I’ve been going here every two weeks for nails and pedicure since the new owner took over a few months ago. Service and experience is always great. Lina has been my nail tech for almost two years at another salon. She’s very talented!

I went there with my friend couple days ago and the staff is nice but the work is not I had to pretend it’s nice because they won’t let go of our hands if we don’t put review on their Facebook page BUT NOW MY NAILS IS BURNING. I had to put ice so that it won’t burn. I WABT MY REFUND THEIR WORK IS THE UGLIEST. And uneven

A new owner took over a few months ago and runs this place so well! Really nice staff and always great nails every single time. I would recommend! I have been doing my nails consistently for 8 years and they do not rush you here like some places in Dallas. I’ll be back!

My nails usually lasts atleast 2 weeks when u get dip powder done.. First time going to this place, I didnt even enjoy it for a week. It looks old and started coming out .

Lauren was able to get me in last minute. I only had an hour to spare so I was nervous we wouldnt be done in time. She did my dip nails in thirty minutes, and its easily one of the best manicures that Ive ever had, and Lauren was so sweet and worked quickly. She also double checked that I liked the color after the first pick was good-- it wasnt, so Im glad she checked. It was also only $35 for dip which is wild... Ill be back a million times.

I got the $45 manicure/pedicure special. Next I got the dip powder on my fingernails. (Update they filed the surface of my natural nails paper thin so when the dip powder came off I was left with frail broken nails)

This has been my go-to nail place for the past three years. I tried a couple of larger names in the area when I first moved here, but always had terrible service experiences and my nails would chip or break very soon after getting them done. Then I found Expo! They are so nice and thorough. My powder manicure always lasts for weeks and weeks, and looks fantastic. They are affordable and are lovely people. I have never gone anywhere else since! This is my place!

If I can give a rating below one star, I would in a second.I went in for first time. I have a back issue and cannot sit on the regular chairs for an hour. I asked them to be seated at the pedicure chairs and they refused. Keeping in mind they were all empty. I asked several times because I was in a lot of pain that day. After their refusal, they said they would allow me to use the chair for an extra $5. Really!!! I asked to speak with the owner and they said that he is not there and they dont have a phone number for him..SERIOUSLY!!!Please NOTE that everywhere I went before trying this place, no one had an issue to offer me a chair to alleviate the pain.In addition, workers barely speak English that you can understand and they were quiet Rude. The material they used was so cheap, it cracked my nails from the second day. I had to go to another salon the 3rd day to get them fixed as they were splitting on the sides and in the middle. SAVE UR $, NAILS AND TIME..AND AVOID THIS PLACE if you can. There are a lot of nail salons in the area that offer quality material, professional work and much much better customer service.

Charged $15 extra dollars for “extra long nails” when my nails were barely long compared to what long is considered at any other salon i’ve been to. my pedicure was absolutely terrible, one of my toenails was only half painted and they were all blotchy. while getting my full set I told the technician I felt like my nails were uneven and she said no then proceeded to act like she was fixing it. maybe I just look young but I feel like this was an insane rip off.

Lauren is so awesome! She’s so kind and always makes sure your doing okay or need anything throughout your appointment. Lauren and her team do such amazing work... I have truly found my place! I love it here!!

I have had a few pedicures from Henry. Very happy with what he has done. He is very friendly and focuses on what he is doing rather than chit chatting with his coworkers. I dont feel that he rushes as I have experienced at some nail salons which is a pet peeve of mine. The salon is clean and they have plenty of selection in nail colors. If you want fancy surroundings you can go elsewhere, get a smaller portion of a pedicure package that Expo offers for a higher price. They have much better pricing than other salons in the nearby area. You are paying for the bling at other place. I feel very welcomed the minute I walk into Expo Nails & Spa and look forward to my next visit!

I get my nails done here all the time!! They are such sweet people not to mention the amazing work they do! Especially Lauren and Henry they’re the greatest i recommend this place to all my friends!!Thanks Lauren 😍♥️♥️

My nails are on point for the holiday!! I just found the best nail tech, she did a great job on my nails and toes!! Great customer service!! They took their time and made sure I was comfortable, even gave me wine to relax after a long day of work stress!!

Lauren is the best tech ever! Very sweet and personable. I love it it when a place I frequent remembers my name.

First & foremost I am very particular about my nails & I went here to get my nails done before my trip, meaning it was last minute so I can’t complain, too much. I won’t be super critical b/c they got the job done. They were friendly. The experience was ok. No refreshments were offered. The regular pedi is as described & listed. Regular. I also got a full set with dip powder. She helped me match my colors which was awesome! When cutting the shape of my nails, she cut to low on the side of my ringer finger which was a bit painful but no blood was shed. While using the electric file, she went over my pinky cuticle a few times, breaking the skin. Ouch! But it will heal. I got gel polish on my toes & some of my toe nails weren’t smooth at the top so when I got home, I filed the ones that were jagged. Oddly, I had sugar scrub residue on my legs, so once home, I used a warm towel to removed it. In closing, I’m not in love with my nails, borderline like them & I’m not excited to show them off due to the unevenness, unpolished sides, & what once were jagged tops, again, when I got home I corrected the issue. My hand & toe polish aren’t as glossy as I’m use to them being. I may get my nails done again on my trip. And the million $ question, “Will I return?” It’s a strong “NO.” BUT I am appreciative of the time they spent.

There is something called NO SERVICEInstead these people take my money for manicure and pedicure and cut my cuticles savagely. It was a horrible work. and it was painful. One of my cuticle even bled. thank go they dint do anything to my child.
