So upset with my experience. I tried to call to see if they would fix the issue but got no answer. This was my first visit, my boyfriend told me great things about the place so I thought I would give it a try since I’m new to the area and was looking for a salon. I didn’t wait at first long at all. They got me right to a chair. They ran the water and left me. No big deal, until I waited so long my water got cold, I had to ask for it to be warmed up. My chair also did not work. I’m starting a new job and wanted to pamper myself which I never do. They finally got started and everything seemed to go ok. However, here I am literally four days later and my gel nail is peeling!!! I know it may not be a big deal to some but it was a big thing for me to do this. I never spend money on myself and now it’s just money down the drain!

She didn’t listen to what I wanted then when I had her completely change what I wanted because she didn’t do them right she was rude and then didn’t finish and made me wait while new customers were treated. And I was charged $67 after being told $45

First time getting nails here. I recommend Rose to do your nails. She does an outstanding job and give exactly what you ask for. Very sweet and kind.

Everything was okay until I went to check out. The lady that painted my daughter and I’s toes disappeared. I went to the front and stood in line so that I could pay for my service. Things went left when I got to the front. I stood there for a good 5 minutes while a bunch of workers took turns on the computer screen. I don’t know what they were doing, but I assumed that they were clocking out. NOBODY acknowledged me or asked how they could help. One worker went up and started checking out another customer right in my face while I was standing there. It was very frustrating b/c my 2-year old daughter was acting up and I was beyond ready to go. I was eventually able to pay and leave. I won’t be back and I wont recommend to others.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I have been going to Sara for about 7 years and she is amazing! They are clean, and have TONS of colors to choose from. I highly recommend this place! I would suggest making an appointment because they stay slammed! I usually get SNS and they last up to 5 weeks without a fill in, and i type all day.

I can’t say enough about this place. Sara has been doing my nails for years. She has always listens to exactly what I want. She has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.All of the workers are there to please, I do suggest you make an appointment and not judge them for taking someone before you that does.

First time being here Mrs. Rose did my nails and omg! I have never had anyone take care of my nails the way she did. She did amazing. I highly recommend this place atmosphere was great workers were so kind.

I had an 11am appointment on a Saturday for eyebrows and a full set. I usually don’t mind waiting because I know Saturday’s are their busiest day. The breaking point for me was when a woman with a noon NAIL appointment was taken ON TIME yet i was there for an hour and still had not been seen.

I went for a pedicure and a full set. I wanted medium coffin French tip nails and a pedicure. My nails have a lot of bubbles in them and they started bleeding in a few places.I left with oily legs. Like I had to take a napkin and wipe my legs off they were that oily. It was very rushed service. I’m not quite sure how my total got to be so high, will most definitely be using my normal nail salon (Essence nails in Marrietta) from now on even though it’s a long drive.

They speak English very well. This was my first pedicure. I told her what I needed and she was very gentle.

Love my nails Im new to the Dallas area and had been going to the same place for over 18 years in Bartow County even driving back to have my nails done and didnt want to continue to do that so I went to Aria Nails (which is right down the street) and love the work they have done thus far. Emma was great and Paul also.

I always have to wait more than an hour no matter what time I go in. They dont write anybodys name down anymore so they serve whoever they want in whichever order they would like. After sitting there in an hour and someone is seated that walked in after me, thats where I draw the line. I will never go into this nail salon again and I have given them multiple chances to redeem themselves

I schedule 2 days ago my daughter birthday surprize. 4-5 mins late. Princess chair given away to a walk in? Will not be wasting my time again. Will go somewhere more professional foe her birthday next year.

My friends and I went to this salon to get our nails done for a Bachelorette Trip. The place was very clean, and everyone was very friendly. That’s why I am giving them 3 stars. The reason why it is not 5 stars, is because my $60 SNS nails are soooooo lumpy I just want to cry. They look good from straight on and far away. But I’m very disappointed. I don’t get my nails done very often for this reason.

I had asked for a dark blue gel and the nail tech gave me a bright light blue. she filed them extremely short passed fingertip. you can see through some of the color. when i told them they let me get them re done though!

Kim wasn’t patient with my nails. she rushed and hurt me multiple times (not on purpose ofc). my nails ended up being shorter than asked for, and glue was left all around my fingers! very uneven and clear coat has lines in it. when i went to pay, i didn’t even want to give her a tip but, just because i’m kind, i wrote one on the receipt and she rudely asked, “no cash tip?” as if i HAD to tip her anyway. i mean i get it cash tips are nice and all but even i work in an industry where i can either receive or not receive tips. they are appreciated, not required.

