went to this place a couple times to give it another try but sadly its never worked out. Theyre rough, rude and snippy. Sadly my nails never come out nice. They also use old used utensils. I unfortunately dont recommend:(

Me and my sister came here to get pedicures. She told us to pick out a color, and we’re honestly taking our time, talking about other things while doing it. The lady comes over and takes the nail polish out of our hands and hands us the things for manicures, even though she knows we’re not getting them and keeps trying to insist that we do. They rushed us over to our chairs, and started us at the same time. My lady didn’t do nearly anything that the dude that was doing my sisters toes was. She got oiled, and lathered up, massages a little, but he ended up cutting her toe pretty bad. By the time I was done with mine, hers was just getting started. There was nail polish all over my toes, and my toes weren’t even completely covered. The layers are not smooth, and they look awful. I do not recommend this place,

Went here to take my mom as a Mother’s Day gift even called ahead of time to make sure they weren’t to busy and could fit us in.i spent about$134 for my nails and feet and my moms feet. The guy cut threw my finger it started bleeding he apologized and then put super glue on my finger to stop the bleeding and the nails don’t even look that good bc he was obviously rushing and the staff convinced me to get the sns because it’s faster before I could even tell them what I wanted .when my nails were done for some reason he put lotion on my hands and started to pull skin off my finger tips like not even the cubicle part I didn’t understand .i won’t ever be returning here worst experience ever my hands hurt and there way to over priced .($104 for nails,2 basic pedicures).

Me and my friend came in around 5:30 on a Sunday and they were more than happy to stay late and do SNS for us. The nails came out great and they gave us exactly what we asked for! Nails came out great, everyone has a great attitude and from what we saw all the customers were really happy.

This was my first time coming. She told me it would be 30 minutes. I waited 1 hour. I am a black lady. They took 2 white people before me. I figured it was because I just wanted my toes painted and they were having a full service.However the lady did a super rush job. My toes looked horrible. They dont know how to do designs at all. She tried to design my toes and I told her they looked horrible. She started cleaning them off and told me to go somewhere else she cant do anything. She was shaking super bad and was very rude.I WILL NEVER BE BACK. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDEEEEEE.

I used to always recommend everyone here, now i definitely do not. they rushed through my nails the past few times and i get only clear polish and they still cost 40$... i don’t care if the polish is gel or not, i just get topcoat and it still costs 40$. i definitely do not recommend this place whatsoever.

My friend and I came here for manicures and pedicures, now we both have infections. My friend is literally on antibiotics because of how bad her infection is. This place is not clean!!!

We went in and nobody even acknowledge us we waited for 10mins nobody said anything or even payed attention.

Quite possibly the worse experience I’ve ever had. I tried so hard to be patient but we were in there 5 hours. They got super glue all over my niece, they don’t even know what pink and white is, everything was nasty and covered in dust especially the Covid plexi glass they have everywhere, it’s amazing what a little windex will do people! If I get Covid anytime soon I’ll know where it came from! they cut my youngest daughter up and they charge more for just acrylic than anywhere I’ve ever been! They don’t know how to do the trendy designs and we had to keep pointing out places that needed to be filed, touched up or fixed. The lady who did my niece didn’t even get the SNS on her nails evenly. I will NEVER go back here. They were trying to convince me and my daughter to do SNS but then the lady who did my niece kept trying to talk her into acrylic. My guess is that certain techs only know how to do certain things. This was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Unprofessional, unknowledgeable and horrible customer service but super high priced! If you’re gonna have high prices then raise your standards

***BEWARE*** There are too many salons out there to give such cruddy service. Super nice until there was problem. Got lashes done, and they fell off in less then a week...did HORRIBLE job - my eyeballs were red and hurting from the new lashes scraping/rubbing badly - my eyeballs were hurting for days bc of that. Suggested I get eye drops to help with redness - went back 3 times. Nice people until I asked for my $$ back. I didnt want lashes anymore-it was such a hassle. They refused to give my money back. I will never go back for nails, pedicures, anything!! ***BEWARE***

I will NEVER be back to this place! It is a joke! I arrived at 5:15 and still have not been seen and it is 7:22. 5 people have came in and sat down and LEFT before I HAVE EVEN SAT DOWn. I tried to leave about 30 mins after arriving and was told “please hold we be 10 min and we get to you” an hour and a half and I’m still sitting and only because every other salon close is already closed and I’m desperate.... @ Abigail Marks. Is that how you interpreted service with a smile? The salon is under video surveillance and constant watch my management. There’s no such thing like that. Getting a hand massage is part of the service that nothing inappropriate, having someone remember your name is customer appreciation, the person is married with his spouse working next to him, and if someone told me I was pretty I know they’re lying but still feel special on the inside. Hope this will make you see a different point of view from this. I am sure anyone that have experienced a manicure service will plainly agree to this. One day you will grow up and out of this. Hope you won’t be mad and come back to see us, there’s always female technicians available if you like. If you see me smiling I sure hope I don’t look creepy :).

