I had my nails done by a sweet hard working lady (Rose) the place was clean & calm. The quality of the Gel Polish is horrible my nails have all sorts of bubbles and dips. I tried to go back the next day to get them fixed and was told to come in at 5:00pm to get them fixed or tomorrow. Definitely will not be using them again.

I love coming here! They are very friendly and attentive. The salon is very clean and they follow CDC protocol. My friends and I always come here to have a “me day” and we are always please with their service.

I get regular gel nail polishes every two weeks and I walked in Nail Works to give them a try. It was my first time there. The ladies did their job and I left happy with it. Literally two days later the tips of my nails turned greyish-black and got chipped. Gel nails! Ive never ever had gel nails change color or chip. I was shocked. I googled this, apparently this only happens when the gel polish is not sealed properly. When I walked in to Nail Works after four days asking for a refund and a redo service everyone initially denied there was anything wrong with my nails. I was met with why are you complaining there is nothing wrong with your nails and yes sometimes gel changes color and breaks if you dont take care of them. Gel polish is supposed to look exactly the same from one service to the next. They refused to refund me or to offer a full redo of my nails as a refund. They told me they can file my nails down to remove the black and seal the edge and I was told to pay for it when it is their fault in not sealing it properly the first time. Never going there again.

I left this place pretty frustrated and disappointed with my nail job. Not only did I bleed two different times from the lady’s tools cutting me while filing but my nails are bumpy and don’t blend with my cuticles correctly. I just got them done and am already ready to get them changed out at my regular nail place.

My nails were not done good. She missed half my nail and was very impolite I asked her long and showed how long I wanted and she told me no too long? Lol who’s paying to get their nails done 💅 you or me? She also missed half my nail and when I mention she said my nails are too wide? Really lady I never had a problem before. Also they charged me $50 for basic nails. I just don’t recommend .

After an awesome experience of customer service I loved my nails initially.. the most expensive Iv ever paid for a set ($65) that was supposed to be solar... but I loved them so I wasnt too mad. Plus I got my toes done I paid a total of $120 (including tip)I expected my nails to last longer than a week. I got them done 1/23 my first nail fell off 1/27... they fixed it for me... thank you. 4 more nails fell off 3 days later. Then 2 days ago they all fell off.... they were not willing to fix them all for me for free. After I had already paid for much. Beautiful salon and customer service but I will not be returning.

I love this nail salon! Very clean, neat and great atmosphere. The women who work here are also cool. I always have a great experience when I do go. Ive been going to them for 2 years now. Im not switching anytime soon. They will forever be my nail techs! As long as Im in Dallas!! You will enjoy yourself with wine and a great foot massage.

They were terrible, slow, and overpriced. The woman I had was very rude and when I would tell here to fix something she would catch a attitude. I received powder full set and gel toes, the total was $93, on top of. That not even a day later the toe nail polish was falling off like I said I had gotten gel from Golden nails in garland and it came off after a month.

This my regular nail salon. Good prices that they let you know up front. Friendly staff.

Won’t be returning. It’s super rude when they are speaking is their language the whole time and I know they said A few things about me because she wasn’t to fond of me getting my nails long and acted like she didn’t want to do them. She kept cutting me!!! Omg it hurt so bad to even wash my hands!! It was just a horrible experience, I still tipped her well but I wont be back.

This place is the bomb I went for the very first time, Giela did my nails and I fell in love. Already making my next appointment. I was referred and put it off for so long and it was worth my journey.