She is extremely talented at what she does. 2 other women also pitched in to help with my pedicure and my eye brow was and they did a fantastic job. I’ve been on the search for a new nail tech after moving to Dallas but after trying several salons and having disappointments over and over, I really wasn’t holding my breath when I walked in Aria today. But I walked into a beautiful salon that was busy with smiling customers (at 11:30 am) and I was promptly acknowledged and seen to. Sang gave my nails her undivided attention for over 1.5 hours, paying attention to the small details that most tend to overlook. I am so happy with the results, and even more happy that I finally found the place I have been looking for to call my own! Fantastic nails! Thanks, Sang. :)

We heard great reviews about this salon, so we decided to give it a try.My daughter talked to a very lady at the front desk who agreed that they could do the nail design she wanted and quoted a price. When she went to the technician, she said she wouldnt do the design and then said the service would be $40-50 more than originally quoted. We politely walked out.

I gave this nail salon a try and regretted it. My nails are all different lengths and shapes. The nail technician, Lee, seemed to be in a rush and inconvenienced by me being there. I will go to a different nail salon to have my nails fixed.

Ask For Essence!Found this little hidden gem when a friend recommended. Love the attention to detail that Essence provides. Young, but talented she is! The rest of the staff is also very kind and attentive to the needs of the customer. They are quick to respond when anyone comes in, even if its just a walk-in.My daughter has acrylic overlaying her own nails and she is very particular. Essence makes sure they are the same length, the same thickness and the same shape. Critical to a particular teenager. Because, lets be honest, they arent always filed to the same length or sanded to the same thickness. She took her time to make sure she was happy and that makes me happy :)Perfect manicure for mom with gel polish to finish it off. Repeat customers accumulate points under their account to boot!

I discussed my job, fire restorations, and she helped me to pick a shape that would be less likely to break in my field of work. She shaped my nails beautifully, and did such a beautiful job. Terrible experience/service and I went with my best friend to celebrate my upcoming birthday. Stay away from this place and go spend your money somewhere else. One staff member was extremely rude even when I tried engaging in conversation with him, but it was obvious he was in a terrible mood and did not want to be there. Then he tried charging me for a full priced manicure when he did not soak my nails, do the warming mitts, or the lotion and massage at the end. I did not say anything when he was doing it because I had already been there over an hour and my best friend was already done and waiting on me. But when I questioned it at checkout he acted like he only forgot the lotion, what a joke. But I still left a decent tip and the total was nearly $90 when it should have been half that even with my pedi. Even my best friend was surprised or in shock. I politely said that’s okay but I won’t be back.

I visited this location with my daughter a week ago. Our regular nail salon in Douglasville closed, so we were on the hunt for a new salon. My nail tech was Paul and he did a fabulous job! The location is clean and the pricing was great. I will definitely return!

Completely unprofessional. I waited for 30-35 minutes for an “appointment” I made. It turned out being a longer wait than I was able to do. So I left, when trying to reschedule that appointment all I received was snarky and unprofessional comments about how I left last time. I think when you make an appointment, someone should be available for the appointment but obviously that’s just me. They do a great job at nails, however I can’t contribute to a facility that is going to be condescending and disrespectful.

Finally a good nail salon in Paulding County. Very nice set up and they work quickly to get you in when they are busy! They did my wedding nails and they turned out beautiful!

This nail shop is very racist. I went when it first opened and the owner was doing my nails. When her appointment came in which was a caucasian, she stopped doing my nails to do her appointment which is not a problem. So I decided to make an appointment for myself and when I came In for my appointment she already had a caucasian In her chair that she didnt even start yet. She did not once stop doing her nails like she did to me the first time I went. I will not go into a place where I am not treated with respect and equality. Please beware my fellow black people do not spend your money at this place. They are truly racist and puts caucasians before us.

Bummed about our first visit... I really wanted to love this place because it’s so close to our new home. I went on a mother/daughter date with my 7 year old today for her birthday to get our manis and pedis done together. I waited with my feet in water that went cold for over an hour. Thankfully someone came over to help my daughter and did her nails but they only offered to do mine when she was just about finished. Unfortunately, we had other plans and no time to stack our appointments one after the other. We had asked to have them together for that reason. I watched other people come after me and leave getting their pedicures but never received one myself. I wish they would have said they wouldn’t be able to do my feet instead of letting me sit in cold water for an hour. The search for a good nail place continues.

My sister & I went to get our nails done. We had an appointment for 12pm. When we showed up, it was 11:55 am. On the door, there is a sign that says “Must wear mask in this establishment”. That’s fine. We walk in & the lady says, “Please use the hand sanitizer before touching anything?” Great! We did! No biggie! Shortly a woman walks in & has no mask. She’s not greeted with the “Please use sanitizer” comment. Soon, an employee & customer come out from the Waxing Room. The customer has no mask. That’s when they say something about her needing a mask? By this time, it is 12:05 pm. We’re on time; but, they’ve yet to take us for our appointment. Soon, another lady comes in.....no mask! They don’t say anything about sanitizer to her or the mask! They seat her down before us! By that time, it is 12:10 pm. My sister is mad & read to go. We go to leave & they tell us they’re ready. They show my sister where we’re set to sit.... by the lady they seated before us & has no mask! Nope!! Never going back there, again! If we’ve got an appointment, we make it a point to be on time. This place didn’t! And, to only tell us about hand sanitizer? To not enforce your own rule? Bye!!

