I loved this place. I was looking for a new place to try for a pedicure. D&J nails came up on my google search so I decided to give it a try. So glad I did! Although parking is a challenge and walking up to door I read a sign saying appointments only, I when ahead and walked in and ask for an appointment and the nice gentleman asked If I could wait 15 mins which was fine with me. I waited about 10 mins and was asked to sit on the massage chair. I got a pedicure from a sweet young woman named Lee, I have to say she did a GREAT job! Oh and the leg + foot massage was exquisite!Thank you Lee! Will be coming back 😁

Oh, my nail tech. I love her. Theres no one that I have met who can do my nails exactly the way it fits my personality. Her work is perfect. Walk-in and ask for Miss Erikas nail tech... The one she loves you will be treated with kindness and perfection. Shes just for me.

They were very clean and so nice. I hate that I had such a bad manicure. She used the electric dremel was I remove my cuticles! I’ve had them accidentally get my cuticles with that before, of course it always bleeds… but to have this done on purpose was outrageous! My fingers are so sore! I won’t be back.Again they are nice and very clean… maybe she’s. We bit this was unacceptable.

I NEVER been treated so rudely and unprofessional than by the male employee at D & J Nails. This establishment does not have a set of procedures in place which makes it difficult to understand their process at times. He yelled and used hand gestures and embarrassed me in the company of the other clients visiting that day. PARKING IS HORRIBLE! I was 6 minutes late and he tried to cancel my appointment after I was searching for parking for 30 minutes while it was POURING RAIN! I explained my dilemma and the male employee responded with an unnecessary RUDE comment. I LOVE to support small simple establishments but I made a mistake going to D & J Nails. Please DO NOT waste your time scheduling an appointment at D & J Nails.

This was my second time coming here. Place had one person who had just walked in. They asked if I had an appt to which I said I did not. They then said the next appt was 4 hours later…… When I said that was too late I was told “ok then bye”. Needless to say I will not be coming back here. It appears the other reviews are spot on. Rude and unprofessional

My daughter and I always went to this place because its clean and they are good on prices...and the person who take care they are very careful and do the best to pleased you...I recommend this please

Every time I visit Dallas I make an appointment. Love the pedicures, they take their time in cleaning and making sure everything is perfect. The staff is also very acomadating and friendly

Yes, you may have to wait long if youre a walk-in, thats why you have to call ahead of time for an appointment as they usually are always busy, not too bad though. Calm and quite place.. my go-to. Tina is the best!

This business is fantastic!. I came directly from work and being on my feet. This place and their deluxe pedicure hit the spot! I will be coming back for sure. Its very clean, professional, great customer service. Every customer must have masks on at all times, they must wash their hands when they walk in and their temperature is taken. This went a long way towards helping me feel comfortable during my first pedi since covid. Price was right and the pedicure was done throughly and done beautifully. Just go check them out already. Parking can be a bit tricky but totally worth still going or getting dropped off.

Patrick is great. Had an infection and he told me what kind of medication to ask the doctor. Everyone is very friendly and very polite. The prices are great. Very busy on the weekend so try and go during the week. They are open until 7:30 pm.

I’ve had my nails done with Tino and I loved my nails both times. I do dip with tips so I look for things like smoothness, the nail not looking thick from all the powder layers, making sure the tips are not crooked and fit my natural nail growth, and if the cuticles start peeling soon. All in all so far Tino has done a wonderful job at all of that. I drop by after work and usually don’t have to wait long. The place is quaint and the workers are wonderful.

Ok for something simple

Went in for a pedicure with my wife. We were greeted warmly and attended to immediately. They were very skilled and paid attention to each part of the pedicure. My feet feel fantastic. The best part was it was very reasonably priced.

Basic nail salon experience! My pedicure was done thoughtfully and it felt great. I also got my eyebrows waxed and that was a little uncomfortable. They didnt have a table to lay on, so you have to tilt your head back in an office chair. All in all, I was greeted promptly and politely and services were well executed.

Tina is great! You definitely want an appointment for the fastest service.

They didnt speak to me while servicing me and it was soo stuffy in their that I came out looking like a poodle bc my hair immediately started sweating...unfortunately never again bc its soo close to my home that it would have been a great business to support.

Second time here. Thought they would be better after my first experience, was even more disappointed. Im new to this area, maybe its the quality of normal nail salons here. But definitely not coming to this salon again, will probably explore other places.

I like this place when not busy. we were arrived 5:30pm and waited and waited...until 6:37pm when the employee says we will not be able to provide assistance because we are closing at 7pm. We just got a petty SORRY. Not good customer service.

Two visits not impressed either time. Tried to get a deluxe pedi and mani today. There over 1 1/2 hrs. Walked out with only my toes half done and got charged full price. Still have half the gel from my previous pedi. Will never go back.

So it was my first and last time trying to get my nails done there. I walk in no greeting i wait for 5 minutes and she is like what you want. I tell them full set and pedi. And i pick my color and wait 30 mins later she is done with her client grabs her keys and wallet and as she is walking out she say under her breath trying to get a full set and pedi when we close at 7:30. I got there at 6. She didnt have to make me wait and 30 mins to say that. And then tell me if i want to get my nails done with pedi I can come back tomorrow BUT earlier. So i just said no thanks ill.go somewhere else.

Just walked in at 6:18pm they close at 7Pm and got refused service. This was my first time here trying to kill time. IM NEVER COMING BACK!