Got a pedicure and she offered to do my eyebrows and I specifically said I was trying to get them thicker and she ripped almost my entire eyebrow!! I was left with one small strip of hair!!! Very poor quality! The paint job on my toes looks like a 3 year old did it

I have used their services several times and only had a few times that I wasn’t completely happy. But their door as well as their online information says they open at 10:00am and 12 on Sunday. This is the 5th time I have waited in my car for them to open. Today there were several waiting and most left by 10:05. I have waited up to 18 minutes before and left because no one was in the salon. If there has been a change in your opening time please correct it so no one is wasting time in the parking lot.

Awful shoty work never go total waste of money

Much better than my last visit. It was nice to not be rushed out of a seat like the last time from the woman that thinks she knows it all and is better than all the other technicians. My nails chipped, even though she said they last longer than gel, in three days. This time, its been almost 2 weeks with the gel. My pedicure this time was great as well. My daughter sure does love this place. The owner (I believe) is ALWAYS so kind to her.

They waxed my granddaughters lip and eyebrows and she had an allergic reaction to it, then said it was her fault. She has never had a reaction to being waxed before. They would not give her the money back. I would not recommend going here. She will definitely be going elsewhere

Will never return to this salon, they are overpriced for the poor service they do and they cut my finger and acted like it was ok, never got a apologie or anything,, there are alot more salons to choose from and will definitely go somewhere else!!

Went in as a walk in for a new set of nails and a pedicure. T gave me the best pedicure Ive ever had, she noticed little issues that no one else has ever noticed and took care of it. My other girl removed my old nails and put on a brand new set super fast. My new nails are absolutely beautiful!!! The act that both girls did was absolutely beautiful. Thank you!!! I have found a new place to go with a great bunch of woman, easy access, nice parking, and food on both sides.

Everyone may have their own experience, but I feel everyone hired should be working at their very best to represent this business, and my nail tech had me praying that the drill bit didn’t touch my cuticle area over and over again. I also complained about the glue and primer mixture burning my nail, to which they replied, “you’re okay.” The whole process was rushed, even with the lack of customers that day & my nail beds were flooded with nail polish in an attempt to stop/cover-up the bleeding in my cuticles. The end product was not horrible but my nail beds were left super tender from all the hard filing that was done. I was told before hand what my total would be, however before my nails were even polished they wanted me to pay, get this, a whole $7 more because my nails had been shaped, something that I was not informed about until that moment. I’ve seen this place do great work, but today I was deeply disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Over the last year Ive frequented New GA Nails. Almost every time has been good. Customer service has been decent, work done on hands and feet Ive been pleased, the wait is to kinda be expected but they do allow you to make appointment. My only complaint is when there was a pricing error....it wasnt corrected when it should have been.

DO NOT SEND YOUR TEENAGE DAUGHTER!! My nail tech was a horrendous creep. Im a teenage girl getting my nails done for prom and I was sat with Kenny. The first half was usual. He then asked my age. When I told him I was yet to be 15 he told me that was a little younger than what he would go for and proceeded to tell me how pretty I was. I was petrified. This man is at least 40-50. Hes older than my dad! He then made it worse by intertwining our fingers while putting lotion on my hands and smiling like a creep. He also remembered my name after a year of not going. 1 star and I will NEVER go back.

I had to dodge the one of the works children to get in the door. Then had to wait for 30 minutes before they even started. Then the lady did not talk at all and did almost everything I asked her not to. She only polished half of 3 toe nails and my big toe is all messed up. Not happy dont waste your money.

I walked in and the tech seated me within 5 minutes. Tiffany did my nails, changing the shape for me and helped in selecting a color that would cover the French tips. She was easy company while she worked quickly but with care. I will be returning.

Came in and left with 2 cuts. One cut on my foot from where the woman rubbed the stone on the top of my foot. Then one cut on my finger where she took sharp scissors and tried picking the polish off my skin and she cut my skin. She was too rough. Id flinch and she wouldnt be easier just continued being rough.The gel polish she put on looks terrible. Im not pleased and will not be back. You cut me and thats it. The cut was bad enough she had to put glue on it.