I have been here at least three times and all have been a very good experience. The techs are gentle and focus on one client at a time. Even when they are busy I have been attended to in a timely manner. They have done of good job of hiring lots of good techs to take care of their volume. Glad to see a new business doing well in this area.

Friendly and welcoming staff! Clean. My first visit to this nail salon. I was immediately greeted and asked to have a seat. Services were rendered after a short wait. I was very indecisive on a color and they were patient and helpful. I was not impressed with my pedicure and I didn’t not catch a name. The polish looks horrible (even my husband noticed the poor job). The polish looks like I did it and that’s the nice way of putting it. However she was friendly! Kay did my nails... I liked her nails so I decided to try the stiletto shape and solar nails for the first time. The shape is not for me; however I liked her work and patience with me. I went to this nail salon for several months. The past few times havent been very pleasant. The technician blantely make fun of their customers to the point of it being very obvious. They also have been rushing just to get you out and the finished product shows. Used to love going here but I have taken my business elsewhere.

This is a relatively new nail salon and I had an awesome experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, normally you have a super busy place where everyone is trying to rush to get out. For me it was calming and relaxing, I had a pedicure and manicure. My service was relaxing, they werent rushing or being rough on my nails instead they were conversing with me in a polite manner. My husband also had a pedicure and manicure which he enjoyed. The spa chair massaged him to bliss and overall was ready for a nap. Will come again. ^^

Nice place, nice people. I only didnt give a 5 star rating because the price for pedicures is pretty high and the last time I went my toes werent painted very good, although the massage was great. For $38 though, I expect a good paint job too.

Quite awful customer. Seems to decrease everytime I go. I can say one positive thing about this place, they greeted me as soon as I came in asked what service I wanted (that’s better than last time). I got in the chair pretty quickly but I can’t say the same for some others (1 hour plus wait). There’s several nail techs sitting around and chatting when customers need assisting. UNLESS YOU ARE A REGULAR normal customer that they know by name, there’s a 80% chance you won’t get in the chair in a shorter time period. The lady who did my nails did a pretty okay job besides the fact that she had no customer service skills whatsoever besides to the customers she also knew. At the end she switched off to another older Asian lady to paint my nails and LET ME TELL YOU, the painting job was horrid. I didn’t notice until I got into natural sunlight that it looked like a 3rd graded painted my nails. During the time she was painting them, she hit one of the already painted nails while placing the top coat on the others and smudged it. She seemed like she was rushing so I was confused. She painted that little section over again but didn’t have the patience to wait 30 seconds to put a top coat on that nail (so I have a nail that’s top coat less and prone to chip) she just sent me to the nail dryer and seemed like she also sprinted to the other customer that her coworker had seated. had no clue how to turn on the dryer and had to ask someone else for assistance. The last time I came I liked my nails but the problem was the wait and the fact that she cut my cuticles so low that I started to bleed a little. They need better customer service, treating customers equally, more acrylic nail techs. The design in the store is beautifully executed, only if they can stick to with great customer service they can be more successful. I won’t be back but I do wish them success because they are a new shop.

There is a serious scheduling issue here. They do good work, buy i suggest show up randomly and take your chances or make your appointment at least a week ahead. There is only one person, not the owner, that handles scheduling and only on FB, and she responds about once a week, and she is very rude.

Let me start by saying - the last salon I went to in Douglasville was terrible. My SNS nails broke within two days of me going there. So I’ve been on the hunt for a place that actually does a good job. I am on a regular schedule of every two weeks so it’s important to have a place I can rely on. The place looked nice, I didn’t have to wait long to get seen, and the attention to detail is great!Mindy did my nails today and I’m highly satisfied. I will update my review once I see how they hold up but so far so good!

Since this is the only halfway decent nail salon in the area, I dont really have a choice but to continue to go here. I went today for SNS and chose color 079 (a light gray with a hint of lavendar) and my nails ended up being a purple color once she was done. What am I supposed to say? Start over? No one has time for that. I showed two people what the issue was and they still charged me full price even though its not what I wanted. And we all know SNS isnt cheap as it is. It was just annoying.. unprofessional. Be cautious of their SNS colors. Make sure they put the same amount of coats as they did on the sample color wheel they show you.Edit: just sliced my finger open with the corner of one of my nails even though I asked her to specifically make sure the edges werent sharp.
