Noticed marks on my tire after Tires Plus mounted it, but it was dirty so I did not think much of it. Washed it the next day and ... they scratched the outside and the inside of my rim! How are they so bad?Also customer parking at this locations is terrible.

They sell me good quality Tires at a fair competitive price. I drop my car off...tell them what I want and the job is done in a reasonable amount of time. Consistently good

These people are scammers!!! They said i needed new brakes and my mechanic just took all the tires off and i dont need brakes theyre basically new. They said i needed a new water pump and all it needed was to be burped. It had a pocket of air under the temp gage. These people have no integrity to take advantage of me because im a young female.

Went to this store 3 times to TRY to get it right. 07/07/2020 Now it is 01/18/2021 had to just replace the tire. At the competition. Drove maybe 200 miles. Still dont know how the tire just kept leaking. The tire would NOT HOLD AIR. Consistent slow leak. This Store #265753 does not stand by their service or product. Had to throw the tire away. I feel ripped off. I dont recommend them. Sorry but it is the truth and my only justice.

They tell you it will be an hour to an hour and half and you wind up staying there for a lot longer. They have done this to me in several occasions.

Got 2 front tires and an alignment, apparently from some kid that has no clue how to use the machine. Car pulls to side, steering wheel shakes, and is off center.

The Mario and John are very knowledgeable and willing to help in a dire situation. I needed a nail removed and the tire patched and they were extremely helpful and quick to pull the tire. Got me back on the road in less than a half hour. I have had many vehicles maintained at this store and they have always had top notch mechanics do top notch work. Never an issue with any repairs or tires.

This tire plus location have lost my business they don’t know no customer satisfaction fake reviews only.. I paid money for services easily done took 2 hours and I was here at 7:20 am they made accuses about taking long..I done business with them before there employee left oil mark that didn’t come in my car.. I recommend not coming thing to this tire plus. They don’t care about you and don’t want to work

I got an alignment, oil change, and new tires a few days ago and they were very efficient with time and very generous with the price. I was charged in total $772 for everything. They even reduced the price of my oil change and I the 3-year alignment plan for me as well considering the holidays. Very nice people and they are quick with your service if you make an appointment.

Called ahead and asked if they were busy. Just needed a quick oil change and check on the check engine light. Asked what the best time to come in was and scheduled an appointment accordingly... Then called AGAIN just before my appointment to make sure they were ready for me as i was in a hurry. Yeah, come on in! Got there and waited... And waited... And waited. After about an hour I went back and looked and my truck hadnt even been pulled into a spot yet. There were five or six cars in the garage and only two mechanics as far as i could tell, who didnt seem to be in a hurry to do much of anything. While waiting i overheard at least two other people furious as they had also called ahead and were ensured that their routine vehicle maintenance would be completed by a given time and was not. After about another half hour i demanded my keys and informed them that i had grown weary of them wasting my time. At which time someone came out w some pathetic excuse and assured me theyd get right in it. After about two hours my vehicle was finally returned to me... An oil change takes 15 mins. Tops. Never again..

Went into this location to get a flat fixed. $20.73 and out on an hours time. Thats excellent for a weekday morning.

Setup a service appointment for oil change and tire rotation, basic service on my doughters 2017 Honda Cvic,service started 30min after the appointment time. Tire rotation charged but never performed!!“The guy didn’t see” that’s what I was told..First and last time at this location, never again!Don’t trust those people as you never know what’s going on behind those doors, thanks god it was only a tire rotation.The rotation was completed only after I informed the service manager.

Never go here. Ive used this location for many years. Probably spent 5-10,000 over the years on my cars here. They are over priced. They lie to you. I stopped in today to get 2 tires and a alignment. I asked if there was a wait. I was told no wait. They would bring it right in. A hour later my car had not moved from the parking lot. I would have gladly made a appt. for another day if they had been honest. I got my keys and left without doing the work. my wife brought her car here for a oil change last Saturday. They said only 2 people in front of her. It would only be about a hour. 3 hours later it was finally done. They have gotten the last of my familys business!