Ive always loved this place and they have always done a great job until this past Saturday. I went to get my nails done and they gave me to Kenny. My nails look horrible. None of them are the same length, some arent even filled evenly and the polish looks horrible! Kenny wasnt friendly and acted like he had no interest in doing my nails. So disappointed

Please, Please do not go to this nail salon! Nothing but scams are being done. The owner walks around calling everybody baby and honey, but thats just a front. Theyre overcharging everybody!!! My advice would be to know what the price is before your service is complete! If you dont know you will be scammed! If you get a basic pedi for $22, she will try to charge you $30!! Service is not great and customer service is trash! I just wanted a gel mani but the guy kept telling me I needed acrylic nails to make my hands pretty!! If you go it’s your choice but you’ve been warned!!

Literally the worst $50 pedicure I’ve ever had! Lady who did my pedicure made the top of my foot bleed from using the scrubbing stone on the top of my foot. Never once rubbed my feet, rubbed the top of my leg until it was almost raw. Very disappointed!

I was in three weeks ago for SNS. The ladies there are so much fun and my tech was very gentle, however my nails did not look so good. I had to go the next day and buy a seven way buffer and clear polish to get them smooth. I had expressed my fear of being cut and/or burned by the Dremel tool (due to a previous incident at a different salon), so I chalked it up to her just being too careful. Fast forward to yesterday, I sent my daughter there to have her nails done for Prom. She had the same tech as I and her nails look even worse than mine did, very lumpy and uneven and not the shape she requested. She also asked for a matte finish and theyre shiny in places.

Its hit or miss depending on who you get work done from, but with almost every experience I have been overcharged. And its always theres a $5 fee for this theres a charge for that when you say something about it.. I was told If I wanted ombre I HAD to get powder. I hate getting powder especially for ombre because it always looks weird and not as vibrant to me, and Ive gotten gel ombre at this location before so I knew that was a lie.

This review is for nails only. Not pedicure. I’ve gotten my nails done twice by this salon 1st time was during my amazing pedicure w David. I don’t remember the nail techs name but I felt rushed and as a result he chewed up my skin with the drill (I was a bloody mess) and he still didn’t get there good because when they grew a little that part got hung on everything. All 10 nails. 1 completely lifted and came off. The clear coat top layer peeled within a couple days. I decided ok I’ll go back (because my pedis w David have never been anything but superior) and they soaked my nails then file then soak and so on. I didn’t like that to start with and during one of those filings the tech lost control of the drill and gouged my thumb. She then had me continue to soak and handed me off to another station w a man, Michael and he finished. He didn’t use the blue light but a white powder after he dipped my nail 3 times in the color I chose. He accidentally charged my card $40. This was on Friday 6/28/19. By Saturday I had a chip in my thumb and today Monday 7/1/19 I have another chip on my middle finger and a crack. There was a lot of cutting up between them and hooting and hollering and on top of being butchered by the nail techs I am afraid I have changed my opinion about this salon that I once thought so highly of. I will call today when they open. I will expect them to fix my nails (that I paid $40 for!) and will limit my going there to pedis only. I wish I could post pics.

I have been there a couple of times and they are ok. Though I only have regular pedi and mani. Because of that I often feel they treat me different in that I have to wait longer because they arent going to get much money for my regular services. But they dont know that if I like the service I will tip 20% or more! Last time I went there I swore Id drive a little further to another nail salon. But this time I thought this is only a few miles from my house and Ill take a chance. Wrong! I saw they were crowded so I put my name down to come back in 45 minutes. Figured Id shop at Publix. Returned to salon exactly 2 minutes before my appointment at 2:15. There was one customer who was sitting there waiting. Even though I had made an appointment they took her next. By this time, it was 2:30. So what was the point of me making an appointment? However, immediately after they sat her at the pedi chair they placed me in a pedi chair. I waited 20 mins. before someone came over to start my pedi. Someone did start the water for my feet but you know how that goes that by the time they get to you the water is cool. The young man, do not recall his name, was very nice and attentive. Everything started out fine when we chit chatted. However, as the pedicure progressed he did not stop talking. I dont mind some conversation but this young man would not stop! I really just wanted to sit there quietly. Then a technician finished up my pedicure and did a great job. He in turn was to start my manicure. By the time she was finished he had soaked my fingers and filed my nails. But because of his excessive chatter I told him to nevermind about polishing my nails. I just wanted to get the heck out of there. Had already spent too much time in the salon and just wanted out! Unfortunately I paid for a full manicure! I still gave them a tip of 20% each. I have read the reviews and shouldve trusted my gut and gone to the other nail salon. But I had planned to shop at Publix and thats why I chose New GA nail salon. Wont next time even if it is tempting!

