I was visiting my son and decided to get a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. By far the worst of both. Five layers of dip and my nails looked huge! My gelPedicure was sloppy, including polish on my cuticles. Will never make that mistake again.

Probably the worst dip manicure I have ever had. She left a good portion from cuticle nail so they look odd. Bumpy. Just overall poor quality. Literally left and called my other salon that was booked and begged them to get me in before Mother’s Day. This salon is clean and my pedicure was great. Just the mani took a great deal of time to look this awful

The nail team here is so great they all are so polite, caring, professional, and hard working . I really love the services they offer when it comes to manicures and pedicures with all the scrubs, hot rocks, and massages ! I never fail to leave this place satisfied with my nail and wax services to :))

This is hands down the best nail spa I have ever visited in my 15 years + of getting my nails done. All the team are extremely high quality, professional and experts at nails. Anne does the best dip manicures! The salon is immaculately clean and luxurious. Best in Dallas.

This spa is amazing. My daughter and I come here together and they treat us both like family. They are truly passionate about providing great customer service and perfect nails! All of the girls are amazing making it hard to suggest just two however, Anne and Lan are amazing. Chi and Kamil are wonderful owners.

I made a appointment for dip manicure and cucumber and ginger pedicure both were outstanding probably the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon! I for sure will be coming back :)

Very CLEAN, very professional. A little more expensive than other places, but worth it for the quality work they provide and the amount of time they take with you. Their online booking service makes getting an appointment SO EASY...rare for a nail salon. They have also never made me wait. The owner is very friendly and so is the staff. Now that they are in their new location, it is very easy to park too--on the street or in the garage for the apartment building.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing and the staff is outstanding and very accommodating. I got a mani/pedi and couldn’t be happier with the way my nails turned out. I will definitely be back!

I came in for a dipping powder manicure with Anne, and I absolutely loved it! A dipping powder manicure was $45, but totally worth it, the products they used were organic and high quality. I’m highly satisfied with their service. The spa was clean, and I loved the calm atmosphere.

This is a true SPA manicure experience! Forget the questionable hygienics and odd chemical smells you associate with customary hole-in-the-wall nail joints. Owners Kamil and Chi and their staff have perfected the nail experience and are all SO accommodating. You won’t feel rushed for a second, which is so refreshing when you stop in for a much-needed pedicure. I never hesitate to send all my neighbors to the best spot on the block! Love KH Nail!

A friend recommended this salon to me and I really enjoyed my cucumber/ginger manicure and pedicure. It is such a beautiful, very modern and clean salon. I also enjoyed the music playlist. They made me feel very comfortable the minute I walked in. The ladies were very sweet, they took their time and gave me great tips about my nails. For the location the price is great and they have a nice menu option of mani/pedis. I feel very relaxed. I will be coming back with my wife to try the coconut combo. Very satisfied. I went it and had dip and a pedicure. My pedicure was great, Tai was gentle and did a good job, my nails aren’t shaped too good but it’s bareable. However, my (mani)nails were/are a complete disaster. I wish I could post pictures. Bubbles, cracking, waving. I called because I hadn’t noticed how much was really wrong until I’d looked at them in the sunlight. The receptionist was kind but according to her, the owner refused to give me a refund for my mani. I could either get a gift card or come in and have them fix it. I let them know I didn’t feel comfortable & that I lived too far to turn back around and I don’t frequent the area still nothing. All of this really sucks because everyone was friendly and likeable.

I absolutely love this salon. Very classy and most importantly very clean. Everybody is professional and nice and my manicures are always super amazing they do not skimp on product of time and are thorough. My mani and pedi was at least an hour! They also have all the new opi and Essie colors.

I paid WHAT?! I left this place feeling completely confused and duped. I got fake nails put on ( usually cost around $25-$40) which is what I expected to pay. I came in with a $100 and left with $12. They were closing right after I was finished . That money was meant to be for the entire night out on the town.. dinner and more...not for a set of painted acrylics .... I felt so stupid as I slid my card and actually paid that without questioning it first... As friendly and as nice as they were, that was a waste of my time. My nails are crooked on some of my fingers . And the same day I had dirt already stuck in between the fake and my real nails . My friend paid 116 dollars for a mani- pedi... WHAT?! I cant believe I actually paid 88 dollars for something I didnt even love. Such a shame. Would never return extremely over priced for average results .

Walking into this nail salon I was greeted with cold remarks. There were all of two customers in this salon upon my arrival and the receptionist stated they might not have time for me...they ended up sitting me down and proceeded to start my nails then another customer arrived and they asked me if I could come back another day...perplexed by the question and with foil already on my fingers, I wasnt sure how to respond...they then showed me the color pallet and shut it and walked away with it after I glanced for a short time...all I said was this is kind of pretty which is all it took for them to assume that was my final choice (it ended up being as they walked away with the pallet after that). I could tell my technician either didnt know what she was doing or took multiple shortcuts to get me out faster...I went home HATING my nails as they looked awful and ended up actually filing them myself to give them some shape at all.Terrible experience which was far too overpriced and two days later I had one nail literally brake off and bleed.

I wanna give a shout out to Knox Nail Salon, thus far the best nail salon Ive ever been too, not only is it very clean, but the ENTIRE staff including managment are super courteous, and definitely make sure your feeling good and loving your expierence while being there!