Horrible Customer Service. i was in Line and employee behind computer ( Russian speaking accent) let another lady cut in front of me and ignored that I was there. well the good news is that I went to tire kingdom and they were fast and very professional. Winston is Amazing f/Tires Plus-Cooper City !OMG.. I was on my way to a 10am appt and stopped by McDonalds (Thankfully in the same shops as ur Cooper city Location) and although I only ran in for 1 minute, when I got back in my car, IT WOULD NOT START... After my initial panic and calling several family members that didnt answer.. IT HIT ME !!!!.. Ill call Winston and hell help me ?Not only was he super responsive, courteous and kind on the phone, he offered to come help me, even though I was all the way on the other side of the center. Then, I will admit, after 5 minutes, I expected to see him driving up with a BOOSTER to jump my car... but to my surprise.. in 90+ degree temperature.. I looked out and saw Winston, walking all the way from the store, with the BOOSTER to help me.. I screamed your my night-in-shining-armor !!! but it wouldnt start, still ?Then, Winston went so far Above and Beyond his responsibilities that he called his head mechanic Rudy whom Ive had dealing with over the years and is ALWAYS super friendly and ALWAYS helpful !!!!Well,

Be Ware of their unethical business practices

My husband brought my car here for an oil change. It cost over $60. They left a dirty wadded up gease towel on the seat and a greasy hand print on the driver door. They didn’t even top off wiper fluid. All this took 4 hours! Ridiculous. Did they even change the oil? We’ll never go back here.

My 88 year old mother went in to get an oil change. They sold her $504.00 worth of misc. Items. As we looked at the bill we were shocked to see that they even sold her a $199.00 alignment package. Very Sad they would take advantage of her.

They do not align your car. Free or paid. My friend told me he watched from across the street with binoculars. His car had a free alignment check under warranty. His car was parked in front of the store and they called him to pick it up. I decided to test things out by leaving a camera in the car. Lo and behold, I saw that they did the oil change I paid for and tires and so on. My car has been sitting in the fire lane for 4 hours, did not even reach the alignment bay and then they called to tell me its ready. I will be getting more than my money back very soon when I speak to my lawyer.

I Do not trust this place.I brought 4 tires and told them to check the TPMS during the tire change.They finish the replacement of the tire.Then, they want to do the TPMS work in order to bill me 100.00 per tire. Not fair.

All work was not done according to standard. Very disappointed after years of being a client and paying lots of money for all our familys cars.

I went here to get a tire plugged. The service was horrible. The man who opened the door left us outside and did not even look at or acknowledge us when we came in. He spent five minutes talking to a mechanic before he even said hello to the customers who were waiting. Ill never go here again.

I went to this location for a oil change, tire rotation and to replace a rear back light that was out . The bill came to $102, after swiping my card they told me they were not able to fix the back light and the total was $63 and they voided the initial $102 charge. The next day my banking showed both charges. I have showed them the online banking but they are REFUSING to refund my money saying it was my banks Error and I need to call them. How is this a banking error ???? You guys charged me and I expect it back without issues.

Visited location in Cooper City; walk in, waited at counter for about 8-10 minutes... no one came to greet and/or offered their services. I guess my money is not welcome at this location or they truly need help as posted on front window!

They do NOT do what you bring your car in for. I have taken my car in 3 times to fix a problem they did by putting the wrong size parts on and every time they claimed they fixed it when nothing was done. Any time you bring your car in, they keep it for most of the day and when you get it back they have a laundry list of stuff that is apparently wrong with the car. If you fix these problems the car comes back worse than when you brought it in. I once needed my car back to get to work since they took forever and walked to the back only to find my car with the windows down and keys in the ignition! No possible way they had it set up for me since i went from the talking to the front desk guy to my car.

