I never leave reviews but I had an AMAZING experience today at Mai le Nails with Ne (I think that’s how you spell her name). I came in really upset after leaving Beautique across the street because my nails were bumpy, not shaped well, my cuticles were all bleeding and the design was a mess! Thankfully Ne was able to help me and not only perfected my nails but also helped with my bleeding cuticles. She was very kind, personable, and made sure I loved my nails!! Thank you!

VERY happy with my dip manicure! This was my first manicure since January and my first time at Mai Le Nails.COVID precautions: Very safe, very clean. All chairs are wiped down with disinfectant spray after each client and clients are socially distanced. Masks must be worn the entire time by customers. Most staff wears a face shield on top of a mask as well!Overall: Great prices, tons of color options, Nice staff and quality work. Can’t really ask for more than that. Definitely found my new nail place!

I came on a Wednesday at 5. I was sat immediately. YEN AND BEN did such a great job. The pricing is what i expected and im absolutely satisfied. Im a little upset I wasnt offered a drink. I think u have to ask. Other than that Ill be back

Friendly, family owned / run business. I go here for all my manicures and pedicures. Staff is professional and always do a consistently good job, especially for the price! i dont think their prices have gone up in 10 years. Yes, some of the folks there dont speak English super well (one of the other reviewers commented on this), but they have always understood me or any special requests i have had, and i have no complaints about their service.

I had a fantastic pedicure there for a really great price! I got their lavender peppermint pedicure and it was so relaxing and really helped my feet. Lasted roughly an hour! They’re also very sanitary and safe at this time, so I felt safe and comfortable being there.

Wonderful group of people working here. Family owned and operated. They take the time to give a great dip manicure. I definitely suggest you give them a try. Best if you make an appointment as its not a huge location.

You have got to be kidding me with 5 stars. This place is dirty and must be shut close. After my manicure, my thumb nail started changing color and turned into fungus. I went to my dermatologist and she confirmed it was from this nail salon. I went to the place to complain but all of the sudden no one could speak English.Shame on you and your facility!!

I was in the market for a new nail salon in Dallas and decided to try this place. It was beautiful & the staff was very friendly. Its been two weeks since i got a dip manicure from here & and it has already been chipping on every nail. Ive never had my nails chip that soon so im personally not satisfied with the work. I dont see myself returning as of now.

Fantastic place, great services, amazing family owned salon. Very clean and no pressurized sales during your service. You can relax and know that your nails are going to look great! Well priced services as well.

Ive been coming for years! My nails always look perfect and the staff is very kind. They have great service, value, and give wonderful massages.

My first time visiting this place, close to work. My regular nail guy seems to be getting busier and doesnt schedule appointments. I was taken care of by Yen, she is very pleasant to talk to, ensued patience and had a calm demeanor . I never felt rush nor I felt she was rushing at all, she took her time in understanding my needs all while doing an exceptional job. I am extremely happy with the outcome and will be returning.

When I asked the technician to fillet my toenails smooth, I was yelled at and the technician told me my cuticles needed cutting. I wasn’t in there for cuticles, just a polish change and for them to file the tips so they were even. I asked to have them re-do and they yelled at me again in front of everyone. So disappointing especially since I’ve been coming for 4 years.

Went here for an eyebrow wax - horrible technician. They put the wax too far down and it got on my eyelid and they pulled my eyelid causing a spasm and nerve issue. Also there is still wax all over my eyes. Usually after a wax, they wipe down your brows with oil to remove excess wax. Nope, they just stuck post wax cream on my face and it started burning. Technician didn’t speak English and just kept laughing at me. The place is dirty too. Front desk could say nothing except “sorry” - offered no refund or resolution. Do not recommend. Go next door to the European Wax Salon.

Love this nail Salon, have tried several others and no one does as good of a job as they do. They treat you like family and always make sure your comfortable. No one tries to upsell you or rush you out. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Highly recommend this family owned business!

This is one of the best nail salons I have been to since moving to Dallas. The first gel manicure I got here lasted 3 weeks! The staff is very nice and always does a good job. The prices are in line with other salons. They charge $35 for Nextgen dipping and $25 for a basic pedicure.

I got the powder nails on acrylic in tip today. Alec was incredible talented. Made a very natural looking nail. I am very picky and coming to a new place was scary. I am absolutely pleased and I would recommend everyone of the people I know to come here and see Alec. Thank you Alec!

Nothing but good things to say! They are always friendly and always do a beautiful gel manicure. I can drop in on my lunch break and never have to wait.

Luck of the draw with this place. A few techs are great but most are average and a few are terrible. Went for a gel mani, ended up with polish on my skin, uneven filing, and the worst paint job I’ve ever seen. The guy who runs the front desk then stepped in and started over. It was better but still pretty bad....and it’s gel, so you’re stuck with it. Took two hours and no discount or anything for my trouble. Not sure I’ll go back.

Consistent exceptional service from Maile Nails. They have great attention-to-detail including getting out tough ingrown toenails.

I went here recently trying to find a regular nail salon. They were amazing. I got a nail removal, overlay, and pedicure and didnt pay an exorbitant amount of money. The staff was friendly, efficient, and my wait time was about 5 mins with no appointment. I will now get all of my nail needs handled here!

Always skeptical of new nail spots, I decided to give Mai-le Nails a go, especially being close to my new address. I was pleasantly surprised! Grace is phenomenal! Knowledgeable and thorough, she guided me on services without pushy upsells, and made sure my nails were flawless. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and will return!
