I took my vehicle to the Quick Lane for an oil change and the techs encountered a problem that prevented them from completing the service that day, so I had to bring the vehicle back on another time. Dave in the Quick Lane communicated clearly and thoroughly through the entire process and went above and beyond to compensate me for the inconvenience of a second trip. I understand snafus can happen in any business so I do not hold that against them. But it was their great communication and fantastic customer service in how they rectified the situation that guarantees I will be a repeat customer.

Ive used these guys for a few different vehicles over the years and always have an excellent experience. Staff really takes the time to explain the work that needs to be done without over selling you. They are very thorough and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. I always leave feeling impressed at the services I received compared to the price I pay.Last evening, I came in 30 minutes before close with a flat tire. Not only did the boys repair the hole promptly despite closing soon, they gave me the service free of charge. This shop is the best bang for your buck hands down. This is a nice little story that inspires hope in peoples kindness. Coming back home from work, I was surprised to find one of my tires PSI at 10 right out of the driveway. I pulled over and found a giant screw in my tire (dang). I went to the nearest gas station, filled the tire and tried to drive home, but the leak was pretty fast. I pulled off the beltline onto Todd Drive and found this place, Quick Lane at Kayser Ford. It was about five minutes before close and I asked if they could take a quick look and help me out. I was out of there in 15 minutes with a tire that could hold its pressure again. These are nice people doing their best to help others. I highly recommend them.

Ive been to the Quick Lane before and wasnt a fan given lack of quality service and long wait times. However, I had some coupons so I went back for an oil change. I know the length of wait is a gamble and I lucked out today getting an immediate oil change. But even if I had to wait longer, the service I experienced today and saw others experience was pretty amazing. Ill definitely go back.

Quick service, gets busy at times but that’s expected. Their coupon book is a good deal and they found the exact tire I wanted and honored their price match guarantee. Very good deal on 4 truck tires. We will be back for service in the future.

They were able to get me to help fix a tire. They were all very helpful and professional.

I used this place because it was convenient, but I have to stop now due to a TERRIBLE experience. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and purchased The Works, which should have included a battery check. After they changed my oil, my car began having problems starting. I took it to a different Ford dealer, and what do you know, my battery was dead. If Kayser had completed the service they charged me for, I would not have been left stranded on multiple occasions, sometimes with kids! SO STAY AWAY!

Sometimes the wait can be a while, but theyre generally good at estimating wait time. I trust them to do a better job than other quick lube places.

Said they were going to wash my car and when I picked it up and I asked why it hadn’t been washed they said “ I couldn’t tell you”. WHAT!!!Can’t recommend.

Over 2 hrs is not Quick. Staff spend too much time BSing.

Nothing quick about it. I was the first person to walk through the door at 7:00 a.m. I just needed an oil change and tire rotation. I seriously thought I would be out of there by 7:20...7:30 at the latest. If these guys were moving any slower, they would be going backwards. Car didnt even get into the shop until 7:40. For some reason, they took the two people after me before mine. So much for first come first served. Seriously pissed. I am about to go postal. Go anywhere else. Especially if you are in a hurry. This is exactly what is wrong with our society and world today. Sad...

Had an oil change done when I got back into my car I had oil residue all over my door, center console, steering wheel, and the inside of my car between driver door and back seat. I also had oil residue on the fabric on my car door and on the driver seat! I ask for a wipe to clean it off and a man did come out, but made it seem like a hassle! So when I got home I had to clean my car and scrub me seat. Wont be going back there!

They let me know that it was going to take alittle longer and the guy let me take his personal car for an appointment. Best experience ive ever had

I hate this place! Nothing quick about it. Last time I went the guys were eating and playing on their phones. Not one was working. The second time I waited 10 minutes before someone even spoke to me, just to tell me it was going to be a 2 hour wait for an oil change. Really regret purchasing a coupon book from Kayser. Done with these guys!