👎👎👎👎 AWFUL SALON !!!! Rude workers, long waits (even with an appointment), and THEY OVER CHARGE EVERYONE !! In my personal experience the workers wanted me to buy the most expensive nail but being that I am a college student I just wanted my normal fill in. When I refused the offer I was continued to be treated nasty by the workers. At the end my fillin was suppose to be 17 but ended up coming out to 38. When asking how the total got so high they listed off bulls***t reasons of how my tab got so expensive. They were normal white acrylic nails for god sakes. I paid my total and a tip ( even though my experience and service was god awful) but I will never return. Definitely not worth 45 dollars. I advise no one to go to this salon if you do not want to get ripped off!!!

Have been going here for years. They used to be the cheapest, but after they updated the nail stations, pedicure chairs, and sink, the prices went up a bit. I always make an appointment for a fill in with the same tech. The pedicures are usually terrible. The last time the lady doing my pedi was crying to the lady doing my fill in and she didnt massage at all, just basically rubbed the lotion on my legs. I think I will try elsewhere for a better pedicure and only come here for my fill ins.

Sat and waited with my feet in the water for over an hour. I would have like to been told about an extensive wait so I could have done other things and then came back. I wasnt asked about the type of pedicure I wanted. I was just given the basic automatically when I wanted paraffin wax.. The guy who did my pedicure looked miserable like he hated his job and didnt ask me if I wanted my nails cut or filed he just cut them down anyways. He cut them at an angle and jagged. Do not go here.

When arriving the lady asked me what I needed. I told her a fill-in for solar nails. She wanted to tell me that isnt what I have. Then the technician didnt remove the first color so you can see both colors. And now they are coming loose from the the base of the nail. I am very upset with the service I received. I do not reccomend this nail salon at all.

Messed up my nails both times. Gave them a 2nd chance and while I was getting my nails done not one BUT two customers came in complianing about nails. Worst part is after the customer left the nail techs talked negatively about them. Heres some advice give the service the customers pay and they wont come in yelling in front of other customers embarrassing your business.

They did a great job each time. Never had to wait long. Most of the time there was no wait and I was taken right to one of their new massage chairs.

I used to love this place...I even previously rated them a 5. A couple months back they “updated” the look and apparently the staff. My last several visits have resulted in subpar work for escalated prices. Today’s visit was my last. From the manager asking another tech “does XXX know how to do acrylic removal and fill ins?” to the girl who supposedly knew how to do them trying to pry my nails (which were still firmly attached) off until I demanded that she soak my nails) and burning me about 10 times with the drill, I will not be back. My nails are uneven and jagged.Plus, my daughter wanted her nails filed and painted. Hers were so jagged and the paint so lumpy/ uneven she just had it removed.

Worse pedi ever. The lady didnt care anything about doing a decent job, I got the wax pedi and she was in such a hurry to just be done she didnt even let my feet sit, she didnt wash hardly any wax away and when I left I still had wax all over my feet. She wasnt going to worry about getting any dead skin cleared off, I had to tell her to do it. This was the most half A** salon Ive ever been to

I let them do my eyelash extensions.... the lady used WAYYYY too much glue to where it was showing and very noticeable.. and when they came out, they took almost all my natural eyelashes out as well. Will never return !!

I visited New GA Nail salon in the Publix shopping center Friday morning with a wedding party. I was wanting to do the Classic Manicure and Classic Pedicure. When i went to the register to pay $34.00 for the classic mani and pedi- i was then told i would need to pay an extra $6.00 just for a little glitter that the placed on my nails. It was not like a french tip. it was just a little glitter. I wish i would have been informed of the additional cost before hand.

Went there unfortunately when it was busy. Waited 40-50 minutes before someone started on my toes. I was skipped twice and never offered anything to drink. (Other women were offered water) The tech apologized for being slow, but she wasn’t really friendly. Will drive further next time to get a pedicure.

I used to be very happy with this place. Today was the last straw, was made to feel bad for going so long in between fills (what should it matter Im going to pay!). I have always enjoyed several of the employees and tip rather well and theyre always nice. Jina who has done my nails several times was so aloof and almost rude. Theyre so busy lately that I feel pedis and fill ins are rushed to get you in and out. I hate I have to find a new nail salon.

From out of town... Needed my nails done. Technician gossiped constantly on her Bluetooth. Never once attempted to ask a question, never currectly cleaned my cuticles. My nails looked like the motor speed way... Humpy. Terrible customer service.

Went in to get an acrylic fill in and i was extremely satisfied . I have been bouncing around from salon to salon trying to find me a good ching ching. Everytime i have been disappointed but this time was different. I would only go there if you go to Andy though. Ask for him and youll get the best bang for your buck. He was the best i have ever went to. And considering i have OCD so i like for my nails to even and perfect he delivered that without me having to go back and ask him to correct anything.
