She was nice and did a good job for my pedicureMy gel manicure with tips added looked good but I don’t know if the tips she added were expired or just too thin but when I got home and just grabbing clothes in the hamper a nail broke and then again when reaching for something in the laundry basket.

So I went to this place the lady was cool and I appreciate everything but she claimed that my nails would last for a month. I was very happy with them at first but after a little while to days my nails started to fall she kept on insinuating that I use some sort of product for it to fall off because it has never happened before and I’ve gotten the same thing in so many places and never had an issue before but I want there to fix it she was cool about that too but whenever I went there two days later again those nails started falling off I politely asked her for a refund and if not I understand because it is a business to give me at least Half amount of what I paid because essentially it was $70 but I gave her a tip of $10 I wanted at least $35 back for it because she said that it would last for a month and her words don’t match up to the actions that I perceived and she kept on saying that she worked really hard on them and she worked for 30 minutes which from a business perspective I completely understand being a small business owner myself but the reality was that I did not want to go there every two days to keep fixing my nails because she should’ve said that she did not know what she was doing instead of me wasting my money time and my effort she should’ve gave me a refund but she didn’t and she kept on blaming me for using something else and refusing any of it was her fault because I consulted the situation with my nail tech friend and there was a problem with her base later on and I was truly disappointed because I really needed a good nail place but if you are wanting trendy nails or anything with nail extensions the quality is very poor. What truly disappointed me was because I was A younger client What she was used to getting but she claimed that I was immature for asking her refund but being a business owner myself if my client was genuinely unhappy with my service and was understanding as I was then I would’ve happily given them a refund of at least half of an amount because I did not meet their expectations and the time and quality did not match the service

I reached out to Niki for a last minute manicure & pedicure, before leaving for vacation. She was kind enough to take a new client at the last minute. I was very happy with the way my manicure and pedicure turned out. I enjoyed getting my nails done in a private environment. I will return for services in the future. I’m very happy to have found her.

Nikki was very professional and personable. She did a fabulous job on my nails and toes. There was a great selection of nail polishes as well. The massage felt amazing and my feet were as smooth as a babys bottom when I left. She tries to establish good relationships with her clients. I would highly recommend her and I cant wait to come back!

Niki did my pedicure while I was getting my hair highlighted. Her space was adjacent to my hair colorist in the Sola Salons. She took lots of time to show me all the options and did examples. This is a foil appliqué. She did a great pedicure too.

Horrible! My nails look like a junior high student painted them. Messy with polish not cleaned up around the edges. Got mani and pedi. Go elsewhere!!!

Honestly she didnt do my toes very good. overall an awkward experience and will not return.