I’ve been using Tires Plus for many years, so when I moved to Cooper City, I thought I would try the one close to my house. Sadly, this store and probably Tires Plus in general, will likely never get my business again and I will share my experience with neighbors and at my HOA meetings.We brought in my fiancé’s daughter’s “new” car (2004 Hyundai) for an alignment hoping that it might fix a front end vibration, but mostly because it had been sitting for a couple of years. I got a call from the actual mechanic, not the service/desk guy. Being a gear head and former mechanic myself, I appreciated talking to someone who actually understood cars. He said the front brakes, which were rusted and partially frozen, were probably the cause of the vibration and that we should wait on doing the alignment. Although I appreciated the honesty and agreed with what he said (because it made sense), the quote to replace the front calipers, rotors and brake pads was outrageous; around $730. And the brake fluid flush (i.e. brake bleeding) that is necessary after replacing calipers, was an additional $50-$60. I ended up buying all the parts for just over $300 and doing the job myself.I bled all the brake lines, but for some reason the brakes were still “spongy” (i.e. brake pedal going almost to the floor). Being a former mechanic (30 years ago), I know that a spongy brake pedal is caused by air in the brake lines. I figured I must not have bled the brake lines correctly and that it would be a good idea to have Tires Plus do a brake fluid flush. I was willing to have them do this since they did not get to do the brake job. Had this gone smoothly, I would have had them replace the serpentine belt (which they recommended) and do the alignment. However, what happened next was nothing short of infuriating.We brought the car in to have the brake fluid flush done, with my name and number as the contact person. The service/desk guy called my fiancé (instead of me) and told her that we used low grade brake pads and that’s probably causing the spongy brakes. This is hard to believe since they came with a lifetime warranty and were the same ones I just put on my fiancé’s car and my daughter’s car (another Hyundai) – all of which work perfectly. He told her that they would do a brake fluid flush and put in their pads to see if this fixed the problem. If it did not, he would put back in our pads, but if it did fix the problem, the new pads would be $160. To some of you, this sounds reasonable. However, this is nothing short of a scam to do unnecessary work.First, you cannot change 2 things at once and then tell which one fixed the problem. Second, a brake pad made of steel and ceramic cannot be compressed like a sponge. In other words, it is impossible for a brake pad to cause a spongy brake pedal. I verified this with two other mechanics.When I called him, I told him not to do the brake fluid flush and pad exchange at the same time, but that he could try their pads, even though I knew it wouldn’t fix the problem (which it didn’t). Since he now realized he got caught, he refused to do the brake fluid flush. His excuse was that since they did not do the entire brake job, he could not just change the fluid. That is BS since he would have done the brake fluid flush if I would’ve let him replace the brake pads. He also told me that they don’t simply do what their customers ask, but that they try to fix the problem. Every mechanic knows that a spongy brake pedal is caused by air in the lines and is almost always fixed by bleeding the brakes. However, he simply wanted to scam us into doing unnecessary work, and when he realized I caught him, he refused to do the necessary work. If thats the new business model at Tires Plus, they will never see any of my cars again.

Well my mom brought her car here to get tires and an oil change because i couldnt do the oil because i was busy that week.1) they striped the drain plug2)the put the wrong oil filter in causing an oil leak3) they messed up her alignment causing her to buy 2 new front tires4) they said she needed brakes and struts when she didnt need them at allThese people take advantage of you, i would not recommend coming here whatsoever!!! This place is a SCAM. I took my SUV for a nail on one of my front tires. The manager told me that they could not fix the tire because the nail was too close to the edge. He told me I needed to buy another tire. I took my business to another tire place, and they fixed the tire for 15 dollars.

Went in for a in for an oil change & alignment. The car was left with grease stains all over it the seat cover has the mechanics grease on it as well as where they stepped and the door handle. The alignment is leaving my steering wheel facing the left side instead of being straight the way that it should be. besides the fact that they forgot to reset my change oil light.
